  • 본 논문은 IMS 개발-에 있어서 컨버전스 서비스를 지향하는 망 진화 방향을 제안한다. 4 세대 라고 언급하고 있는 4G 네트워크의 핵심인 IMS 는 3GPP 에서 표준화를 진행하며, ITU-T, MSF, TISPAN 과 같은 표준화 단체에서도 유사한 망구조로 제안하고 있다. 그러나 IMS망을 통하여 생성되는 컨버전스 서비스로의 발전에는 고려해야 할 사항들이 많이 있다. 본 논문에서는 망구조를 통하여 단말의 입장과 서비스의 진화방향을 제안한다.

  • HSPA의 기술이 발전되어 오면서 WCDMA 망을 활용한 PS 기반의 서비스는 계속적으로 발전되어 오고 있다. 그러나 다양한 IP-CAN 과의 연동을 고려한 서비스 구조에 대해서는 더욱 연구가 되어야한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 IMS 기반의 서비스 개발에 있어서 고려되어야 하는 IMS 서비스 구조에 대해서 연구한다.

  • 품질경영이 공공기관 및 연구소의 연구개발 분야로 확대된 오늘날, 나날이 복잡해지고 다양해지는 기술 변화와 높아진 고객의 품질 기대에 부응하여 고품질의 연구개발 결과물을 창출해 내기 위해서는 품질에 영향을 미치는 연구원의 모든 조직 및 참여인원들이 품질보증 및 향상에 대한 인식 제고가 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라 연구원의 경영 원칙 및 제도적 지원을 바탕으로 모든 연구개발 사업에 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 R&D 표준 프로세스의 구축의 필요성이 대두되었다. 정부출연 연구 기관인 한국전자통신연구원의 R&D 프로세스가 갖추어야 하는 특성과 이 특성을 고려하여 개발한 R&D 표준 프로세스를 소개한다.

  • In today's rapidly changing business environment, quality of responsiveness to customer requirements for short order cycles and on time delivery is becoming more important and considered as one of critical success factors in supply chain management. Yet despite its importance on reducing transportation cost and improving customer service, little attention has been given to the transportation planning system in Korea SI industry. In this paper, we present development of transportation planning system especially to deal with vehicle routing problem which has the goal to minimize the costs of daily transportation operation and to maximize customer delivery service. The system architecture with other enterprise application is presented and real-world constraints are well incorporated into the system by combining constraints programming and meta heuristics.

  • 최근 정부의 R&D 연구에 대한 지원 규모 증가로 인해 전국가적으로 활발하게 기술 연구가 진행되고 있지만 예산을 집행하는 과정에서 기술 연구개발 과제의 중복연구로 시간과 예산을 낭비하는 사례를 노출하고 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 정부 R&D 과제 선정과정에서 연구주제의 중복성 방지 등 근원적 혁신이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝 기술 및 빅데이터 분석 기술(하둡, 아마존 웹 서비스)과 같은 데이터 분석 기술이 도입된 클라우드 기반 R&D 연구 보고서 문서표절 및 유사도를 검출하는 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 SaaS 형태의 "on-demand software"로 웹 접속만으로 사용이 가능하다.

  • This study analyzed the important factors in service quality for public usage of national R&D facilities and equipments, and, using those factors, performed the importance-performance analysis for several national R&D programs in order to examine what service quality factors should be concentrically improved in each programs. Additionally, the in-depth interview with program managers and R&D facility experts was performed to realize the managerial issues subject to the characteristics of programs regarding the national R&D public facility management. As the results, this study made some political suggestions such as the reformation of promoter's role regarding the formulation of the government policy to support those programs. For example, it is more suitable for colleges as the subject of programs to be invested for self-research purpose rather than public usage, for independent corporation to be centered on the more general and common production fields, and for the government R&D agencies on the leading and special technical fields.

Knowledge Map Service based on Ontology of Nation R&D Information (국가R&D정보에 대한 온톨로지 기반 지식맵 서비스)

  • Knowledge map is widely used to represent knowledge in many domains. This paper presents a method of integrating the national R&D data and assists of users to navigate the integrated data via using a knowledge map service. The knowledge map service is built by using a lightweight ontology modeling method. The national R&D data is integrated with the research project as its center, i.e., the other R&D data such as research papers, patent, and project reports are connected with the research project as its outputs. The lightweight ontology is used to represent the simple relationships between the integrated data such as project-outputs relationships, document-author relationships, and document-topic relationships. Knowledge map enables us to infer the further relationships such as co-author and co-topic relationships. To extract the relationships between the integrated data, a RDB-to-Triples transformer is implemented. Lastly, we show an experiment on R&D data integration using the lightweight ontology, triples generation, and visualization and navigation of the knowledge map.

  • This thesis suggests a R&D model for Korean SI companies who aggressively drive oversea business to overcome domestic market limitation and to become world class SI players. Even though there have been a lot of discussions on IT technologies and new business models, scientific approach to a R&D model for SI companies is rare due to its natural distinctiveness from manufacturing and general service domain. Therefore, this will be a flagship thesis to keep up our study. As business market environment gets more competitive, major Korean SI players will be confronted with much more keen competition among themselves. And as they are willing to expand their oversea market presence, they can not help struggling against global SI players. So, here we are presenting SI players the reinforcement of R&D as one of the key components to build up their own core competencies. That is, SI players have to adopt and evaluate fast changing and complicated IT technologies at the right time, and to apply them into a real business with cost-effective service delivery and operation processes internally. The ultimate purpose of all of these activities is to offer a SI company the value added business model based on its innovative technical capabilities and well refined service deliver model. For this purpose, we suggests, SI company's R&D has to play an important role of emerging technology verification/evaluation/utilization, value added business model creation, future innovation lead, standard body participation, and effective service delivery and quality system development. To become a more effective R&D organization, hybrid R&D, in which central R&D and divisional sub R&D work together, is considered as an idea model. The reliability of the R&D model for Korean SI companies', here we suggest, has been checked by SI companies R&D specialists and on-site business people.

  • 국가R&D사업을 수행하는 17 개 부처 청과 연계를 통해 국가R&D정보를 종합 서비스하는 국가과학기술지식정보서비스(NTIS)는 과학기술분야 정부3.0 실현을 위해 범부처 과제신청 원스톱서비스를 구축중이다. NTIS를 통해 한 곳에서 R&D 과제공고 확인부터 과제신청까지 가능한 통합 창구를 제공함으로써 연구자 친화적인 연구개발 환경 조성이 목적이다. 법부처 과제신청 원스톱서비스와 부처 전문기관 연구과제관리시스템 간 로그인 연동을 위해 도출되었던 이슈와 해결방안을 공유하고자 한다.
