프로야구구단의 라이선싱 패션제품 소비에 대한 질적 연구 (Qualitative Research on Consumption of Professional Baseball Club's Licensed Fashion Product)

  • This study examined the consumption of licensed sports fashion products by sports fans in order to provide useful information to apparel companies that are interested in sports sponsorship marketing. Grounded theory approach was adopted to explore consumers' attitude toward the sponsoring companies, and motives of buying licensed fashion products. In-depth interviews were conducted with female fans of professional baseball clubs. The main phenomena of interest was consumer purchase of licensed fashion product, with the emphasis on cultural consumption as a causal condition. Providing support for victory, vicarious consumption, social identification, and needs to differentiate were identified as strategies related to licensed product purchase. Economic situations and limitations to purchase are identified as the mediating conditions. The study identified the effects of the consumption on the fan as well as the sponsoring companies as consequences of the phenomena. Sports marketing strategies were suggested for apparel companies based on the analysis of the consumption rituals for licensed fashion goods.

중년 남성 소비자의 객체화 신체의식에 따른 의복 및 화장품 구매행동 연구 (A Study on Middle Aged Male Consumer' Clothing and Cosmetics Purchasing Behaviors according to Objectified Body Consciousness)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the clothing and cosmetics purchasing behaviors of middle aged male consumers according to objectified body consciousness. The subjects were 329 male adults aged from 40 to 59, and measuring instruments consisted of objectified body consciousness, clothing and cosmetics purchasing behaviors, and subjects' demographics attributions. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, cluster analysis, multiple response analysis, cross tabs analysis, and $x^2$ test using the SPSS program. The results were as follows. First, three factors (body shame, body surveillance, and control belief) emerged on objectified body consciousness. Second, subjects were divided into 2 groups (objectified group and non-objectified group) by objectified body consciousness. Third, these two consumer groups showed many differences regarding clothing and cosmetics purchasing behaviors. The objectified group showed many more positive clothing and cosmetics purchasing behaviors than the non-objectified group in terms of purchase motives, selection criteria, information source, purchase place, and purchase cost per month. These results show that objectified body consciousness is a useful variable for understanding adult male clothing and cosmetics purchasing behavior and to segment the male consumer market effectively.

아파트 구매자의 구매의사결정 단계별 주요구 특성 (Characteristics of Housing Needs of Apartment Purchasers in Decision-making Steps)

  • The purpose of this study was to find the characteristics of the housing needs of apartment purchasers in derision-making steps. The survey was took place from June to July, 2003 in the Daegu area. The data were collected from 1,187 married women using questionnaires and reponses were analyzed by SPSS Window Program. The results were as follows : 1. In the phase when housing problems are recognized the motives for moving were related to the floor space of the housing unit and the residential environment. 2. In the phase of acquiring information on apartments, the basis of the informations was mostly collected through conversations at model houses, from relatives, experts and real estate agents. 3. In the phase of considering alternative plans for apartment purchases, the factors considered were convenient interior space composition and educational environment for children. 4. In the phase of apartment purchase, the important factors was input from relatives and experts. 5. In the phase of post-purchase evaluation most discontent was related to privacy issues, interior space composition, and educational environment for children.

온라인 의류 소비자들의 쇼핑동기, 정보원 사용과 의사결정 유형 (Purchase Motives, Use of Information Sources, and Decision Making Styles of Online Clothing Shoppers)

  • 본 연구는 온라인 쇼핑동기, 정보원의 사용, 의사결정 유형의 관계 분석을 통해, 소비자들에게 적합한 정보를 제공할 수 있는 전략을 제공하고자 하는 목적을 가지고 수행되었다. 실증적 연구결과 소비자의 쇼핑동기는 편의적 동기, 제품특성적 동기, 쾌락적 동기, 경제적 동기로 구분되었다. 본 연구에서 정보원은 이전 연구들과는 달리 쇼핑몰에 관한 정보원과 상품에 관한 정보원, 두 가지 종류로 구분하였다. 온라인 쇼핑몰에 관한 정보원은 중립적 정보원, 인적 정보원, 마케터 주도적 정보원으로 구분된 반면, 상품에 관한 정보원은 온라인 정보원, 오프라인 정보원으로 구분되었다. 이처럼 쇼핑몰에 관한 정보원과 상품에 관한 정보원은 차이를 보였으며, 정보원의 사용, 쇼핑동기, 의사결정 유형 각각의 관계도 알아 보았다. 결론을 바탕으로 온라인상의 의류 판매자가 소비자들을 그들의 쇼핑몰로 이끌고, 구매를 유도하도록 마케팅 전략을 제안하였다.

여대생의 소비성향이 화장품 구매동기에 미치는 영향 (Effect of consumption propensity on purchase motive of cosmetics of female college students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 여대생의 소비성향이 화장품 구매동기에 미치는 영향과 특성들을 분석함으로써 화장품 업체 및 연구 교육기관에게 마케팅 분야 발전 방안에 대한 기초자료를 제공하기 위해 실시되었다. 서울 및 수도권 지역의 6개월 이내에 화장품을 구매한 20대 여대생을 대상으로 실행한 설문조사로 총 506부의 설문을 최종 분석으로 사용하였다. 소비성향은 평소 메이크업 정도, 평균 화장품 구매 횟수, 화장품을 사용하는 주된 이유, 주로 화장품을 구매하는 장소에 따라 특징이 다양하게 나타났으며, 화장품 구매동기는 피부 최대 고민, 평소 메이크업 정도, 평균 화장품 구매 횟수, 화장품을 사용하는 주된 이유, 주로 화장품을 구매하는 장소에 따라 다양한 구매동기 특징을 볼 수 있었는데, 결과적으로 소비성향의 하위요인별 자원절약 성향, 계획구매 성향, 타인의식 성향, 충동구매 성향은 화장품 구매동기의 제품변환 동기, 경제적 동기, 타인지향동기, 탐미추구 동기 하위요인에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(p<.05). 따라서 본 연구결과는 소비자들의 소비방향과 구매행동에 대한 다양한 관점을 참조하여 고객심리를 이용한 제품 및 마케팅전략의 향후 나아가야 할 방안에 대한 기초자료로써 화장품 업체 및 연구기관의 발전에 기여하고자 한다.

인터넷쇼핑동기가 정보탐색의도, 만족도 및 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 중국 북경소비자를 중심으로 (The Effects of Internet Shopping Motivation on Information Searching Intention, Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Intention: focusing on Consumers in Beijing)

  • 최근 인터넷의 급속한 확산으로 인하여 인터넷 쇼핑은 새로운 문화형식으로 우리 생활 속에 필수적 요소로 자리를 잡고 있다. 중국 인터넷 시장은 전체적인 규모나 성장에서 급속히 발전하고 있는 매우 매력적인 시장이기 때문에 많은 세계 기업들이 활발하게 진출하고 있다. 본 연구는 인터넷으로 쇼핑의 경험이 있는 중국소비자를 대상으로 인터넷 쇼핑환경에서 소비자의 쇼핑동기가 어떤 요인으로 구성되고, 이러한 쇼핑동기의 각 구성요소들이 정보탐색의도, 만족도 및 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구결과와 그 시사점을 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 소비자의 인터넷 쇼핑동기는 "편의성추구", "저가격추구", "다양성추구" 및 "쾌락성추구" 4가지 차원으로 구성되었다. 둘째, 인터넷 쇼핑동기의 각 구성차원은 정보탐색의도간의 관계에서 "편의성추구", "다양성추구"와 "쾌락성추구"는 각각 정보탐색의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. "저가격추구"는 정보탐색의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 정보탐색의도에 관한 기존 연구문헌을 고찰하고, 정보탐색의도는 만족도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 뿐만 아니라 구매의도에도 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 만족도는 구매의도에 직접적이고 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

성별, 쇼핑동기, 플로우 경험이 쇼핑행동에 미치는 영향 (Effects of gender, shopping motivation, flow experience on shopping behavior)

  • 본 연구에서는 소비자들의 쇼핑행동 이해에 필요한 쇼핑 동기, 쇼핑 플로우 경험, 그리고 구매 간의 관계에서 구조적 관계를 파악하기 위해 이에 대한 인과구조 모형을 개발하여 그 모형에 대한 실증 분석을 하였다. 또한 쇼핑 동기는 성별의 차이가 크다는 여러 이론 및 연구를 바탕으로 성별이 쇼핑동기에 미치는 영향을 검증하였고, 성별과 쇼핑동기간에 차이가 나타났으며 5개의 쇼핑동기 중 제품획득 쇼핑동기를 제외한 기분전환, 아이디어 추구, 사회적 상호작용, 자아만족, 가치추구 쇼핑동기가 플로우 경험에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 플로우 경험이 높을수록 구매를 하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 본 연구는 플로우의 선행변수로써 과거의 선행연구에서 강조하였던 모험심 및 능력이 아닌 동기가 쇼핑플로우 경험에 중요한 영향을 미친다는 시사점을 제공하고, 쇼핑 플로우가 구매 행동에 영향을 미친다는 점을 실증분석을 하였다는데 의의를 갖는다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 유형에 따른 쾌락적 쇼핑동기와 패션소재 정보에 관한 연구 (Fashion Material Information and Hedonic Shopping Motives by Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • In South Korea, the growth of online shopping malls that are overtaking traditional offline distributors in sales requires the latter to concentrate on developing a variety of contents amidst the ever-changing and competitive market environment. First of all, attention should be paid to information on fashion item materials. This study examined the current status of online shopping malls with a focus on their three different types-specialized malls, general malls, and open markets-and investigated consumers' hedonic shopping motives and influence on fashion materials in terms of purchasing behavior. In doing so, this study surveyed men and women in their 20s-30s residing in Seoul or its surrounding cities and used a total of 255 questionnaires for statistical analysis. The statistical software program SPSS 15.0 was used to conduct frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The study results showed that in general and specialized shopping malls, consumers granted greater reliability and importance to fashion materials when their interest in shopping or attention to fashion items/brands was high and when they wanted rare items. In open markets, the more interest consumers had in shopping and the more sensitive they were to fashion information, the more dependent they were on prices; in other words, prices were found to have a greater influence on their purchase decisions than the quality of fashion materials. The findings of this study would be useful to marketers and distributors who are trying to develop their marketing strategies based on fashion material information, according to the different types of online shopping malls.

과시적 소비성향과 콜레보레이션 패션제품 구매동기, 선택기준 및 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study on Conspicuous Consumption and the Purchasing Motives, Selection Criteria, Satisfaction of Collaborated Fashion Products)

  • This study investigates the relevance among the clothing purchase motivations, selection criteria, customer satisfaction of collaborated fashion products, and conspicuous consumption by adults located in the cities of Seoul and Incheon who have experience in collaborated fashion product shopping. The results are as follows: 1. Conspicuous consumption was identified with three factors: symbol of position, pursuit of fashion brand/quality, keeping up appearance. Customers were segmented into two subdivisions of a lowly involved group with conspicuous consumption and a highly involved group with conspicuous consumption. 2. Clothing purchase motivations with collaborated fashion products were identified with two factors of esthetical value and reasonable ostentation. Selection criteria with collaborated fashion products were identified with the two factors of extrinsic attributes and intrinsic attributes. Customer satisfaction was identified with one factor. 3. Highly involved group toward conspicuous consumptionpursued more into esthetics value, reasonable ostentation and considered more into extrinsic attributes through collaborated fashion products than the lowly involved groups. Customer satisfaction of a highly involved group toward conspicuous consumption was higher than the lowly involved group. 4. The symbol of position had a positive relationship and the keeping up appearance had a negative relationship in regards to both the relevance of conspicuous consumption and the clothing purchase motivations, selection criteria, and customer satisfaction of collaborated fashion products.

알러지 인식과 알러지 방지 침구 구매행동 (Allergy Recognition and Purchase Behavior for Anti-allergy Bedding Products)

  • Collection of data for this study was conducted by 271 questionnaire responded by the consumers of purchasing anti-allergy bedding products, and analysed statistically using SPSS. Research results through the questionnaire, it was determined to be the cause of allergic disease consumers most house dust mites. Recognition and recognition of house dust mite habitat, bedding called the most recognized. The anti-allergic bedding purchase motives and intelligence recommendations salesman recommendations and store display products that have the greatest impact. Highly educated respondents were more important role in the salesperson's recommendations and famous brand awareness to purchase. Higher income level of the respondents buy anti-allergic bedding for allergy symptoms allergy preventive and mitigation efforts. Quality ratings sewing, color, laundry management was more important in women than in men. The ages 20 to 30 showed that respondents think that more important than plush and brand. More than 40, laundry convenience is more important. Sewing and laundry management respondents of high school or less. Properties for the anti-allergic bedding satisfaction in women than in men, laundry, storage convenience, to prevent dust skimp on the effects of satisfaction was convenient. 30-40s for light weight than satisfaction, high durability and anti-allergic effect on satisfaction was higher than 20 respondents more than 50 respondents. Than 20 respondents more than 40 respondents also appeared to be more about the durability that meets. Anti-allergic bedding was soft to the touch, warmth, dust Blow out prevention effects, anti-allergic performance satisfaction of the properties has a positive effect on repurchase intent. It were also identified as important anti-allergic bedding inclined to the performance of a soft feel and anti-allergic recommended.
