중국 자동차 공장의 린 생산 체계 구축을 통한 생산성 향상에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Productivity Increment through Construction of Lean Production System for Automobile Plant in China)

  • This paper deals with the productivity increment through construction of lean production system for automobile factory in China. This lean production system has been progressed according to 5 steps. Step 1 is the work preparation. Step 2 is the process design. Step 3 is the establishment of method to count production quantity. Step 4 is the establishment of measuring method for input and output. Finally, step 5 is the construction of flexible production system able to adapt for environment change. This lean production system is expected to obtain the productivity increment by 50% for plastic plant and reduction by 50% in inventory quantity.

  • The goals of this research are to understand the regeneration characteristics in diesel particulate filter using the HC injection. This research emphasized on the development of Continuously Regenerating DOC/DPF and HC technology which was the best particulate matters removing technology of current existing technology. This experimental study has been conducted with equipped a Continuously Regenerating DOC/DPF and HC injection on displacement 2.0, 3.3 $\ell$ diesel engine and compared in terms of particulate material and emission. In this study, we could constructed 3 kinds of database according to quantity of temperature to decide the HC injection quantity and develop DOC/DPF ECU algorithm.

Korean Red Ginseng Protects Oxidative Injury Caused by Lead Poisoning

  • Lead (Pb) is a metal that is generally considered to be toxic to the cardiovascular system. Pb-exposed animals display the evidence of increased oxidative stress and hypertension. The current study was designed to examine whether Korean red ginseng (KRG) has protective effects against Pb-induced hypertension and oxidative stress in Pb-exposed rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to Pb exposure or control groups. KRG was administered in drinking water at a concentration of 100 mg/kg/day; the control group received plain drinking water. Animals in the Pb-exposed groups were provided with drinking water containing 100 ppm Pb acetate for 12 weeks. Blood pressure, plasma glutathione, blood Pb concentration, and hematologic data, such as red blood cell quantity, were determined. Pb poisoning was assessed by measuring the blood Pb concentration. Pb exposure (100 ppm) for 12 weeks resulted in a marked rise in systolic blood pressure and blood Pb concentration, as well as a significant reduction in plasma glutathione levels and red blood cell quantity. Other measurements, such as heart rate, body weight, and white blood cell quantity, were unchanged. Treatment with KRG significantly lowered blood pressure, raised plasma glutathione and increased red blood cell numbers in Pb-exposed animals; it also had no effect on heart rate, body weight, or white blood cell quantity. However, the elevated blood Pb concentration was not reduced by treatment with KRG (100 mg/kg). Taken together, these data indicate that treatment with KRG in Pb-exposed animals can reduce oxidative stress and lower blood pressure, suggesting that KRG might be protective against Pb-exposed hypertension and oxidative stress.

대학생의 다문화 접촉경험과 다문화 역량의 관계: 조망수용과 편견의 매개효과 (Relationship between College Students' Multicultural Contact Experiences and Multicultural Competency: Mediating Effects of Perspective Taking and Prejudice)

  • 본 연구는 대학생의 다문화 접촉경험이 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 조망수용과 편견의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 다문화 접촉은 양적인 측면과 질적인 측면으로 구분하였고, 접촉의 양과 질 각각이 조망수용과 편견을 통해 대학생의 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 총 642명의 대학생이 접촉, 일상의 다문화 역량, 조망수용, 편견 등을 포함한 질문지에 응답하였다. 분석 결과, 접촉의 양과 질 모두가 다문화 역량에 유의미하게 관련되는 것으로 나타났으나, 접촉의 질적인 측면이 양적인 측면에 비해 다문화 역량에 미치는 영향력이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조망수용과 편견은 접촉의 질과 다문화 역량의 관계를 유의미하게 매개하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 접촉의 양과 다문화 역량의 관계는 매개하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 다른 문화적 배경을 가진 집단과의 교류가 친밀하고 긍정적일 때 조망수용 증진과 편견 감소를 통하여 다문화 역량 함양이 이루어짐을 보여 주는 것이다. 따라서 향후 대학생의 다문화 역량 증진을 위한 프로그램은 교류의 질적인 측면에 집중하여 조망수용 증진과 편견 감소가 이루어질 수 있도록 계획되어야 할 것이다.

담배추출물의 알카로이드감소에 미치는 산화제의 영향 (The Effect of Oxidizing Agents on Alkaloid Reduction of Tobacco Extract)

  • This experiment was carried out for the purpose of reducing alkaloid in reconstituted tobacco sheet and effluent of reconstituted tobacco sheet manufacturing company by treating oxidizing agents such as ozone, sodium hypochlorite, perchloric acid and hydrogen peroxide to tobacco extract created from the manufacturing process of reconstituted tobacco sheet. The effect of alkaloid reduction in tobacco extract by the volume added, time of treatment and pH of oxidizing agents were as follows: 1. When the solid rate of tobacco extract stood at 10 percent, the content of alkaloid, total sugar, total nitrogen and chlorine was 1,600mg/l, 11,000mg/l, 3,200mg/l and 4,000mg/l, respectively. 2. The effect of alkaloid reduction through ozone treatment was in proportion to time of ozone treatment. Alkaloid showed a 31.2 percent reduction under 8 hours' ozone treatment and 0.23g ozone consumed to remove lmg alkaloid. 3. Alkaloid reduction through sodium hypochlorite treatment was influenced by quantity of chlorine in sodium hypochlorite solution. To remove lmg alkaloid, 36.3mg chlorine was used. Reduction of alkaloid was not affected by time of sodium hypochlorite treatment, while showed the best reaction under pH 5-7. 4. The effect of alkaloid reduction by perchloric acid was under the control of the volume added and time of treatment of perchloric acid. The volume of perchloric acid required to remove alkaloid was on the decrease as time of treatment was getting longer. lmg alkaloid was removed by 0.15g perchloric acid under 8 hours' perchloric acid treatment. 5. Alkaloid reduction reacted slowly to the volume added and time of treatment of hydrogen peroxide. Under 8 hours' hydrogen peroxide treatment, it showed maximum removal, registering 10 percent alkaloid reduction.

Six 시그마를 이용한 연료전지 촉매구조의 최적화 (Fuel Cell Catalyst Optimization by Six Sigma)

  • 연료전지에 사용되는 백금촉매 제조 공정상의 변수로서 환원제를 사용 하였다. 환원조절 횟수, 환원온도, 환원제의 양 그리고 공정시간의 네 가지의 제어인자에 변화를 주어 입자의 크기와 ICP 수율 등의 촉매 구조에 관한 최적화의 평가를 위해 six sigma 의 design of experiment 기법을 사용하여 각각의 변수간의 최적점을 확인해 보았다. 부분요인배치를 통해 입자크기 2.2nm 이하와 ICP수율 75% 이상의 촉매제조를 위하여 도출된 결과로서 주된 제어인자는 환원 시간과 환원 온도로서 밝혀졌고 각 변수의 최적 조건으로서는 환원조절횟수 1회, 환원온도 $67-88^{\circ}C$, 환원제의 양 0.5ml 그리고 10분의 공정시간에서 최적화가 이루어졌다.

부분매입형 신형상 합성보의 단면성능에 관한 연구 (A Study on Section Properties of Partially Concrete-Filled New Type Composite Beam)

  • The demand for the structural system of reduction of story height increases because buildings are getting higher. The existing structural systems are not efficiency. Thus, it is hard to reduce the story height and existing methods cannot secure economics as expected. This study aims at developing the partially concrete-filled new type composite beam, which can efficiently resist against the end negative moment and central positive moment, also reduce deflection of beams. Through case studies on loading of concentrated load and uniformly distributed load to fixed beam, we could find the most efficient ratio of moment of inertia and the ratio ${\alpha}$(end beam length to span). The gap space between middle and end beam can be used as facilities installation, consequently the suggested Omega beam system is expected to get the effect of reduction in story height as well as reduction of quantity.

  • Current Optical Disk drive is dominating high share gradually in information storage device market through development of great skill. These technologies can achieve not only improvement of transmission speed but also elevation of recording/reproduction technology. However, these present state cause not only the increase of vibration in structural viewpoint but also problem of serious noise while the ODD becomes high speed/high performance. Specially, air-born noise is being bigger than structural-born noise as disk rotation speed increases gradually. The object of this research is that reduce the air-born noise in optical disk drive by reducing a quantity of flow by using a miniaturized muffler. The micro muffler is a miniaturized muffler. The muffler is used widely by solution to reduce air-born noise which is generated by flow. According to frequency band of the noise source, it can be applied by muffler of various forms. In this research, we examined the noise characteristics of the micro muffler and applied it by noise reduction solution of the ODD. It could get an excellent noise reduction in high frequency band by using the micro muffler than the opened case through the decrease of an inner flow. But it could not get a noise reduction in low frequency band through the decrease of an inner flow.

  • In the construction industry, we have set goals such as reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and reduction of energy use. In particular, reduction of CO2 emissions in the concrete manufacturing process, reduction of industrial waste and industrial wastes into concrete The zero-emission level of reuse as a resource is under review. On the other hand, the cost of stone is expensive due to small quantity production of domestic stone production in order, it is difficult to carry and construct with heavy material, and it takes long time to construct. In order to solve the shortage of supply and demand of natural stone, various kinds of stone powder, artificial stone made by putting stone texture on the surface of mortar or concrete, fiber reinforced plate, tiles and the like are increasingly used. In this study, the artificial stone using slag and recycled aggregate instead of natural stone was fabricated and the strength characteristics were evaluated for its applicability and feasibility.

  • As high performance and high speed have been accomplished by technology of optical disk drive. optical disk drives have gradually high percentage of the market share in market of storage devices. This technology helps to improve the quality of record/reproduction. However, simultaneously it causes various problems in the structural aspect and increases noise largely. Especially at high speed, dominant noise is more influenced by fluid noise than by structure-borne noise. The purpose of this study is that reduce the air-born noise in optical disk drive as it decreases a quantity of flow by using a micro muffler. The micro muffler is a miniaturized muffler. The muffler is used widely by solution to reduce air-borne noise which is generated by flow. According to frequency band of the noise source, it can be applied by muffler of various forms. In this study, we examined the acoustic characteristics of the micro muffler and applied it to reduction of the ODD noise. It could get an excellent noise reduction in high frequency band through the decrease of an inner flow. But it could not get a noise reduction in low frequency band.
