본 연구에서는 태풍 나크리에 의한 해운대 해수욕장의 쇄파대 수리특성을 SWASH 모형을 이용하여 분석하였다. 국립해양조사원에서 제공하는 파랑관측자료를 바탕으로 태풍 나크리 내습 시의 대표파를 선정하였다. 수치모형에서 입사파는 JONSWAP Spectrum에 의한 불규칙파로 선정하였다. SWASH 모형에 의해 산정된 해빈류 패턴은 현지관측자료와 비교하였으며 수치모형에서 산정된 최대소상고는 비디오 모니터링 자료 및 경험식과 비교하였다. 최대소상고의 위치는 비디오 모니터링 자료에 나타난 파흔을 이용하여 유추하였으며 태풍 NAKRI(1412) 내습 시 S 계열의 파랑이 지배적으로 작용하였으며 동백섬측에서 미포측으로 연안류가, 해운대 해수욕장 중앙부근에서 이안류가 발생하였다. SWASH 모형을 이용하여 산정한 최대소상고(1.15 m)는 비디오 모니터링 자료(1.26 m)와 유사한 경향성을 나타냈으며 Stockdon et al.에 의해 제시된 경험식(1.33m)과 비교적 유사하게 나타났다.

Objectives : The main purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of Injinchunggan-tang on $TNF-{\alpha}$ signal transmission system. Materials and Methods : We analyzed the following with quantitative RT-PCR method; the effect of Injinchunggan-tang on secretion of $TNF-\alpha$ mRNA/protein and stability, the effect on gene revelation that consists of signal transmission system (TRAIL, NIK, A20, TRADD, RAIDD, RIP TNFR-I, TNFR-II, TRAF1, TRAF2, FADD), the one on activation of p38, Erk1/2 MAPK and the rate of nuclear $NF-{\kappa}B/cytosolic\;NF-{\kappa}B$ in HepG2 cell. We also analyzed the inhibitory effect of Injinchunggan-tang on the apoptosis of HepG2 cell that $TNF-{\alpha}$ induces and the $NF-{\kappa}B$ restraint effected by transfection of $I{\kappa}B{\Delta}N$ through tryphan blue exclusion assay. Results : Injinchunggan-tang prohibits revelation of $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA in HepG2 cell and the creation of protein. However, it has no effect on the stability of $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA. While it did not have any effect on the generation of TRAIL, NIK, A20, TRADD, RAIDD and RIP genes, Injinchunggan-tang reduces the revelation of TNFR-I, TNFR-II, TRAF1, TRAF2 and FADD genes. It has been confirmed that Injinchunggan-tang restraints the revelation of $TNF-{\alpha}$ mRNA that is promoted by ethanol, acetaldehyde, lipopolysaccharide, in proportion to the treatment density and time. It activated $NF-{\kappa}B$ of HepG2 cell and promoted activation of $NF-{\kappa}B$ that is occurred by $TNF-{\alpha}$. It has been observed that the restraint effect against the $TNF-{\alpha}$ inducing apoptosis is lost when it is intercepted the function of $NF-{\kappa}B$ in HepG2 cell. Conclusion: It has been confirmed that Injinchunggan-tang has restraining effect against the revelation of $TNF-{\alpha}$ and mRNA that is constituent element of TNF-a signal transmission system. It also has been revealed that it restraints the activation of p38, Erk1/2 by $TNF-{\alpha}$. Through this prohibiting effect, it is inferred that it restraints signal transmission among various cells that are related to inflammation reaction. Meanwhile, Injinchunggan-tang protects liver cell from apoptosis that is caused by $TNF-{\alpha}$, by maintaining the activating function for $NF-{\kappa}B$.

Verotoxin-1 (VT-1) or Shiga-like toxin 1 (Stx-1) is produced by enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli (EHEC) and is an AB5 holotoxin with a strong inhibitor of protein synthesis. VT-1 is a type 2 ribosome-inactivating protein (RIP) that has been shown to have cytotoxic and anticancer potential by inducing necrosis, apoptosis, and cell cycle arrest, making it a promising antitumor candidate. Here, we tested the cytotoxicity of VT-1 on CaCo2 and NCM425 cell lines and the results showed that VT-1 was more potent on CaCo2. Morphological changes were also evaluated on the cellular level and the results showed that VT-1 caused a decrease in viable cell count, altered cell membrane permeability, and an increase in total nuclear intensity. On the other hand, VT-1 displayed a lesser impact on mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and cytochrome c release. On the expression of caspases 3 and 9, VT-1 exhibited an insignificant effect on both which alongside the mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP) and cytochrome c results, might indicate that CaCo2 suffered from the necrosis process as a mechanism of cell death after exposure to VT-1.

본 연구에서는 인천광역시 중구 을왕동 충의휴양소 전면 해역에서의 과거 침식이력 및 현황을 세밀히 조사하고 해안선 침식원인을 찾기 위해 파랑 및 해빈류 등을 조사하여 분석 하였다. 관측결과 유의파고($H_{1/3}$)는 0.07~1.57 m의 범위로 나타났고, 평균값은 0.21 m로 나타났다. 또한 최대파고($H_{max}$)는 0.02-4.76m 범위로 나타났고, 평균값은 0.27 m로 나타났다. 파랑변형 수치모형실험을 통해 법선파고 및 주기를 산정하였고, 50년 빈도 설계파고는 0.82 m~3.75 m의 범위를 나타내었다. 해빈류 실험 결과 이안제 및 도류제 설치 이후 충의 휴양소 해안 부근의 해빈류가 감소하는 경향을 나타냈다. 반면, 마루높이를 5 m까지 높였을 경우에는 큰 변화가 없었지만 8m로 높이면 낮아진 수심의 영향으로 강한 해빈류가 수중방파제 주변에 발생하였다. 또한, 충의휴양소의 주된 침식원인은 외해로부터 입사하는 파랑특성이 백사장 전면에 집중적으로 내습하기 때문이다. 백사장 전면으로 집중되는 파의 변형으로 백사장과 평행하게 흐르는 연안류와 횡단방향으로의 이안류를 추가적으로 유발시킴으로써 연안표사가 전면외해로 이동/유출하기 때문으로 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 백사장 원상복구 및 효율적인 침식방지시설 선정의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

좋은 발성을 위하여 음성이 만들어지려면, 뇌의 언어중추의 명령에 의하여 신경망을 통하여 ‘호흡기관(폐와 흉곽. 호흡관련 근육들)’과 ‘발성기관(주로 후두 즉 성대)’ 그리고 ‘조음, 공명기관(인두, 구강 및 비강)’의 근육들이 유기적으로 작용하여야 한다. 이런 협력 체제에 문제가 생기면, 다양한 종류의 질환이 유발될 수 있다[1,2]. 현재 임상에서 음성 분석을 위해 사용되는 시스템은 대부분 성대의 진동을 측정하기 위해 stroboscopy, 전기성문파형검법 (EGG, electroglottography), 후두근전도 중의 한 방법과 음성 분석을 위한 분석 프로그램으로 구성되어 있다. 그러나, 발성은 호흡과 매우 밀접한 관계가 있어 음성, 성대의 진동, 호흡 관계를 종합적으로 관찰할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 발성 시 성대 점막의 접촉 양상은 ECG 로 측정하며, 발성의 주 에너지원이 되는 호흡의 변화를 2 channel 인덕턴스 호흡감시 장치(RIP: repiratory inductive plethymography)를 이용하여 흉곽의 움직임과 상 복강의 움직임에 대하여 측정하며, 발성되는 음성은 마이크로폰을 통하여 측정하는 ‘EGG, 음성, 호흡 통합검사 장치’를 개발하였다.

This study set the hypothesis to develop the method that was analysis and application of a reliability evaluation method of environmental material for the Computer, Color TV, Monitor, Microwave oven, Electric Refrigerator, Automobile parts, other goods. RoHS management and product reliability ensure method for the conservation of environment. Especially, this study emphasis on regulate export of the EU and North America that it's a environmental material problem. Therefore, this study emphasis on the application of a reliability ensure method of environmental material and the use of other parameter by environmental reliability test data. The result of this study is as follows. 1) There is relationship between regulate material and technical protecting system. 2) Characteristics of hazard material is operating a healthcare damage factor as well as regulate environmental factors.

Upon the basis at the end of March 2005, we have the 38.91 million cellular phone subscribers over the country and the total diffusion rate of the cellular phone is reached up to 76.1%. At this moment, it can be said the most people use it since the demand is still going on. Turning to the operation company, this is serviced by the SK Telecom, LG Telecom, and KTF, and there are at least 7 manufactures producing it including Samsung, LG, KTF ever, Motorola, SKY, Pantac and Curitel, Most users periodically change the service vendor to the others for buying new model or changing the service vendor. It is understood the customer's action occurred by the differences of the brand cognition. In this study, along with some parameters including the difference of the vendor's brand cognition, difference of satisfaction (mobile telecommunication, product), and the possibility to buy the product again, I am going to find out the relationship between the satisfaction of the provider's service

After an important construction work in Chosun dynasty, the appropriate government made out the building specification as it called 營建儀軌. They are recorded about variety matters as the appointed days, various official documents, managers and craftsmen, etc.. Sometimes we can see the attached pictures about some building or furniture. specifications in Chosun dynasty about the unit of materials and history of each terms. The results are as followings: (1) The interior materials are classified to several units such as Gai(箇;the unit of square lumber or log), Rip(立;the unit of plates), Boo(部;the unit of assembled materials), etc.. (2) The terms are defined and enlightened how to use and how to change. Particularly, the terms are different positively in constituent units of wooden floor. So, it is expected to continuant study.

집단급식소란 다수의 사람들에게 일괄적으로 식사 및 관련 서비스를 제공하는 시설을 말한다. 식품위생법에서는 상시 1회 50인 이상에게 식사를 제공하는 곳을 집단급식소라 한다. 여기에는 일반회사, 공장, 건설현장, 오피스건물, 컨벤션 센타 등 다양한데 식사품질, 서비스, 위생이나 안전 등의 중요성이 부각되면서 이런 업무를 외부 전문업자에게 아웃소싱 형태로 위탁하는 경우가 늘고 있다. 특히나 학교나 병원 등은 매우 까다로운 법규를 적용받기 때문에 관련 전문업자에게 급식업무를 맡기는 것이 여러모로 편리하다. 본 고에서는 다수가 운집한 시설에 집단급식업무를 수탁받아 개시할 경우, 이익창출 등 성공적인 비지네스를 위하여 어떤 항목을 어떻게 검토해야 하는지 사례를 통해 알아보고자 한다.

Analysis of the Neurospora crassa genome data reveals at least 14 proteins that contain tetratricopeptide repeat (TPR) motifs. One of them shows over $60\%$ homology with SSN6 of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, a global repressor that mediates repression of genes involved in various cellular processes. Sequence analysis of its cDNA shows that it encodes a putative 102kDa protein. Mutant strains generated by RIP (repeat induced point mutation) process show four distinctive patterns of vegetative growth at various rates. They are male-fertile, yet all female-sterile and produced little or no perithecium. These results indicate that this gene is pleiotropic and involved in several cellular processes of vegetative growth, conidiation and sexual cycle. It is designated rcm-1(regulation of conidiation and morphology).
