In this era of globalization and fierce competition, R&D is an essential part of corporate development strategy. Accordingly, much effort has been devoted to identify and verify best practices for successful R&D and to improve R&D processes. Nevertheless, there is still lack of a comprehensive framework for assessing the quality of R&D process, which can be used as a step-by-step guide for process improvement. Therefore, this study purposes to develop a framework for assessing R&D process based on the concept of CMMI, which is a process improvement approach that defines the essential elements of effective processes. In particular, we suggest three types of R&D process-new product development, new service creation and new technology creation-and then develop a customized framework for them. For this purpose, we firstly investigated the characteristics of R&D activities for each type of process and identify its base practices from an extensive literature review. Then, the CMMI approach was adopted and modified to suit the R&D process. Finally, an illustrative example was provided to demonstrate the assessment process and a prototype web-based assessment system was suggested. Research findings will help understand the characteristics of different types of R&D process and provide a customized guidelines for R&D process assessment and improvement.

This study explores the role of knowledge sharing activities among team members and performance in R&D setting. Knowledge sharing activities are classified into two : Knowledge sharing activity within/outside team. And the relationships between the knowledge activities and R&D performance are also examined according to three R&D stages : basic, applied, and developmental research. A empirical study was conducted at a research institute of large company that leads the advanced research and development of the domestic chemical industry. Data was collected 292 copies out of 500 copies (Response rate 58.4%). The result indicated that knowledge sharing within and outside the team has a positive effect on R&D Performance. In particular, knowledge sharing within the team has a greater effect on R&D outcomes in basic research stage. Knowledge sharing outside the team has a greater effect on R&D outcomes in the development research stage. In the R&D organization, it is important that members of the team are well-connected and understanding each other, but they should encourage positive relationships with external members of the team. Depending on the R&D field of the team, the basic research field should concentrate more on knowledge sharing within the team, while the development research field should focus more on knowledge sharing outside the team.

Many social and environmental changes emerged by the increasing of the number of the aged to entrance the aged society. This study explored the current supply status on Contents Technology R&D(research and development) of CT ministries and market policies(senior friendly industry) targeting to elderly consumers and the needs and demand of elderly generation to knowledge information technology. In, 2008, Ministries announced the sixth category of CT R&D's fundamental planning. The 'public culture service' to elderly and handicapped person is one of CT R&D category. This study investigated the information technology participation(internet participation rate, blog and internet cafe commitment) and contents technology to the elderly. The research indicated the desired needs of elderly consumers are creativity contents, emotional & experience and communication needs. These three factors of CT R&D to elderly consumers meets the needs non-game factors such as health, economic stability and information seeking in entertainment game.

멀티 클라우드는 다양한 클라우드 제공자들의 클라우드 서비스를 연동하여 사용자에게 제공하는 기술로 최근 4차 산업혁명 기술의 발전에 따라 대용량 데이터의 수용, 대용량 계산 등을 단일 클라우드에서 활용하기 어려워 데이터를 가까운 클라우드 자원을 활용하여 분석하거나 서비스를 가까운 지역에서 제공하기 위해 등장한 기술이다. 그러나 멀티 클라우드 제공처마다 동일한 기능을 서로 다른 인터페이스와 파라미터를 사용해야 하며, 시스템의 버전 증가에 따른 인터페이스 변화 시 멀티 클라우드 연동을 다시 해주어야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티 클라우드마다 다른 인터페이스를 분석하고 공통 요소를 도출 및 규격화하여 연동을 위한 게이트웨이를 제안한다. 인터페이스 제공을 위해 필수적인 요소와 부가적인 요소를 정리하여 공통 규격으로 만들어 멀티 클라우드 시스템 구성 및 서비스 이용에 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 멀티 클라우드 인터페이스를 마이크로 서비스로 구성하여 새로운 클라우드 서비스 등록과 기존 등록된 서비스의 인터페이스 버전 변화에도 대응 가능할 수 있도록 설계하여 손쉽게 연동 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

전체적인 관점으로 국가 과학기술 R&D를 조망하는 국가 과학기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지는 인력정보, 과제정보, 성과정보를 포함하며 여러 URI들과 연계된다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 단일 URI 체계가 아닌 시스템 적이고 다층적인 국가 과락기술 R&D 기반정보 온톨로지의 인스턴스 레벨에 필요한 다중 URI 관리 및 서비스 시스템을 구현한다. 본 시스템은 관리적인 측면에서 웹 인터페이스 기반 URI 등록과 조회를, 서비스 측면에서 URI 질의중심의 웹서비스를 제공한다. 기존 정보(KISTI의 KOI, 학술진흥재단의 부서 및 기관, 국가과학기술인력 종합정보시스템의 인력DB)와 연계를 기반으로 가용성 및 재사용성을 높이고 신규정보를 위한 URI 생성규칙을 제공함으로써 URI 관리 및 서비스 시스템 완성도를 높였다.

본 연구는 기존 포털형 정보 서비스의 한계를 극복하고자, 이전 연구에서 제안된 연구자의 R&D 프로세스 과정에서의 협업을 지원하는 개방형 협업 지원 서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여, 본 연구에서는 R&D 프로세스 중 '사전 단계'에 대한 설계와 구현을 소개한다. 우리는 R&D 프로세스를 문헌 리뷰와 연구 가설 설정 등을 수행하는 '사전 단계,' 실험과 데이터 분석 등을 수행하는 '실행 단계', 논문 작성 및 출판 등을 수행하는 '성과화 단계'로 구분하고, 이 중 '사전 단계'에 대해 프로젝트 뷰, 그룹 뷰, 문헌 뷰, 관계 뷰를 설계하고 구현하였다. 연구자는 이 플랫폼을 통해 문헌 내용 및 문헌 간 복잡한 연관성을 신속하게 파악할 수 있으며, 플랫폼은 연구자에 의해 자연스럽게 생성되는 사용자 정의 관계를 통해 향후 심층적인 문헌 네트워크 구축 및 분석이 가능해질 것으로 기대한다.

콘텐츠·미디어 기술은 기존의 평면 중심의 서비스에서 가상 증강현실, 홀로그램, 라이트필드 등의 입체·공간 서비스 적용이 점차 확대되고 있으며, 정보를 직관적으로 인지하는 시각과 청각 중심에서 디지털 기술의 발전에 힘입어 촉각, 후각 등 오감의 영역으로도 확장이 진행되고 있다. 코로나 19 장기화로 비대면이 필요해진 산업과 일상생활에 3차원 공간을 활용한 메타버스의 구현으로 국민 누구나 용이하게 새로운 콘텐츠·미디어 서비스를 활용할 수 있는 기술을 확보하는 것이 매우 중요해졌다. 본 고에서는 우리 정부의 콘텐츠·미디어 분야 주요 정책 현황과 R&D 투자동향에 대해 짚어보고, 2022년도 콘텐츠·미디어분야 R&D 과제기획 현황을 살펴보고자 한다.

A literature analysis for the planning and implementation of information system was carried out to establish the oceanographic R&D results, the first in Korea. The study targeted from scientific & technical report and to oceanographic survey data. The focus of the analysis lies in the providing practical information retrieval service for oceanographic R&D results based on the framework of effective Dublin Core metadata. The analyses included information system organization, web information service process, data input-output process, web visualization process, and retrieval for planning and implementation of oceanographic survey data and scientific & technical report.

VoIP기반의 음성통화가 기존 PSTN망을 대체하여 빠르게 확산되고 있다. 이러한 IP기반의 음성통신은 IP 네트워크가 가진 보안 취약점을 그대로 가지고 있어 이에 대한 보완이 필요하다. IPsec은 IP망에서 보안을 제공하는 프로토콜로 데이터의 기밀성 및 무결성을 제공한다. 한편, 서비스 제공자는 적절한 과금 및 서비스 중재 및 부가 서비스 제공을 위해 통신에 사용된 암호화 키를 획득할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 IPsec의 키 교환 프로토콜인 Internet Key Exchange v2를 수정하여 서비스 제공자와 통신하는 양 단말이 동시에 키 교환을 수행하도록 한다. 이 방식을 통하여 서비스 제공자가 키 생성에 참여함으로서 Men in the middle 공격을 효과적으로 막을 수 있고, 부가 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 발판을 마련할 수 있다.
