  • DEVS 형식론[Zeigler 1984]은 이산 사건 시스템을 기술하기 위해 Zeigler에 의해 제안된 모델링 형식론이다. 본 논문에서는 DEVS 형식론을 실시간 시뮬레이션 모델을 기술하기 위한 RT-DEVS 형식론으로 확장하고 이를 통해 기술된 시뮬레이션 모델을 실행하기 위한 실시간 수행 알고리즘을 제안한다. 또한 기술된 모델을 실시간에 기반하여 수행시키기 위한 시뮬레이션 커널의 구조와 구현에 대하여 다룬다.

분열모델 상수가 분무 및 연소특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Spray Breakup Model Variables on Spray and Combustion Characteristics)

  • This paper describes the effects of spray breakup model constants on spray and combustion characteristics in single cylinder compression engine. KIVA-3V code coupled with a CHEMKIN chemistry solver was used for numerical analysis. In this study, spray simulations and combustion simulations are studied simultaneously. Spray simulation was conducted in constant volume to reduce the effects of air-flow as swirl or tumble. The model validation was conducted and there are little difference between experiments and simulation, this differences were reasonable. In spray simulation, the effects of model constants on spray tip penetration, spray patter and SMD were studied. Furthermore, the analysis of effects of breakup variables on combustion and emissions characteristics was conducted. The results show the KH-RT breakup model constants affects spray and combustion characteristics strongly. Increasing KH model variable (B1) and RT model constants ($C_{\tau}$, $C_{RT}$) induced slower breakup time.

  • Real-time(RT) object-oriented(OO) distributed computing is a form of RT distributed computing realized with a distributed computer system structured in the form of an object network. Several approached proposed in recent years for extending the conventional object structuring scheme to suit RT applications, are briefly reviewed. Then the approach named the TMO(Time-triggered Message-triggered Object)structuring scheme was formulated with the goal of instigating a quantum productivity jump in the design of distributed time triggered simulation. The TMO scheme is intended to facilitate the pursuit of a new paradigm in designing distributed time triggered simulation which is to realize real-time computing with a common and general design style that does not alienate the main-stream computing industry and yet to allow system engineers to confidently produce certifiable distributed time triggered simulation for safety-critical applications. The TMO structuring scheme is a syntactically simple but semantically powerful extension of the conventional object structuring approached and as such, its support tools can be based on various well-established OO programming languages such as C++ and on ubiquitous commercial RT operating system kernels. The Scheme enables a great reduction of the designers efforts in guaranteeing timely service capabilities of application systems. Start after striking space key 2 times.

  • 실시간 객체지향 분산 컴퓨팅은 객체 네트워크 형태에서 분산된 컴퓨터 시스템 구조와 관련 된 실시간 분산 컴퓨팅의 한가지 형태이다. 최근에 실시간 응용분야에 적합한 기존의 객체지향 시스템 구조를 확장한 몇 가지 의 구조가 제안되었다. 실시간 시뮬레이션 프로그램의 하나인 시간 및 메시지 트리거 객체지향 프로그램밍이 분산된 시간 트리거 시뮬레이션으로 설계될 수 있으며, 일반적이고 보편적인 설계 타입으로서 사용되고, 하나 의 실시간 시뮬레이션 패러다임으로 제안하였다. 실시간 객체지향 프로그램밍은 안전을 중요시하게 여기는 응용분야에 적용할 수 있으며, 실시간 운영체제 시스템 커널로서 객체지향 프로그램밍 언어인 비쥬얼 C++언어로 작성되었다. 응용 시스템에서 실시간 서비스를 보장하기 위한 설계자들의 노력을 현저하게 줄일 수 있는 장점을 가지고 있다.

  • The object-oriented(00) distributed real-time(RT) programming movement started in1990's and is growing rapidly at this turn of the century. Distributed real-time simulation is a field in its infancy but it is bounded to receive steadily growing recognition for its importance and wide applicability. The scheme is called the distributed time-triggered simulation scheme which is conceptually simple and easy to use but widely applicable. A new generation object oriented(00) RT programming scheme is called the time-triggered message triggered object(TMO)programming scheme and it is used to make specific illustrations of the issues. The TMO structuring scheme is a general-style components structuring scheme and supports design of all types of component including hard real time objects and non real time objects within one general structure.

  • 실시간 시뮬레이션이란 시뮬레이션 모델의 시간 진행을 실시간에 기반하여 수행하는 시뮬레이션을 말한다. 이러한 시뮬레이션은 가상 운전 교육 프로그램 또는 컴퓨터를 이용한 컨트롤 시스템의 검증 등에 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 DEVS 형식론[Zei84]을 확장한 RT-DEVS 모델의 실시간 시뮬레이션에서 주어진 모델의 스케줄링 가능성에 대한 분석 기법을 다룬다. 제한된 시스템 리소스 상에서 여러 개의 모델을 실시간에 기반하여 시뮬레이션하려면 스케줄링이 필요하다. 실시간 스케줄링 가능성을 분석하기 위하여 시뮬레이션 모델에 제한점이 주어진다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제한점을 알아보고 이를 만족하는 시뮬레이션 모델의 상태 궤적 그래프의 합성을 통하여 전체 시뮬레이션 시스템의 스케줄링 가능성을 알아보는 기법을 제안한다.

  • A microgrid is a small scale power system. The microgrid is operated in two operation modes, the grid-connected mode and the islanded mode. In the islanded mode, the frequency of a microgrid should be maintained constantly. For this, the balance between power supply and power demand during islanded mode should be met. In general, energy storage systems (ESSs) are used to solve power imbalance. In this paper, the frequency control effect of a Lithium-ion battery energy storage system (Li-ion BESS) has been tested on the hardware-in-the loop simulation (HILS) system environment.
