  • Purpose: Market competition in the fashion industry is intensifying, pushing brands to strive for consumer preference and market leadership. Mobile fashion applications have emerged as key distribution channels, with live streaming being a common feature for product distribution and consumer loyalty. Therefore, this study will analyze the loyalty model in live streaming on mobile fashion applications by integrating the quality loyalty model, parasocial relationships, and uses and gratifications (U&G) theory. Research design, data and methodology: Data were collected from a survey of 427 respondents who are customers of a fashion product that had been purchased through live streaming on a mobile fashion application and processed using the PLS-SEM method Results: The results of the study show that the live streamer and product quality significantly influence satisfaction and loyalty. Conversely, AR content and live streaming content do not directly influence loyalty but have an indirect effect through satisfaction Conclusions: this study is the first to model loyalty in mobile fashion applications by integrating the quality loyalty model, parasocial relationship, and U&G theory. Practically, fashion companies are advised to conduct live streaming by considering aspects of content, live streamer, and product quality to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

  • This research aims to construct a model that combines brand love, brand loyalty, brand image, customer satisfaction, and service quality into a single model, with brand loyalty coming foremost, and test its predictive power in building brand love. Moreover, mediating effect of customer satisfaction and brand image on service quality and brand loyalty affecting brand love was checked. The study adopted an alliance context using an existing SERVQUAL model, a bi-dimensional aspect of brand loyalty and parasocial love relationship theory, to identify brand love as a construct or outcome in the consumer-brand relationship. Using a quantitative approach, survey questionnaires were distributed by unrestricted random sampling among 507 Saudia Airlines customers. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling with SmartPLS 3.0. The results revealed significant relationships between four variables except for the brand image. It was found that brand image had no mediating effect on the relationship between service quality and customer loyalty. The outcome of this study highlights the importance of airline alliances for service quality, which leads to positive customer satisfaction, brand image, and customer loyalty. A unique contribution of the study is that it revealed that brand loyalty is also an antecedent of brand love.

  • Objective : To empirically investigate the relationship of internal and external customer satisfactions, service quality, and customer loyalty in medical services. Methods : This essay proposes an integrated model to explain the causality of internal and external customer satisfactions, service quality, and customer loyalty. To this end, a structural model was developed, consisting of the following factors: internal and external customer satisfactions, service quality, and customer loyalty. The study included 214 sets of data, with 107 sets being collected for both out-patients and in-patients. The data were analyzed using AMOS 4.0. Results : We found the greater the internal customer satisfaction, the greater the out-patient quality of service quality. Secondly, the greater the service quality, the greater the external customer satisfaction of both in- and out-patients. The service quality of doctors, compared to that of the nurses, had a greater effect on external customer satisfaction. Thirdly, the service quality of doctors and nurses affected both internal and external customer satisfactions, which ultimately affected the customer loyalty. Finally the greater the external customer satisfaction, the greater the customer loyalty. Conclusion : This Study confirms the positive relationship among the internal and external customer satisfactions, service quality, and customer loyalty, which proves the doctors quality of service is the primary factor for external satisfaction, and customer loyalty relating to medical services.

  • This study aims to test the interrelationship among perceived value, tourist satisfaction, quality of life, and tourist loyalty in an Indonesian tourist adventure destination. The respondents were recruited from Bromo Mountain, East-Java Province, Indonesia. For this study, 250 questionnaires were distributed, of which 240 could be used for analysis, yielding a response rate of 96%. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares with smartPLS 3 software. Both outer model and inner model evaluation were conducted to ensure the robustness of the proposed model. The findings showed that perceived value does not have a direct significant effect on tourist loyalty. However, tourist satisfaction and quality of life have significant effects on tourist loyalty. The mediating effect test indicated that tourist satisfaction and quality of life significantly mediated the effect of perceived value on tourist loyalty. The multi-group analysis test found that the demographic factor does not have any influence. By accomplishing its research objectives, this study provides both theoretical and practical contributions. From a theoretical standpoint, this study provides a comprehensive conceptual model in explaining Indonesia adventure tourist loyalty. From a practical standpoint, this study offers recommendations to adventure tourism management to enhance the sustainability of the tourism destination, especially the adventure tourism destination.

  • The purpose of this research is to identify causalities among service quality, service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty and to compare the causalities between in-patients and out-patients. A multi-group structural equation model was used to test the hypothesis of conceptual model. Empirical results indicate that two factors such as assurance and empathy have direct impact on service value and customer satisfaction in both the patients. In the results of multi-group comparison test, however, the path coefficients from service value to customer loyalty and from customer satisfaction to customer loyalty were different across the two groups. In out-patients, customer loyalty is more positively related with service value. In in-patients, customer loyalty is more positively related with customer satisfaction. It is proven that service quality influences customer loyalty. Therefore To compete successfully in today's volatile & competitive medical markets, the hospital needs to manage the service quality, considering the type of patients.
