이젝터-펌프 온도차발전시스템의 작동유체별 성능분석 (Performance Analysis of Ejector-Pump Thermal Energy Conversion System Using Various Working Fluids)

  • This research dealt with performance characteristics of OTEC system applying an ejector and additional pump. Each system using five kinds of working fluids was analyzed, and primary parameters with respect to entrainment ratio were examined: Turbine gross power, evaporation capacity, pump work, efficiency and volume flow ratio. The primary results were as following. The efficiency of ejector-pump OTEC system was dependent on entrainment of the ejector. The degree of efficiency change was different from applied working fluid, and amount of pump work was turned out to be primary factor affected system efficiency. Meanwhile, optimized entrainment ratio was different from applied working fluid since their different vapor density. System efficiency at optimized entrainmet ratio of each working fluid was around 5%, showing minor difference each other.

  • The analysis of characteristics of pumping in the small tube well for agriculture were surveyed. Study area was located at the Galsinri in Yesangun near the yedang reservoir. Agricultural electricity using rates for pumping, ground water level and volume of pumping was monitored every week. Pump working ratio and pump efficiency during period of transplanting of rice showed 48.9%, 62.7% respectively.

  • This study investigates two-phase cooling system of close-loop by using FC-72 and PCM(Phase change material). The cooling system consists of evaporator, cold plate, micro pump, and condenser. The heat input on the performance of evaporator is appreciated by visualizing the boiling on the evaporator. The heat performance of cooling system is investigated to determine the effects of volume fill ratio change at working fluid, pump flow rate change, and volume fill ratio change at PCM in cold plate. Experimental results show the ideal condition when the volume ratio of working fluid, the pump flowing, and the volume ratio of PCM are 60%, 6ml/min, and 60% respectively.

  • 본 연구에서는 액체용 이젝터의 성능을 결정하는 여러가지 제약인자중 특히 레이놀즈수 변화에 따른 구동노즐의 면적비 및 목부길이가 액체용 이제터성능에 미치 는 영향을 체계적인 실험을 통하여 연구함으로써 기 개발된 CAD용 전산프로그램의 타 당성을 보다 세밀히 검토하고 이에 보완을 가하는데 연구의 목적이 있다.

  • 스크롤 펌프는 초청정 진공 시스템에서 많이 사용되고 있지만 막상 수소 배기 특성에 대해서 잘 알려져 있지 않다 이런 정보부족은 수소를 다량 사용하는 핵융합 실험장치에서 스크롤 점프가 사용 가능한지 판단하기 어렵게 만든다 이 논문에서는 특히 수소에 대한 스크롤펌프의 배기속도, 압측비 및 역류특성을 측정하기 위해 구성한 실험장치, 측정절차와 실험결과에 대해 기술하고 논의했다.

  • This paper presents the fabrication of a micro pump consisting of a pair of Al f1ap wave and a phase change actuator. The phase change actuator is composed of a heater, a silicone rubber diaphragm and a working liquid chamber. The diaphragm is actuated by the evaporation and the condensation of the working liquid. The actuator pumps fluid through the valves. The micro pump is fabricated by the anisotropic etch, the boron deposition and the metal evaporation. The forward and the backward flow characteristics of the f1ap valves were obtained. Also, the flow rate of the micro pump has been measured. When the square wave input of 12 V, 60% duty ratio and 0.2 Hz is applied, the average flow rate is $0.15{\mu}{\ell}/sec$ for zero pressure difference.

  • Experimental investigation has been carried out to examine the operating characteristics of a bubble pump for diffusion absorption refrigerator. The effects of heat input and delivery height on generation rate of refrigerant vapor and circulation rate of solution have been investigated. as a result heat input and delivery height increase, circulation rate of solution increases. And the smaller the tube diameter, the larger the circulation rate of solution. Pumping ratio increases to a critical point and then decrease with the increase of heat input, and it increases with the increase in delivery height. In this paper, Marcus's analytical theory was also examined. It was found that the Marcus\`s analytical theory of a bubble pump was not appropriate for a bubble pump using ammonia aqueous solution as a working fluid.

  • 본 논문은 고분자전해질막 연료전지의 공기 공급을 위해 전기침투현상에 기반을 둔 공기 공급 방법을 제안하고 이를 실험적으로 평가하였다. 작동 유체의 구동을 위해서 전기침투펌프를 낮은 주파수의 교류 전기장에서 사용하였다. 작동 유체는 유연한 막에 의해 막 밀봉하였고, 막의 움직임에 의해 연료전지 내로 공기를 공급하였다. 본 연구에서는 전기침투현상 기반 공기펌프를 사용하여 연료전지의 공기 공급을 성공적으로 설명하였다. 펌프의 출력은 연료전지에서 생성되는 출력을 초과하였지만, 본 논문에서는 펌프의 출력 당 연료전지의 출력비를 줄이기 위한 몇 가지 방법들에 대해 설명하였다.

  • Performance analysis of double-effect absorption heat pump system has been done to find improved working pairs (or mixture) by computer simulation. Based on the thermodynamic analysis, the coefficient of performance and mass flow ratio are investigated to compare three aqueous solutions [LiCl-water, LiSCN-LiBr-water, LiCl-$CaCl_2$-$Zn(NO_3)_2$-water] which was developed for only cooling, with conventional LiBr-water solution. It is found that the performances of the new aqueous solutions are better than that of LiBr-water solution not only in cooling systems, but also in heating systems. Theoretical thermodynamic performance data can be used in heat recovery systems by basic design data.

  • This study presents heat pump system characteristics using hydrocarbon refrigerants as alternative refrigerant for R-22 with respect to the variation of indoor load. Pure R-22 and R-290. R-600a, R-1270 were considered as working fluids The experimental apparatus was constructed to investigate the performance of heat pump using the air as a heat source. The performance were calculated based on compression shaft work. refrigeration capacity. pressure ratio, discharge temperature and COP. The experimental results show that the COP and refrigeration capacity of hydrocarbon refrigerants were higher than that of R-22. Through the above. hydrocarbon refrigerants are good alternatives in the heat pump system for R-22.
