유행 스타일의 결정과 확산에 대한 설명모형 연구 -추구가치의 양면성을 중심으로- (Development of an Explanatory Model for Decision of Fashion Style and Its Diffusion Process Based on Ambivalence of Pursuit Values)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop a model to explain how a fashion style is determined within a society and how the style diffuses. The research was carried out in two stages, theoretical study followed by empirical study. In the theoretical study, explanatory model about decision of fashion style and diffusion was developed and then fashion diffusion theories and fashion phenomenon of postholder society were explained by the model developed. The theoretical framework of the explanatory model was constructed in that fashion changes by ambivalence of pursuit values within an individual as well as within a society. The empirical study was carried out to validate the model by looking into fashion phenomenon in the postmodern society A questionnaire was developed including style image, pursuit value, preference style and administered to 19 to 30 year-old women living in Seoul area. Frequency distribution, discriminant analysis, one-way ANOVA. were used for the statistical analysis. As pursuit values differed in each style preference stoup, and pursuit value coincided with image of preference style it was confirmed that clothing selection behavior was determined by pursuit value. In a postmodern society where variety of values are pursued, appearance of various products and preference of all styles altogether considered, it could assume that subcultural collective selection phenomenon appeared.

  • The ultimate role of ocular movements is to keep the image of an object within the fovea and thereby prevent image slippage on the retina. Accurate evaluations of eye movements provide very useful information for understanding the functions of the oculomotor system and determining abnormalities therein. Such evaluations also play an important role in enabling accurate diagnoses by identifying the location of lesions and discriminating from other diseases. There are various types of ocular movements, and this article focuses on saccades, fast eye movements, smooth pursuit, and slow eye movements, which are the most important types of eye movements used in evaluations performed in clinical practice.

  • The main findings are as follows: First, both male and female group, image display was showed higher scores than the product display in the dimensions of 'interest' and 'impression, and the product display presented higher scores than the image display in the dimensions of 'information'. Second, in the dimensions of 'interest', more interest was demonstrated in image display for both male and female consumer group irrelevant to clothing shopping values. The pleasure pursuit consumer group of male and female presented more interest toward the both types of window display. Third, in the dimensions of 'information', the product display had more effect for both sex groups and the pleasure pursuit consumer group was seeking more information than the others groups through the window display. Fourth, in the dimensions of 'impression', the image display formed stronger impression and image for both male and female consumer group and the pleasure pursuit group showed higher score of impression formation than the other two groups.

의복 구매시 정보 탐색 활동에 관한 연구 -자아 이미지와 추구 편익을 중심으로- (A Study on the Information Search Behavior Emphasis on the Self-image and Benefit -)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the factors which explain consumer's information search behavior. Data were analyzed by utilizing factor analysis and multiple-regression to investigate the relationship among information sources, benefit, and actual and ideal self- image and demographics. Based on the results, information sources for benefit, actual and ideal self-image were developed. Predictors of information sources, benefits, and self-image were identified. Marketing implication about information sources were discussed. The results were as follows. 1. Actual and ideal self-images and information sources were devised into three factors. And benefits were devised into five factors. 2. Actual self-image has more predicting power than ideal self-image to the benefits which consumer sought. Among five benefits, character pursuit was the best predicted factor according to the self-image. 3. Among three information sources, mass communication was the most effective source which can be explained by the benefit and self-image. Fashion pursuit factor was the most significant factor to the mass communication oriented source.

여성 소비자의 자기 이미지 추구가 의류 소비 가치 및 패션 이미지에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Self-image Pursuit by Female Consumers on Clothing Purchase Value and Fashion Images)

  • This study verified the effect of self-image pursuits by female consumers for clothing purchase values and fashion images as well as the role of age regulations as a measurement invariance. We surveyed 717 women aged 20-60 residing in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon city. The survey showed that pursuit affects clothing purchase values, which subsequently affect fashion images. However, expressive value was not shown to affect urban style fashion images for clothing purchase values. Age (one of main parameters for market segmentation) was also shown not regulate the effect of self-image pursuits on clothing purchase values and fashion images. The results of this study can provide fundamental data to establish fashion image-based marketing to help predict consumer's purchase behavior and suggest practical advice for effective marketing strategies by applying marketing based on differentiated fashion images to fashion marketing programs.

실감 영상을 위한 압축 센싱 기법 (Novel Compressed Sensing Techniques for Realistic Image)

  • 본 논문에서는 3D 방송의 기본적인 원리를 설명하고 압축 센싱(Compressed Sensing) 기술을 적용하여 3D 방송의 데이터 용량을 줄이는 방식을 제안한다. 샘플링 이론과 압축 센싱 기술의 차이점을 설명하고 개념과 동작원리를 설명한다. 최근 제안된 압축 센싱의 복원 알고리즘인 SS-CoSaMP(Single-Space Compressive Sampling Matched Pursuit) 와 CoSaMP(Compressive Sampling Matched Pursuit)를 소개하고 이를 이용하여 데이터를 압축 복원하여 정확도를 비교한다. 두 알고리즘의 다양한 이미지 복원을 수행하고 계산시간을 비교한다. 결론적으로 낮은 복잡도를 갖는 3D 방송에 적합한 알고리즘을 판단한다.

눈 운동 측정 및 분석을 이용한 추적 눈 운동 동안의 모양지각 왜곡에 대한 참조대상의 영향 검증 (Examination of the Effect of Reference on Shape Perception during Pursuit by Eye Movements Recording and Analysis)

  • 최근의 연구에서 Li, Brenner, Cornelissen과 Kim (2002)은 추적 눈 운동 동안의 2차원 모양지각이 망막에 형성된 이미지 내용을 그대로 반영한다는 것을 보여 주었는데, 이러한 연구는 2차원 모양판단에 있어서 망막 외 정보가 전혀 고려되지 않았음을 시사한다. 이와 같은 실험실 연구와 달리, 실제 생활에서 2차원 모양지각의 왜곡은 대부분의 경우에 발생하지 않는데, 가능한 한 가지 이유는 실험실 연구에서 사용된 자극의 경우에 참조대상이 존재하지 않는데 비하여, 실제 생환에서는 다양한 참조대상이 목표대상의 주변에 존재하기 때문이다. 목표대상과 참조대상의 상대적인 위치관계는 추적 눈 운동 동안에 망막에서도 그대로 유지되는데 시각체계가 이러한 안정적인 관계를 목표대상의 모양을 지각할 때에 이용할 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 참조대상을 이용하여 이러한 가능성을 검증하였다. 흥미롭게도, 추적 눈 운동 동안에 참조대상이 목표대상 주위에 존재할 때에도 모양지각 왜곡이 관찰되었는데, 왜곡의 양은 참조대상이 존재하지 않을 때에 비하여 감소하였다. 참조대상의 효과는 참조대상과 목표대상의 거리에 비례하였다. 이러한 실험결과는 추적 눈 운동 동안의 2차원 모양지각에 참조대상 정보가 이용되지만, 참조대상에 대한 정보만으로는 실제생활에서의 안정적인 모양지각을 설명할 수 없음을 시사한다.

벡터길이 비교를 이용한 고속 Matching Pursuit (Fast Matching Pursuit based on Vector Length Comparison)

  • Matching Pursuit Algorithm은 저 전송 채널에서의 비디오 부호화에 뛰어난 효과를 나타내고 있지만, 주어진 입력 영상을 가장 유사하게 표현 하는데 필요한 구성 신호들을 찾아내기 위한 연산량이 많다는 현실적 문제점을 갖고 있다. 본 논문은 영상에 열화를 주지 않고 연산량을 크게 줄일 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 이 방법은 전체적인 Matching Pursuit Algorithm중에서 가장 많은 연산을 요구하는, 영상을 구성하는 기본 신호들을 찾아내는데 필요한 내적 연산을 줄이는데 기초한다. 이를 위해 첫번째 과정으로 기존의 고속 방법인 분리성(Separable property)을 이용한 방법을 사용하여 주어진 입력영상과 수직성분의 1차원 기본 신호를 내적 하여 생성되는 결과값들을 저장한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 수평성분의 1차원 신호와의 내적 연산에 적용되는 부분들로 이루어진 1차원 신호들을 위치벡터의 개념을 도입하여 벡터길이를 측정한 후, 그 길이 값과 현재까지의 최대 내적 절대값을 서로 비교한 후 수평성분과의 내적 연산을 수행할지 하지 않을지를 판단한다. 대부분의 신호들은 다음단계의 내적 연산을 필요로 하지 않기 때문에 내적 연산랑을 크게 줄일 수 있다. 실험결과에 나타난 바와 같이, 대부분의 영상에서 화질에 전혀 열화를 수반하지 않고 기존 Neff의 고속방법보다 약 70%정도의 내적 연산량이 줄어듦을 알 수 있다.

20대 중국 여성들의 패션 라이프스타일에 따른 의복 구매행동과 한류 및 한국 패션에 대한 태도 (Clothing Purchasing Behavior and Attitude toward the Korean Wave and Korean Fashion according to the Fashion Lifestyle of Chinese Women in their 20s)

  • This study examined the fashion lifestyle of Chinese women in their 20s and analyzed the purchasing behavior of clothing and attitudes toward the Korean image, Korean Wave, Korean fashion, and preference for Korean fashion brands according to a fashion lifestyle. The major results were as follows: 1) Fashion lifestyle was comprised of factors for the pursuit of personality, pursuit of aesthetic, pursuit of brand, and pursuit of economy. The cluster analysis classified them into groups of: Economy/Personality Oriented, Aesthetic/Brand Oriented, and Fashion-Indifferent. 2) Information source and store patronage were different among the three consumer groups. 3) Attitude toward the Korean image, Korean Wave, Korean fashion, and preference for Korean fashion brands were different among the three consumer groups. These results can be used as the basic data or information for fashion companies that are developing marketing strategies for Chinese women in their 20s.

  • In clothing, a tendency of Bisexuality is in case of wearing clothing of the opposite sex, the mixing of modeling principle and characteristic of man and woman, the exclusion characteristic of sexuality that present sexlessness-the third sex. They-Designer Gabrielle Chanel, YSL, Giorgio Armani-give characteristic of man's fashion to women's fashion. However, the consciousness in design is different. Chanel apply principle of man's suit to woman's wear to express authority and power about gender image, hereby she express women liberation and equality of man and woman based on social ideology through fashion especially, she express women's sexual independency and self assurance to her clothing. YSL express liberal and bold women that pursuit reasonal and liberal life in 1970. As he apply tailoed suit's rigidity to women's wear, he made 'pants look' universal in women's wear through“Dress for success”in modern life. Armani apply successful modern image to women's wear, so he express women's image of confident intellegent as well as feminine image. He focus women's new image as man living liberal and indivisual life excluding social category rather than will of equality of man and women. Gernreich break sexual prejudice and release women freely, furthermore, as he express concern of sexuality pursuit liberty of mankind surpassing sex distinction with women liberty. Gianni Versace pursuit mix and extinguishment of sexual image many-sided, and break fixed idea of sex, and reprovide feminine and masculine image. So his design tend homosexuality because he regard women's glamor and ostensible sexuality as standard of beauty, he apply this to man's wear as well as women's wear. With this, he expresses sensitive and liberal man's that break characteristic of Gender that symbolize power and authority in man's wear through 'Without ties'.
