전자상거래 인적자원의 양성과 개발을 위해서 자격은 학위와 더불어 지식축적의 결과를 표시하는 대표적인 지표이다. 하지만 기존의 출제기준은 전자상거래 시장변화를 포함한 현장성 반영과 업무에의 활용도가 부족하여 개선이 요구된다. 본 연구는 전자상거래관리사 직무분석을 통하여 산업현장에서 요구되는 능력을 체계적으로 분석하여 출제기준을 개선하고자 하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위해 국내외 전자상거래 관련 자격현황 조사 및 문헌연구를 수행하고 직무분석을 통하여 전자상거래관리사 직무의 구조와 과업을 도출함으로써 기존의 과업목록을 보강하였으며, 과업분석을 통하여 각 과업별로 요구되는 필요지식, 기술 등의 능력요소들을 도출하였다. 도출된 직무의 범위와 과업목록을 검증하고 이를 바탕으로 기존의 출제기준과 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로는 전자상거래 자격관련 문헌과 현황을 조사하였으며, 직무분석단계에 전문가 면담조사와 전문가위원회 조사가 수행되었으며 검증단계에 설문조사와 면담조사를 수행한 후 전문가위원회를 통해 출제기준 개선방안을 설계하고 확인하였다.

이 연구는 기계분야 직무체계 개발과 국가기술자격종목 연계실태 분석에 목적이 있다. 문헌연구, 면담조사, 전문가협의회를 통해 산업현장에서 통용되는 용어를 중심으로 직무를 분류하고 직무수준을 설정하였다. 직무분류 결과 기계분야의 직무군은 크게 중분류 3개, 소분류 11개, 이들 소분류를 다시 분류하면 총 42개의 직무가 도출되었다. 기계분야의 직무수준은 국가자격체제(KQF)의 수준체계와 자격 및 교육과정, 산업 현장의 직무별 수준을 반영하여 7단계로 구분하였다. 도출된 직무 체계를 바탕으로 직무군과 직무 정의를 제시하였으며, 각 직무별 정의와 직무별 수준별 수행기준을 도출하였다. 또한 개발된 직무체계와 국가기술자격 종목과의 연계실태를 분석하여 자격종목 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 컴퓨터를 이용한 정보처리, 인터넷 활용, 그리고 웹 페이지 설계 업무의 수행 능력을 검정할 수 있는 정보통신 분야의 기초 기술 활용능력과 관련된 자격구조와 내용을 설계 개발하기 위해서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 디지털정보활용능력과 관련 있는 국가자격, 민간자격, 그리고 기타자격에 대한 운영 실태 및 현황을 파악한 다음, 현 자격제도에 대한 문제점 및 개선방향을 도출하고 이를 토대로 새로운 자격제도를 개발하였다. 연구 방법으로는 정보통신 자격 관련 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였으며, 2회에 걸쳐 정보통신교육원 관련 인사, 자격제도 전문가, 그리고 학계와 산업계의 전문가 등으로 구성된 위원회를 개최하여 의견을 수렴하였다. 또한 위원회를 중심으로 산업현장 실태 분석을 실시하여 디지털정보활용능력 관련자격의 직무분야를 설정하고 자격의 구조, 출제 기준, 그리고 검정방법 등을 도출하였다.

This paper discuss the Qualification Test Procedure which is composed of main functional and environmental tests for the localizing avionics and subsystems, especially the detail test approaches of General Avionics Computed(GAC) through the analysis of related technical data packages for the purpose of performance proof of final products. Quality assurance procedures are properly established with the several kinds of inspections and functional test items. They are called as process inspections, functional test, acceptance test procedure and qualification test procedure. The Qualification test procedure are composed of the analysis of original engineering design concept and shall be performed for the acquisition of the certification of the GAC's quality as well as the aquisition of the related techniques and engineering know-how items.

Internal replaceable electronic module substitutions can impact EMC (ElectroMagnetic Compatibility) qualification testing and results if EMC testing is conducted at the cabinet level. The impact of component substitutions on EMC qualification results therefore should be evaluated. If a qualitative evaluation is not adequate to ensure that the modified product will not impact the cabinet level EMC qualification results, a new qualification testing should be conducted. Component level retesting should be conducted under electromagnetically equivalent conditions with the cabinet level test. This paper analyzes the propagation of conducted susceptibility test waveforms in a representative cabinet and evaluates the impact of component substitutions on cabinet level EMC qualification results according to the location of the replacement items. A guideline for a qualitative evaluation of the impact of component substitutions is described based on the propagation of the conducted susceptibility test waveforms. A module level test method is also described based on an analysis of the shielding effectiveness of the cabinet.

이 연구에서는 국가기술자격의 분류체계가 21세기 산업구조와 기술변화에 부응할 수 있도록 하기 위해서 현행 26개로 설정되어 있는 직무분야의 적절성을 검토하였으며, 이에 터하여 국가기술자격제도 관리 운영의 효율성과 효과성을 높일뿐만 아니라 자격취득자의 취업을 촉진할 수 있는 새로운 직무분야 분류체계를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 국가기술자격제도와 관련된 문헌 및 자료를 수집 분석하였고, 국가기술자격 직무분야의 적절성에 대한 전문가 의견 등을 수렴하여 26개 국가기술자격 직무분야를 13개 분야로 새롭게 구분 제시하였다.

The Hyundai Rotem company is due to be conducted the main line Speed Qualification Test as regulated by CFR for SEPTA EMU and SCRRA Bi-level coach project. The regulated test items per 49CFR213.345 are wheel/rail interaction forces and carbody/truck accelerations during running on main line. Therefore the special two sets of instrumented wheelset (IWS) per each project have been made for measuring the interaction forces between wheel and rail at four wheels of one truck during running on main line. In this paper, regarding Speed Qualification Test, the required test items and data analysis method per 49CFR213.345 and the preparation status of instrumented wheelsets (IWS) are introduced.

The purpose of this study was to review the current status and problems of the national qualification system in the Environmental field focusing on deficiencies of the regulatory system and qualities of environmental professional including the Environmental control Professional Engineer, Environmental Engineer, Environmental Industrial Engineer and Environmental field. An overview of the environmental field, its current status, domestic qualification items and training conditions in environment-related areas, laws of environmental field, and data of the job analysis were reviewed. The concrete and extensive development plans for the qualification system of the Environmental field are as follows: First of all, a job analysis should be made of on the introduction of new systems or policy modification to reflect technical changes and national policies about the environmental field in the qualification exam. Second, it is essential to prepare policies that are suitable for the qualification system in the Environmental field and that improve its effectiveness. Third, the appropriate policy measures should be taken in order to elevate the social standing of Environmental field qualification holders.

이 연구는 $\ulcorner$학점인정등에관한법$\lrcorner$ 제7조 제4항의 시행규칙과 관련하여 공인 민간자격 취득자에 대한 학점 인정방안을 제시하려는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방법으로 자격에 대한 학점 인정의 근거와 인정 원리 등에 관한 선행연구, 관련 문헌 및 자료를 분석하였으며, 공인 민간 자격관리자에게 공인 민간자격종목에 대한 학점부여 의견 조사를 하였다. 또한 분야별 전문가 협의회를 개최하여 자격종목별 검정내용과 수준을 세부적으로 검토하였고, 공인 민간자격에 대한 학점 인정 방향에 대한 면담조사를 하였으며, 공인민간자격에 대한 시험문제의 수준과 난이도 분석을 하였다. 이 연구를 통해서 제시된 학점인정 수준 결정은 다음과 같다. 국가기술자격과 기타 국가자격의 학점 인정 원리에 따라 학점 인정할 수 없는 공인 민간자격 종목은 두 가지 사항을 고려하여 학점인정의 수준을 결정하였다. 첫째, 직무의 수준과 범위를 검토하고, 둘째, 대학의 교육과정과 자격검정 내용을 비교하였다. 직무범위 및 직무수행 난이도는 전문 자격과 일반 자격으로 구분하여 검토하였다. 전문자격은 특정 직종의 직무를 수행하는 데 필요한 지식과 기술의 습득 여부를 표시하는 것으로서 국가기술자격의 서비스분야 일반사무 자격종목의 제외한 자격종목, 기타 국가자격은 전문자격에 해당한다. 이에 비해 일반 자격은 여러 직종에 걸쳐 직무 수행의 효율성을 높을 수 있는 지식과 기술의 습득 정도를 증명해주는 것으로서 언어 능력, 수리 통계 능력, 문제해결 능력, 협상 능력, 의사소통 능력을 증명하는 자격이 해당한다. 공인 민간자격이 전문 자격에 해당하면, 국가자격의 직무수준과 비교하여 자격의 수준을 결정하였고, 일반 자격에 해당하면, 대학의 교육과정과 비교 검토하여 인정학점을 결정하였다.

Nowadays, our industries and occupation are increased under the economy development of government. So, this paper introduce to compare with coefficient's of correlation on the time series of the education and the qualification in our country. For this reason, the decision making to qualifications' foresight which will be change to the education category-prospective on the time series. The qualification has claasified 5 degrees-master craftsman, professional engineer, engineer, technician(or industrial engineer), craftsman - and 516 qualification items. Education has classified to 4 degrees(7 degrees) - elementary, middle, high, high scholastic level school(college, university, graduation). This paper has matched to educational classification and qualification classification through the following method. We defined the same level between education and qualification after analysed correlation under the time series, so the craftsman equals high school graduation people, technician equals college graduation people, engineer quals university graduation people, now we could not analyse master and professional levels. This paper will suggest to the qualification's future policy direction and improve the education policy direction.
