본 연구에서는 학교환경에 대한 취약계층 청소년들의 경험과 인식의 특성을 탐색하여 유형화하고 의미를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 Q방법론을 활용하였고, Q모집단을 구성하기 위해 사전 인터뷰와 문헌분석, 미디어 매체 검색내용을 분석하여 94개의 Q표본을 추출하여 1차 연구 참여자에 대해 눈덩이 표집방식을 적용하여 참여대상자 총 54명에게 Q분류를 실시하였다. P표본의 소속학교는 서울 7곳과 경기도 4곳이다. Q소팅에서 수집된 데이터를 Q분석 프로그램인 QUANL-PC프로그램을 이용하여 주요인 분석을 실시한 결과 4가지의 유형으로 분류되었다. 제1유형은 '순응적 모범형', 제2유형 '부정적 반항형', 제3유형은 '소극적 무기력형'이며, 제4유형은 '진취적 고군분투형'으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 취약계층 청소년들의 경험과 인식을 파악하고, 이들을 위한 현실적인 지원전략에 필요한 단초를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

이진 pseudo-random 시퀀스를 갖는 q-ary M-sequence는 많은 적용 분야에 사용할 수 있는 유리한 특성을 가지고 있다. 본 논문은 유한장 $F_q$의 덧셈 특성을 이용하여 q-ary M-sequence 원소의 시프트로 재킷 행렬의 새로운 계열을 설계하고 있다. 또한, 이진 PN-시퀀스로부터 기존의 하다마드 행렬을 얻는 방법을 일반화하였고, 제안한 방법으로 q-ary M-sequence에 근거한 재킷행렬을 보인다.

연구배경 : Paraoxonase는 산소유리기 제거효소의 하나로서, 유기인제 화합물의 독소제거에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구에서는 한국인 남성에서 PON1 Q192R 유전자 다형성이 흡연과 관련하여 폐암발생에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 대상 및 방법 : 연구대상자는 조직 병리학적으로 폐암으로 새롭게 진단받은 남성 환자 335명과, 이들과 3세 이내에서 연령을 짝지은 동수의 대조군으로 하였다. 직접면접조사를 통하여 인적사항과 직업력 그리고 흡연력, 음주력 등을 조사하였다. TaqMan 실시간 중합 효소 연쇄반응을 이용하여 PON1 유전자 다형성을 확인하고, 폐암과 흡연 그리고 PON1 유전자 다형성 유형 사이의 상호 관련성을 통계적으로 분석하였다. 결 과 : 흡연과 PON1 유전자 Q/Q형이 폐암 발생 위험도를 유의하게 증가시켰다. 흡연자에서 PON1 Q/Q형인 사람이 Q/R 혹은 R/R형인 사람에 비하여 폐암에 대한 교차비(95% 신뢰구간)가 2.56(1.52 - 4.31)으로 폐암발생 위험도가 통계적으로 유의하게 증가하였다. 비흡연자이며 PON1 Q/R 혹은 R/R형인 사람을 비교군으로 하였을 때, 비흡연자이며 PON1 Q/Q형인 군, 흡연자이며 Q/R 혹은 R/R형인 군, 흡연자이며 Q/Q형군으로 이행할수록 대응비는 모든 세포유형에서 유의하게 증가하였다. 특히 흡연자이며 Q/Q형인 사람은 비흡연자이며 PON1 Q/R 혹은 R/R형인 사람에 비하여, 편평세포암종은 53.77(6.55 - 441.14)배, 선암종은 6.25(1.38 - 28.32)배, 소세포암종은 59.94(4.66 - 770.39) 배 더 잘 생기는 것으로 나타났다. 결 론 : 흡연과 PON1 Q/Q형은 폐암의 위험인자이며, 흡연과 PON1 Q/Q형은 조직학적 유형에 관계없이 폐암발생 위험도를 서로 상승적으로 증가시키는 것으로 판단된다.

우리나라의 도열병 균계에 내구저항성을 보이는 자포니카 벼 품종 팔공의 저항성 유전좌위를 분석한 결과, 팔공 allele에 의한 저항성 관련 putative QTLs가 2번, 4번, 7번, 11번 염색체상에서 9개 좌위들이 확인되었다. 팔공의 allele에 의한 도열병 저항성 연관 유전자좌들 중 qBn2.3 (Ch r. 2), qBn4.2 (Ch r. 4), qBn11.1 및 qBn11.2 (Ch r. 11) 등 4개 좌위는 표현형 변이의 28-56.7%를 설명하는 major QTL이었고, 이들 좌위에서는 1-4개의 저항성 관련 유전자들이 위치하는 것으로 보고되었다. 팔공 allele의 5개 QTLs qBn2.1, qBn2.4 (Ch r. 2), qBn4.1 (Chr. 4), qBn7.1 및 qBn7.2 (Ch r. 7) 등은 표현형 변이를 9.7-18.8% 설명하였으며, 이들 좌위들 중 2번 염색체상의 qBn2.1를 제외한 4개 QTLs 좌위에서는 다른 유전자의 보고가 없어 팔공 고유의 도열병 저항성 관련 유전 요소들로 추정 된다. 팔공의 도열병 내구 저항성은 2번, 4번, 7번, 11번 염색체상의 9개 QTLs들의 상호 작용에 의한 것으로 생각되며, 특히 목도열병 내구 저항성 유전자 Pb1이 위치하는 것으로 보고된 좌위의 qBn11.2는 표현형 변이 56.7%를 설명하였고 내구저항성에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 생각된다. 팔공의 줄무늬잎마름병 저항성은 qBn11.2 좌위의 Stvb-i 유전자에 의한 것으로 생각된다.

In this paper, we study the position vector of a developable q-slant ruled surface in the Euclidean 3-space $E^3$ in means of the Frenet frame of a q-slant ruled surface. First, we determinate the natural representations for the striction curve and ruling of a q-slant ruled surface. Then we obtain general parameterization of a developable q-slant ruled surface with respect to the conical curvature of the surface. Finally, we introduce some examples for the obtained result.

In this paper, we give the definition of the two dimensional q-Gabor wavelet. It consists of the q-normal distribution, which is also given in this paper. If the q-normal distribution is used as a kernel of the Gabor wavelet instead of the normal distribution, the q-Gabor wavelet is obtained. Furthermore, the q-Gabor wavelet is compared with the Gabor and the Haar wavelets to show how good The q-Gabor wavelet is.

Over the years, there has been increasing interest in solving mathematical problems with the aid of computers. The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the roots of the q-Bernoulli polynomials $B_{n,q}{^r}(x)$ for values of the index n by using computer. Finally, we consider the reflection symmetries of the q-Bernoulli polynomials $B_{n,q}{^r}(x)$.

This paper defines Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, and explains fourteen properties which can be complemented by Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials and Carlitz's type (h, p, q)-Genocchi polynomials, including distribution relation, symmetric property, and property of complement. Also, it explores alternating powers sums by proving symmetric property related to Carlitz's type (p, q)-Genocchi polynomials.

For a lifted nontrivial additive character $\lambda'$ and a multiplicative character $\chi$ of the finite field with $q^2$ elements, the 'Gauss' sums $\Sigma\lambda'$(tr $\omega$) over $\omega$ $\in$ SU(2n + 1, $q^2$) and $\Sigma\chi$(det $\omega$)$\lambda'$(tr $\omega$) over $\omega$ $\in$ U(2n + 1, $q^2$) are considered. We show that the first sum is a polynomial in q with coefficients involving certain new exponential sums and that the second one is a polynomial in q with coefficients involving powers of the usual twisted Kloosterman sums and the average (over all multiplicative characters of order dividing q-1) of the usual Gauss sums. As a consequence we can determine certain 'generalized Kloosterman sum over nonsingular Hermitian matrices' which were previously determined by J. H. Hodges only in the case that one of the two arguments is zero.
