가정학이 퇴구하는 가정의 안녕과 복지의 개념에 대한연구 :비판이론을 중심으로 (A Study on the Conceptualization of the Meaning of Well-being and Welfare of Home as a Purpose of Home Economics)

  • In this study the meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been analyzed and a new direction in which home economics should advance has been suggested, This study not only would help the characteristics of home economics be properly understood and its displinary position take its own place but also a conceptual analysis which might be uncommon in the studies of learned circles of Korean home economics would be a basis for establishing the uniqueness of the discipline named by home economics. Based on the critical theory of Habermas it has been demonstrated that well-being and welfare of home have been emphasized unfairly in the physical and technical aspects and such a partial pursuit of positivism and purposive rationality of scientific technology has resulted in the situation that home would be gradually encroached and controlled by the social system pursuing purposive rationality. As an alternative to overcome this kind of problems communicative rationality that has em hasis on the process of intersubjective understanding and agreement has been focused. The meaning of well-being and welfare of home has been established through the classification of family life actions in to technical action practical action and emancipatory action, And the characteristics of them have been examined and ideal directionns of each element have been discussed.

Variables influencing older people's participation in exercise - Based on Transtheorethical Model (TM) -

  • The purpose of this study is to identify differences in processes of change, decision making, and self-efficacy by exercise behavioral stages and determine variables significantly affecting the older people's participation in exercises. The subjects of this study included 299 people aged 65 or over who were residents of G and S districts in Busan Metropolitan City. They were selected through purposive quota sampling at colleges and centers for old people and homes in order that they could be evenly distributed over stages of pre-contemplation, contemplation, preparation, action and maintenance. Data were analyzed using descriptive, ANOVA, Logistic Regression. Variables that discriminate between participants and non-participants in exercise include self-reevaluation, reinforcing management, cons and self-efficacy. Thus if variables that discriminate between participant and non-participation in exercise such as self-reevaluation, reinforcing management, cons and self-efficacy are fully considered in designing nursing interventions for inducing old people to become exercise participants, it would provide guidelines for nursing intervention programs as appropriate for the people's exercise stages.   • 인문학의 여러 분야에서 논의되고 있는 탈인간주의는 인간과 기계의 융합 경향 속에서 근대 인간관의 핵심인 '자율적 주체'의 운명을 문제 삼고 있다. 심리학은 19세기에 독립된 학문으로 성립된 이래로 인간을 자율적 존재로 보는 인문학적 접근과 인간을 결정된 존재로 보는 자연과학적 접근이 늘 병존해 왔다는 의미에서 이미 '탈인간의 심리학'이었다. 필자는 '자율적 주체'라는 관념이 우리가 목표지향적 행위자로서 살아가는 일상생활의 조직원리로서, 그리고 인간에 대한 인과적 지식에 의미를 부여하는 기본 개념틀로서 여전히 유효하다고 주장하였다. 그리고 문화와 문화교육은 과학기술이 인간의 목적합리성에서 벗어나지 않도록 성찰하고 조정하는 역할을 수행해야 한다고 주장하였다.

민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계 (Relation of Self Leadership and Empowerment and Organization Innovation Action in Private Security Guard)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 셀프리더십과 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동의 관계를 규명하는데 있다. 이 연구는 2011년 서울소재 민간경비회사에서 재직하고 있는 민간경비원들을 모집단으로 설정한 후 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종분석에 이용된 사례 수는 총 293명이다. 분석방법은 SPSSWIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 등을 실시하였다. 설문지의 신뢰도는 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$값이 .831이상으로 나타났다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 영향력과 의미성은 증대된다. 또한 건설적 사고 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 역량/자기결정력은 증대된다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 행위 중심 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 혁신행동은 증대된다. 또한, 건설적 사고 전략, 행위 중심 전략, 자연적 보상 전략이 잘 이루어질수록 조직의 혁신성과는 증대된다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 임파워먼트는 조직혁신행동에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 영향력, 의미성이 증대될 경우 혁신행동, 혁신성과는 높다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 셀프리더십은 임파워먼트 및 조직혁신행동에 직간접적인 영향을 미친다. 즉, 임파워먼트는 셀프리더십과 조직혁신행동을 매개하는 중요한 변수이다.

고위인지기능과 정신질환 (Higher Cognitive Functions and Psychiatric Disorders)

  • Higher cognitive functions refer to the highest level of human intellectual functioning, including concept formation, reasoning, and executive functions. The executive functions can be conceptualized as having four components : volition, planning, purposive action, and effective performance. Because higher cognitive functions represent the most advanced stages of intellectual development, they are often highly susceptible to the effects of brain injuries and mental disorders. The ability to perform effectively within the environment is determined in large part by an individual's adequacy in performing such higher-order functions. Especially executive functions are necessary for appropriate, socially responsible, and effectively self-serving adult conduct. Threfore, an assessment of the psychiatric patient's performance in these areas will provide useful diagnostic information, as well as information concerning social and vocational prognosis.

The Outcomes of an e-Wellness Program for Lupus Patients in Thailand: A Participatory Action Research Approach

  • Objectives: Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) or lupus patients usually experience various physical and psychological challenges. Since the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic, these challenges have become even harsher. Using the participatory action research approach, this study evaluated how an e-wellness program (eWP) impacted SLE-related knowledge and health behaviors, mental health, and quality of life among lupus patients in Thailand. Methods: A 1-group, pretest-posttest design study was conducted among a purposive sample of lupus patients who were members of Thai SLE Foundation. The 2 main intervention components were: (1) online social support, and (2) lifestyle and stress management workshops. Sixty-eight participants completed all the study requirements, including the Physical and Psychosocial Health Assessment questionnaire. Results: After being in the eWP for 3 months, participants' mean score for SLE-related knowledge increased significantly (t=5.3, p<0.001). The increase in sleep hours was statistically significant (Z=-3.1, p<0.01), with the percentage of participants who slept less than 7 hours decreasing from 52.9% to 29.0%. The percentage of participants reporting sun exposure decreased from 17.7% to 8.8%. The participants also reported significantly lower stress (t(66)=-4.4, p<0.001) and anxiety (t(67)=-2.9, p=0.005). The post-eWP quality of life scores for the pain, planning, intimate relationship, burden to others, emotional health, and fatigue domains also improved significantly (p<0.05). Conclusions: The overall outcomes showed promising results of improved self-care knowledge, health behaviors, mental health status, and quality of life. It is recommended that the SLE Foundation continues to use the eWP model to help the lupus patient community.

소방공무원의 조직문화 유형과 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Organizational Culture Types and Perceived Organizational Support on the Organizational Commitment of Firefighters)

  • 본 연구는 소방공무원이 지각하는 조직문화 유형과 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아봄으로써 이들의 조직문화 유형에 따른 조직몰입을 높이고 조직차원에서의 지원에 관한 실천 방안을 마련하는데 도움을 주고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기 북부지역 소방공무원 205명을 대상으로 유의표집 방식으로 조사하였다. 조사결과, 소방공무원의 조직문화 유형 중 집단문화와 합리문화, 그리고 조직지원인식이 조직몰입에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구결과를 토대로, 소방공무원이 지각하고 있는 집단문화와 합리문화의 활성화와 이에 따른 조직몰입을 높이고 조직차원에서의 다양한 지원방안에 대해 제안하였다.

  • This study aims to explore the role of Khan's engagement dimension previous study in mediating the relationship between work-life balance and in-role and extra-role performance of salesforce. To measure the data, a quantitative approach conducted through a survey of the sales force in the financial services industry sector in Makassar City, Indonesia. We determine the sample by using purposive sampling technique, and a total of 188 salesforce respondents. SEM-PLS with the second-order model was applied to test the measurement model and the mediator role of the engagement. The results show that the engagement dimension fully mediates the effect of work-life balance on both in-role and extra-role performance direct or indirect effect. the findings in this study also address the great concern of both individuals and organizations that the antecedents of the work-life balance variable are fundamental reasons for improving performance. The results of this study indicate that the work-life balance program positively influences engagement. Overall, we can conclude that commitment not only serves as a means for employees to fulfill formal job requirements. This can also encourage them to take action that goes beyond the precise requirements of their work by presenting them physically, emotionally, and cognitively in the work environment.

Thirst for Information and Needs Reflections of Type 2 Diabetes Patients Receiving Insulin Treatment in North-East Ethiopia: A Qualitative Exploration

  • Objectives: Ongoing, proactive, planned, and patient-centered diabetes education is the cornerstone of care for all persons with diabetes. Thus, the aim of this study was to explore the information needs of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients receiving insulin treatment in North-East Ethiopia. Methods: The study was conducted from July 2019 to January 2020 using a qualitative enquiry (phenomenological approach) with purposive sampling. Face-to-face in-depth interviews were used to collect data until reaching theoretical saturation. The participants were type 2 diabetes patients receiving insulin treatment. They were identified from the diabetes patients' registration book at the diabetes clinic and interviewed at their appointment time, and were selected to include wide variations in terms of socio-demographic characteristics. Twenty-four participants (11 men and 13 women), with a median age of 57 years, were interviewed. The data were organized using QDA Miner Lite version 2.0.7 and analyzed thematically using narrative strategies. Results: Most participants had not heard of diabetes before their diagnosis. They had limited knowledge of diabetes, but ascribed different connotations for it in the local language (Amharic). The needs reflections of patients were categorized into diabetes education and participants' recommendations. Diabetes education was totally absent at hospitals, and patients received education primarily from the Ethiopian Diabetes Association and broadcast and digital media. Thus, the major concern of patients was the availability of diabetes education programs at health institutions. Conclusions: Patients' main concern was the absence of routine diabetes education, which necessitates urgent action to implement diabetes education programs, especially at health institutions.

중.고교 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용이 선수의 운동만족, 신뢰 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the Interaction between Middle and High School Archery Trainer and Players to the Exercise Satisfaction, Trust and Adherence)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 중 고교 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용이 선수의 운동만족, 신뢰 및 운동지속에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 이들 변수간의 인과관계와 모델의 적합도를 검증하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 2007년도에 개최된 문화관광부장 관기와 화랑기 전국 양궁선수권대회에 참여한 중 고교 양궁선수를 모집단으로 유의표집법을 이용하여 최종 220명을 추출하였다. 이 연구에서는 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 신뢰도분석의 알파값과 공변량구조분석의 최대우도법을 이용하였다. 신뢰도분석과 상관분석을 위해 SPSSWIN 15.0프로그램을 활용하였으며, 확인적 요인분석과 공변량구조분석을 위하여 AMOS 5.0프로그램을 적용하였다. 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용은 선수의 운동만족에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 양궁 지도자가 선수와 상호작용이 많을수록 선수의 운동만족은 높아진다. 둘째, 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용은 지도자에 대한 선수의 신뢰에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용이 많을수록 지도자에 대한 선수의 신뢰는 높다. 셋째, 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용은 선수의 운동지속에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 넷째, 양궁 선수의 운동만족은 지도자에 대한 신뢰에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 양궁선수의 운동만족이 높을수록 지도자에 대한 신뢰는 높다. 다섯째, 양궁 선수의 운동만족은 운동지속에 영향을 미치지 않는다. 여섯째, 양궁 지도자에 대한 선수의 신뢰는 운동지속에 영향을 미친다. 즉, 양궁 지도자에 대한 선수의 신뢰가 높을수록 운동은 지속된다. 결국 중 고교 양궁 지도자와 선수간의 상호작용은 운동만족과 신뢰에 직접적인 영향을 미칠뿐만 아니라, 운동만족과 신뢰를 통하여 운동지속에 간접적인 영향을 미치며, 운동만족과 신뢰가 상호작용과 운동지속의 관계를 강화시켜 주는 중요한 매개변수로 작용한다.
