In this paper, the trend of quality management system that suppliers in the automotive industry are adopting, the classification system of suppliers and car manufacturers requirements for quality are described. Due to the complexity of the requirements for quality, the introduction of an active quality management system which can meet all conditions is a difficult task. Thus, to cope with this difficulty, this paper shows the optimal requirements that suppliers have to consider when they are introducing quality management system and the discriminated strategies to assure parts quality by supplier model.

This paper describes the role of TQC and its present issues as a management tool, especially in regard of Korean firm's environment. The author, participating in TQC activity for himself, stresses that the introduction and driving programs of TQC activity must include such plans as policy control, reorganization, training, standardization, quality assurance, QC circle activity, office management and auditing. The keypoints and problems in performing these plans are reviewed. And as the future hopeful direction of TQC activity, he remarks that a true recognition of quality control as a management tool in "total" concept and the adoption of industry - wide quality control policy.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to support SMEs' introduction of smart factories during the $4^{th}$ Industrial Revolution era. Through this study, we developed the readiness assessment framework for SMEs. This study draws practical implications for improving the readiness of SMEs to introduce smart factories. Methods: Readiness Assessment Framework Design method, Case Studies Analysis Results: This study identified SMEs suitable for smart factories and identified key issues for nonconforming companies. And the diagnostic framework has been determined whether it works in a real-life SME environment. Conclusion: In order to succeed in the smart factory deployment, readiness assessment for SMEs should be performed as necessary. Prior to the introduction of smart factories, quality innovation activities should be carried out according to factory level.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to introduce the improving attorney system. It was confirmed by document writing that the staff in the field in Korea had the most difficulty in the Quality circle activities. The reform improving attorney is a quality expert at the Quality Secretariat and assists them in their documentation. Methods: Just as a patent attorney helps to get a patent, an improving attorney system helps document the improvement results of the field Quality circle and even standardizes the company. The process of introducing an improving attorney includes the declaration of an improving attorney are 11 levels of work. Results: An improving attorney was conducted in 600 organizations for 18 months. As a result of the comparison of the number of cases before and after the introduction of the improving attorney, the number of solution problem was lowered to 9 before 2016 and 8 in 2017, but after the introduction, it increased exponentially to 181 in 2018 and 162 in August 2019. In 2016 and 2017, only one standard was registered, but 64 standards were registered in 2018 and 71 in 2019. Conclusion: In this case, the improving attorney system was found to be helpful in activating the Quality circle. It is expected to revitalize Korea's Quality circle by spreading the improving attorney system to many companies.

Sapkyo Lake Watershed occupies about 19.3% of total area of Chungnam Province, and it is necessary to make a plan of counter-measure for the maintenance of public waterbody sound as well as to ensure water resources due to urbanization and industrialization in this area so densely populated and excessively developed. Conventionally water quality management has been enforced by concentration-based system which is not considered the carrying capacity of receptors, hence there are no proper measures for the prevention of an excessive pollutant load over a waterbody. So even though emission sources abide by the conventional permission regulation, then the quantity of wastewater is increased continuously and encountered water shortage to use finally. Therefore this research focused on the review of introduction of total water quality management system in Sapkyo Lake watershed to maintain public waterbody sound and to ensure water resources. By doing this research in introduction of the system in advance, it can contribute to establish the methodology on systematic water quality management. Also the application of this system in Sapkyo Lake watershed can promote the sustainable development of the area by harmonizing the environment and regional economy ultimately.

Ministry of Environment (MOE) of Korea has been implementing the water quality management policy to focus on the control of organic matters (BOD and COD) for 28 years since 1978 when the water quality standards had been established. However, the government and the public have begun to recognize the necessity of creating the best water environment for people and aquatic life, and also formulating the various measures of water pollution, Consequently, MOE of Korea is establishing the basic plan of water environment management, with the vision of "Clean Water, Eco River 2015." The major targets of water environment management plan are to maintain ecosystem health and to protect water quality from various hazardous substances in water bodies. In order to achieve the major targets, it is essential to amend the water quality standards, which bring about the systematic management of various pollutants and healthy ecosystem. Introduction of the new techniques of water environment assessment is also prerequisite to maintain sustainable water environment. These can be accomplished under the consideration of following suggestions in environmental quality standards. First, several criteria should be complemented in water quality standards; they include the improvement of the current water quality classification system, the strengthening and supplement of relevant parameters considering human health in the standards, the introduction of biotic indices, and management standards on eutrophication. Secondly, it should be considered to introduce the biological water quality standards using biotic indices and the management standards for sediments. Lastly, it needs to introduce or develop an ecological status classification which could be used in the assessment of the water environment as a whole.

We consider a consumer self-selection model in which a regulated firm faces two market segments with differing valuation of quality of telecommunication services and examine some economic implications from the behaviors of the firm. In the context of a regulated monopolist, even though the results depend on the degree of privatization, the firm could lower the quality of the low-end model and reduce the price of the high-end in order to alleviate cannibalization. This justifies the provision of universal service policy in the telecommunications market. Based on this self-selection model, we also analyze an extended model of product introduction and show that the monopolist will introduce new product with the same introduction time of social planner. However, when we consider competition among firms, the market equilibrium may not guarantee the efficient time of product introduction.

Purpose: Authors observe the digital twin enabled smart factory and/or digital manufacturing processes where Industry 4.0 technologies and quality management principles intersect. In this regard, this study reviews existing research regarding digital twins from the perspective of quality management. Methods: Initially, attention was given to how digital twins are manifested in the Industry 4.0 environment. Then, authors identify quality management elements amongst digital twin models, to align the concept of quality with the functional purpose of digital twins. After introducing specific examples of quality management tools applied to digital twins, the authors extend the domain of quality management into the analysis of multimedia format quality data obtained through machine vision. Results: Inspired by cases on the quality management application to digital twins, the authors suggest a framework for Industry 4.0 quality management. The envisioned suggested framework encompasses 4 dimensions, namely, 4M&1E, an application time window, new methodologies, and enabling technologies. Conclusion: Finally, the authors unfold the emerging trend of digital twin enabled smart factories, while emphasizing the necessity of quality management in conjunction with the introduction of digital twins.

본 연구는 덕성여자대학교 비교과프로그램 품질관리를 위한 인증평가제의 도입을 검토하는 데에 목적을 두어 실시되었다. 연구 방법은 문헌 분석과 전문가 회의와 같이 두 가지의 절차를 병행하여 구성되었다. 연구 내용은 덕성여자대학교에서 학생들의 학습역량 강화 지원을 위하여 다양하게 운영되고 있는 비교과프로그램의 품질관리를 보다 공식화된 수준과 체계화된 흐름에 따라 시행하기 위한 인증평가제의 도입 관련 수반조건이 구성되었다. 연구 결과, 「비교과인증평가에관한내규」는 비교과프로그램의 상시 모니터링과 연차 성과평가 간 연계적 흐름을 실제화하는 데 주요한 시행 기반이 될 뿐 아니라, 덕성여자대학교를 비롯한 비교과통합관리 지원체계를 구축하고 있는 각 대학별로 공통 사항에 해당된다는 측면을 분석할 수 있었다.

The Information System is now becoming a very important part of our livers. It encompasses technical and spactial characteristics that are much more different from the order information systems used up until now. Therefore, as various fields within the Information Center are researched, the proper usage of those fields must be well thought-out. This study presents the application of quality management systems in Library, Korea. The purpose of this study is to build a framework of improving the management system and planning and performing the service of high quality in Library. To achieve this goal, a theoretical approach was tried through the previous study and the performed with the subject of the 4 steps by Damming' quality management theory. This study may enable domestic organizations to draw up a concrete and practical plan in Library.
