For an evaluation of the software product, the national/international organizations and labs have been studying various methodologies for the quality on the basis of ISO/IEC Quality Assurance System, but they still have many issues in evaluation of the anti-virus software that has special characteristics of complexity. In this paper, to establish a methodology of the quality evaluation for the anti-virus software, fulfilling the requirements more than reasonable level, a process to draw the evaluation items and quantification was established. And the information of weight was objectified by analyzing the relative magnitude between each factors. Based on the defined information (evaluation item, weight), conducting the quality evaluations for 70 kinds of open anti-virus software collected from the portal sites in the real test environment, and as a result of the positive analysis with user's long-term experience, this paper justifies the evaluation item and the weight.

This paper is thing for a quantitive quality evaluation in national Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system development. Apply a quantitive quality evaluation way to be based on an international standard to admonish at ISO/IEC 9126. Proposed 6 basis of count, and set up sub 27 items detailed functionality, reliability, use anger, efficiency, maintenance anger, a transplant result, and inspection of quality table wrote the Matrix measured S/W quality to a chart. Studied a quantitive evaluation plan of a Defense Human Resource Management Information S/W system to see weight by the priority order that reflected a characteristic of a national defense business to a Purpose of a subject user, and Presented. It is 80% in quantitive quality evaluation application satisfied under 8, Very Satisfied 7(87.5%) Satisfied 1(12.5%) of Defense Human Resource Managers and judgment worked as marked so that satisfaction of reliability and a user regarding functionality was high and there will be contribute to an elevation of defense capabilities as analyze efficient national defense S/W use and effect.

Various services such as IPTV(Internet Protocol TV), Internet Telephony are provided through multiple ISPs(Internet Service Providers) as ICT technologies are evolving. This paper suggests that the end-to-end Internet service quality evaluation method, which is optimized for domestic environment based on international standards. The end-to-end service quality determines the quality of IPTV and Internet Telephony services and is critical factor for subjective quality as well. As a result, time delay, jitter and packet loss rate are three elements for the quality evaluation. It is also shown that these factors can be predicted with traditional statistical method by sharing minimum amount of information between ISPs.

It is booming to use computer and information owing to the information society. Therefore, software demand is increasing rapidly. Enhancing utility value depends upon software quality. Software quality measurement and evaluation are necessary to satisfy the users who are using computers. In the present time, ISO/IEC 9126 define 6 quality characteristics and 21 sub-characteristics including 40 inter quality characteristics. We developed software evaluation technique using the check list in accordance with the ISO/IEC 9126 in analysis phase. We evaluated the software quality in order to verify developing technique at S college. As a result of the evaluation, this college has found it necessary to maintain the software as soon as possible because academic systems are not adequate for users at this present time.

Quality elements and evaluation methods should be considered according to the characteristics of spatial database. The purpose of this study is to propose specific methods for quality evaluation focusing on land database which are an important parts of spatial database. Through the study, of quality evaluation for selected quality elements are specified, which are based on the construction processes of the topogaphical database, cadastral database, and zoning database. Position accuracy, attribute accuracy, consistency, completeness, temporal accuracy, believability, and lineage are selected as the quality elements of land database. A various statistical and mathematical skills are proposed for measurement and assesment methods of quality elements.

This paper presents case studies on database Quality uSing an extended database Quality model developed by Korea Database Promotion Center, which shall be called KDPC2003. The model is applied to evaluate two kinds of databases ; one is an operational database, the other is an information service database. The purpose of this research is two-folded. One is to evaluate database quality and assess current status of database quality management; the other is to assess usefulness of KDPC2003 and to propose ideas for its augmentation. The findings in this study will provide basic facts to test database quality evaluation models.

Lately, the demand for data standardization become increased to obtain various data jointly along with development of information technology and diversity of society. Thus the research on tile definition and evaluation of data quality indicating accuracy and confidence of geospatial data, is required for this standardization. In this study, by virtue of comparison of definitions and evaluation methods of data quality element being selected from representative countries, the following results were obtained: (1) Application of ISO/TC211's Draft having accepted evaluation standard to KSDTS(Korea Spatial Data Transfer Standard) is desirable for definitions of data quality elements. (2) This study presented the quality evaluation of much more resonable geospatial data accompaning with quality element. Furthermore, this study suggests that this evaluation be applicable to KSDTS and be contained in the digital map product specification of National Geography Institute with more clearness of a report form of data quality evaluation result. (3) Studies on various sampling methods, establishment of AQL(Acceptable Quality Level) suitable for our country, and computer programming which can rapidly and automatically evaluate mass much of data are required.

Purpose: This study aimed to describe the characteristics of mobile applications (apps) related to pregnancy in South Korea and evaluate their quality. Methods: We conducted a systematic search for pregnancy-related apps available in Korea in two app stores as of April 29, 2022. The quality of apps was assessed using the Korean translation of the Mobile Application Rating Scale for objective quality with four subdomains (engagement, function, aesthetics, and information) and four items for subjective quality. Results: In total, 163 apps were selected and reviewed. Both the objective and subjective quality of the apps were found to be desirable, with scores exceeding 3 out of 5 (range, 34-82). All subdomain scores in the objective quality assessment were also desirable. Among the four objective quality subdomains, aesthetics received the highest scores, followed by information, function, and engagement. In terms of subjective quality, the scores for a comprehensive overall evaluation, continuous use, and recommendation exceeded 3 out of 5, with the exception of payment. Only a small number of apps (n=4, 2.9%) were backed by a reliable authority, such as an expert review. Significant differences were observed in the objective quality of apps across different content categories (F=3.86, p=.003). Conclusion: Most pregnancy-related apps had desirable levels of objective and subjective quality. However, app content experts seldom provide reviews. It is crucial for nurses to recommend apps to expectant mothers that offer dependable content, regularly updated with the latest information.

This study intends to review the quality factors of library service for the disabled using user-centered approach. For the empirical review of quality factors, Nine quality factors were drawn after analyzing the current library service quality factors and the standards of library service for the disabled. Using these factors, The survey for identifying importance of factors and the qualitative evaluation of service cases were performed in this study. As a result of this survey, the most critical but relatively weak quality factors were facility, collection and staff factors. And the qualitative evaluation results of service cases indicated that the reading culture program and the information service factors were critical.

공공부분 S/W사업은 분리발주가 원칙이고 일괄발주가 예외지만 현재 많은 공공부분 S/W사업은 일괄 발주 사업으로 진행되고 있다. 일괄발주는 SI업체가 S/W업체도 선택하여 입찰 및 개발하기 때문에 발주자가 원하는 품질 좋은 S/W를 선택할 수 없고, 발주자가 S/W를 업그레이드 및 확장할 때 SI업체에 의존하게 되는 단점이 있다. 이런 단점을 보완하고, S/W분리발주를 활성화시키기 위해 지식경제부(구 정보통신부)에서는 S/W분리발주 매뉴얼을 작성하여 보급 및 교육을 하고 있으며, 발주처에서는 품질이 우수한 S/W를 선택하기 위한 S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 시험기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW 시험인증센터에서 BMT를 실시하고 있다. 본 논문은 위협관리시스템(TMS) S/W분리발주 BMT를 공인된 국가 시험인증기관인 한국정보통신기술협회(TTA) SW시험인증센터에서 수행한 사례를 기술하였다
