패션스타일리스트 분야와 역할에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Field Fashion Styling and Fashion Stylists' Roles)

  • 패션스타일리스트의 분야와 역할중 패션 분야가 확대되어지면서 더욱 감각적이고 세련되며 특별한 것을 요구하는 시점에 이들이 각 분야마다 다양한 역할을 수행하고 있는 전문가로서 시대적 흐름에 부응하여 패션산업을 한걸음 발전시키는 단계에 이르게 하였다는 견해이다. 패션스타일리스트의 역할은, 매체를 통한 배역의 성격에 따라 이미지 스타일이 가능하도록 분위기에 맞는 패션 이미지를 연출하고 모델을 통해 특정 이미지를 형성시켜 수용자 내면의 흥미, 욕망을 유발시켜 상품의 인지도와 광고에 대한 기여도를 높이고 구매 행동을 촉진시키는 역할을 해야 한다. 또한 패션 테마나 컨셉에 맞춰 패션화보내의 모델에게 의상과 헤어 메이크업등의 스타일을 연출하고 빠른 트렌드를 읽기 위해서 패션에 대한 예리한 통찰력, 패션감각과 센스, 분석력, 기획력이 우선시 되어야 한다는 것이다. 본 연구는 최근 급부상하고 있는 패션스타일리스트의 분야와 역할을 살펴보고 직업적 전문성 확보와 소비자의 패션감각을 높여주는 요소로서 시대의 고성장 부가가치의 산업과 패션 전문 분야로의 활성화와 도약을 기대해 볼 수 있겠다.

3D 가상 인플루언서에 대한 20-30대 남녀 소비자 인식 (Perceptions of male and female consumers in their 20s and 30s on the 3D virtual influencer)

  • The objectives of this study are to explore the information source, assessment, and preferred styles of 3D virtual influencers(VI), to investigate the expected impact of advertisements with 3D VIs on brands, and to explore ways of expanding the use of 3D VIs. In-depth interviews with 40 males and females in their 20s and 30s were conducted and qualitative data were analyzed. The study results are summarized as follows. First, the information source of the 3D VI was SNS, acquaintances, and broadcasting. Second, 3D VIs were considered positively due to their attractive appearance, wide utilization, innovative use, freshness, separation from private identity, and time and cost savings, while considered negatively due to their unrealistic appearance and antipathy against replacing a person's role. Third, the preferred appearance styles of the 3D VI differed according to the level of virtuality although the majority of interviewees preferred similar looks to real people with low virtuality. Fourth, diverse image qualities such as innovative, differentiated, trendy, high-value, professional, and future-oriented were considered as transferred to the brand advertised by 3D VIs. Fifth, advertisements with 3D VIs may help build positive perceptions of advertised brands that may lead to purchase behaviors for some consumers. Lastly, to expand the use of 3D VIs, the specific advantages of virtual models should be maximized with consideration of how to implement a variety of body types and images of models. Findings present an important foundation to generate strategies to better apply 3D VIs to the fashion market.

온라인 쇼핑몰에서 가치, 신뢰, 이용의도의 관계에 대한 연구 : 충동구매 성향 수준의 조절 효과 (Relationships among Value, Trust and Intention to Use in Online Shopping Malls : Moderating Effects of Levels of the Propensity to e-Impulsive Buying)

  • Thanks to the growth of information technology (IT), e-commerce transactions are rapidly developing. Consumers searched and purchased for products and services through e-commerce transactions and felt excitement and satisfaction through shopping behaviors in online shopping malls. The enlargement of company's marketing efforts and consumer tastes of the uncontrolled consumption for goods and services increased the impulsive purchase in online shopping malls. In diffusing consumers' e-impulse buying, consumers increased in expenditures according to unnecessary purchasing behavior in online shopping malls. However, enterprises increased sales and benefits due to consumers' impulse buying in online shopping malls. Accordingly, in research areas of enterprises and consumers levels, the studies of e-impulse buying will provide significant values for marketers of companies. In this study, we analyzed the relationships among intention to use, trust, and value in online shopping malls. And we also analyzed the moderating effect of e-impulse buying with utilitarian and hedonic value to establish trust in online shopping malls. The result of this study showed that hedonic and utilitarian value should have a positive impact trust and trust should have a positive impact intention to use in the online shopping malls. The e-impulsive buying showed a moderating effect on the relationship between hedonic value and trust in online shopping malls. The e-impulsive buying didn't show, however, a moderating effect on the between utilitarian value and trust in online shopping malls. The results of this study will provide valuable implications for implementing e-commerce strategies.

뮤지컬 관객의 시장세분화 연구 - 국내 대학생 관객을 중심으로 - (Market Segmentation of Musical Audience - Focused on University Students -)

  • 본 연구는 최근에 크게 성장하고 있는 뮤지컬 산업을 대상으로 뮤지컬의 주요 관객층인 대학생 시장을 세분화하고, 세분화된 시장별 특성을 파악하며, 각 세분시장별 마케팅전략 방향을 제안함으로써 뮤지컬 기업의 마케터에게 유용한 정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Mixture Model을 사용하여 시장을 세분화하였으며, 뮤지컬 세분시장 간 많은 유의한 세분화 변수들을 확인할 수 있었고, 대학생 뮤지컬 관객은 크게 4 개의 세분시장(뮤지컬 선호형, 뮤지컬 매니아형, 뮤지컬 중간형, 뮤지컬 무관심형)으로 구분할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 뮤지컬을 관람하는 대학생 관객들을 대상으로 체계적인 방법에 의해 시장을 세분화한 연구로서, 뮤지컬 관객에 대한 연구자들의 객관적인 이해를 도울 수 있었다는 학문적 의의와 함께 실무적으로는 뮤지컬 마케터들에게 시장세분화 등 소비자지향적인 마케팅전략 수립의 필요성을 환기시키고, 뮤지컬 대학생 시장에 대한 체계적이고 객관적인 통찰력과 기초적인 마케팅 정보를 제공했다는 점에서 그 실무적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

  • 매니아는 트렌드와 소비의 주체라는 점에서 마케팅의 파급력이 크다. 그렇기 때문에 매니아들의 심리적 동인인 니즈와 원츠를 읽어내고 세그먼트를 찾아내는 것이 무엇보다도 먼저 실행되어야 한다. 본 연구는 디지털 제품 매니아 시장세분화에 대한 통찰력을 얻기 위한 탐색적 연구로 혁신적 소비자에 관한 선행연구 스케일들을 이용하여 국내 매니아 커뮤니티의 이용자들이 어떤 성향을 갖는지, 선행연구와 어떤 차이를 보이는지, 그들의 구매우선순위와 가치항목은 무엇인지를 알아낸다. 이를 토대로 매니아 유저를 심층면접한 후 분석하여 새로운 매니아 세그먼트를 발견하고 분류하는 데 연구의 초점을 두었다. 우리나라의 디지털 매니아들이 소비자로서 어떤 구매행태를 보이고, 어떻게 구매로 이르는 의사결정을 하는지, 매니아들의 잠재 니즈는 무엇인지를 해석하고 새로운 매니아 세그멘트를 발견함으로써 디지털 매니아의 성향 및 실태에 대해 접근할 수 있으며 추후에 이뤄질 매니아 타켓 마케팅과 디자인의 전략적 단서를 제시하고자 한다.

보험소비자의 권리 및 책임의식과 보험구매 의사결정 행동 (Insurance Consumers' Rights, Responsibilities Consciousness and Decision-making Behavior in Insurance Purchasing)

  • 본 연구에서는 보험소비자의 권리의식과 책임의식의 수준이 어떠한지 살펴보고, 권리 및 책임의식 수준에 따라 소비자를 유형화하여 유형별 의사결정 행동에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 실증적으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 생명보험협회의 '생명보험업의 민원발생유형 분석 및 소비자보호 강화방안'의 총 1,225명 데이터를 활용하여 확인적요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 대응표본 t-test, 교차분석 및 분산분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과 보험소비자의 책임의식은 권리의식과 비교했을 때 비교적 낮은 수준이었고, 권리의식에 상응하는 책임의식이 갖추어진 소비자집단이 더욱 합리적이고 주체적인 의사결정을 내리고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보험소비자의 바람직하고 주체적인 의사결정을 위해서는 권리의식에 상응하는 책임의식을 강조하는 소비자교육이 필요함을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 소비자문제를 해결할 수 있는 보험소비자의 권리 및 책임의식의 제고를 위한 콘텐츠개발의 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 특히 금융소비자의 권리의식과 책임의식에 관한 연구가 다각도로 이루어지지 않은 상황에서, 권리의식만큼이나 책임의식이 중요하다는 것을 학술적으로 밝혔다는 점에서 더욱 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

옴니채널 성향, 조절초점과 고려상표군 형성에 관한 연구 (The Influence of Omni-channel Propensity and Regulatory Focus on Consideration Set Formation)

  • Purpose - Consumer behaviors or decision-making process has been changing recently as the consumer environment, including mobile everyday life, has changed. In view of this changing consumer smart environment, this study aims to investigate structural relation about the influence omni-channel propensity and regulatory focus on consideration set formation. Research design, data, and methodology - In order to proceed with this study, we review previous studies and setting hypotheses. The hypothesis was verified through a survey that was conducted for university students with experience in purchasing in less than three months. With reference to previous studies, operational definition was made for the questionnaire design. From 2018 Nov. to 2019 Feb. Survey was conducted on the panel consumers who purchase item within that period. 315 collected survey data were used to verify hypotheses except the data that had incorrect values. This data were used for SPSS/AMOS for confirm hypothesis which developed by researcher. Results - The results of this study are as follows. First, Consumers were considering a more heterogeneous alternatives if they were more omni-channel propensity in the process of forming consideration set. Second, Consumers were more conscious of the price if they were more omni-channel propensity Third, Consumers were considering a more newness alternatives if they were more omni-channel propensity in the process of forming consideration set. Meanwhile, The results of the study on regulatory focus and consideration set relationships are as follows. Consumers were considering a more heterogeneous alternatives if they were more promotion focus tendency in the process of forming consideration set. Second, Prevention focus tendency were more conscious of the price in the process of considering alternatives. Third, Consumers were considering a more newness alternatives if they were more promotion focus tendency. Conclusions - Depending on the changing consumer environment, the omni-channel propensity was shown to influence the formation of the consideration set. Also, Regulatory focus of consumers significantly influence to formation of consideration set. this study also contributes to the development of the theory as well as the practical approach with understanding consumer decision process on smart(mobile) environment.

충남 일부 대학생의 용돈 수준별 가공식품 섭취실태 비교 (Comparison of Processed Food Intake by Allowance Level in College Students in Chungnam)

  • Diet is closely related to an economic level, but few studies have reported on the relationship between the economic level and eating habits, especially in college students. Therefore, this study was conducted to clarify differences in eating habits with a focus on processed foods according to allowance level in college students. This study was a cross-sectional survey of 500 college students using a questionnaire. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics, eating behaviors, purchase of processed foods, and preference and intake frequency of processed foods. All subjects were classified based on monthly allowance: less than \300,000 (n=149), \300,000~400,000 (n=177), and more than \400,000 (n=124). All survey results were comparatively analyzed among the spending money groups. As the level of spending money of the subjects increased, the rate of skipping meals, eating out, and unbalanced diet increased (P<0.05). The reason for consuming processed foods was because they are easy to prepare. The factor considered the most when buying processed foods was price. However, these results showed no significant difference according to level of spending money. As spending money increased preference for retort, convenience, canned, and bottled foods significantly increased. Intake frequency of dairy products was lower, and the frequency of processed foods was significantly higher with more spending money. This study found that a higher level of monthly allowance in college students, was associated with higher rate of skipping meals, eating out, and unbalanced diet, and the preference and intake frequency of processed foods were also high. These results suggest that spending money level in college students, as an economic indicator, is relevant to intake of processed foods.

의류제품 구매 시 케이블 TV 홈쇼핑 이용특성에 따른 충동구매유형에 관한 연구 (Impulsive Buying Types Related to Cable TV Home-Shopping Usage Characteristics in Apparel Product Buying)

  • This study examined what differences were shown in the types of impulsive buying according to consumers' viewing circumstance, previous purchasing experience, and demographic factors on CATV home-shopping. For this study, data were obtained from adult women in twenties to fifties who have frequently viewed CATV home-shopping. The questionnaire was composed of three sections; characteristics of home-shopping usage, behaviors of impulsive buying and demographic factors. Data from 403 questionnaires were used for the statistical analysis. The results of this study were as following. First, four factors of impulsive buying types were identified. Second, differences in impulsive buying according to viewing circumstance of TV home-shopping were significant. New products were easily accepted by consumers who were reminded of previous needs with more viewing time and frequent viewing chances. Also, differences in impulsive buying according to the reason of viewing were meaningful only for the 'reminder impulsive buying. Third, consumers with more previous purchase experiences had higher reminder impulsive buying on home-shopping. Fourth, there were significant differences in age and marital status according to impulsive buying. The biggest difference was shown in the 'planned impulsive buying' corresponding to age and in the 'reminder impulsive buying' to marital status.

대학생들의 패스트푸드 소비 형태와 행동에 대한 연구 (A Study on Fast Food Consumption Patterns and Behaviors of University Students)

  • This study was designed to provide fundamental data on the consumption of fast food for a balanced diet of university students. The effects of personal characteristics and preferences such as gender, major, residing region, living expense, school grade, dieting, physical activity, smoking and alcohol consumption on fast food consumption patterns were analyzed by surveying university students. The analysis showed significant differences (p<0.05) in the consumption of different types of fast food depending on different personal characteristics and preferences as follows : hamburger by major, physical activity and alcohol consumption; chicken by school grade, physical activity and alcohol consumption; spaghetti by gender and smoking. Groups of different majors and school grades showed significant differences (p<0.05) in response to a question "Have you ever eaten fast food for regular meals?". The choice of fast food types based on taste and price appeared to be significantly influenced by majors and gender. Different groups with different majors and dieting experience appeared to think significantly differently about fast food. In response to a question "Has the consumption of fast food changed your diet style" different groups of different majors and physical activities showed significant differences. The analysis of factors affecting fast food choices revealed that fast food is chosen significantly differently depending on gender and majors (p<0.05). The purchase of fast food appeared to be significantly affected by gender, diet, physical activity, experience of fast food and consumption of fast food for regular meals (p<0.05).
