Three Dimensional Dynamic Interaction Analysis of Actively Controlled High Speed Maglev-Guideway Structure (초고속 자기부상열차의 열차-가이드웨이 3차원 상호작용 해석)

  • 본 논문에서는 3차원 자기부상열차에 대한 열차-가이드웨이 상호작용 해석기법을 제시하고자 한다. 수직 및 수평방향 변위, 피칭, 롤링 그리고 요잉에 대한 자유도를 각 보기와 차체에 대해 고려하여 총 25자 유도 자기부상열차에 대한 운동방정식을 유도하였다. 제어방식으로는 UTM01에 적용된 제어기법을 이용하였고, 궤도 틀림을 고려하기 위하여 미국 FRA에 적용하고 있는 궤도 불규칙성에 대한 밀도 스펙트럼 함수를 이용하여 조도를 생성하였다. 같은 조건하에 2차원 모델과 3차원 모델의 동적응답 결과를 비교하여 타당성을 확인하였고, 2차원 모델에서 고려할 수 없는 수평방향 조도를 도입하였을 때 수직방향 부상공극에는 두드러진 영향을 미치지 않았으나, 수평방향 부상변위에 있어서 중요하게 작용함을 확인하였다.

  • High voltage MLCCs with C0G temperature coefficient characteristics could apply DC-DC invertor were investigated for its dielectric properties. Also we manufactured MLCC through various process and studied the characteristics of dielectric break down voltage [BDV] and dielectric property as the variation of thickness in the green sheet and how to pattern the internal electrode. As the thickness of green sheet is increase, the dielectric BDV per unit thickness is decreased. But as the pattern of internal electrodes were floated we could manufacture the high voltage MLCC maintained its dielectric BDV a unit.

  • X7R 고압용 적층 칩 캐패시터 제작을 위한 내환원성 유전체 조성물에서 희토류인 $Er_2O_3$을 0.6 mol% 첨가한 후 유리프릿 첨가시소결특성 및 절연저항이 향상됨을 확인 할 수 있었다. 회토류인 $Er_2O_3$을 첨가시 유전율 및 절연저항이 감소하는 경향을 보이나 $85^{\circ}C$ 영역에서 온도특성을 향상시키는 것을 확인하였으며 고압 적층 칩 캐패시터 제작시 온도 특성이 우수한 재료를 개발 할 수 있었다.

  • The microwave dielectric ceramic properties of $CaTiO_3-(Li_{1/2}Nd_{1/2})TiO_3$ were investigated. The solid solution of $CaTiO_3-(Li_{1/2}Nd_{1/2})TiO_3$ had the perovskite structure in the range of all composition. The dielectric constant and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency of solid solution were decreased with the contend of $(Li_{1/2}Nd_{1/2})TiO_3$, whereas, the $Q{\times}f$ value was increased. In the $(1-X)CaTiO_3-X(Li_{1/2}Nd_{1/2})TiO_3$ system, the microwave properties could be controlled by the variation of X, X is weight fraction. Typical value of K=119, $Q{\times}f=2970$ and $TCF=14ppm/^{\circ}C$ were obtained for $0.2CaTiO_3-0.8(Li_{1/2}Nd_{1/2})TiO_3$.

  • 본 논문은 X8R 온도 특성을 가지는 유전체 원료를 이용하여 고용량이면서 고압화가 가능한 적층 칩 캐패시터를 제작하였다. 대형 고압용 적층 칩 캐패시터를 위한 내부 전극 설계 및 외부 전극 형성 방법에 대한 연구도 함께 진행하였다. 적층 칩 캐패시터를 하이브리드 자동차 및 산업용 인버터의 DC-Link으로 사용하기 적합한 모듈을 제작하였으며 모듈 설계시 고유전율의 에폭시-세라믹 필름을 하였다. 본 모듈을 평가한 결과 기존 캐패시터 모듈에 비하여 2/3 크기의 소형화를 얻을 수 있었으며 ripple 전류 및 발열 특성이 매우 우수함을 확인하였다.

  • Automatic Train Stop (ATS) is a device that automatically stops or decelerates a train when the train exceeds the permitted speed limits or violates the signal regulations. The railway signaling system has been evolved to an automatic train control system (ATC), and is being developed into Distance-to-Go and Communication Based on Train Control (CBTC). In spite of that, the ATS system is currently being operated in Seoul Metro (line 1 and 2) and most of railway lines in Korea as well as overseas. In this study, we presents the technical methodology to prevent human errors in order to secure the safety in operation of the ATS system.

  • $BiNbO_4$ ceramics with 0.06wt% CuO, 0.1wt% $V_{2}O_{5}$ sintered at $900^{\circ}C$. The strip line chip filter has been design and fabricated by screen printing with silver electrode after tape casting. The characteristics of the fabricated filters were compared with the simulated results. In the strip line chip filter, insertion loss value of band pass width was 3.65[dB] and return loss was 8.9[dB] and center frequency was similar that simulation results.

  • This study was a preliminary investigation into improving the environmental and healthy quality of childcare centers. The purpose of this study was to determine the management condition on indoor environment and hygiene of childcare centers in Cheongju. Questionnaire survey was carried out from 11st to 26th of August 2004 by mail. Respondents were consisting of 55 teachers, an executive of each childcare center in Cheongju. From the survey results, there were some problems in 'empty period after remodeling work for preventing sick house syndrome', 'humidity controling', 'glare controling', 'indoor or outdoor noise controling', 'cleaning frequency of each room', 'washing method of toys', 'laundry frequency of rag doll and bedclothes'. So, we need to establish the regulations or give some educations and informations about indoor environment and hygiene to administrators of childcare centers.

  • Barium titanate (BaTiO3) is one of the most important dielectric materials for the electronic devices, such as MLCC (Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor). The thickness of the dielectric thin film in MLCC has become thinner and reached about 0.8 ${\mu}m$. Further down sizing is required for the higher performance. For this reason, we should take into account for the size effect of Barium titanate powders. In this study, we demonstrated that size effect for BaTiO3 (0.2 ~ 0.5 ${\mu}m$, hydrothermal BT) could be estimates by using dielectric properties analysis together with the powder properties.

Molecular Phylogeny of Syngnathiformes Fishes (한국산 실고기목 어류의 분자계통)

  • The previous morphology-based taxonomic frameworks within the family Sygnathidae had emphasized the significance of the male brood pouch and reproductive biology in defining the group. However, several different hypotheses had been proposed by different investigators. This study have beencarried out to determine the phylogenetic relationships among 19 species belonging to the order Syngnathiformes with three Gasterosteiformes species as outgroup taxa by using the mitochondrial cytochrome b and Rag2 nuclear DNA sequences. Phylogenetic analyses based on neighbor-joining distance, maximum parsimony, minimum evolution and maximum likelihood method strongly supported that the family Syngnathidae, the suborder Syngnathoidei and the order Syngnathiformes were all monophyletic group. Much of previous morphological analyses were supported by our molecular data, but some deep relationships were not clearly resolved with regard to members of the suborder Aulostomoidei.
