골프장 이용의 만족도 결정요인 - 회원제와 대중 골프장의 비교 - (A Comparative Analysis of Determinant Factors for the Level of Satisfactions Regarding Membership and Public Golf Courses)

  • Golf has emerged as one of the key leisure activities in Korea. This study examines the characteristics of golf consumption typology. A total of 256 questionnaires were collected from membership and public golf courses in the Incheon and Gyeonggi district. This study explores user satisfaction with and service at the golf course. The results of this research show that there are primary factors in user satisfaction regarding course facility, scores and operational services. Detail responses regarding these golf courses prove that the whole of the golf course, satisfaction with the course layout, landscaping and user gratification with the golf facilities are influenced by contentment with the management of the golf course. Satisfaction with scores were correlated with user contentment with the golf course. Detailed factors regarding operational services cited such aspects as ease of reservations, staff and tee time, all factors related to the smooth arrangements and progress that are influenced by operational services. This research was more concerned with course design and facility operations than marketing operations, which can satisfy users through investment in variety and expansion of the course facilities. Satisfaction in these areas is correlated to revisits and recommendations to others. The types of membership and public golf courses face difficulty in development, operation, and facilities maintenance, among other features. This paper will help separate out each quality in order to formulate difference stratagems for marketing and operation tactics in the future.

  • 인체 건강에 치명적인 위해를 가할 수 있는 독성 및 인화성 가스를 이용한 화학테러행위는 행위자인 테러범과 그 행위로 인한 피해자 간에 존재하는 현격한 정보의 비대칭성으로 인해 대다수의 선진국, 또는 국지적 분쟁을 겪고 있는 국가 및 지역사회에 대하여 중대한 안보위협이 되고 있다. 화학테러에 대한 대응기관의 대처방안은 크게 예방, 대응, 수습의 3단계로 나누어 볼 수 있고, 이 과정 중에서 화학테러의 피해 정도 및 피해 범위에 절대적인 영향력을 미치는 예방과 대응단계에 해당하는 각 전문대응기관과 요원들의 성공적인 임무수행을 위해서는 화학테러의 잠재적 대상이 되는 시설들에 대한 객관적이고 체계화된 취약성의 평가와 등급화가 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 기존 국내외의 화학테러관련 취약성 등급분류체계를 비교분석하고 현재 국내 등급분류체계의 개선방향에 대해 살펴보고 실제 국내 다중이용시설 표본에 대한 취약성 평가를 통해서 보다 과학적이고 체계화된 방법론을 제시하였다.

공공건설공사 공사기간 산정모델에 관한 연구 (A Study on Estimation Model of Construction Duration for Public Construction)

  • 공공 건설공사에 있어서 발주관청에서 산정한 예정공사기간과 실제 공사기간 사이에 차이가 발생하여 당초 계획했던 프로젝트가 예정준공일보다 지연되는 경우가 빈번하게 발생한다. 이는 공사지연에 따른 시공 중 문제점뿐만 아니라 시설물사용 계획의 차질로 초래되는 물류비용증가, 시민불편가중, 시설물을 이용한 생산 및 공급차질과 이로 인한 각 분야의 막대한 손실 등으로 이어진다. 이러한 손실들을 줄이기 위해서는 발주시 산정하는 예정공사기간의 정확도를 높여야 한다. 본 연구는 발주관청의 예정공사기간 산정시 지표로 활용할 수 있는 공사기간보정요소를 포함하는 예정공사기간 산정모델을 제시하여 적정공사기간을 확보함으로서 시공 중의 공기 연장 빈도를 줄이고 나아가서는 공공 프로젝트의 성공적인 운영에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 2007년 통계청 자료에 의하면 전국의 공공도서관 수는 609개로 10년 전 370개에 비하여 1.6배, 직원 수는 5천 명에서 6천5백 명으로 1.3배 증가했다. 이에 비해 이용자수는 약 6만 명에서 약 18만 명으로 2.7배가 증가했다. 도서관 시설물의 노후화로 인해 급속도로 증가하는 도서관 이용자들의 욕구를 충족시켜주지 못하고, 다원화되고 있는 도서관의 역할을 수행하는데 어려움을 겪고 있다.본 연구는 인천광역시의 8개 공공도서관을 대상으로 공공도서관의 유지관리 업무현황을 파악하고 문제점을 도출하기 위하여 시설물의 관리책임자 및 시설물 관리자를 대상으로 면담을 기초로 작성한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 그 결과로 유지관리 조직, 시설물 및 예산집행 등의 유지관리 현황을 파악하였다. 연구의 결과로서 유지관리 적정 인원부족, 관리인원의 부족한 전문 기술지식, 유지관리 이력 프로그램 및 정확한 설계도서의 부재 등의 문제점을 도출하였고 개선방안을 제시하였다.

캐나다의 고령자 주거복지정책의 현황과 특징에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Current Situation and Distinct Features of the Housing Welfare Policy for the Elderly in Canada)

  • Canada is a democratic country, yet it keeps a social democratic system in which the government is in charge of welfare of its people. And this is one of the most significant features about the country. Her public and private pension system has been effective since the 1920s, securing its people's fundamental income. In particular, the public medical system applies to its every citizen and performs its role. This system is called the National Medical System as well as "MEDICARE" named after its related law. However, there has been a significant change in the national medical and welfare policy due to the budget deficit. In other words, the policy was mainly implemented to welfare facilities in the past, but the policy changed to a welfare policy for the elderly with a concentration on the support for self-reliance of senior citizens since the reform. The purpose of this study is to provide data and implications for Korea through the analysis of the current situation and distinct features of the housing welfare system in Canada. This study has researched the literature on the subject with an analytic focus on three aspects that are the fundamental frame of the system, essential content (support for self-reliance and facility composition), and distinct features of the housing for the elderly. In other words, they are, first, how the fundamental frame of the housing welfare system for the elderly is composed; second, how the service for self-reliance welfare and facility service are composed; and third, what their scale and distinct spatial features of general houses for the elderly with self-reliance are. A comparative study was conducted in detail on courses and characteristics of the housing welfare system for senior citizens in Canada and the USA of North America. In particular, it reveals the scale and distinct spatial features of public houses for the elderly with self-reliance in British Columbia (BC) which is one of the main provinces of Canada.

군사시설 건설사업의 설계변경 요인분석 및 개선방향 (Causes of Change Orders in the Military Facility Construction Projects and Suggestions for Improvement)

  • Change orders have been widespread in both the private and public construction sectors. In particular, in the case of G2B (Government to Business) contracts, adjustment of contract price and/or schedule extension is a frequent occurrence due to change orders. To uncover the causes of change orders and suggest an appropriate strategy, this study analyzed 296 cases of change orders in military facility construction projects from 2008 to 2010. The analysis revealed that the major causes of change orders are users' additional requirements (28.38%), a change of finishing materials (23.99%), and change of footing type (17.57%), in that order. Building on the results of this analysis, the authors suggest plans for practical improvements. Specific recommendations include 1) reflect user requirements at the early stage, 2) minimize the use of additional budget due to change orders, and 3) reduce the process and time for contract amendment, among others. The results of this study may provide significant implications to those involved in military construction projects, particularly project owners (i.e., the Ministry of Defense) and contractors.

지역사회 노인주거시설에 관한 연구 - 미국을 중심으로 - (The research regarding the community residential welfare facilities for the Aged - Focused on instance of the United States -)

  • At this point in time South Korea is rapidly metastasizing to a aging society. A major cause of aging can be summarized as increased life expectancy, decrease of nuclear family and birthrate, and South Korea's progress is faster than any other country. From the 1970s, western society has changed social welfare to deinstitutionalization and community care because of problems about economic reason and facilities protection, so the type of elderly social service has also changed from the facility welfare service which is accommodated old people in certain facility to community welfare service which provides various welfare services with living together. Public facilities for low income group which are supported by government are lower, 6.6%, than the United States or Japan, 50%. They are divided into private manage facilities and subscription elderly facilities. These subscription elderly residential facilities show poor administration because of focusing on development and market analysis for investment returns. Therefore, in order to vitalize the elderly welfare residential facilities in Korea, we need plans about systematic services facilities for welfare and phased medical treatments. Therefore, the purpose of this study is that (1) the types and functions of residents for community elderly residential facilities in elderly welfare policies of U.S., and supported policies are researched as a transcendental model, (2) data about operating system with the principles of the market is analyzed, and (3) basic data about welfare facility plan for community residential elderly people is provided.

재난 위험신고 빅데이터를 활용한 사회연결망 분석 (Social Network Analysis by Utilizing Disaster Risk Big Data)

  • 최근 기후변화 및 사회구조 변화에 따라 신종 또는 복합재난 발생빈도가 증가하고 있으며 재난예방의 중요성이 증가하고 있다. 중앙 및 지방정부에서의 재난예방활동 중 가장 대표적인 시설 안전관리에 대한 유용한 정보를 제공하기 위해 국민안전처의 "안전신문고" 주요처리사례 데이터를 활용하여 주민이 신고한 위험시설 신고내용의 키워드를 파악하여 시설간 계절 및 지역별 신고 분포 현황을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 사회 연결망 분석기법을 활용하여 시설 키워드를 중심으로 1-mode, 2-mode를 구성하였으며 계절별, 지역별로의 분포 차이를 분석하였다.

휘트니스센터 계획시 시설별 규모산정에 관한 연구 (Study on the Calculation of Appropriate Scale of Each Area When Planning Fitness Center)

  • Fitness center which was first introduced through hotel fitness has been disseminated into country over the years and these days it becomes a public sports facility that is available even in a small city. Fitness center usually requires a space more than 500 pyeong and even in a small fitness facility at least 200-300 pyung is in need. Also, complex structure including a space for preparing exercise and other subsidiary facility is necessary as well as various service areas to perform various exercise programs. In case of domestic fitness centers, however, proper standard and data required to compute the scale of each service area is not available due to the short of piling data. Therefore computing each space totally depends on an instinct decision of a designer or client, which may cause the fail of effective use of space. This paper aims to calculate appropriate use of space, that is, the over all space, equipment size, and movement line of each area as well as preference and frequence of use among areas is estimated in order to apply those data when computing appropriate estimation of scale.

폐교를 활용한 노인요양시설 리모델링 사례와 평면유형 개발 -옥천군 동이면 동이중학교를 대상으로- (A Case Study on the Remodeling Plan of Closed School as Elderly Facility And Developing Composition Type -Implication of Okchun Dongyi Middle School-)

  • Since 1982, schools have been closed down by urbanization in rural areas. 3,386 schools had been closed down by March 2010. The average 300 schools was closed down every year. 55.7% closed schools were sold, 14.5% closed schools were rented. 6.3% closed schools have been utilized as education facilities. First, the closed school should be utilized as education facilities. And it should be utilized as public facilities as well as welfare facilities for local residents. This paper presents a case of the welfare facility remodeled using Don-Yi middle school in Okcheon-Gun, Chungcheongbuk-Do and propose the unit care composition. The main contents is composed of posts, beams floors, stairs. Masonry infill walls and windows ware improved. Corridors were placed. A classroom were divided into 2 rooms with the Korean traditional heating system(on-dol) for four. Other conveniences were designed for a cafeteria, recreation, a restroom as space required. It is effective to utilize the closed school that has magnificent views and orientation, space construction. The Unit-care system is proposed by 4 types developments.
