패스트 패션의 상품 공급 프로세스 설계에 관한 연구 (The Product Supply Process Design for Fast Fashion Industry with BPMN)

  • This paper suggests the product supply process model based on the store and production capacity, assortment planning and quick response for fast fashion retailers with BPMN. In the fast fashion industry, the standardized business process model is required to respond quickly market trends and customer requirements based on the quantitative and qualitative criteria. Thus we define the product supply processes which incorporate forecasting and assortment plan, cost and profitability of the production, store capacity based on the visual merchandising, and production capacity of the fast fashion retailers. Also we design the key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of these product supply processes. The product supply process model for the fast fashion has great significance in embracing the fast fashion product development process because it presents the holistic view of the product supply process of the fast fashion and provides a performance evaluation mechanism. A case study shows that adopting the processes, a Korean fast fashion company achieves improvement in various performance indicators.

Theoretical Analyses of Autothermal Reforming Methanol for Use in Fuel Cell

  • As fuel cells approach commercialization, hydrogen production becomes a critical step in the overall energy conversion pathway. Reforming is a process that produces a hydrogen-rich gas from hydrocarbon fuels. Hydrogen production via autothermal reforming (ATR) is particularly attractive for applications that demand a quick start-up and response time in a compact size. However, further research is required to optimize the performance of autothermal reformers and accurate models of reactor performance must be developed and validated. The design includes the requirement of accommodating a wide range of experimental set ups. Factors considered in the design of the reformer are capability to use multiple fuels, ability to vary stoichiometry, precise temperature and pressure control, implementation of enhancement methods, capability to implement variable catalyst positions and catalyst arrangement, ability to monitor and change reactant mixing, and proper implementation of data acquisition. A model of the system was first developed in order to calculate flowrates, heating, space velocity, and other important parameters needed to select the hardware that comprises the reformer. Predicted performance will be compared to actual data once the reformer construction is completed. This comparison will quantify the accuracy of the model and should point to areas where further model development is required. The end result will be a research tool that allows engineers to optimize hydrogen production via autothermal reformation.

  • 본 논문에서는 IEEE 802.15.4 기반의 신뢰성 있는 기상데이터의 계측과 모니터링을 위한 기상용 필드서버를 설계 및 제작하였다. 제안된 기상용 필드서버는 무선통신을 담당하는 센서노드와 각각의 기상정보를 수집하는 기상센서보드로 구성되며, 이를 통합한 필드서버를 구축하여 산림, 계곡지역의 국지성 기상변화에 신속하게 대처할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 서버 PC에서는 각각의 기상관련 정보를 모니터링 및 분석하기 위한 프로그램을 구축하여 국지성 기상변화로부터의 피해방지를 위해 실시간으로 감지하도록 하였다.

  • 물적분배시스템의 운영에 있어서 발생하는 품절에 대한 대처방법으로서 동일단계의 측면 재공급 허용을 통한 시스템 운영방안을 제안함으로써 최적물류비용을 갖는 물적분배시스템을 설계하였으며, 또한 본 연구의 고려 대상인 중앙분배센터와 지역분배센터 사이의 수송비용관계, 지역분배센터 상호간 보충허용 하의 물적분배시스템 운영에 관한 연구를 통하여 다중공급원 알고리즘을 개발하고, 기존의 단일 공급원 가정하의 분배시스템과의 총운용비용에 대한 비교분석을 통하여 본 연구에서 개발된 알고리즘의 효율성을 입증하고, 또한 수치 예를 통하여 본 연구의 타당성을 검토하였다.

네트워크 보안 관제를 위한 로그 시각화 방법 (A log visualization method for network security monitoring)

  • 정보시스템에서 정보 보안의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 이에 대응하기 위해 많은 기업이 보안 솔루션을 도입하고 있다. 하지만 많은 예산을 들여도 이를 관리하는 보안 관제가 없으면 제대로 기능하지 못하게 된다. 보안 관제는 문제 발생 시 빠른 대처가 필수적이며, 관제 목적에 맞는 적절한 시각화 대시보드를 설계하여 필요한 정보를 빠르게 전달할 수 있도록 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 오픈소스 Elastic Stack을 이용하여 보안 로그를 시각화 하는 방법을 제시하고, 관제 목적에 적합한 대시보드로 구현함으로써 제시된 방법이 네트워크 보안 관제에 적합함을 보인다. 대시보드는 비정상적인 트래픽 증가와 공격 경로 분석 등의 목적으로 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • The four wing unmanned aerial vehicle owns the characteristics of small size, light weight, convenient operation and well stability. But it is easily disturbed by external environmental factors during flight with these disadvantages of short endurance and poor attitude solving ability. For solving these problems, a microprocessor based on STM32 chip is designed and the overall development is completed by the resources such as built-in timer and multi-function mode general-purpose input/output provided by the master micro controller unit, together with radio receiver, attitude meter, barometer, electronic speed control and other devices. The unmanned aerial vehicle can be remotely controlled and send radio waves to its corresponding receiver, control the analog level change of its corresponding channel pins. The master control chip can analyze and process the data to send multiple sets pulse signals of pulse width modulation to each electronic speed control. Then the electronic speed control will transform different pulse signals into different sizes of current value to drive the motor located in each direction of the frame to generate different rotational speed and generate lift force. To control the body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, so as to achieve the operator's requirements for attitude control, the PID controller based on Kalman filter is used to achieve quick response time and control accuracy. Test results show that the design is feasible.

소비자피해구제 실태분석을 통한 소비자중재제도 도입방안 연구 (A Study on Consumer Arbitration System by Empirical Analysis on Redemption for Consumer′s Claim)

  • The redemption system for consumer's claim is intended to deal with the conflicts between consumers and firms in their transaction of goods and service ensuring consumer's basic right. In general, the redemption system for consumer's claim requires promptness of redemption, free charge of claim procedure for consumers and constructive response of firms. However, the current redemption system in Korea has some limitations in its authority in the sense that it has only the right for mediation of consultation and agreement and thus the involved consumer should forfeit his/her claim or should go to legal suit which requires high cost and time when the mediation work is failed between two parties. As it is shown in result of survey on empirical cases produced by the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee in Consumer Protection Board of Korea in 2001, the 20.3% of total claims have failed to reach final mediation, while the BBB case in the U. S. has recorded 19% of arbitration success after its failure in mediation. Therefore, it is strongly recommended for Korea to augment current. arbitration system toward assuring firm's cost liability, the principle of quick procedure through agreement on arbitration upon consumer's request. It is thus prerequisite for firms to be armed with the concrete entrepreneurship of responsibility on cost liability. In conclusion, we suggest restructuring of currently existing institution, rather than establishing new one through substantial augmenting the role of Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee In Consumer Protection Board of Korea and enlarging its business criteria of The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board by progressive development of the consumer protection program through amendment of current law for consumer protection.

AHP를 이용한 해군 호위함 전투효과 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measuring of Combat Effectiveness for Naval Frigates Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • Modern combat has been extended to the concept of real-time response to a variety of threats simultaneously occurring in vast areas. In order to quick command determination and accurate engagement in these threats, the combat system has emerged in frigate. Frigates conduct anti-surface, anti-submarine, and anti-aircraft as the core forces of the fleet. In this study, the combat effectiveness measures naval frigates using AHP (analytic hierarchy process) method. A hierarchical structure for measuring the combat effectiveness was developed, and weights of criteria were calculated by expert surveys and pair-wise comparisons. In addition, the combat effectiveness of frigates was synthesized and compared. The weights for each attribute were calculated, and the weights for the three main attributes were in the order of act (0.594), evaluate (0.277), and see (0.129). As a result of calculating the weight, anti surface warfare (0.203) was the highest. The combat effectiveness of FFG Batch-III, which has advanced hardware and software and improved combat system capabilities, see (1.73 to 2.56 times), evaluate (1.68 to 2.08 times), and act (1.31 to 3.80 times) better than the comparative frigate. In summarizing the combat effects of the frigate, FFG Batch-III was 1.41~2.95 times superior to the comparative frigate. In particular, a group of experts evaluated the act importantly, resulting in better combat effectiveness.

인쇄된 컬러 QR코드의 합성곱 신경망 알고리즘에 의한 진위 판정 시스템 (An Authentic Certification System of a Printed Color QR Code based on Convolutional Neural Network)

  • 스마트폰의 대중적인 보급으로 인해 QR 코드는 세상에서 가장 보편적인 코드들 중의 하나가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 형태의 QR 코드를 제안하여 저장 용량을 증가시키고, 또한, 컬러정보와 패턴 형태를 가변시켜서 개인 정보를 포함할 수 있게 한다. 이와 더불어, 제안된 QR 코드가 인쇄된 형태의 다양한 응용환경에 작용될 수 있도록 본 논문은 효과적인 진위 판정 시스템을 제안한다. 제안한 시스템은 기존의 합성곱 신경망 구조 즉 VGGNet으로 구현되며, 스마트 폰을 통해 손쉽게 진품 또는 가품을 판정하고, 진품으로 판정된 코드에 대해서는 삽입된 개인 정보를 추출하도록 설계된다. 인쇄된 QR 코드에 대한 실제의 다양한 실험을 통해 제안된 시스템은 진품 또는 가품을 거의 완벽하게 분류할 수 있음을 보이고 개인 정보를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있음을 확인한다.

수주형 제조산업에서 QR 코드를 활용한 생산공정관리 방법연구 (A Study on Production Process Management Method using QR Code in Manufacturing Industry through Obtaining Orders)

  • 중소제조업에서 생산관리 시스템을 도입하고 있는 기업은 아직 그 수가 많지 않다. 그 이유는 대기업의 대량생산 방식이 아니라 수주형 제조생산 방식으로 생산관리를 통한 원가관리, 진척관리 등의 어려움이 있기 때문이다. 수주형 산업의 경우 비 규격화, 소량생산 방식으로 고객의 요구로 제품의 기본사양의 변경이 많아 제대로 된 공정관리 시스템을 구축하기가 어렵다. 본 연구는 최근 사용이 급속도로 증가하고 있는 QR(Quick Response)코드를 활용하여 수주형 제조 산업의 공정관리 방법에 대하여 실제 적용사례를 기준으로 연구를 수행하였다.
