Based on the creative education theory, the study of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands is the application of both the quality education ideal and the understanding principles of the creative education to the training of using hands. In the light of relevant concepts of the 'Domain' theory and the expertise of both the Chinese and foreign specialists in this field, this article discusses the relation between the tapping of mental creativity, scientific use of hands and the animation of the right hemisphere of the brain with the aim of constructing a new concept of the symmetric coordinated use of both hands.

To investigate the water quality and the pollution state of lower Yeongsan river system, 38 water samples were taken from the main stream of the Yeongsan river, Gomakwon and Hampyeong streams of the system in dry and flood seasons, May and August, 2001. The Yeongsan river is typically natural in accordance with pH-& diagram. But the chemistry based on Piper's diagram indicates that the river is influenced by seawater. BOD increases as the sampling sites are approaching the downstream in Gomakwon and Hampyeong streams overwhelming WQS V grade of 12.40mg/l. T-N and T-P of the river are mainly loaded not in above branch streams but in the main stream of the river, which are caused by manure for farming, domestic animal discharges and life-sewage, in possible. Meanwhile, heavy metal contents are below WQS or not detect in whole water samples. So, it shows that the above river waters be polluted by not industrial but life/agricultural foul waters.

Web sites on the internet are excellent resources for the younger generation to gain information related to sexuality education. The potential benefits of the information of sexuality education on web sites are obvious. But the information of sexuality education on web sites could also result in potentially negative effects. Yet the quality of the information of sexuality education on web sites is variable and difficult to assess. There is no rating criteria for quality assessment of the information on web sites. The rating criteria for quality assessment of information of sexuality education were investigated and reviewed. Among the criteria, best 15 items to evaluate the information of sexuality education on web sites were selected and identified in this study. 15 items were categorized to reliability ( 3 items ), content ( 6 items ), goal ( 2 items ), design & technology ( 4 items ). This 15-items questionnaires is considered as commonly implementable criteria for the information of sexuality education on web sites in Korean. 20 web sites related to sexualtiy education were evaluated and the results were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to explore the effect of short term selp-help education on pain, depression, self-efficacy, and quality of life in patients having chronic arthritis. This program was carried out 3 hrs per week for 4 weeks by 3 small groups among 10 patients. Research design was a quasi-experimental study of nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The subject of this study were 10 of experimental group and 10 of control group. Before and after 4 weeks program, quality of life, self-efficacy, depression, pain, ADL were measured. As a result, it was confirmed the self-help education was effective to increase quality of life, but self-efficacy, depression, pain, ADL were not improved. This suggests the replicate study to examine the effect of self-help education with the large samples of subjects having chronic arthritis.

360-degree video streaming technologies have been widely developed to provide immersive virtual reality (VR) experiences. However, high computational power and bandwidth are required to transmit and render high-quality 360-degree video through a head-mounted display (HMD). One way to overcome this problem is by transmitting high-quality viewport areas. This paper therefore proposes a motion-constrained tile set (MCTS)-based tile extractor for versatile video coding (VVC). The proposed extractor extracts high-quality viewport tiles, which are simulcasted with low-quality whole video to respond to unexpected movements by the user. The experimental results demonstrate a savings of 24.81% in the bjøntegaard delta rate (BD-rate) saving for the luma peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) compared to the rate obtained using a VVC anchor without tiled streaming.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to figure out that Facilitation education can affect significant improvement in sales staff's understanding of precise pharmacokinetics, benefits, safety, and side effects, etc. and eventually lead to increase in call after taking courses. Methods: Data utilized in this study was collected from 413 sales staffs who completed Facilitation course for 5 months. This study used statistical methodologies, paired t-test, exploratory factor analysis, and logistic regression model in order to identify change in Call and after Facilitation courses. Results: The result shows that there are statistically significant increases in CALL quality after Facilitation courses based on the result of pared t-test. Moreover, Facilitation education is more effective in average time of one-time detail than average number of visits per day and average number of doctors per day from the result of logistic regression. Conclusions: In order for MR in pharmaceutical company to improve CALL quality, the education for precise pharmacokinetics, benefits, safety, and side effects is necessary. In addition, various professional training required for detail, including disease education, Selling Skills education, and literacy education are essential. Therefore, Facilitation education would be desirable choice in terms of pharmaceutical marketing strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find out constitutions of education service quality in NCS based education and to investigate the effects on vocational key competence, loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job of college students as important performance variables. The results of this study are as follows. In the NCS based education, five dimensions of education service quality were teaching-learning-lecture, reputation, education program, administrative service and facilities. It is analyzed that the teaching-learning-lecture and administrative service have a great influence on vocational key competence of students. In addition, education service quality and vocational key competence were analyzed as important factors for student's loyalty to college and self-confidence in getting job and proved to be important performance variables.

This study was conducted to investigate correlation between oral health belief and oral health-related quality of life (OHIP-14) based on oral health education experience. A survey was conducted on adults living in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam region. Collected data was analyzed using SPSS 25.0. As a result, adults with oral health education experience had significantly higher scores in subfactors of oral health belief and subfactors of oral health-related quality of life than adults without oral health education experience. There were correlations between factors in oral health education experience, oral health belief, and oral health-related quality of life. Therefore, operating oral health education program by life cycle will promote oral health as well as will help to enhance the importance and necessity of oral health education by improving quality of life.

As the number of students participating in nail art with great interest rises, it has become crucial to form instructor-student ties through offline interactions and establish relationships with education through media under the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Therefore, it would be very important to check the quality of online and offline services and examine customer satisfaction. For this, this study investigated current online and offline nail art education, service quality and satisfaction with the education. A questionnaire survey was performed a total of 319 men and women in their 10-50s or older from Daejeon, Sejong, Chungnam, Chungbuk and other regions. The collected data were analyzed, using SPSS 27.0, and the results found the followings. The above results confirm that perception of online and offline nail art education is correlated with service quality and satisfaction. However, there are limitations in generalizing the results due to a difficulty in accurate measurement. It is anticipated that if a subject area is expanded, and teachers' satisfaction is added for comparison and analysis, there would be better results.
