A Study on IoT Service for Game Development (게임 개발을 위한 IoT 서비스)

  • The basic idea of IoT(Internet of Things) is interconnection and cooperation with a variety of things in real life such as Radio-Frequency Identification(RFID) tags, sensors, mobile phone, etc, through internet. IoT technologies which applied to these fields consist of sensor network technology and middleware, application. Currently, IoT technology is applied to various fields such as health care, home care, automotive, transportation, construction, agriculture, environment, food, and etc, based on its technologies. This paper focuses on discussion of the IoT development trend in game field. In order to achieve this purpose, first, the IoT technologies for game development based on sensor network technology and middleware, application is mentioned. Second, covers serious game and gamification that is expected to be a growing that is expected to be a growing, by applying IoT technologies to the game field. It can help for game developers by using IoT technologies.

  • There is increasing concern about security as a need for increased safety in the information industry society. However, it does not meet the needs for safety including CCTV. Therefore, in this paper, we link the processing technology using the image information to the IPS system consisting of GPS and Beacon. It designed a conventional RFID tag attached discomfort and image tracking system is limited to complement the disadvantages identifiable area. To this end, we designed a smart device and the Internet of Things convergence system and a research to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the IPS of the access control system. Finally, by leveraging intelligent video information using a PTZ camera, and set the entrant management policies it was carried out to control the situation and control. Also, by designing the integrated video tracking system, an authentication server, visualization systems were designed to establish an efficient technique for analyzing the IPS entrant behavior patterns.

  • U-City has been promoted nation-wide by development of recent IT technology. This paper studied the concept of 3D-virtual city in order to realize the current Ubiquitous City(U-City) efficiently, and to manage all the RFID/USN monitoring data in the real U-City. 3D-Virtual City is the concept of the reproduction of real world U-City, for embodying Ubiquitous technology while using Digital map, satellite image, VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Language). U&V-City is the four-dimensional future city that real-time wire/wireless communication network and 3D-web GIS shall be connected that massive database, intelligent service be perceived through employing EAI(External Authoring Interface) that provides HTML&JAVA, and interface for efficient removal/process of massive information/ service and also by employing GPS/LBS/Navigation in support of world-wide orientation concept, and RTLS(Real Time Location System).

  • In the construction project, the efforts to use IT for efficient management and improvement of productivity is gradually increasing. For instance, the cite management model with 3D CAD and RFID shows one of efforts this model define and systematize a variety of data occurred each work unit(design, material and process management information, etc). However, so far, there has been the problem monitoring the site due to the an inaccurate data and low-practice which people should input in manual. In this paper, we would like to establish the data for real time monitoring system with data inputting automatically from RTPM system and the site, and analyze the relationship between tables consist of similar data through RED Diagram.

  • Recently, business integration and interoperability of between the heterogeneous applications are requested by rapid growth of web. Web Services that self-contained for platform and programming language is appeared used to XML of standard data format. Such amid Fast Web Services attract attention at fields necessary to bring rapid communication like Mobile and RFID. In this paper, we inquired about ASN.1 of ITU-T and IS0/IEC standard that a central role of data transform. And we studied encoding process of between ASN.1 and XML for transform SOAP massage of a massage transfer mode of Web Services to binary data.

  • Traditional anti-collision algorithms determine slot size of initial frame based on the information of number of collision slots, idle slots, and success slots. Since there is no information about collision at the beginning of tag information collection, traditional anti-collision algorithms can not determine the initial frame size. Considering that performance of anti-collision algorithm is very sensitive to initial slot size traditional anti-collision algorithms need some improvements. In this study two methods are proposed to determine slot size of initial frame efficiently, through which we can improve the performance of dynamic frame slotted aloha algorithm. To verify the performance of proposed algorithms, 2.4GHz RFID system is used. Throughput and delay time are derived through simulation, which is developed using JAVA. We have seen that proposed algorithm improves throughput by 9.6% and delay time by 9.8%.

  • DVR is widely used in the security monitoring system because it has excellent performance compared with VCR. In this paper, the new DVR interfaces and repeaters enhancing the performance of the existing DVR have been designed and implemented, which enables a large-scaled security monitoring system to be built economically. A repeater in this paper connects 8 monitoring terminals to 2 channels of DVR and a DVR interface manages 16 repeaters to be able to accommodate 128 monitoring terminals. Eventually, the implemented system has a quadruple scalability compared to the existing systems and can reduce the installation cost substantially by using cost-effective UTP cables instead of coaxial cables. And the system could be effectively used in various environments and conditions because various functions such as video transmission, audio communication, emergency call, and RFID card are integrated into the system.

  • Apartment complex, buildings, markets and department stores have inner parking lots which can accept many cars but drivers waste lots of times to find the empty parking spaces in crowding parking lots. In this paper, we proposed the inner parking information support system based on microprocessor which can decrease roaming times to find vacant parking spot in confusing parking lots through notice monitor and provide SMS to make it easy to find parked place. Proposed system consist with RFID system for detecting access of cars, microprocessor system for processing data of checking existence of cars on parking spots and communicating with server, and server system which processes information of cars' in and out, guides empty parking spots and parked location to drivers. Suggested system is realized by handmade model parking lot size of 8 cars, and we confirmed practicality by providing information using parking notice monitor and single message service.

  • The existing computer equipment management system is designed to computerize and manage equipment information that was managed only by documents in the computer room. However, the existing system focuses on computerizing the equipment arranged in the document, so there is a limit to the equipment that can be registered and it is difficult to find the necessary equipment. In addition, it caused inconvenience to confirm whether the registered equipment is currently used. In this paper, we redesign and implement the computer equipment management system to solve the problem. For this purpose, the existing computer equipment management system was thoroughly analyzed throughout, and the system is designed and implemented to improve the system by reflecting the opinions of public officials and management companies using the system. In the performance evaluation, the efficiency of the improved system is proved by comparing the number of equipment registrations and equipment search accuracy of the existing system.

  • For systematic pet management, the pet registration system has established. It makes the owner of the pet is given greater responsibility through the pet registration system but it also provided with welfare. One of the advantages of the pet registration system is that prepare system what return to owner quickly and safety through information inquiry when the pets are lost. But there are some conflict with the law in the information inquiry, so it occurs interfere the system. In this paper, we propose using the Smart Contract to finding the missing animal effectively. Proposed method discloses only the partially information. Thus it will be eliminated conflict parts, and increases the information accessibility to increase the number of people who can inquiry information. In addition, keeping the RFID inquired feature for compatible with the existing system. The smart contract querying enables quickly and precision access to information. Lastly, compare the proposed method with existing method to see the improvement.
