As society develops, the demand for safety and security services increases. Developed nations such as the United States use advanced technology to lower crime rate and promote intelligent security services. First, this article examines intelligent systems that are used for monitoring and detecting crimes and dangerous situations. Recently, we have been studying technologies that enable preemptive responses through prediction of crime and hazardous situations. In this paper, we examine the cases of security services based on a crime/risk prediction model and explain the structure and major technologies of an intelligent security system. In addition, we propose a direction for technological development for achieving future security services.

To increase the night use level, this study was analyzed perception of users about the public safety, and extracted main variables which were influencing public safety. The public safety was evaluated by the actual (on site) and nonactual users (off site) and the Delphi method. The night users of female and the elders were relatively more than male and the young respectively as compared with day. Walking was predominant in approaching means. In public safety ratings, $\boxDr$vuknerability to violence$\boxUl$varied accoding to sex, income, education, marriage, job, age. $\boxDr$crowding, $\boxDr$noise$\boxUl$ were important variables in satisfying users at night. $\boxDr$Lack of surveillance, $\boxDr$harassment of other person$\boxUl$, $\boxDr$rowdy behavior in poorer visibility$\boxUl$, $\boxDr$fear in lower intensity of light$\boxUl$ and $\boxDr$vulnerability to violence$\boxUl$stood high , so it is required guarantee of security guard to enhance the park use at night Although the ratings between field and indoor evaluation were somewhat different the variables had so similiar rant.

정보 보안의 중요성은 응용 소프트웨어의 보안으로 인해 국가, 조직 및 개인 수준에서 점점 더 강조되고 있다. 임베디드 소프트웨어를 포함하는 높은 안전성 소프트웨어의 개발 기술은 항공 및 원자력 분야 등 에 국한되어 사용되었다. 하지만 이러한 소프트웨어 유형은 이제 응용 소프트웨어 보안을 향상시키는 데 사용된다. 특히 보안 코딩은 방어적 프로그래밍을 포괄하는 개념으로 소프트웨어 보안을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 개선된 코딩 표준 검색 기법을 적용한 소프트웨어 보안 취약성 탐지 기술을 제안한다. 공개된 정적 분석 도구는 소프트웨어 보안 가능성을 분석하고 취약점을 유발하는 명령어를 분류하는 데 사용되었으며, 소프트웨어 취약점을 유발할 수 있는 API 및 버그 패턴을 쉽게 감지하여 향상시킬 수 있다.

민간경비는 국가안전장치의 보완적 기구로서 개인의 생명과 재산, 사회치안질서유지의 역할을 하고 있다. 자본주의적 시장논리에 따라 영리성을 추구하며 고객의 생명과 재산을 보호하는 공리성을 실천하고 있다. 그러나 민간경비는 법적 제도적 제약요건에 의해 발전을 저해 받고 있다. 민간경비는 사적 기업으로서 범죄예방 역할이라는 공익성을 추구하고 있는 것이다. 민간경비의 확대는 결국 범죄예방 장치의 증가로 귀결된다. 현재의 민간경비는 1970년대의 수준에 머물러있고, 영업권이 제약받고 있으며 전문인력의 양성체제는 시장에서 외면 받고 있다. 사이버 범죄를 비롯한 각종의 범죄가 증가되고 있는 현실을 감안한다면 민간경비에 대한 제약요건들이 현실성 있게 개선 또는 보완되어야 한다. 특히, 법적 제도적 요인과 더불어 영업권의 규제가 개선되어야 하고, 신규산업으로서의 공익성 창출을 위한 정책적 보완책도 마련되어져야 한다. 통합 경비업법을 통한 민간경비원들의 권익이 보장되어야 하고, 용어의 정리, 영업활동의 보장, 전문인력의 양성과 더불어 전문자격증제도도 정착되어야 한다. 보안 산업으로서 민간경비가 성장 발전할 수 있는 기반이 조성되어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 서울시와 관련한 공공데이터를 이용해 여성 안전시설지수를 작성하고 시각화하였다. CPTED, 지역여성 안전지수 관련 8가지 데이터와 여성 5대 범죄피해자 데이터를 수집·분석하여 여성 안전시설지수를 작성하였다. 여성 안전시설지수 요소와 여성 범죄 피해자 수 간의 상관분석 결과 신뢰도 95% 수준에서 유의미하다고 결과가 나온 'CCTV', '가로등', '여성안심지킴이집' 3가지 데이터를 주요 요소로 선정하였다. 여성 안전시설 지수 산출을 위한 주요 요소간의 상관계수를 이용해 가중치를 부여해서 구별 여성 안전시설 지수를 산출하고 파이썬의 Follium 라이브러리를 이용해 시각화하였다.

유럽 등 세계 곳곳에서 이슬람 무장단체(IS)나 자생적 테러 및 국제 테러조직이 다양한 방법으로 철도교통시설에서 폭발물 테러를 발생시켜 "테러와의 전쟁"을 벌이고 있다. 우리나라가 미국의 중동지역에서의 전쟁에 협력하는데 대해 이슬람권 국가들이 반한 감정을 갖고 있고, 이슬람 무장단체(IS)는 2015.9.9 이후 우리나라를 4번이나 테러 대상국으로 지목했다. 또한 북한은 핵 실험, 미사일 발사 실험으로 국제사회에서 고립 당하고 남 북한 간 긴장을 고조시키며 우리의 중요인사 및 시설에 대한 테러 위협을 하고 있다. 이와 같은 테러가 철도교통시설에서 발생하는 것을 예방 및 차단하지 못할 경우 많은 인명 및 재산피해, 사회혼란, 국 내외적으로 테러 대응 정책실패에 대한 정부의 신뢰 하락으로 관광객 감소, 외국의 투자기피, 자본이탈 등 국가적 위기 상황이 발생할 수도 있을 것으로 예상 된다. 본 연구에서는 철도경찰의 철도보안검색 등의 업무를 바탕으로 국민보호와 공공의 안전을 위해 철도보안검색 강화를 위한 정책적 대응 방안을 제안하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 철도경찰의 인력증원 및 일반경찰과 업무 관할권 조정 둘째, 철도 보안검색의 단계적 확대 셋째, 철도의 중요시설 보안시스템 강화 넷째, 철도안전법 보완 다섯째, 동남아 등 각국의 불법체류자 단속 강화 여섯째, 보안검색요원의 인권침해 예방과 전문화대책 일곱째, 보안검색 및 테러예방 홍보와 테러 발생 시 신속한 대응을 위한 관련 기관들의 선제적 주기적 협력 방안 등이 필요하다.

This study is a demand research for the selection of public safety science and technology equipment and suggests an empirical research method. The technology demand survey is the beginning of the selection of innovative technology. And it is the basis of collecting information required for the technology required in the market and helping to apply it to the field. The demand survey for police science and technology can reduce the uncertainty of crime prevention and help the smooth implementation of security policies. However, in Korea, adoption of security science and technology equipment was centered on social issues or researchers' opinions rather than the demands of field users. Until, there was no research has been conducted on the demands of field police officers for selection of security science and technology equipment in Korea. Also, there was no preferential study for the demand for security science and technology equipment. Therefore, this study proposes a methodology that can systematically identify the needs for the technology and equipment of field experts suitable for the public security situation for the selection of security science and technology equipment. Specifically, we propose a sample design for a technology classification system and a survey tool for technology awareness and satisfaction. It is expected that this tool will provide a classification system for security science and technology equipment selected for the Korean police and will help determine the priority of equipment suitable for the field.

선박 항적 데이터는 해상교통관제센터에 의해 실시간으로 모니터링 되고 수집되어 진다. 이러한 데이터를 기반으로 선박의 항적 패턴분석과 항적 모델을 추출하여 해상교통관제사의 의사결정에 기여하고자 한다. 항적 데이터의 처리와 가공, 항적 모델링을 위하여 SVM알고리즘이 사용되었으며, 적정 파라미터 선정을 위하여 k-fold cross validation이 사용되었다. 제안된 항적 데이터 모델링을 통하여 이상거동 선박의 사전 판별, 선박의 추측위치 계산 등에 응용하여 해상교통과제사의 의사결정을 지원하고자 한다.

고려건국 후 왕의 측근 친위군에 대한 제도적 정비는 성종시대에 이루어졌다. 건국 후 국가제도를 정비하는 법제의 확립과 더불어 2군 6위에 소속된 금군으로 거듭나게 되었다. 금군의 핵심부대는 견룡이며, 그들은 필요에 따라 국왕의 가까운 위치에서 호위하거나 궁성을 수비하고 방어하는 부대로 성장하면서 제도적 위상을 갖추었다고 볼 수 있다. 사적경호제도인 도방(都房)의 창설은 경대승이 신변 안전을 위하여 자신을 따르는 무술이 뛰어난 군졸들과 침식을 같이하면서부터 시작되었다. 경대승이 병사하고, 그의 도방도 곧 해체되었다. 최충헌은 집권 후 경대승의 도방을 부활시켜 이를 보완하고 발전시켰다. 최충헌은 그의 문하에 문무를 두루 겸비한 문객들이 많은 가운데 유능한 인물을 영입하여 군사기반을 강화하는 한편, 문신들의 조언도 받아들이며 도방의 세력을 확대하였다. 이로써 자신의 정권을 위협할 수 있는 금군의 힘을 약화시킴으로써 정치적 입지를 굳혔다. 최우의 집권 이후 6번 도방을 내외도방으로 확장, 개편하여 실질적인 도방으로 발전시켰다. 또 야별초를 창설하여 도방의 위기를 방지하는 효력도 발휘하였다. 고려시대의 공경호인 금군은 왕권이 무력화된 무신집권시대에도 그 제도는 존속되었으나, 군권을 위시한 실권은 사적경호 조직인 도방이 행사하였고 왕은 다만 상징적인 존재로 명맥을 유지하였다. 고려시대의 경호와 현대 경호를 비교해 볼 때 공통점과 차이점을 발견할 수 있으나, 경호의 본질에 있어서는 경호대상자의 안전을 보장한다는 공통점이 있다. 차이점으로는 고려시대의 충성심과 현대의 이익추구가 각각 그 특징으로 대비되며, 고려시대 경호가 무력에 의한 강압으로 다스려진 것이라면, 오늘날의 경호는 자유의지에 의한 의무와 책임감의 수행으로 이루어진 것이라고 볼 수 있다.

Although many years passed since 'The Legislative bill on the support of voluntary activities of enterprises for disaster reduction'(hereinafter referred to as 'enterprise disaster reduction act') has been first enacted in 2007, BCMS is still not activated in our society. In contrast, after 911 Terror, importance of BCM is getting magnified and standardization research & institutionalization i s a lso proceeding i all over world. Lately, Disaster preventing activities is urgently needed like the sinking of 'Sewol ferry'. So the purpose of this paper is proposed for establishment of 'BCMS' and activation of the certificate system for Best-Run Business by analyzing the problem of 'enterprise disaster reduction act' and weak of activation as following. First, propel changing the policy of self-regulated participation to mandatory about the certificate system for Best-Run Business from public entity to government ministry and it is able to activate by propelling demo business of the certificate system for Best-Run Business. Second, public entity that has been given the certificate system for Best-Run Business by affiliating with Disaster Management Assessment of government management can be exempted from Disaster Management Assessment or those entity can arrange for connectivity acquisition method of 'Excellent rate'. Third, to publicize the activation of the law mentioned above, makes public entity r ecognizable by incorporating 'BCMS' into National safety management plan and establishment of National critical infrastructures security plan. Fourth, it should be reviewed to improving the related act regarding to inclusion of public organizations as well as private enterprises.
