소비자의 환경의식과 패스트푸드 기업의 환경마케팅에 대한 인식이 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effects of consumers' environmental consciousness and perception of environmental marketing of fast food companies on their purchasing intention)

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate how much customers' environmental consciousness and perception of environmental marketing in the fast food company affect their purchasing intention. Out of 420 questionnaires, 394 were analyzed by SPSS/WIN12.0 for the study. The results are as follows: the more environmental consciousness customers have, the more consumers understand environmental efforts of fast food companies. Second, consumers agree that fast food companies have a responsibility for environmental problems. Third, significant factors related to environmentally friendly marketing are found out. In other words, social psychological factors are more useful than demographic factors drawn from previous studies. Therefore, the empirical study would provide evidence for customers being interested in environmental marketing and valuable data for marketers who will approach environmentally friendly fast food market in the future.

닭고기 가공식품의 소비성향에 관한 조사 (The Consumption Pattern of Further Processed Chicken Product)

  • This survey is carried out in order to understand the perception and eating pattern of chicken further processed product of the housewives in Korea. 894 questionnaires were used for analysis. Chicken is loved by all age groups of people, especially at home of young housewives and of high educational background. The reasons of purchasing chicken further processed products were \"Children(57.8%)\", \"Convenience(43.2%)\" and \"Taste(30.1%)\". The average purchasing frequency of chicken further processed products is \"Once a month\". The criteria for selection of chicken further processed product were \"Hygiene(64.9%)\", \"Expiration date(58.4%)\", \"Brand(25.4%)\", \"Taste(21.9%)\" and \"Price(19.0%)\". Housewives depend on the \"Brand\" in selection of chicken further processed products as the educational background improves. The shopping place of purchasing chicken further processed product were \"Discount store(43.1%)\", Department store(27.4%)\" and so on. The pattern of consumption \"Buy chicken further processed products and cook at home(5.9%)\" was still very low. \"Order for delivery(57.4%)\" increased rapidly for chicken consumption. The housewives suggest to produce chicken further processed products \"Hygienically(16.7%)\", \"Improve taste(12.2%)\" and \"Restrict food additives(11.9%)\" among 311 responses.

떡 상품의 식사대용을 위한 소비자의 인식도 및 이용 실태 조사 (The Study on the Consumers' Perception and Purchasing Behavior of Rice Cake as a Meal)

  • This research was to investigate the consumers' perception and purchase behavior of Korean rice cake as a meal. The rate of consumers who had eaten rice cake as a meal was 64.7% and that of those who had not was 35.3%.. For breakfast, 49.83% of them ate rice cake and for lunch 21.2% of them did. Reasons for eating rice cake for meal were investigated on 'easy to eat(63.21%), 'the others(13.0%)', 'good taste (12.3%)' and 'healthy food(10.8%)'. Reasons for not eating rice cake for meal were researched on 'snack(40.09%), 'difficult storage(21.9%)' and 'expensive(9.7%)'. After purchasing or making rice cake, 45.4% of consumers ate immediately and 30.9% of them ate within $1{\sim}2\;days$. In thawing methods of frozen rice cake as a meal, 51.3% of consumers used a microwave. Kinds of beverage with which rice cake was eaten were water(35.3%), coffee(14.9%), milk(13.8%) and Kimchi(dongchimi, 13.8%). The complementary points for purchase of rice cake as a meal were 'Small package(23.2%)', 'Good preference'(20.5%), 'Healthy food(15.0%)', 'Affordable price(12.7%)' and 'Low calorie(9.5%). Kinds of rice cake as a meal were Injeolmi(16.0%), Backsulgi(15.4%), Yaksik(9.3%) and Galaetteok(9.0%).

커피 기업의 공연 연계 마케팅이 구매기업의 만족도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Marketing Linkage to the Performance of a Coffee Company on the Satisfaction and Intention of Purchasing Companies)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the impact of the performance-linked marketing of food companies on the satisfaction and willingness of the companies that purchase products. To achieve the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted on consumers who were using domestic coffee franchises. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed, and only 291 were finally used for analysis, except for eight ones that were not sincere or valid. Performance-linked marketing consisted of promotional factors, support factors, production factors, and mouth-to-mouth factors, and the purchasing company's satisfaction and willingness to purchase products consisted of a single factor. A linear regression analysis was performed using SPSS version 20.0 to verify the hypothesis. The research results show that (1) marketing linked to the performance by coffee shops has a significant impact on consumers' willingness to purchase. (2) The marketing performance for coffee shops has a significant positive impact on the satisfaction of the purchasing company. (3) The consumer's intention to purchase has a significant positive effect on the purchaser's satisfaction. These findings confirm the importance of concert-linked marketing in the differentiated marketing by restaurant businesses.

  • Purpose-Meat plays an important role in the Chinese daily diet, however, due to the spread of COVID-19, food supply and safety have become a major concern. The safety and health features of chilled fresh meat have attracted the attention of consumers. To study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under the influence of the epidemic. Research methodology- The data were obtained by questionnaire survey, major issues include consumers' meat consumption habits in the wake of the COVID-19 and their awareness of meat product quality labels. In addition, the gender, age, family income, and other basic personal information of the interviewees were also counted. Based on the binary Logit regression method, we study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under different demographic characteristics. Results-The results showed that brand and quality certification are important factors influencing purchases. In addition, the presence of children under the age of 12 in the household and the level of income and education also influence consumers' purchase intention of the chilled fresh meat. However, mart promotions and city ratings can significantly lower consumers' propensity to buy the chilled fresh meat. Apart from this, such factors as gender, age, and living conditions have no significant influence on consumers' purchase of chilled fresh meat.

학교급식에서 사용되는 식재료에 대한 학부모의 인식조사 (Parents' Perception on Using Agricultural Products in School Food Service Operations)

  • Purpose : This study was to performed to investigate on the knowledge, atitues of Parents toward the use of food materials at school fod service and to provide schol mea l management with basic data to improvement of food purchasing guideline Methods rents who have children atending in elementary school or midle, high schol. The questionnaires we re administered from July to September, 2003. For the statistical analysis, SPS(12.0) was used to conduct th e descriptive analysis.Results : The results were as folows: seventy percent of the parents important. 'nutrition' and 'education' was next. Most parents wanted using food products produced in Korea for the safe and students' health. But 60% said it could not purcha se because of expensive price. About consuming regional agricultural products for school food service, 90% of parent welcomed.Conclusion quality and purchasing criteria ned to be developed for helping parent to do fod inspection. the parent should improve their knowledges on the food quality stadards. This result sugests that efective fod supply system in school food service of central goverment and autonomy also should be prepared.

안성 로컬푸드에 대한 소비자 구매의사 및 구매결정요인 (A Study of Consumer Purchase Decision and Determinants of Local Food in Anseong)

  • 본 연구는 안성 로컬푸드에 대한 소비자 구매를 결정짓는 주요 요인을 발굴함으로써 향후 안성지역 푸드정책 수립 및 안성 로컬푸드 활성화를 위한 기초정보를 제공하고자 수행되었다. 먼저 안성 로컬푸드를 이용해 본 경험이 있고 안성에 거주하고 있는 20세 이상 여성을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 로컬푸드에 대한 소비자 구매유발 속성을 도출하였다. 도출된 7가지 속성 "우수한 품질", "안전성", "건강에 좋음", "지역경제활성화", "저렴한 가격", "접근성", "다양한 품목" 중에 안성 로컬푸드 소비자 구매의향을 결정짓는 주요 요인을 찾아내고자 로지스틱회귀분석을 수행하였다. 분석결과 안성 로컬푸드에 대한 소비자 구매결정에 가장 영향을 주는 속성은 "우수한 품질"과 "저렴한 가격"이었으며, 그 다음으로 "접근성"과 "지역경제활성화"인 것으로 조사되었다.

  • The purpose of this study is to help operate and manage the new food period system by investigating consumer perception of sell-by-date and use-by-date, and change of purchasing and consumption period by food period label. Although they have opinions that fit the purpose of introducing the system, such as the need to introduce a use by date, extending the food intake period, and reducing food waste, they still lack an accurate understanding of the system, so education or publicity is needed. In addition, no matter what form of use by date is introduced, products with food expiration date are still likely to be returned or discarded. Therefore, it is desirable to adjust the setting criteria or safety factor for each deadline rather than changing the food period labeling method. In order to reduce consumer confusion and food waste, it is judged that the parallel marking of the sell by date and use by date is appropriate.

Two-Part Model Analysis of Artificially Sweetened Soda Purchase Behavior In Terms of the Food Health Stereotypes of "Vice" and "Virtue"

  • The domestic artificially sweetened beverage market has grown rapidly in recent years, and sodas have led this growth. This study investigated consumer food purchasing behavior of artificially sweetened sodas in terms of the food health stereotypes of "vice" and "virtue"; used to denote unhealthy and healthy food purchases, respectively. The study was conducted using consumer panel data collected by the Rural Development Administration from 2017 to 2020. Given the semi-continuous nature of artificially sweetened soda purchases, Cragg's two-part model was used for the analysis. The probability of purchasing artificially sweetened sodas increased as expenditure on snacks (a vice food category) increased. However, of those panelists who purchased artificially sweetened sodas, expenditure on artificially sweetened sodas decreased with expenditure on snacks and increased with expenditure on fruits (a virtue food category). These results suggest that vicious-lifestyle consumers choose artificially sweetened sodas when they regulate eating habits, whereas virtuous-lifestyle consumers increase artificially sweetened soda expenditure for hedonic consumption to reduce guilt based on a sensible trade-off effect.

건강관련 식품표시가 구매 전 품질평가와 제품 사용 및 구매태도, 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 계획적 행동이론을 바탕으로 (Effects of Health-Related Food Labeling on Quality Assessment Before Purchase, Attitudes towards Using and Purchasing Products, and Purchase Intentions Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior)

  • 소비자는 건강식품을 구매할 때, 건강관련 식품표시 뿐 아니라, 제품의 맛과 가격을 함께 고려하고, 과거구매경험과 주변 사람들의 의견에 영향을 받는다. 본 연구는 이러한 점에 초점을 맞추어 계획적 행동이론의 모형에 맛, 건강 기대도와 가격수용도 등의 구매 전 품질평가 변수와 제품사용태도, 과거구매경험 변수를 추가하고, 구조방정식모형 분석을 통해 제품 선택 시 건강관련 식품표시의 영향을 살펴보았다. 건강관련 식품표시는 유기가공표시, 영양강조표시, 식품첨가물표시로 구성하였고, 자녀용으로 슬라이스 치즈를 월 1회이상 구입하는 기혼여성 300명을 대상으로 온라인으로 설문조사를 수행하였다. 본 연구결과, 건강관련 식품표시에 대한 인식은 맛과 건강에 대한 기대와 가격수용도를 높여 제품사용 및 구매태도와 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, 건강관련 식품표시를 인식하는 것만으로도 별도의 품질평가 없이 제품사용에 대한 호의적 태도가 형성되는 것으로 나타났다. 가격수용도는 제품사용 및 구매태도에, 과거구매경험은 제품사용 및 구매태도와 구매의도에 직접적으로 정적인 영향을 미쳐 계획적 행동이론 확장모형의 주요 변수로 파악되었다. 또한, 구매의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 변수는 제품구매태도로 나타났고, 지각된 행동통제의 구매의도에 대한 영향은 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 계획적 행동이론을 기반으로 맛, 가격 등 구매 전 품질평가와 과거구매경험 변수를 포함하여 건강관련 식품표시와 제품선택에 대한 새로운 이론적 틀을 구축하였다는 점에서 의의가 크다.
