For the public library reading revitalization in this study it is to review program development examples which is differentiated by own library from the existing reading education and reading program. Based on the specialized program examples it intended suggesting a method of reading revitalization, after reviewing enlarged specialized function in the existing public library function, and analyzing related the reading activity status concerning with Seoul city public library, 'One Library One Book Reading' activity and U. S. A public library. Also, this study suggested future public library reading revitalization through the specialized quality service program development and construction related reading.

Purpose: This paper presents graphic methods and desirability function approach to determine best vibration reducing configuration for Surion helicopter. Many flight tests were executed and nine vibration levels in cockpit, cabin, and engine room were measured in each test and analyzed to find optimal configuration. Methods: Graphic analysis methods such as matrix, scatter, and box plots are used to identify better vibration-reducing flight test conditions. As an integrated measure of the performance of 9 vibration levels desirability function approach is adopted. Results: Three vibration reducing configurations are found to be proper and one configuration is recommended. Conclusion: It is expected to be helpful to adopt graphic and desirability function methods presented in this paper in developing new products or systems like helicopters. For efficient and effective flight testing of helicopters, it will be necessary to have consistently homogeneous environment for flight testing and applying design of experiments techniques and analyzing test data.

Recently, client requirements concept is an important issue related to many effects of firms. Especially, if we think that apartment is given a great deal of national construction industry, it is requested that we should try to improve apartment quality with various methods of client requirements survey and reflecting those on apartment project. The technique searching and applying client requirements to apartment project is requested for that and ROQ(Return On Quality) process connected to QFD(Quality Function Deployment) is a technique which is used in manufacturing industry and help to make money by rising client satisfaction with searching clients requirements, and applying this to quality improvement program. In this study apartment quality management development is suggested through using ROQ process. For this customer interview research and FGI(Focus Group Interview) was carried out and clients requirement was analyzed with this. Then quality improvement program applicable to developing a new apartment product was established with specialist monitoring. A new apartment quality management development plan is prosed with this process.

Recently the market of the food waste disposer has increased. Therefore, many companies in the development of food garbage disposer has been increasing interest. In this study, we used QFD (Quality Function Development) to find out the quality factors for the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs. HOQ (House Of Quality) showing the correlation between consumer characteristic and engineering characteristic was written by investigating the consumer needs based on the consumer complaints and survey. In addition, we generated the CTQ (Critical To Quality) reflecting the weighting of the importance of the parts. As the research result, the important quality factors for the food garbage disposer were the grinding capability, drying, and odor emission features. The crushing motor associated with grinding and dehydration appeared as the most important quality factors among the parts. Second thing was the fan motor associated with odor. The findings will be able to contribute to the development of the food waste disposer reflecting the consumer needs.

This study define the concepts of port logistics service by investigating various elements of port logistics service and grouping them in six attributes using a Data Mining technique. The QFD (Quality Function Deployment) technique is applied to measure the quality of port logistics service, and those results are analyzed. The DMQFD (Quality Function Deployment using Data Mining) model proposed in this study is a model for analyzing of port logistics service quality which is produced by combining those two stages. Using the DMQFD model, the requirements of customer could understand more correctly and systematically, and it could be an alternative tool to accomplish a customer satisfaction.

The success of a building design team is achieved as a result of a combination of multiple events/factors and interactions, and has a great impact on the quality of the building construction process. While most of previous studies have focused on quality of the construction process, the success of a design team has not been completely investigated. This paper presents the critical factors that impact the success of a building design team and describes an assessment tool to measure the successful performance of the design team with respect to the critical factors. The development of the assessment tool employs the concept of quality function deployment (QFD), a technique to measure the service quality of an organization.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the level of the cognitive function, and to identify the influencing factors on cognitive function in women cancer patients receiving chemotherapy. This study attempted to provide basic data useful to development of nursing intervention and improve the quality of life in women cancer patients. Methods : As a cross-sectional descriptive study, women with receiving chemotherapy above one cycle were recruited. One hundred and twenty-five women cancer patients who met the study criteria agreed to participate in the study. The questionnaire set consisted of cognitive function, quality of life, depression, anxiety and information on demographic and clinical characteristics. Results : There was no statistically significant difference in clinical characteristics according to the cognitive function. The cognitive function was higher the more low age (F=9.937, p<.001), and the more high education level (F=12.332, p<.001). Multiple regression analysis showed the predictors were significantly related to cognitive function. age, education, and the number of chemotherapy explained 31.8% of the cognitive function. Conclusions : This result of this study provides basic information about factors influencing cognitive function, although study findings are insufficient in explaining related variables among women cancer patients. Even though women cancer patients were receiving chemotherapy, this study showed that the level of cognitive function was high. In order to receive better results and findings the period decreasing cognitive function, further studies are need to measure cognitive function according to the passage of time during or after chemotherapy.

This study is a descriptive study to investigate the relationship between sexual function, sleep quality, and depression in male cirrhosis patients. Data were collected from a structured questionnaire from August 16, 2017 to January 30, 2018. Data were collected by t-test, ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearson correlation. AS a result, the lower the sexual function of male cirrhosis patients, the lower the quality of sleep (r=-.232, p =.005) and the higher the depression score (r=-.381, p<.001) The lower the score, the higher the score of depression (r=.561, p<.001). Sexual function, quality of sleep and depression were found to be statistically significant. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of nursing intervention for male cirrhosis patients.
