Complete Genome Sequence of Pseudarthrobacter sp. IC2-21, a Fluquinconazole-Degrading Soil Bacterium

  • Pseudarthrobacter sp. IC2-21 is isolated from the greenhouse soil in Icheon, Gyeonggi, Korea. This strain IC2-21 is a first fluquinconazole degrading soil bacterium. We analyze the whole genome sequence of Pseudarthrobacter sp. IC2-21. The sequence analysis revealed that Pseudarthrobacter sp. IC2-21 possesses a single 4,265,009 bps circular chromosome with a DNA G+C-content of 65.4%. This chromosome contains 3,942 protein-coding sequences and 12 rRNA and 51 tRNA genes. In the result of sequence analysis, it is revealed that strain IC2-21 possessed genes coding the triazole pesticides degradation related enzymes, such as oxygenase, and fluquinconazole degradation related genes.

  • Let D be a principal ideal domain, X be an indeterminate over D, D[X] be the polynomial ring over D, and $R_n=D[X]/(X^n)$ for an integer $n{\geq}1$. Clearly, $R_n$ is a commutative Noetherian ring with identity, and hence each nonzero nonunit of $R_n$ can be written as a finite product of irreducible elements. In this paper, we show that every irreducible element of $R_n$ is a primary element, and thus every nonunit element of $R_n$ can be written as a finite product of primary elements.

  • This paper relates to the study of load characteristics applicable to wind turbine generators induced by earthquakes. An artificial design earthquake wave generated through the target spectrum and the envelope function of Richter Magnitude Scale (ML) 7.0 as in ASCE4-98 was created. A simulation of earthquake loads were performed according to the design load cases (DLC) 9.5~9.7 of GL guidelines. Additionally, simulation of seismic loads experienced by Wind Turbines installed in the Gyeongju region were carried out utilizing artificial earthquakes of ML 5.8 simulating the real earthquakes during the Gyeongju Earthquakes of Sept. 2016.

  • Robots which detect human and recognize action are important factors for human interaction, and many researches have been conducted. Recently, deep learning technology has developed and learning based robot's technology is a major research area. These studies require a database to learn and evaluate for intelligent human perception. In this paper, we propose a multi-modal sensor-based image database condition considering the security task by analyzing the image database to detect the person in the outdoor environment and to recognize the behavior during the running of the robot.
