The housing is a human's basic space and the comfort and the safety are the most basic conditions. According to the flow of age for Well-Being since the 21th, the suppliers and the users of apartment are making best effort now for the embossment of green environmental quality of apartment, and outstretch their hands for marketing strategic purposes in a side of indoor and outdoor environment with distinctive elements. But these supply and use are on progress competitively with the simple distinction, it is thought that indoor and outdoor environment are must be promoted according to the survey of residents' consciousness. So this study aims to provide basic materials with residents for the promotion of comfortable dwelling environment by solving the basic safety problem and also aims to survey and analyze the residents' safety consciousness in object of physical and non-physical environmental quality of indoor and outdoor of apartment by analyzing indoor air quality pollution, the feeling of being victimize caused by air pollution and safety consciousness according to physical environment elements.

Two years have passed since hospital accreditation was introduced in Korea by the Korean Institute of Healthcare Accreditation (KOIHA), which takes, as its mission, continuously improving healthcare quality and patient safety for the public. KOIHA also has a plan to impose on outcomes in management of patient care. With a view to enhance the practice of accreditation in terms of quality as well as quantity, and to help improve healthcare quality and patient safety in Korea, this paper reviews some issues on healthcare policies which are expected to be adopted in 2013 by the forthcoming government. A few suggestions are added.

Beginning from July. 2000, the product liability of Korea is designed for reduction of customer loss by defective products. Therefore, most of company are supposed to be ready for taking care of safety and quality of products. ISO9001：2000 quality management system reform to emphasize continual improvement of the process with customer satisfaction. First of all, this paper start with introduction motive of the product liability and examine distinctive mark of the ISO9001：2000 quality management system. We consider the correlation between ISO9001：2000 quality management system and product liability and would like to propose product liability prevention by ISO9001：2000 quality management system with classification a defect style of product, the management guide and the law case.

The scope of this study is the construction conformity assessment system according to the new paradigm of construction management To minimize the differences between domestic and international state, construction Conformity Assessment is subdivided into system certification and product certification. For the former, WASCON(Worldwide Assessment System of Construction Quality Maturity Stage) is applied. For the latter, AQUA(Advanced Quality Assessment System) was developed and adopted to model project for demonstration. Both systems are designed to enable quantified rating, integrated into PQCS(Project Quality Certification), which is an advanced project quality certification system. The construction work observing PQCS will gain quality score on its own quality certificate(Quality mark on construction itself or facilities is also available, if needed or preferred by customers). This Quality Rating System will inspire and encourage any related parties. PQCS score would let supplier/constructor recognize how much themselves are operating effectively and efficiently, offering them the opportunity of redeeming their weaknesses.

한국사회가 경험한 급속한 산업화의 이면에는 다양한 위험요소들이 자리잡고 있다. 본 연구는 제주도를 제외한 전국에서 표집한 일반국민 800명에 대한 경험적 조사자료를 토대로하여 신체적,심리적 안전의 실태와 구조, 그리고 안전이 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 탐구하고 있다. 연구 결과는 삶의 질과 안전 모두 다차원의 복합적 구성을 갖는 현상임을 보여준다. 첫째, 삶의 질은 최소한 4가지의 요인으로 분해가 가능하며, 안전은 삶의 질의 주요 구성요소임을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 인간사회는 모험과 안전의 균형점을 상정하고 있으며, 그 균형은 문화나 사회체계, 그리고 하위집단별로 서로 다르게 형성된다. 셋째, 안전사고는 적어도 세가지 집락으로 분류되며, 각 유형에 따라 사고원인, 사고의 빈도, 문제의 해결방안등이 달라져야 함을 시사한다.

Ginseng products on the market show high variability in their composition and overall quality. This becomes a challenge for both consumers and health-care professionals who are in search of high-quality, reliable ginseng products that have a proven safety and efficacy profile. The botanical extract standardization is of crucial importance in this context as it determines the reproducibility of the quality of the product that is essential for the evaluation of effectiveness and safety. This review focuses on the well-characterized and standardized ginseng extract, G115, which represents an excellent example of an herbal drug preparation with constant safety and efficacy within the herbal medicinal products. Over the many decades, extensive preclinical and clinical research has been conducted to evaluate the efficacy and safety of G115. In vitro and in vivo studies of G115 have shown pharmacological effects on physical performance, cognitive function, metabolism, and the immune system. Furthermore, a significant number of G115 clinical studies, most of them double-blind placebo-controlled, have reinforced the findings of preclinical evidence and proved the efficacy of this extract on blood glucose and lipid regulation, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, energy, physical performance, and immune and cognitive functions. Clinical trials and 50 years of presence on the market are proof of a good safety profile of G115.

PMIS (Project Management Information System) has been applied in the R4-PROJECT This construction project has been controlled and managed by PMIS for the whole process of project. Moreover, this PMIS is updated to the Self-regulation System for Quality and Safety Management which is integrated and developed from PMIS in R4-PROJECT. So, The Self-regulation System for Quality and Safety Management has been delivering effective communication and information distribution with various stakeholders related to project and also brought the achievement of efficient construction management. As the system is successfully utilize, the satisfaction of costumer request and the performance of no accident for 550 million hours could be attained.

본 연구는 인천국제공항에서 근무하는 항공사 종사자 대상으로 그들이 승객에게 서비스를 제공하는 동안 종사자 사이에 안전문화가 제대로 정착되어 승객들에게 안전에 대한 기본사항이 제대로 전달되고 있는 지 실증 분석하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들이 인식하는 안전문화가 그들이 공항이용객에게 제공하는 서비스품질 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 이러한 서비스품질이 궁극적으로 직원의 서비스 제공 행동(서비스 효능감)에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 검증하는 연구를 수행하고자 하였다. 연구자는 이상의 연구 목적을 바탕으로 항공사 직원들의 안전업무역량을 통해 궁극적으로 항공서비스의 품질도 향상시키고 항공사의 접점 서비스 직원들을 관리할 수 있는 관리자적 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다. 항공사 종사자들을 대상으로 한 실증분석 결과 안전문화 구성요인들인 보고/학습 문화와 공정문화 중 공정문화는 항공사의 서비스 품질 향상과 항공사 종사자들의 서비스 효용성 증대에 매우 긍정적인 기여를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 보고/학습 문화는 오히려 공항에서 서비스 품질 향상을 저해하고 종사자의 서비스 효용성 의지를 약화시키는 요인으로 작용할 수 있음이 파악되었다. 비록 현장에서 직원의 서비스 실수가 있더라도 필수적인 안전정보를 제공하는 행위였다면 이를 배려하고 심지어 보상까지 해주는 문화가 정착될 때 서비스 품질향상에 대한 동기부여가 될 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 의료기관 인증제의 의무 대상인 정신병원과 요양병원을 대상으로 환자안전 및 질 변화와 경영활동의 변화 간의 관계에 대해 의료기관 인증을 받은 5개 정신병원과 5개 요양병원에 근무하는 종사자들을 대상으로 조사 연구한 결과, 정신병원과 요양병원 종사자들의 인증업무 참여유무는 환자안전 및 질 관리 변화 측정내용 중 '안전보장활동 수행정도' '환자를 위한 양질의 의료서비스 제공정도' '환자의 권리와 책임에 대한 존중정도' '감염발생 위험예방 위한 감염관리활동 수행정도'의 향상 변화에 유의하게 긍정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 그리고 환자안전 및 질 관리 내용 중 안전보장활동 지속적인 질 향상 활동 환자의 권리와 책임에 대한 존중의 지속적인 발전적 변화를 추구하기 위해서는 교육훈련을 통해서 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화시키는 경영활동이 필요하며, 진료전달 체계와 평가의 관리 환자를 위한 양질의 의료서비스 제공의 지속적인 발전적 변화를 위해서는 고객지향성 업무프로세스를 사회 환경의 변화에 맞추어 추구하는 경영활동이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

Quality of care and patient safety have become today's agenda for healthcare industry in worldwide. This paper describes experiences to improve quality of care and patient safety in USA and identifies some future tasks for better implementation of quality improvement efforts. The paper concludes with a discussion of the implications for Korean healthcare system.
