N-[1-(benzotriazol-1-yl)butyl]-P-nitroaniline ( BBN, C6H7N502) 의 분자 및 결정구조를 반-선 회절 법Abstract으로 연구하였다. 이 결정은 단사정계이고 공간군은 P21/n이다. 단위세포 길이는 a=17.542(2)A, b= 10.755(3)A, c=8.891(1)A 이며 a=b=r=90˚,b=104.58(1)˚,Z=4 이다.구조해석에 사용한 X-선은 CuKa선(λ:1.5418A )을 사용하였다. 분자구조는 직접법으로 풀었으며 최소자승법으로 정밀화하였 다. 최종 신뢰도 R값은 255개 파라메터, F≥4o(F)인 2248개의 회절반점에 대하여 R= 0.0411 이었다. 분자간 결합은 1개의 수소결합인 N(11)-Hll(Nll)‥‥N(3)로 결합되어 있으며, N(11)‥‥N(3)=3.136(2).1, N(11)-Hl 1 (Nl 1) ‥‥N(3) =164.1(15)˚이다.

Current thin film process using memory device fabrication process use expensive processes such as manufacturing of photo mask, coating of photo resist, exposure, development, and etching. However, direct printing technology has the merits about simple and cost effective processes because inks are directly injective without mask. And also, this technology has the advantage about fabrication of fine pattern line on various substrates such as PCB, FCPB, glass, polymer and so on. In this work, we have fabricated the fine and thick metal pattern line for the electronic circuit board using metal ink contains Ag nano-particles. Metal lines are fabricated by two types of printing methods. One is a conventional printing method which is able to quick fabrication of fine pattern line, but has various difficulties about thick and high resolution DPI(Dot per Inch) pattern lines because of bulge and piling up phenomenon. Another(Second) methods is sequential printing method which has a various merits of fabrication for fine, thick and high resolution pattern lines without bulge. In this work, conductivities of metal pattern line are investigated with respect to printing methods and pattern thickness. As a result, conductivity of thick pattern is about several un.

S. chungbukensis DJ77로부터 16S rRNA유전자의 염기서열을 분식하였다. 염기서열은 총 1,502 bp로 2000 년에 등록된 부분 서열(1,435 bp)보다 5' 방향과 3' 방향으로 29 bp와 37 bp 길이만큼 각각 확장하였으며, 1 bp가 추가로 삽입되었다. E. coli의 16S rRNA유전자를 모델로 이차구조를 제작하였으며, 네 부위가 특이적임을 발견하였다. Sphnigomonas spp.의 16S rRNA 서열과 S. chungbukensis DJ77의 다중서열검색 결과, Sphingomonas종에서만 나타나는 보존부위와 가변부위를 발견할 수 있었다. 특히, Campylobacter jejuni에서만 나타나는 것으로 알려진 긴 stem loop구조가 서열은 조금 다르지만 구조적 일치를 보이는 유사한 구조를 S. chungbukensis DJ77에서도 발견하였다. 결과적으로, 다중서열검색을 통해 제작한 계통수와 nucleotide signatures분석에 근거하여 S. chugukensis DJ77을 cluster II (Sphingobium)로 분류하였다.

Drop-in tests were conducted using R290/R32 (31:69) or R290/DME (65:35) mixture in a ice-cream maker for possible replacement of R-502 and R-404A. At the standard room temperature ($20^{\circ}C$), the time required for initial ice-cream making was 4'7' for R290/32, 4'39' for R404A and 4'59' for R290/DME. The electric energy consumed was 436 kJ for R290/32, 425 kJ for R404A and 439 kJ for R290/DME. The mass flow rate as well as the temperature and pressure data are also provided.

본 연구는 대학생들의 인터넷중독과 성인아이 성향, 정신건강과의 관계를 파악하기 위해 시행하였다. 자료수집은 2012년 11월 5일부터 11월 30일까지 G시에 있는 502명의 대학생들에게 실시하였고, SPSS/WIN 18.0을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 인터넷중독은 성인아이 성향(r=.395, p<.001)과 정신건강((r=.479, p<.001)에서 모두 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈고, 성인아이 성향은 정신건강(r=.432, p<.001)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타냈다. 또한 일반적 특성, 인터넷중독과 성인아이 성향은 대학생들의 정신건강에 대해 42%의 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학생들의 인터넷중독을 감소시키고 정신건강을 향상시키기 위해서는 성인아이 성향을 함께 고려한 간호중재 프로그램을 개발할 필요가 있다.

From independent swab samples of the cloaca of indigenous gamecocks (CIG), anus of healthy baby goats (AHG), and vagina of goats (VG) originating from Phitsanulok, Thailand, a total of 263 isolates of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) were collected. Only three isolates, designated C707, G502, and V202, isolated from CIG, AHG, and VG, respectively, exhibited an excellent inhibitory zone diameter against foodborne pathogenic bacteria when evaluated by agar spot test. Isolates C707 and G502 were identified as Enterococcus faecium, whereas V202 was identified as Pediococcus acidilactici, based on 16S rRNA sequence analysis. When foodborne pathogenic bacteria were co-cultured with chosen LAB in mixed BHI-MRS broth at 39℃, their growth was suppressed. These LAB were found to be capable of surviving in simulated stomach conditions. Only the isolate G502 was able to survive in the conditions of simulated intestinal juice. This research suggests that selected LAB could be used as a food/feed supplement to reduce foodborne pathogenic bacteria and improve the safety of animal-based food or feed.

A FORTRAN code has been developed to calculate thermodynamic properties of 12 kinds of refrigerants. Input variables are temperature and pressure or temperature only depending on the saturation. The program output properties are specific volume, saturation pressure, enthalpy, entropy, specific heats and speed of sound. Sample calculations show that output properties are in very good agreements with thermodynamic tables and charts.

최근 들어 국민 식생활 문화가 개선되고 생활수준이 향상됨에 따라 소프트 아이스크림, 슬러시와 같은 일회용 냉동 유제품의 소비가 급증하고 있다. 이들 냉동 유제품은 소형 냉동 시스템에서 만들어진다. 소프트 아이스크림 제조기의 냉매로 그간 R-502가 주로 사용되어 왔으나 오존층 파괴와 관련하여 R-404A로 대체되고 있다. 하지만 R-404A도 지구온난화지수(GWP)가 높아 지구온난화지수가 낮은 냉매로의 전환이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 R-404A의 대체 물질로 R-290/R-32를 고려하였다. 냉각기 체적 2.8 리터인 소프트 아이스크림 제조기에 R-290/R-32를 적용하여 최적화를 수행하였다. 최적화는 적정 냉매량 및 팽창밸브의 개도를 찾는데 주안점을 맞춰 수행되었는데 최적 조건 (충전량 1000 g, 밸브 개도 "0" (제조사 세팅치))에서 아이스크림 제조 시간은 6분 24초, COP는 0.83으로 나타났다. R-404A에서 아이스크림 제조시간은 6분 22초와 R-290/R-32와 유사하고 COP는 0.90으로 R-404A에서 다소 높게 나타났다. 이는 본 실험에 사용된 압축기가 R-404A용이기 때문으로 향후 R-290/R-32용 압축기가 개발되면 소비동력은 개선되리라 예상된다. 본 연구 결과는 냉동식품 제조기를 비롯한 여타 냉동 사이클의 최적화에도 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

In this paper, by using the notion of ${\rho}$-(p,r)-invexity assumptions on the functions involved, optimality conditions and duality results (Mond-Weir, Wolfe and mixed type) are established on differentiable manifolds. Counterexample is constructed to justify that our investigations are more general than the existing work available in the literature.
