  • Member's perception toward organizational climate is an concept but generally it has been used in the meaning of Organizational climate by members, in an attempt to give an idea of what kind of meaning an organization can have from a psychological point of view to its members. This thesis insists Individual attitudes in the organization be changed characteristics of organization and individual who percepts the organization, one the basis of Organization climate effects individual attitudes directly and indirectly, and objective of the study is to verify the dependence of cause and effect between organization climate and job satisfaction and performance with manufacturing firms within Gumi National Industrial Complex. As a result, to promote the effectiveness and efficiency of the enterprise, firstly, we have to set an appropriate objectives within the organization, Secondly, the manager should recognize the controversial issue be solved in public. Lastly, the members should be inspired loyalty into their organization.

  • This study is a study on how to revitalize social and economic organizations in the Chungnam region. For this, the following major results were presented in literature studies based on prior studies. First, it is necessary to upgrade the social economic organization promotion system and system in Chungnam. Second, there is a need to advance the measures to revitalize various social and economic organizations in cities and counties by building an integrated support system for social and economic organizations. Third, it is necessary to expand the public purchase of products of social economic organizations. Fourth, it is necessary to strengthen the business competency of the social economy organization and promote education. Fifth, it is necessary to upgrade the network for social economic organizations and create differentiated businesses. On the other hand, the social economic organization in Chungnam region shown through this study is as follows. First, social and economic organizations should share their willingness to implement policies in the provincial and provincial areas of Chungnam Province and cities and counties in terms of solving and improving various problems in the region. Based on this, it is required to upgrade the social and economic organization area. Second, the Chungnam region needs a shift in awareness that it is a social and economic organization that is a key factor in overcoming changes in the demographic structure due to industrial weakness and aging. Third, a positive shift in awareness is required by shifting awareness and strengthening education on social and economic organizations. To this end, it is necessary to raise the awareness level of local residents through public education and joint public-private education.

The Study of Rationality for Public Organizations' Cost Allocation Method (공공기관의 운영합리화를 위한 원가산정 방안에 대한 연구 -별정우체국을 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the rationality for public organizations' cost allocation method through the case of special post offices. The proper use of allocation method is crucial to promote and nurture the public organization sector. On that note, this paper presents how to apply the proper estimation method. The cost allocation method is to split the total expense into appropriate services and departments. Using the basic expense rate and the standard depreciation rate and area at each post office, the total cost is calculated into the cost per person and area. As a result, the correct cost can be assigned through allocation per according service unit.

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate current status and investigation of government agencies, communities, corporates, hospitals, non-governmental organization, non-profit organization, and so on which performed Corporate Social Responsibility to global health issues. Methods: This paper focuses on analyzing definition and principle of public-private partnership (PPP), types of PPP, challenge of PPP through delphi survey and interview which need to be discussed by professional groups such as private groups, universities and researches, government decision makers, corporates, and hospitals for successful PPP. Results: Based on this analysis on global health issues of 237 groups, the results were shown that main global health issues of many hospitals were aids of the developing countries (48%). Main program was activities of overseas volunteers (30%) and most 152 groups (42%) supported Asia. Also, this paper gives a definition of PPP that is the growth together in PPPs as a way of fulfilling public tasks in partnership between the state administration and private enterprises to apply both strengths behind transparency, accountability. Conclusion: In conclusion, from the results of analysis, we suggest as prior setting of global issues for both demand and supply side and are served as the effective way by PPP on global health issues. Moreover, this study will be expanded on the sections of findings, multiple researches, discussion, and policy recommendations.

  • This study recognized public social welfare delivery system will be more important in the future according to the developing trend of social welfare that and intended to find overcome factors by analyzing actual status of operating organization. The study results showed that characteristics of delivery system, ineffectiveness of task, delivery system and inconcinnity of personnel are the overcome factors of social welfare. Consequently, this study revealed that public social welfare delivery system will go on smoothly at last when the problems of the overcome factors get solved.

On the other hand, the existence of internal controls to increase efficiency, reduce head loss, assets and achieving a reasonable assurance of the reliability of financial statements and compliance with laws and regulations will be. Internal control, not an event, but a series of operations and activities on the basis of output. Internal controls help to achieve the goal of minimizing the problems of implementing appropriate internal controls. Internal control is an integral component of corporate governance that will provide reasonable assurance of achieving the organization's objectives. preventing, detecting errors and fraud goes to work. Responsibility for the prevention and detection of fraud and error in the public sector is the responsibility of managers.   • The basic rights of the public for sustaining public accountability relations between public sector organizations and the citizens is the accessibility to information of public sector organizations. Public organizations in Korea get checked under multiple public accountability relations, which increases steadily the information provision requests from stakeholders. To respond these requirements effectively and efficiently, public sector organizations are required to transform their information management regime to comply with accountability-oriented settings. This study (1) suggests procedures and methods to select 'information for accountability' from the organization's whole information as an important object to be managed, (2) suggests procedures and methods to establish control criteria for the organization to manage its information for accountability in appropriate ways, and (3) gives an example of applying the procedures and methods to the specific context of universities' information disclosure. The procedures and methods suggested are described from a viewpoint of the consulting for the accountability information management regime.

  • Public spaces in the cities are social and economic resources to maintain sustainable urban revitalization. As an importance of public spaces is getting increased, many cities focus on public space management and introduce their own management system. NYC Plaza Program is one of the public space management systems in USA and it was designed in order to transform underused roads and streets into pedestrian public spaces throughout the New York City. Plaza management system works with private organizations' participation as NYC Department of Transportation empowers selected private organizations to the right of management and assists their efforts. In this study, we focused on how the plazas are managed by private sectors and seek to find out characteristics of types of management methods based on landuse(residential, commercial and openspace) status around plazas. We analyzed 61 plazas that generated by NYC Plaza Program with three major conditions of management system including organization, fund and activities. There are three major findings from the analysis. 1)In most residential surrounded plazas, resident-initiative organizations manage small scaled fund and activities meanwhile public agencies support their management. 2)BID is a dominant tool in the commercial surrounded plazas. BID provides with secured fund, mid-sized activities and a broad network with commercial facilities. 3)Openspace-surrounded types are usually using supports of exiting organizations and fund system.
