도시 녹지 공간 확보를 위한 건물의 입체녹화 선호요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Multi-dimensional Greening Preferential Factors for Securing Green Spaces in Cities)

  • 도시기후변화에 대응하고 도시환경을 질적으로 개선하기 위해 서울시 내 입체녹화 공간 확보를 위한 해결방안으로 전통시장의 입체녹화를 통해 공간적 측면, 경관적 측면, 환경적 측면 등에서 큰 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 도심현상에서의 녹화기능을 강화하고자 건물에 입체녹화를 위한 입체녹화 구성요인을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 입체녹화의 성공적 도입을 위한 기준설정과 질적 증대 효과를 달성하고자 하는 것이다. 전체 569명의 전통시장을 이용하는 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 SPSS와 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전통시장 입체녹화 구성요인인 생태적, 물리적, 기능적, 시각적, 시설적 측면은 모두 소비자 기대감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 전통시장을 이용하는 소비자들의 성별에 따라 전통시장의 입체녹화 구성요인 중 생태적 측면에 유의한 차이가 있었고, 연령에 따라서는 입체녹화 구성요인의 기능적, 물리적, 시각적 측면에 유의한 차이를 보였고, 전통시장 입체녹화에 대한 기대감 수준도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 학력에 따라서는 입체녹화 구성요인의 물리적, 시각적 측면에 유의한 차이를 보였고, 전통시장 입체녹화에 대한 기대감 수준도 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Since the late of 20th Century, philosophy, art, and aesthetics have attention to the movement of object that persue the dynamics and qualitative change, not existing fixed and quantitative object. Qualitative continuity, including discontinuity of specific spot and surface that occurs sudden change, is distinct characteristics considered in contemporary logo civilization, which combines and disperses according as various purpose among the different elements and objects. Therefore, I studied about the characteristics of qualitative continuity that creates the change and the differentiation continuously through the "formative characteristics of the continuity expressed in contemporary fashion" of my preceding paper. This paper is the following study of above mentioned paper, and Investigates about aesthetic consciousness leading to the various change. This is intends to consider the trans-aesthetic consciousness that accepts dynamic movement and change the different object and reforms new relationship continuously. This studies' conclusion is as follows; 1) sublimity-Infinity, de-constructive, excessive 2) jouissance - functional, structural 3) paradox-perceptual, spatial. A study about the trans-aesthetic consciousness would help to offer philosophical basis, and make a change building aesthetic foundation in explaining various relationship like as phenomenon of the retro, neo, post, fusion expressed since the late of 20th Century.

의류 판매원의 감정 노동에 관한 질적 연구 -패스트 패션 판매원을 중심으로- (The Qualitative Study on the Emotional Labor of Fashion Sales Personnel -Focused on Fast Fashion Sales Personnel-)

  • This study investigates the emotional labor of fast fashion sales personnel using the qualitative research method. The research was performed through an in-depth interview with 10 sales personnel (managers, coordinators, head cashiers, and sales associates) who experienced fast fashion brands from July to October in 2011. The results of this study provide that fast fashion brands do have specific feeling rules and display behavior. Even though the sales personnel spend an extremely short time (about 1 minute) to serve customers, most of them experience exhaustion, fatigue, burnout and self-alienation because of emotional dissonance. Sales personnel do deep-acting and surface acting simultaneously and interviewees who have longer and more sales experience express less emotional dissonance. To reduce the negative results of emotional labor, the company plays an important role through the organizational culture; in addition, deep-acting could be recommended for a beginner until they are comfortable with sales. The results of this study provide the elements of emotional labor in a fast fashion and practical suggestions for store operation and sales personnel training.

백화점 독점 수입브랜드 자산 요인에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Asset Attributions of Exclusive Imported Brands at Department Stores)

  • This study aims to clarify the asset evaluation attributes of imported brands exclusively by department stores based on qualitative study. For the qualitative research, hands-on staff of the branch office who had at least 5 years experience in PB-related positions at one of the four domestic department stores(Lotte, Shinsegae, Hyundai, Galleria), and at least 20 years old adults who had purchased imported brand items exclusively by a certain department store(Shinsegae, Lotte) were included. The asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusively imported brands were drawn up through the one-to-one in-depth interview method. As a result of qualitative study on the asset evaluation attributes of department store-exclusive importation brands, it turned out that there were 4 factors in view of business entity - stability, profitability, growth potential, and relationship, and that there were 6 factors in view of consumers - product quality, recognition, country of origin, image, preference, and reliability. In comparison with the existing preliminary study, it was notable that relationship in view of business entity, and country of origin in view of consumers were added to the asset elements.

고속도로 교통안전시설물의 정성적 및 정량적 위험도분석 연구 (A Study of Qualitative and Quantitative Risk Assessment for Highway Safety Facilities)

  • 교통시설물의 위험요소는 안전피해의 규모 및 종류 등 복잡한 제반요소에 영향을 받기 때문에 안전개념에 기초한 분석이 요구된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 교통안전시설에 대한 정성적 및 정량적 위험도분석 방법을 제시하고 이를 가치평가에 도입할 수 있는 절차를 제안하였다. 또한 정량적 분석을 위해 교통사고 데이터 및 이를 분석한 EPDO(Equivalent Property Damage Only)를 이용하여 사고빈도와 피해정도 및 사고요인별로 Event Tree를 작성하여 제시하였으며 이를 이용하여 중앙분리대 비교 1안(140cm) 및 비교 2안(127cm)에 대한 위험지수를 산정하였다.

Qualitative study on the key elements of obesity counseling in Korean Medicine

  • Objectives: Weight counseling is an inevitable process for patients with obesity who intend to lose weight; however, the contents of real-world counseling practices remain uncertain in Korean medicine (KM) practice. This study aimed to explore the structure and constituents of obesity counseling in KM. Methods: Qualitative methods were used to explore the structure of weight counseling and clinicians' approaches to weight counseling, particularly the advice and main constituents of weight counseling in KM. Nine KM clinicians (4 women, 5 men) from nine clinics completed face-to-face, individual and semi-structured interviews from September 2019 to February 2020 in Seoul, Daejeon, Cheonan, Seongnam, Asan, and Hwaseoug. The interviews were digitally recorded, transcribed verbatim, and categorized based on their constituents. Results: During weight loss counseling, the six principal constituents of KM identified were: planning with patients, motivation, correcting misinformation on weight loss, dietary and exercise advice, medication guidance, and customized guides for each type. Conclusion: Clinicians with in-depth knowledge about obesity prescribed personalized guidance for exercise, diet, and medication through an integrative approach. The study results provide an in-depth understanding of weight counseling in KM. These six constituents could guide the counseling provided by clinicians in obesity care.

20세기 서구 여성 헤어스타일 변화의 주기성 연구 (A Study on the Cycle of Western Hair Style′s Change in 20th Century)

  • Even it's not easy to in the cycle of the change without the qualification of the data, but we can try to figure out a cycle of change in fashion as Kroeber used content analysis. As content analysis with quantitative data increases the objectivity, especially in the case of highly complex materials like s appearance, multi-directional research method; quantitative and qualitative methods are combined in this study. In this research, first the change in hair length(HL), hair width(HW), hair height(HH) was examined to find out possible cyclic aspects of change in each elements and the significant relationships among the hair style was probed and the cyclic aspects between hair style elements and skirt style elements were compared. The data was analyzed by using Time series analysis and Pearson correlation coefficients. The statistical analysis of the hair style of 20th century showed that the hair style's elements changed independently and indicated the cyclic aspects in hair style as Kroeber's fashion cycle. To consider of this result, the hair style changed in a cyclic pattern, its pattern were different from skirt style's. And as hair style's change was affected by change, the hair styles change appeared during wars and disappeared during a social stabilization; this result supports social change theory.

의복 디자인요소의 이미지 지각에 대한 연구 -색, 무늬를 중심을 한 심층면적- (A Study on Image Perception of Design Elements -Using Depth Interview Method on Color, Pattern of Clothing-)

  • The research was designed to find out the effects of design elements ; ①color, ②pattern, on image perception of clothing by using a qualitative depth interview method. The subjects were 40 women who lived in Taejon and aged 20 to 40. The interview results were both hand recorded and tape recorded for further analysis by researchers and judge groups. And the results were as follows. 1. The most preferred colors appeared to be blue and black, while stripes, checks and flowers were most favorite patterns. 2. There were individual difference in color and pattern perception, however the color image of yellow was brightness, red was dashing, green comfortable, blue cool, and black tightness. The image of geometric pattern was modesty and natural motif pattern was dynamics. 3. The tow major forces which affected the image of design elements were appeared as followed : 1) Color images affected by the image of natural objects which obtained the color. 2) Individuals past experience and emotional status also affected the personal image perception. 4. The color and pattern preference for the Koran traditional customes and Western tow piece were significantly different and this result imply cultural stereotyping on image perception of design elements. On conclusion, the results supported the research model of form perception and image evaluation.

아파트 단위주거의 리모델링 요소와 현황 - 인테리어디자인업체 실무자와 거주자 심층면접을 통하여 - (Elements and Actual Condition of Apartment Unit Remodeling - By In-depth Interviews on Residents and Specialists of Interior Design Companies -)

  • The purpose of this study was to grasp major elements and actual condition of apartment unit remodeling by in-depth interviews on residents and specialists. The interviews had been conducted to interior designers who have a wide experience of apartment remodeling and residents who live in recently remodeled apartment unit. In-depth interview is a kind of qualitative method in which attention to reply of responses with open-access between interviewer and respondents. According to the results, remodeling elements were generally changing of lighting fixtures and finishing materials in the all spaces, integration of balcony into children's room, installation of furniture in kitchen and entrance, changing storage furnitures and equipments in bathroom. Artificial lighting method were selected generally whole lighting. Finishing materials were used ordinary (non environmentally-friendly) wallpaper and adhesion and tempered floor. There were unsatisfied factors after remodeling, these were dissatisfaction of design, construction defects, and stink of reflecting 'sick house'. Also they responded that they should be considering to use environmentally-friendly material at next remodeling.

Space Syntax를 이용한 농촌어메니티 강화 및 저해요소의 입지 특성 분석 (An Analysis on Locational Characteristics of Amenity/Disamenity Elements in Rural Villages by the Space Syntax Method)

  • This study tried to establish a renewal guideline for rural villages through the analysis on locational characteristics of amenity/disamenity elements. Space Syntax Method was applied to analyze the locational characteristics of amenity/disamenity elements in qualitative terms. The study was carried out by 5 steps: Selection of amenity/disamenity classification table and case study villages(used same ones as in the previous study) ${\rightarrow}$ Drawing of base-map for spatial analysis ${\rightarrow}$ Preparation of final study-map after field survey ${\rightarrow}$ Spatial analysis using the Space Syntax Method ${\rightarrow}$ Proposing of a rural village renewal guideline. Through the application study to the case study villages, it was ascertained that the renewal guideline proposed in this study would well help reflect spatial characteristics of amenity/disamenity elements in plan-making works of rural villages.
