  • This paper would suggest about data communicate using RF Transmitter-Receiver and about PC protection method authenticate using software of PC which Receiver is connected. Older PC protection system is demanded manual operation of the user but the suggesting method protect PC automatically with judge existing of the user who has Tag approaches the distance which gets near. And it is impossible about the forgery and it is safe about sniffing attack and spoofing.

  • 송수신기의 방식에는 직접변환 방식과 기저대역 신호와 LO(Local Oscillator)를 혼합하여 interpolation 기법을 사용하여 중간 주파수 단계까지 up conversion을 하고 두 번째 LO와 IF신호를 혼합하여 RF신호로 변환하여 송신하는 헤테로다인 방식이 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 이런 송수신기 방식 중에서 헤테로다인 방식을 적용하여 QPSK에서의 digital up /down converter를 Simulink 환경에서 설계 및 구현하였다. Up converter는 4배의 interpolation 필터와 4단짜리 cascaded integrate-comb(CIC)필터를 사용하여 입력데이터의 샘플 레이트를 클럭 레이트까지 증가시켰으며, numerically controlled oscillator (NCO)와 mixer를 사용하여 신호를 변조하였다. Down converter의 구조는 up converter와 동일하며 단지 up converter의 반대순서로 구성되어있다. 이런 모든 과정을 Simulink를 이용한 시뮬레이션과 스펙트럼 분석기를 사용하여 검증해 보았다.

  • In this paper, we design RF transceiver architecture and building blocks for impulse radio UWB system. Impulse radio UWB signal occupies the wide frequency band which is very low transmission power. So, it can minimize the interference effect with the other system. Using UWB technology, we obtain position awareness service. Therefore, we describe the RF transceiver architecture of direct conversion receiver and define the requirement of RF transceiver. Moreover, we implement a prototype RF transceiver based on the presented standard and verify a function and performance through the wireless data communication and ranging test.

  • In this paper, we propose a wireless data access system, which used direct sequence spread spectrum method and the ISM band with 900MHz radio frequency. By applying bi-directional transmission between wireless transmitter and receiver, it can be effectively connected with any kinds of RF-ID with 900MHz ISM band. Therefore it could economically be used as peripheral equipments for RF-ID system.

  • The Bi-directional Wireless Capsule endoscope con sists of CMOS Image sensor, FPGA, LED, Battery, DC to DC Converter, Transmitter, Receiver and Antennas. The RF transmitter at 1.2GHz range is designed and fabricated with 10 mm(diameter)x1.6 mm(thickness) dimension considering the maximum permission exposure(MPE), system size, power consumption, linearity and modulation method. The fabricated RF receiver at 400MHz range can demodulate the external signals so as to control the behavior of CMOS image sensor. four LEDs and Transmitter.

  • In this paper, interference analysis has been performed between RF receiver and transmitters on each soldier for Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement System(MILES) which are following ZigBee standard. In order to obtain minimum transmit power without interference, 1% Packet Error Rates(PER) from 14 transmitters attached on a soldier to a receiver are measured with the scenarios for simple transmitting and receiving network configuration and for repeating network configuration. Based on this transmit power, the available distance for interference free among soldiers is simulated using Spectrum Engineering Advanced Monte Carlo Analysis Tool(SEAMCAT). Later scenario gives the benefit of 10dB lower transmit power, smaller and lighter power source, and better activity of trainee.

  • This study is to design FMCW radar transceiver of K-band which is used to detect and track approaching high speed targets with low altitude. The transmitter needs high output power due to small RCS targets and wide beamwidth of transmit antenna. Multi-channel receivers are required to detect and track targets by interferometer method. Transmitter consists of high power amplifier, waveguide switch, and frequency up-converter. Receiver is composed of five channel receivers, up and down converters, X-band local oscillator and waveform generator. Before manufacturing it, the proposed architecture of transceiver is proved by modeling and simulation using several parameters. Then, it is manufactured by using industrial RF components. The performance parameters are measured through experiment. In the experiment, transmitting power and receiver gain were measured with 39.64 dBm and 29.1 dB, respectively. All other parameters in the specification were satisfied as well.

  • In this paper, is is presented the result of design and fabrication for X band T/R module using in active array radar. The high power RF circuit was fabricated using GaN element, so that high power and high efficiency was fulfilled comparing with the previous T/R module that have under 50 W output power for X band. Designed X band T/R module demonstrated 200 W(53 dBm) peak power, 20 us pulse width with 0.4 dB pulse droop and 20 % duty cycle. And it has characteristics of 26 dB receive gain and 4.5 dB noise figure. The structure was applied to prevent serious damage of receive path and GaN HPA by transmitting power during trasmit time of a pulse radar.

  • This study is to design the transmitter and receiver of short range UWB(Ultra Wide Band) imaging radar that is able to display high resolution radar image for front area of a UGV(Unmanned Ground Vehicle). This radar can help a UGV to navigate autonomously as it detects and avoids obstacles through foliage. The transmitter needs two transmitters to improve the azimuth resolution. Multi-channel receivers are required to synthesize radar image. Transmitter consists of high power amplifier, channel selection switch, and waveform generator. Receiver is composed of sixteen channel receivers, receiver channel converter, and frequency down converter, Before manufacturing it, the proposed architecture of transceiver is proved by modeling and simulation using several parameters. Then, it was manufactured by using industrial RF(Radio Frequency) components and all other measured parameters in the specification were satisfied as well.

  • 본 논문에서는 RF 송수신기를 이용하여 데이터를 전송하고, 전송받은 데이터를 이용하는 가운데 안전하게 통신하기 위한 방법으로 RFID 통신 프로토콜을 이용한 암호화 방법을 연구한다. 그리고 이러한 통신 프로토콜을 이용하여 안전하고 편리한 PC 보안 방법을 연구한다. 이러한 PC 보안 방법은 PC 가까이에 Tag를 소지한 사용자가 있는지 유무 판단을 하여 자동으로 PC를 보호한다. 또한 위조 변조가 불가능하며, 스니핑 공격과 스푸핑 공격에 대해 안전하다.
