분자생물학적 기법을 이용한 Interseeding률 평가 (Interseeding Substitution Ratio Assessment by Using of Molecular Tool)

  • 최근 국내 일부 골프장에서는 그린을 공사하지 않고 신품종으로 교체할 수 있는 인터씨딩에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 하지만 이에 대한 어떤 연구나 평가 방법 등이 발표되어 있지 않다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 분자생물학적 기법을 이용한 인터씨딩률을 조사하여 그 실효성을 평가하고자 수행하였다. 우정힐스골프장은 기존 품종인 Penncross에 Penn A-4 품종을 1회 인터씨딩하였고, 레이크사이드골프장은 기존품종인 penncross에 CY-2 품종을 3회 인터씨딩하였다. SCAR marker를 이용한 인터씨딩율은 1회 인터씨딩한 우정힐스골프장은 치환율이 20%였고, 3회 인터씨딩한 레이크사이드골프장은 37.3%였다. 1회와 3회 인터씨딩에 의한 치환율의 차이는 15.3% 정도였다. 하지만 3회 인터씨딩한 지역을 답압별로 세부하여 1회 인터씨딩율과 비교하여 보면, 답압이 가장 적게 이루어진 지역은 47.2%로 대략 50%정도가 치환되었다. 이는 1회의 치환률과 비교하여 173%이상 치환률이 증가하였다. 따라서 인터씨딩은 1회 실시하는 것보다는 3회 실시한 경우에 치환률이 훨씬 높아, 향후 인터씨딩을 실시할 경우에는 다년간의 계획을 수립하여 인터씨딩을 실시하는 것이 효과적일 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소량의 시료만을 이용한 인터씨딩률에 대한 분석이 가능하였고, 유전분석을 이용한 인터씨딩율 조사를 통해 현재 시행하고 있는 인터씨딩 방법에 대한 기술 개선에 많은 도움이 있을 것으로 판단된다.

대전입자형 디스플레이 소자의 충전전압에 따른 구동특성 분석 (Analysis of Driving Characteristics by Putting Voltage of Charged Particle Type Display Device)

  • The charged particle type display device is a kind of the reflectivity type display and shows an image by absorption and reflection of external light source. The charged particle is important factor for driving of the display and quantity of charge per mass of the charged particle determines the driving voltage, contrast ratio, response time, etc. But it is easy for the charged particles to be damaged in the putting process of the display and the damages cause lumping phenomenon of the charged particles. Because the lumping phenomenon makes high driving voltage, low quality of optical properties, short life time, etc, so the charged particles must be filled by stable putting methods. In this paper, we filled the charged particles into the panels by electric fields to improve the electrical and optical characteristics of the display. Also, we analyzed the driving characteristics of the charged particles according to the applied putting voltages.

프로골프 경기기록을 활용한 다중집단분석 : 경로분석 적용 (Effectiveness of golf skills to average score using records of PGA, LPGA, KPGA, KLPGA : Multi-group path analysis)

  • 이 연구는 프로골프대회에서 기록되는 중요변인들 (드라이브거리, 페어웨이안착율, 그린적중율, 센드세이브율, 리커버리율, 평균퍼팅수)이 평균타수에 미치는 영향력에 대해 집단 간 차이를 분석하였다. 구체적으로 미국남자프로골프협회 (PGA), 미국여자프로골프협회 (LPGA), 한국남자프로골프투어 (KGT), 그리고 한국여자프로골프투어 (KLPGT)에서 측정, 공개하는 자료를 통해 PGA, LPGA, KPGA, KLPGA 집단 간에 중요변인들이 평균타수에 미치는 경로에 유의한 차이가 있는지를 검증하였다. 그 결과 PGA와 LPGA 모형 간에 드라이브거리와 그린적중율이 평균타수에 미치는 경로가 p <.05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, KPGA와 KLPGA 모형 간에는 드라이브거리, 리커버리율, 그리고 평균퍼팅이 평균타수에 미치는 경로가 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 PGA와 KPGA 모형 간에 드라이브거리, 리커버리율, 그리고 평균퍼팅이 평균타수에 미치는 경로가p <.05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, LPGA와 KLPGA 모형 간에는 모든 경로에서 p >.05 수준에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구 결과는 남녀 국내 투어와 미국 투어의 골프 경기력의 구조 특성을 이해하는데 필요한 기초자료로 활용 할 수 있을 것이며 향후 투어 진출을 위한 유의한 정보가 될 수 있을 것이다.

A Study on the Goal Setting Method for Increasing the Holed Probability in Slope Putting Stroke on an Artificial Putting Surface

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop a goal setting method for increasing the probability of a holed in a side inclined putting stroke. Method: Three-dimensional video data was recorded at a frequency of 120 hz per second after synchronizing 19 infrared motion capture systems (Qualisys, Gothenburg, Sweden). Putting green used a polycarbonate plate ($1.2{\times}2.4{\times}0.01meter$) with coefficient of friction (${\mu}=0.062$) and a real curve of the actual hole. Results: The velocity ratio between the club and the ball was 1:1.6 under various ball speed conditions in this study. The overall position of the break is 1 m to 1.4 m from the point where the ball leaves. If there is a slope, the ball follows the target line by the straightening force, and when it reaches 1 m position, the straightening force decreases by 30~50% and reaches to the deviation (break) point which is severely influenced by the slope. From here, the ball is aimed in a direction other than the target, and the size is affected by the slope. Conclusion: If there is a side slope, the ball moves away from the straight line, and the larger the slope, the closer the break point is to the starting point of the ball. Therefore, it is necessary to calculate the degree of departure according to the slope carefully, and it is preferable that the slower the speed is, the more the influence of the slope becomes. It is preferable to use the center of the hole as a reference when calculating the departure.

평형식진동탄환암거천공기의 연구(II) -모수실험 : 진동에 대하여- (A Study on Balanced-Type Oscillating Mole Drainer (II) (Model Test For Vibration))

  • 1. When the frame of the experimental apparatus was directly fixed on the platform, result from the spectrum density analysis showed that the generated vibration frequecy of the system was nearly-same as the system's own characteristic vibration frequency, 80Hz, in the case of the forcing vibration frequency was 7.5 to 22.5Hz. The reduction ratio of acceleration by balanced type model compare to non-balanced type one was 26.66 percent. 2. When the frame of experimental apparatus was fixed on the platform with putting a shock absorbing rubber between the frame and the platform, the generated vibration frequency of the system was same as forcing vibration frequency. When either frequency or the amplitude of the forcing vibration was increased, the acceleration ratio was increased too. The average reduction ratio was resulted 44.77 per cent. It was concluded that this method of acceleration measurement(the method using a shock absorbing rubber) was a reaonable method, because actual machine will work under such condition. As the vibration frequency and aptitude were increased, the absolute magnitude of acceleration was increased. 3. unbalanced rotating parts, and unbalanced moment of inertia of links were supposed to be causing factors of residual vibration in spite of using the balanced type oscillating mole drainer. This fact suggested that the attachment of the counter weight on the rotating parts which satisfy the condition mw$.$rw=m0e, was necessary. And also, it was expected that the shock absorbing effect could be improved by putting the shock absorbing materials between the moving parts and their supports.

  • The charged particle have characteristics of high-contrast ratio and wide-view angle, quick-response time. When positive voltage is applied to the upper electrode, the yellow particles with negative charge move toward the upper substrate and the black particles with positive charge move toward opposite direction. We have developed the putting method that can fill particles in cell of panel and control the amount of charged particles. We investigated putting method, fabrication process, aging and driving for charged particle type display.

활성화 magnetite를 이용한 이산화탄소 분해와 메탄화에 관한 연구 (The Decomposition of Carbon-dioxide and Methanation with Activated Magnetite)

  • Magnetite was synthesized with $FeSO_4$, and NaOH for the decomposition of carbon dioxide and for the study of the methane formation. The chemical equivalent ratio was changed from 0.5 to 1.50 for the magnetite synthesis. The chemical equivalent ratio was fixed in 1.00, and Nickel chloride and Rhodium chloride equally added and synthesized with the ratio was of 0.10~10.00 mole%. The crystal strucure of the synthesized magnetite was measured XRD. Putting synthesized magnetite in the reactor and using hydrogen gas oxygen-deficient magnetite was made. Injecting carbon dioxide in the reactor, the decomposition reaction was experimented. The formation of methane was confirmed injecting hydrogen gas in the reactor after carbon dioxide was decomposed.

PGA 선수의 경기능력이 평균타수에 미치는 영향력 (Effectiveness of golf skills to average score in PGA)

  • 이 연구는 미국남자프로골프협회 (PGA)가 제공하는 경기기록을 통해 경기능력이 평균타수에 미치는 영향을 경로분석에 의해 규명하였다. 즉 PGA 선수의 경기능력을 나타내는 6개의 변인(드라이브 정확도, 드라이버 거리, 그린 적중률, 샌드세이브, 스크램블링율, 평균퍼팅수)이 평균타수에 미치는 영향을 (1) 드라이버 정확도, 드라이버 거리, 그린적중률이 버디평균과 평균타수에 주는 영향과 (2) 샌드세이브, 스크램블링, 평균퍼팅수이 보기평균과 평균타수에 미치는 영향으로 가정하여 분석하였다. 이러한 목적에 따른 연구결과는 첫째, 드라이브 정확도가 버디평균에 미치지 못하였으며 그린적중률과 드라이브 거리가 직접적으로 평균타수에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 샌드세이브율, 스크램블링율, 평균퍼팅이 보기평균에 유의한 영향을 미치며 평균퍼팅이 평균타수에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 그린적중률, 드라이브거리, 샌드세이브율, 스크램블링율이 평균타수에 영향을 미치면서 상대적으로 스크램블링율이 가장 높게, 샌드세이브율이 가장 낮게 나타났다.

  • To determine the change of the mechanical properties of the wool/polyester blend fabrics in proportion to blend ratio, 10 mechanical properties were measured on 6 blend fabrics by KES-F system. Blend ratio on the 6 blend fabrics was increased by $20\%$, and the structure of the fabric were plain, 2/2 twill, respectively. And wearing performances in propoetion to blend ratio on the 6 blend fabrics were investigated. In this experiment. the following conclusions were obtained with the increase of blend ratio of polyester. 1) The values of WT, RT in tensile properties. tensile energy and elongation, and RC in compressional properties were decreased. 2) The values of B, 2HB in bending properties, 2HG. 2HG 5 in shearing properties were increased. 3) Putting on clothes, wearing performance was bad because crumbling of shape and wrinkle were easily made an appearance. Particularly it was remarkably bad as blend ratio of polyester was expressed $60\%$.

고등부 남자 포환던지기 선수의 시기 별 글라이드 유형과 딜리버리 국면의 운동학적 분석 - 고등부 이형근 선수를 중심으로 - (The Kinematic Analysis of Gliding Type and Delivery Phase in Each Trails during Shot-Putting - Focusing on Lee, Hyung-Keun, Player in Men's High School Youth Group -)

  • The purpose of this study was to provide information about kinematic variables of the gliding and delivery motion of Hyung-Keun Lee, a high school shot putter who was ranked 1st at the 2011 National Sports Festivals. Three-Dimensional motion analysis using a system of 4 video cameras at a sampling frequency of 60 Hz was conducted during shot-putting events at the 2011 National Sports Festivals. During the gliding and delivery phase of the player the results showed following characteristics; 1) The gliding technique types of the player appeared to be the short-long technique as the gliding and stance length ratio were $42.3{\pm}3.87$ % and $57.7{\pm}3.87$ %, respectively. In addition, the trajectory of shots during the gliding and delivery phase showed different trajectory patterns with "S-shaped" type of elite players due to the deviation from a central axis of the APSS (athletic-plus shot system). 2) The horizontal velocity of COG made from gliding should maintain the velocity during transition and release phase, but the player showed a small momentum for a gradual decrease of velocity. 3) Therefore, the player requires to adjust an appropriate ratio between gliding and stance length with a strong muscle power at the trunk, throwing arm, and the lower extremity during gliding and delivery phase.
