When facing the global severe competition, the enterprises all try their best to upgrade the quality, reduce the costs to reach the goal of customer satisfaction. Motorola was the earliest firm creating the term Six Sigma (6 ${\sigma}$); GE was the enterprise successfully fulfilling Six Sigma. The success of these two firms revealed the prominent effects and became the world-class model enterprises. The main purpose of promoting Six Sigma activity was to reduce the possible defects in the business process to the least through designing and monitoring business process in order to reach the goals such as the best quality and efficiency, the lowest costs, the shortest circular process time, maximum profits and customer satisfaction. This research used the Six Sigma technique to improve the business process of ceramics manufacturing plant and find out the major factors of slower core task time by the analytical process of Process Mapping, Pareto Chart, Simu18 simulation software and figures and proposed the improvement measures. Through the confirmation of the case companies, it successfully reduced the core process time and the organizational costs and increased the capacity.

There is no doubt that BSC(Balanced Scorecard), ABC(Activity-Based Costing System), EVA(Economic Value Added System) draw sensation in the world as the tools of Performance Evaluation System and Quality Control. They are useful tools that can help succeed in the dynamic and competitive business environment. These three tools are discussed respectably. However, it also brings doubt whether it is possible to integrate the three tools made in the similar time and which way is appropriate among the three tools according to the type and the circumstance of business. In fact, these tools are not the opposing relations but the complementary relations. Consequently, this paper explains the relations of the three methods and suggests the process of the integrated models. Besides, it provides an idea about when Performance Evaluation System and Quality Control are needed for companies under different aspects considering the circumstance used the respective methods individually.

Domestic exoteric construction market by opening of world construction market with recent FTA of rapidly change. On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

This study was to investigate the relationship between safety & quality management changes of patient and changes in management activities based on hospital workers in five mental hospitals and five geriatric hospitals which should be required medical certifying authorities. As a result of the research study, participation whether or not of certification service of mental hospital & geriatric hospital workers was positive correlation to improve change of 'Performance level of Safety Activities for the patient' 'Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient' 'Respect the Rights and Responsibility of the patient' 'Performance level of Infection Control Activities' out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality. Also developmental changes of Safety Activities for the patient Hospital Quality for the patient Rights and Responsibility of the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the Capacity Management Activities through Education and training, and Medical System & Evaluation of Management Provide the High Quality Medical Service for the patient out of contents of Patient Safety & Medical Service Quality need to the need to the Customer Orientation Process.

Environmental Product Life Cycle Management is an activity for defining and describing the product, process of activity environmentally. The activity involves the full life cycle stages of the product; evaluating environmental releases at each stage, determining the aggregate and specific impacts of the releases, developing opportunities to effect environmental improvements. This paper presents a methodological approach for database modeling to build Product Life Cycle Management system and show a set of database modeling. Additionally, a key issue for database is the quality of the provided information.

In this paper, we propose a 7-phase life cycle model which applies to Computer Integrated Manufacturing systems. The model emphasizes product design and manufacturing design activities of CIM to secure the critical success factors of CIM systems such as high quality, adaptability, productivity, and flexibility. It is argued that the product design aspect would be divided into three phases-conceptual design, embodiment design, and detialed design. The conceptual design phase is to build a conceptual model of the product based on requirements and specifications which reflect "the voice of the customer". THe embodiment design phase utilizes specific design tools such as DFM, CAE, and CAD, and results in a concrete model of the product and parts. The detailed design phase is to crete a working prototype of the product and design tools such as DFA. CAD and CAM are employed in this phase. The output of the product design activity is to be the input for the manufacturing design activity. Using the proposed model, one can effectively and efficiently manufacture a high-quality, low-cost product with short delivery time, and above all achieve customer'ssatisfaction.isfaction.

Purpose: The study proposes extended application of reviewing and developing international quality assurance system for useful and practical quality stabilization of foreign military product. There are several problems with quality assurance activities for foreign military products. To improve theses problems, this study researches measures and effects of entrustment of quality assurance activities to suppliers group abroad by utilizing the system. Methods: In order to carry out the research, consignment system for international quality assurance activity of advanced country has been analysed through this study. By applying the consignment system to the case of foreign military product, the possibility and effects of consignment is researched. Results: Through this study the procedure and substance of the international quality assurance system is verified. The quality assurance activities were consigned to suppliers group by utilizing the system, thus application basis for international quality assurace activities is established. Conclusion: Defense Import through The Quality Assurance System of trade countries using the International Quality Assurance System suggests the solution to endemic problems. The Introduction Military Product with the Quality Assurance System of Korean Government improves the competitiveness of defense export.

Objectives: Because recently hospital had to faced with financial hardship, we have to have more effective hospital management. The purpose of this study was to reduce loss costs of the hospital through the systematic management of medical supplies and increase operational efficiency. Methods: The team was composed of outpatient nursing staff, medical record administrator, nurses in medical insurance, medical computer center, dermatologists for this study. We surveyed for 114 people including outpatient nursing staff, nurse aids, medical assistant, physician assistant. Pre-survey period was 2013.03.11 ~ 03.30(2 weeks), and post-survey period was 2013.09.03 ~ 09.17(2 weeks). Result: We improved this way through the computational improvement, conservation campaigns, inventory management, staff training, replaced by low-cost medical supplies. The finding of this study were as follows: Comparing before and after the activity of outpatient nursing staff's degree of knowledge, performance, economic consciousness, the degree of knowledge, performance was increased, but there was no significant change in economic consciousness. Performance of Married person is higher than the unmarried, In addition, the high-position people were more the degree of knowleage, economic consciousness. After activity, correlation of goods and treatment, examinations is increasing, but statistically there was no mean. Conclusion: This study revealed that knowledge in a short period of activity, but also can improve, perform the same change in behavior is not easy. This one shows the intensive training required to sustained and systematic behavioral changes, such as changes in behavior, perform rituals to help the economy. Expensive medical supplies to replace a similar effect as the cost of materials just to have a lot of cost savings. Therefore, more medical supplies change is necessary to develop alternative treatment and cost cutting.

The study thus examined and analyzed 1,478 people aged 65 or older in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of 2010 to investigate the effects of differences in the elderly's general characteristics and depression & suicide ideation and in their subjective health perceptions and quality of life on their depression and suicide ideation. As a result, Significant differences in their suicide ideation were also caused by such quality of life variables as ill in bed, exercise capacity, self-management, daily activity, pain and uncomfortableness, and anxiety. The logistic analysis results of depression and suicide ideation according to the degree of subjective health perception show a significant finding that the better health perception they had compared with their very poor subjective health perception, the lower the odds ratio became. In the category of quality of life, only experience of uncomfortableness caused significant results on suicide ideation and depression. The results of the study will be of great use as basic data to intervene in the suicide route of the elderly and take measures to prevent suicide.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to propose useful suggestions by analyzing causal effect relationship between sharing bicycle service quality, customer satisfaction, CSV, and continuos use intention in China. Methods: The collected data through the survey were analyzed using structure equation model analysis. The measurement tools used for this study were divided into four dimensions such as service quality, customer satisfaction, creating shared value, and continuous use intention. Results: The results of this study are as follows; regarding the influence of sharing bicycle service quality dimension on customer satisfaction(reliability and response), it was found that customer satisfaction was not significant on economic value. but it was significant on social value. It was found that social value made statistically significant influence on use intention. Conclusion: Sharing bicycle industry needs to activity of response to customer, and paying attention to view of social value for the sharing economy in the future.
