소매 업태에 따른 판촉활동에 관한 이론적 연구 (A Theoretical Study of Promotion Activities by Types of Retailing)

  • 본 연구에서는 상표전환과 반복구매의 소비 형태를 보이는 소비자를 대상으로 그들의 상표전환과 반복구매의 결정 요인은 무엇인지 알아보고자 하며 그러한 상표전환의 과정과 반복구매에서 기업의 촉진활동으로 대표되는 마케팅 반응변수별 차이를 분석하여 그 결과를 마케팅에 적용시키기 위한 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 이는 유통업계간 과다경쟁과 외형을 중시한 판매경쟁의 결과로 밀어내기식의 마케팅을 전개하고 있는 기업에게 소비자를 개개인의 실체로 인식시켜 이에 맞는 효율적인 촉진활동을 제시함으로써 자사상표에 대한 상표 충성도를 높여 지속적인 반복구매를 하게하고 경쟁상표 소비자의 상표전환을 유도하는데 도움을 주고자 한다. 본 연구 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫 번째 이벤트와 가격할인과 샘플이나 견본상표 혹은 로고(logo) 등이 새겨진 것을 일컫는 제품 프리미엄 등을 선호하는 고객들은 반복구매를 하는 특징이 있다. 두 번째 서비스 혜택과 포인트 형 판촉 그리고 비용절감 만족도가 상표전환에는 아무런 영향을 미치지 못했으며 쿠폰 형 판촉을 선호하는 사람들만이 상표전환을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 세 번째 반복구매와 쿠폰 형 판촉 사이에서는 소매 업태가 긍정적인 조절효과를 보이고 있으며 상표전환과 서비스혜택 사이에서도 소매 업태가 긍정적인 조절효과를 보이고 있는 것을 알 수 있었다.

  • 디지털 관점에서의 고객 여정과 고객 경험 관리는 기업의 중요한 현안으로 대두되고 있다. 대형 가전제품 시장도 최근 온라인 판매량이 크게 증가하면서 디지털 고객 경험의 중요성이 높아지고 있으나, 오프라인 중심의 기존 방식이 유지되면서 온라인에서 정보를 찾고 제품을 구매하는 고객의 경험은 차별화되지 못하고 있다. 이 연구는 고관여 제품인 대형 가전제품의 온라인 구매 고객을 중심으로 구매 여정 각 단계별 고객 경험의 특징과 상호 영향을 분석하고, 제품 재구매 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 정보검색 단계의 인지적, 정서적 경험 모두가 만족도에 직접 영향을 주고 있으나, 구매 단계에서 정서적 경험은 인지적 경험을 통해 간접적 영향을 주는 특징을 나타내었다. 정보검색 단계의 경험은 다음 단계인 구매 경험에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤으며, 구매 단계의 경험은 다시 제품의 재구매 의도로 연결되었다. 그러나 온라인 구매 채널별 소집단 분석을 통해 구매 채널의 선택에 따라서 구매 경험보다 정보검색 경험이 제품 재구매 의도에 영향을 주는 요인이 될 수 있음도 확인하였다.

플랜트 프로젝트의 구매조달 단계별 리스크 분석에 관한 연구 (Gradational Risk Management in Procurement Phase for Plant Projects)

  • In the plant EPC project, the procurement work can be considered as the most important part that affects the success or failure of project as it has the closest mutual influence in every execution process of the project. Procurement takes up generally 60% ~ 70% of the entire project budget and the current trend of plant EPC project becoming larger in scale and a variety of process technology being applied. So, it is needed to identify the risks that are expected to occur according to the stages of procurement work, namely, proposal stage, manufacturer selection and purchasing agreement stage, expediting the process management of manufacturer stage, inspection stage and logistics & transportation stage. The management of observation and control of the risks should be performed with the response techniques which are 'avoid',' transfer'and' mitigate'.

역주문을 고려한 공정-저장조 망구조의 최적설계 (Optimal Design of Process-Inventory Network Considering Backordering Costs)

  • Product shortage which causes backordering and/or lost sales cost is very popular in chemical industries, especially in commodity polymer business. This study deals with backordering cost in the supply chain optimization model under the framework of process-inventory network. Classical economic order quantity model with backordering cost suggested optimal time delay and lot size of the final product delivery. Backordering can be compensated by advancing production/transportation of it or purchasing substitute product from third party as well as product delivery delay in supply chain network. Optimal solutions considering all means to recover shortage are more complicated than the classical one. We found three different solutions depending on parametric range and variable bounds. Optimal capacity of production/transportation processes associated with the product in backordering can be different from that when the product is not in backordering. The product shipping cycle time computed in this study was smaller than that optimized by the classical EOQ model.

  • In this paper we present a procedure to determine the quantity of incoming materials when the nonconforming materials appear in the production process. We determined the total loss of materials $D_2$ due to fraction defectives in process and added this $D_2$ to the quantity of incoming materials $Q_0$ considered ingoing-outgoing quality level. The quantity of materials $Q_1$ as a result of this procedure should be an economic purchasing quantity and is a rectifying quantity of the EOQ determined in classical inventory model.

  • DSM activities have grown and matured over several years in Korea. KEPCO is currently offering some DSM programs in industrial, commercial, and residential customers such as rebate program in purchasing efficient measures. The systematic evaluation process of energy savings and peak reduction will be very important for deciding on the optimal investment of DSM activities in utilities in the future. In general, the estimation process of the potential savings of DSM activities include the determination of baseline electricity consumption, the instantaneous technical potential (ITP), the phased technical potential (PTP), the economic potential (EP), and the achievable potential (AP). The purpose of this article is to provide evaluation process of those DSM potential savings based on bottom-up approach and applicate to residential sector in Korea. In case study, ITP, EP are estimated to be respectively 21.5%, 5.7% of total energy consumption, and 4.1%, 2.5% of peak load in 2010.

  • The BOM(Bill Of Material) contains various important information for establishing production scheduling and purchasing process. For effective and efficient constructing of the BOM, some methods, such as, conventional BOM, Modular BOM and Generic BOM are developed. Many companies input the BOM information with manual process. During this process, no one can avoid human errors, that is input error and to omit input necessary Information. We must to remove the possibility of these human errors, and to construct BOM effectively. To do this, we try to take the BOM from CAD data automatically We have developed a supporting system for extracting BOM from AutoCAD files.

공급업체 우선순위 선정을 위한 Fuzzy ANP의 활용 (Fuzzy ANP Application for Vender Prioritization)

  • Vender prioritization process is one of the most critical tasks of production and logistics management for many companies. Determining the most critical criteria for vender prioritization process is a vital means for a purchasing company to improve its supply chain productivity. This study discuss the use of a Fuzzy analytic network process (Fuzzy ANP) model which is an efficient tool to handle the fuzziness of the data involved in deciding the preferences of different criteria which are not independent. Also, the comparison of classical ANP and Fuzzy ANP is described using simulation with triangular distribution random number generation. It is shown that Fuzzy ANP model possesses some attractive properties and could be used as an alternative to the known vender prioritization methods.

항공사 e-티켓 이용에 대한 고객 만족에 관한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Customer Satisfaction of e-Ticket Process)

  • This study investigates how airline customers evaluate e-ticket process newly adopted by many of airlines. Customers are highly satisfied with the easy of confirmation on their itineraries and the channel provided through while they are worry about the likelihood of leakage of personal information during e-ticket process. Highly experienced customers on the usage of e-ticket are more concerned about ancillary aspects such as visual image of I.T.R(Itinerary and Receipt) and travel information than functional aspect such as easy of confirmation on itinerary. And also experienced customers are more likely to repurchase e-ticket and when purchasing tickets they do it through internet and call center of airlines rather than travel agencies and ticket office of airlines.

다품목 재고관리를 위한 계층분석모형의 개발 (Development of an Analytic Hierarchy Process Model for the Multi-item Inventory Control)

  • ABC analysis is the process of dividing inventory items into three classes according to their monetary usage so that managers can focus on items that have the highest monetary usage value, and has been widely used in practice since its development in 1950. However, the original criterion, monetary usage value, can no longer be the only rational criterion. Applying Analytic Hierarchy Process, we develop a new method to classify inventory items by considering such operationally/strategically important criteria as annual dollar usage, lead time, supplier's capacity, defective rate, difficulty of purchasing and unit price. A case study is performed applying the method to the field data from a company which produces electrochemical products.
