공동주택 모델하우스 비평을 위한 평가모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Developing an Evaluation Model for Criticizing the Model house of Multi-family Housing)

  • This study intends to develop an evaluation model which could be used as an effective tool for criticizing the model house of multi-family housing. The evaluation model has been developed based on the theoretical framework suggested by previous results of research related on hosing design, which comprises the following four components: 1) the paradigm of future home and life-style, 2) marketing effects of housing developer, 3) goals and principles of housing design, and 4) results of user-preference study. In this study, an evaluation model was suggested as a preliminary form which would be modified in detail after series of tests in the field. The evaluation model will be used provide standardized criteria for the quality of model houses, and eventually help to improve the quality of multi-family housing design by balanced information from theorist, user and developer.

소비자가 지각하는 간호서비스 질과 괴리에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Nursing Service Quality and Gap Perceived by Consumers)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a tool that measures the quality of nursing service, to measure the quality of nursing service perceived by consumers, and to identify the gaps between ideal and actual nursing services. Method: A questionnaire was developed and distributed to 300 people who had been hospitalized in one of six general hospitals with quality of nursing services in five provincial cities in Korea. For data analysis, the SPSS/WIN(ver 10.0) program was used. Result: The 20 attributes included in the instrument of quality of nursing service is abstracted into 2 factors: tangibility and intangibility. In quality analysis, 15 of 20 attributes are minus scores, meaning that those nursing services are perceived as generally low. However among the minus scores' attributes, only two attributes are significant statistically. Gaps between importance and performance of the nursing service exists in 19 among 20 attributes. Conclusion: Nursing service quality (performance-expectation) needs to be improved, and Gaps (importance-performance) reduced. In addition, a tool measuring nursing service quality has to be developed so nurses can deal successfully with the quality and gaps of nursing service perceived by consumers.

  • This paper deals with determinig the proper friction welding condition and analyzing various mechanical properties of friction welded joints of sintered carbide tool materials(K20, P25, and SKDX5 for the blade part of drill or press punch) to alloy steel (SKH4, SCM440 for the shank part of drill or press punch), the alloy steel to aluminum(A6061 for the interlayer material between the blade part and the shank) and sintered carbide tool materials to alumminum. And also acoustic emission test will be carried out during fiction welding to evaluate the weld quality.

  • 엔진 내구성시험(AMT : Accelerated Mission Test : 또는 임무 가속시험) 기법을 이용한 엔진 부품의 국산화에 따른 품질 보증 시험이 수행되었다. 엔진 내구성시험 기법은 엔진의 개발/구성품 개량, 부품의 기술변경에 따른 인정시험이나, 입증시험을 위한 시험방법으로 1976년부터 적용되기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 국내에서 수행되었던 시험경험을 바탕으로 아직 국내에서 생소한 내구성시험에 대한 개념, 시험수행 절차와 방법 그리고 시험평가 수행 방안을 제시하였으며, 이를 통하여 엔진 부품의 국내 개발/생산시 품질인증을 위한 시험/평가 가능성을 제시하였다.

  • A cutting fluid can improve machining quality and tool life by maintaining the tool toughness and by providing a lubrication effect to reduce the friction between the chip and tool interface. Although liquid nitrogen as an environmentally safe coolant has been widely recognized in cryogenic machining, its function as a lubricant is plausible due to its chemical inertness, physical volatility and low viscosity. Since a reduced friction is a direct witness of the lubrication effect from a tribological viewpoint, this paper presents an evaluation of the apparent friction coefficient on the tool-chip interface in cryogenic cutting operations to prove and characterize the lubricity of LN2 in cryogenic machining. The mathematical approaches have been formulated to derive the normal and frictional forces on the tool-chip interface for the oblique cutting tests.

간호서비스 질에 대한 지각차이 및 측정도구에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Differences of Perception between Consumers and Providers about Nursing Service Quality, and the Usefulness of Tools Measuring Nursing Service Quality)

  • Service quality is, unlike goods quality, an abstract and elusive term. However, quality is very important to marketers and consumers in that it has many strategic benefits in contributing to profitability of marketing activities and consumers' problem-solving activities. The main purpose of this study is 1) to explore the differences of perception between consumers and providers about nursing service quality. 2) to identify the useful tool between two tools measuring nursing service quality. To achieve these purposes of the study, the questionnaire was developed and distributed to 210 nurses who worked at seven subjected hospitals in Seoul. Also, 280 people who had a direct experience with the subjected hospital nursing services at the time of screening were involved. They were randomly selected at the seven subjected hospitals during August to September of 1998. Among them, 165 responses from nurses and 229 responses from others resulted in worthy finds. The measurement instrument for a nursing services quality evaluation was modified from the SERVQUAL model originated from Parasuraman, Zeithaml, and Berry (1988). The reliability coefficient of the scale was calculated and showed high degree of internal consistency (Cronbachs' Alpha = .9353). For data analysis, SPSS/PC was used for descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and regression analysis. The results were as follows : 1) In the perception about nursing services quality, there were gap between consumers and providers. Especially the critical attributes in point of perception nursing services quality, naming satisfy, hygiene and performance factors, are very different contents. 2) In the comparison analysis of the usefulness tools it was turned out that SEVPERF model is more appropriate than SERVQUAL model. And in the analysis to identify the construct validity of the tool, it is turned out that the relationship between the constructing factors of the tool and the general satisfaction is significant.

  • 본 연구에서 제안하는 암호화 모듈 품질평가 체계는 ISO/IEC 9000 품질체계를 참조하여 Quality, Quality Factor, Quality Subfactor, Metric로 계층화된다. 암호화 알고리즘 실무적용 프로세스는 암호화 알고리즘 장단점 진단을 기초로 하여 암호화자산 평가, 알고리즘선택 포인트 분석, 품질 항목(quality factor) 도출, 제약조건도출, 암호모듈 품질평가체계 설계 등 5개단계로 설정한다. 이 5개 단계는 현장중심의 암호화 작업사례를 진단하여 업무에서 가장 필수적으로 수행되어야 할 작업순서를 도출한 것 이다. 2-Factor간 연계지표는 암호화 모듈의 품질항목(quality factor)을 발굴하고 이 품질 항목을 확보하는 환경인 암호화 작업의 제약조건 두가지 영역이다. 본 연구는 암호화 모듈 실무현장 적용체계를 하나의 표준화 모델로 제시한다. 우리는 정보기술 환경의 급속한 변화에 부응하여 암호화 알고리즘 개발과 현장 적용 모델을 다양하게 개발하므로서 암호화의 효율을 기대할 수 있을 것이다.

Evaluation of Web Sites on Sexuality Education for the Adolescents

  • Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the quality of the information and characteristics associated with information packaging, and develop suggestions for how this web site might be improved. Methods: The 50 sites were selected for evaluation. Inclusion criteria for evaluation were the purpose and the popularity of the sites. Two kinds of evaluation tool were employed for the analysis: one that evaluate the quality of information and the design of the web sites, and another that evaluate the covered contents. A scoring system allowed the sites point on yes/no basis on the evaluation items. The association between quality of the web sites on sexuality education and their site characteristics were assessed using ANOVA. Conclusions: Major conclusions were as follows. First, the scope and currency of the selected web sites were found to be appropriate. Second, the authority of the information was found to be the most serious problem of the selected sites. Third, the category of sexual behavior found to be the most frequently mentioned and sexual health was the second. The least mentioned category was personal skills. Finally, sites operated by private organization were found to have more accurate information and better design feature than those operated by public organization and/or individual.

사출성형품질 개선을 위한 실무금형교육에 관한 연구 (A Study on Practical Tool Education for Improving Injection Molding Quality)

  • 사출 성형 공정에서 외관 품질 문제는 대부분의 성형품에서 발생한다. 금형의 열역학적 설계 중의 하나는 어떠한 위치에서 캐비티 표면 온도가 되도록 균일하게 상승하는 것으로 수행된다. 실험적인 평가를 바탕으로 최적의 사출 성형 조건에서 성형품의 미려한 외관 품질을 위해서 캐비티 벽 온도와 다듬질 가공된 캐비티 표면이 성형품의 외관 문제를 피할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 또한 잘못된 게이트 형식과 위치 선택은 성형품의 품질에 상당한 영향이 있어서, 각 캐비티로 부터 올바른 러너 밸런스를 유지하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 실질적으로 생산 현장에서 이행될 수 있는 사출 성형 품질을 위한 최적의 금형 설계와 실무 금형 기술 능력 향상을 위해서 현장 교육을 위한 실무적인 금형기술 과정의 교육훈련 모델을 제시하였다.
