International Organization for Standardization has recently published ISO 9001:2008 which is the basic requirements for a quality management system that an organization must fulfil to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that enhance customer satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Not many empirical researches based on ISO 9001:2008 have been done up until now. In this article we outline transitional features for ISO 9000 quality management system (QMS) since its first publication in 1987. In order to effectively maintain ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification and continuously enhance quality management activities, we perform statistical analysis for the minor nonconformity data generated from follow-up audits for subcontractors of shipbuilding industry based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. A Kruskal-Wallis test is used to show relationships between the minor nonconformity data and three classification criteria: the type of business, the size of business, and the number of follow-up audits.

Appearance of full-text online is the most encouraging phenomenon ·during the development of databases. The full-text databases of today is derived from by-product of electronic publication of printed materials. Now, there are also some movements toward electronic production of documents in Korea although not powerful. The present study is designed to examine the characteristics and effective retrieval method of full-text databases now commercially available through various vendors. The outline of this paper IS as follows: First, background and present situation of existing full-text database services through national and worldwide are examined. Second, free-text searching system of full-text databases is compared with controlled vocabulary system. The factors influencing on free-text retrieval performance, searching thesaurus, and hybrid or compromising system, which is using limited controlled vocabulary in conjunction with natural language for the enrichment needed for practical operation of the . system, are examined. Third, user demands through the analysis of preceding studies on 'various types of full-text databases are recognised. Fouth, application of CD-ROM full-text database to the libraries and information centers is examined as prospective resources for them. Finally, some problems and prospect of full-text databases are presented.

The objective of this study is to suggest the templates for the terminology standardization cases of safety standard on integrated management system, so that integrated management of safety standards is introduced to replace redundant, or conflicting functions and performance of these standards. And to carry out the terminology standardization enables management efficiently. Therefore this study suggests and analyzes cases of terminology standardization of domestic and international research trends. In addition to proposes a architectural schema for disaster safety standard and writing disaster safety standardizations of the International Organization for Standardization. For the objectives, the guidelines on standard terminology policy, terminology publication and guide development proposed by the International Organization for Standardization. Disaster safety standards were applied in order to build and utilize integrated management system of disaster safety standards through domestic and foreign cases. Throughout the result of this study, this study will contribute to the analysis and application of semantic knowledge based analysis throughout the ontology information linked the vocabulary to vocabulary by making the template of the disaster safety standards for easy to use and simple etc. This study is to expect traceability for the principle national disaster safety standards resource elements.

Objective : This study aimed to analyze a comprehensive feature of experimental research on Insamyangyoungtang and develop a strategy that can be used for experimental studies on Insamyangyoung-tang in the future. Method : The journal search was performed using six databases : PubMed, Chinese database (China Network Knowledge Infrastructure, [CNKI]), Japan database (Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic, [J-STAGE]) and three Korean databases (Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System [OASIS], Research Information Service System [RISS], and Korean Studies Information Service System [KISS]). We used limited keywords and analyzed studies by publication year, experimental models, and the subjects of biological activities. The mechanism of pharmacological activity in accordance with the therapeutic effects of Insamyangyoung-tang was noted. Results and Conclusion : A total of 43 studies (6 domestic studies and 37 foreign ones) were examined according to the inclusion criteria of the experimental study. Research on the pharmacological activities of Insamyangyoung-tang showed its therapeutic effects on the nervous and immune systems, as well as its anti-aging, anti-fatigue, and hematopoietic effects. Additional efficacy and safety assessments and experimental and clinical studies should be performed to evaluate the mechanism of Insamyangyoung-tang. The present review has provided preliminary information for further studies on Insamyangyoung-tang.

본 연구에서는 국내 실시간 교통신호제어환경에 ITS센터 간 국제표준통신규격인 DATEX-ASN을 적용한 통신체계를 개발하였다. 개발된 시스템의 운영 실험을 통하여 DATEX-ASN을 국내 신호제어시스템에 적용하기 위한 보완사항을 도출하였다. 운영실험은 (1)상황정보 패킷 유실률 (2)EOC 처리시간 (3)운영주기편차를 측정하는 것이었으며, 측정된 각각의 항목은 서로 다른 통신속도에서의 측정치와 비교되었다. 실험 결과 과거 연구결과에서 NTCIP 적용속도가 최소 4800bps이상이었던 것에 비추어 DATEX-ASN규약을 적용하기 위해서는 적어도 9600bps 이상의 고속을 요구하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 향후 국제규격을 도입하기 위해서는 국내 통신환경을 개선시켜야 할 필요성이 있음을 알 수 있었다.

최근 대부분의 기업들이 비즈니스 목적으로 인터넷을 사용하고 있다. 각 기업은 웹사이트를 통하여 다양한 정보를 교환하고, 전자 상거래 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 이러한 추세에 따라 왱 사이트에서 유지, 관리해야 할 컨텐츠의 양은 방대해지고 있고, 컨텐츠의 갱신 주기도 점점 짧아지고 있다. 또한. 컨텐츠의 내용이 점차 전문화, 세분화되는 경향을 띠고 있어 각 기업들은 웹사이트의 컨텐츠 관리에 대한 많은 어려움에 직면하게 되었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 웹사이트의 컨텐츠를 보다 효율적이고 편리하게 생성, 유지, 관리하기 위한 웹 컨텐츠 관리 시스템의 개발이 절실히 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 XML로 작성된 컴포넌트를 기반으로 동적 웹 페이지를 생성하는 기능을 제공하는 웹 컨텐츠 관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다.

To deliver new products to market in a due time, companies often develop their products with numerous partners distributed around the world. Internet technologies can provide a cheap and efficient basis of collaborative product development among distributed partners. This paper provides a framework and its product database model that can support consistent product data during collaborative product development. This framework consists of four components for representing consistent product structure: the product configuration, assembly structure, multiple representations and engineering changes. A product database model realizing the framework is designed and implemented as a system that supports collaborative works in the areas of product design and technical publication. The system enables participating designers and technical publishers to complete their tasks with shared and consistent product data. It also manages the propagation of engineering changes among different representations for individual participants. The Web technologies introduced in this system enable participants to easily access and operate shared product data in a standardized and distributed computing environment.

본 논문은 전자책 ePub 파일 저작권자의 저작권 보호 시스템을 설계한다. 전자책 제작 Sigil 프로그램 환경과 C언어 프로그램 환경을 이용하여 보호 시스템을 설계한다. 전자책 ePub에 대해서 서버/클라이언트 통신을 통한 인증 시스템 설계로 전자책 저작권 보호 시스템을 구축한다. 서버 내에 존재하는 인증 정보를 활용하여 클라이언트 사용자가 전자책의 사용가능 여부를 판별하게 된다. 서버 인증 정보로는 ID, 패스워드, IP 주소, 인증 정보의 제한된 시간, GUID(Globally Unique IDentifier)가 있다. 클라이언트에서 입력한 인증 정보를 서버 측으로 보낸 후 서버 시스템에 저장되어 있는 전자책의 인증 정보를 비교한 후 결과를 클라이언트로 다시 되돌려 준다. 전자책의 인증 정보가 정상적이라면 전자책은 열람 가능하다. 인증 정보가 비정상적인 경우로 조건에 만족하지 않는다면 사용자가 구동중인 전자책 프로그램을 종료함으로써 악의적인 의도를 가진 사용자가 전자책을 읽을 수 없도록 한다.

Recently, as evaluation of information security (IS) management become more diverse and complicated, the contents and procedure of the evidence to prepare for actual assessment are rapidly increasing. As a result, the actual assessment is a burden for both evaluation agencies and institutions receiving assessments. However, most of them reflect the evaluation system used by foreign government agencies, standard organizations, and commercial companies. It is necessary to consider the evaluation system suitable for the domestic environment instead of reflecting the overseas evaluation system as it is. The purpose of this study is as follows. First, we will present the problems of the existing information security assessment system and the improvement direction of the information security assessment system through analysis of existing information security assessment system. Second, it analyzes the technical guidance for information security testing and assessment and the evaluation of information security management in the Special Publication 800-115 'Technical Guide to Information Security Testing and Assessment' of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Third, we will build a framework to implement the evidence collection system and present a system implementation method for the '6. Information System Security' of 'information security management actual condition evaluation index'. The implications of the framework development through this study are as follows. It can be expected that the security status of the enterprises will be improved by constructing the evidence collection system that can collect the collected evidence from the existing situation assessment. In addition, it is possible to systematically assess the actual status of information security through the establishment of the evidence collection system and to improve the efficiency of the evaluation. Therefore, the management system for evaluating the actual situation can reduce the work burden and improve the efficiency of evaluation.

In Korea-U.S.A. FTA Negotiation, U.S.A. request to eliminate barriers of tariffs and non-tariff in trade of cosmetics. Korea applies tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics and personal care products. There are some non-tariffs barriers in cosmetics trade between Korea and U.S.A., for example, transparency on restriction and regulatory, cosmeceuticals, import clearance review, quality control testing, ingredient labelling. Tariffs of 8% on most cosmetics should be eliminated, a proviso of complementary measures on sanitation of Korean people about imported cosmetics. This is a meaning of reformation of prior management(tariffs) by strong ex post management in cosmetics trade. It is important that Korea should construct system of ex post management, for instance, construction of data base on manufacturer, importer, bland name of cosmetics and all ingredients of cosmetics. This is concerned with labelling of cosmetics and cosmeceutical and publication of Korean edition of INCI(International Nomenclature of Cosmetic Ingredient).
