도시 대중교통정보 이용 행동 특성 연구 (A Study on the Characteristics of Urban Public Transportation Information Services Use)

  • 정보의 양이 급격히 늘어나고, 유비쿼터스 도시 환경이 출현하고 있다. 이에 따라, 소비자가 어떤 유형의 정보를 어떤 정보 전달 매체를 통해 이용하는가 하는 문제는 공공 및 상업적 교통정보 서비스 제공자에게 공통으로 중요한 문제가 되어 있다. 본 연구는 최근 수도권에서 수집한 대중교통 이용자의 대중교통 정보습득 및 정보전달 매체선택에 관한 자료분석의 첫 번째 결과물을 보고한다. 연구는 정보의 습득과 정보매체의 선택은 정보 이용의 의사결정 상황에 크게 의존한다는 가정에 기초한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 상황에 따라 가변적인 의사결정의 원리를 탐구하는 데 적합한 decision table 및 CHAID 분석을 응용하여 정보 습득과 정보매체 선택의 동질적 segment를 확인한다. 분석 결과, 정보 습득 및 정보매체 선택에 정보 이용 당시의 이용 교통수단 및 수행 활동 등 상황변수가 중요한 역할을 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이에 더해 정보 습득에는 정보 이용 당시의 시각 역시 중요하며, 정보매체 선택에는 이용 정보 내용이 추가적으로 중요한 상황 변수임을 알 수 있었다. 연구 결과는 동적 market segmentation에 관한 중요한 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

노인돌보미바우처 정책집행분석 -선택과 경쟁은 실현되는가?- (A Policy Implementation Analysis on the Care Voucher for the Aged -Focusing on Choice and Competition-)

  • 본 연구는 노인돌보미바우처 정책집행분석 사례연구로 일선 집행현장에서 바우처 논리인 소비자 선택과 제공자 경쟁이 실현되는지, 어떤 양상으로 실현되는지 분석하였다. 서울시 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$ 구를 조사지역으로 선정하여 4개 제공기관과 돌보미, 일선공무원, 이용자를 대상으로 일선집행과정을, 그리고 보건복지가족부, 사회서비스관리센터 등의 정책관련자들을 대상으로 정책설계와 운영을 조사하였다. 총 39명에 대한 심층인터뷰와 참여관찰이 수행되었다. 연구 결과, 노인돌보미바우처 집행 일선에서는 정책설계에서 가정한 바우처 이용자의 제공기관 선택과 제공기관의 경쟁은 실현되고 있지 않았다. 일선공무원은 공급자지원방식에서와 마찬가지의 관행으로 이용자명단을 기관에 전달하고 제공기관은 '제공기관회의'를 구성하여 이용자를 나누고 있었다. 하지만, 이용자의 선택은 다양한 차원에서 이루어지고 있었으며 제공기관과 돌보미는 서비스 제공에서 이용자 중심성을 실현하는 방식으로 변화를 보이고 있었다.

  • 컴퓨터와 네트워크의 보급이 일반화되면서 인터넷을 통한 정보 전달이 일상생활처럼 되고 있다. 기존에는 정보를 전달하기 위한 방법이 주로 전자메일에 한정되어 있던 것에 반해, 요즘은 좀 더 즉각적으로 메시지를 전달해주는 인스턴트 메신저를 많이 사용하고 있다. 인스턴트 메신저는 이러한 장점으로 인해 국내에서도 사용자가 많이 늘고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 인스턴트 메신저 서비스는 인터넷상에서 많은 부분이 노출되지만 클라이언트는 이를 느끼지 못한 채 사용하고 있다. 이는 마치 전화도청과 같다고 할 수 있다. PKI를 사용한 암호화 기술은 인테넷에서 접근 통제, 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인거절 등의 서비스들을 제공할 수 있는 공개키 기반 구조를 발달시켜 왔다. 본 논문에서는 인스턴트 메신저의 안전한 통신을 위해 PKI(공개키 기반구조)를 이용한 인스턴트 메신저에서의 인증 프로토콜에 대해 설계하였다.

  • The residential apartments have become a choice of a popular housing space since the first establishment of Mapo apartment in 1962. Therefore, the residential market experienced a bloom where residential apartments were sold as they were built simultaneously. However, this phenomenon was turned around and unsold lots appeared after the period of IMF and as the construction companies put out more various apartments by differing the characters and the strategies in building apartments. As a result, the leadership of residential market moved from the suppliers to consumers, in consequence, the wants of the consumers became more demanding. The consumer can freely control the number of rooms with a variable wall system or a bigger sized apartment with two entrances to the living room as well as having a bathroom with a master bedroom in a small-sized apartment. Many conceptual trials like this were taken to improve the residential environment and to give a change to the unit plan of the public housing. From these changes, one can observe a general trend that is taking place in current residential housing. Consequently, this study is on the type classification of unit plans in public housing built after 1999 and dwelled from 2001. The objectives of this study are to confirm the characteristics of the unit plans applied in recent public housing and provide basic materials that can be incorporated to residential space plan from now and hereafter.

  • This study shows the functional contribution into the public transportation system for congestion area. And there is a introduction for the rapid bus transit developed in Europe community. It can be classified the public transportation as urban transit, subway and bus. For a few years, it has been introduced the AGT system as a role of the alternative and lengthening system of subway line. Recently, there is going on construction of AGT system in some regional cities. The AGT system has advantages in terms of accessibility and cost-effective rather than subway. But the bus system is advantageous at the points rather than AGT system. It is obvious that the bus system is most cost-effective for infrastructure and system rather than any other public transports. If the bus system has punctuality and precise docking, that becomes best choice for public transportation scheme. There are tries to develop new systems by means of the f1les up the advantages in bus and AGT system, which can be classified as BRT(Bus Rapid Transit}. The idea is simple; 'Thirik rail, use advanced buses.' It is introduced the IRISBUS system at this article, which was developed in Europe community. And it is introduced the project architecture to develop the similar system to IRISBUS in KRRI through National Transportation Key Technology R&D Project

Potential Impact of Graphic Health Warnings on Cigarette Packages in Reducing Cigarette Demand and Smoking-Related Deaths in Vietnam

  • Two years after implementation of the graphic health warning intervention in Vietnam, it is very important to evaluate the intervention's potential impact. The objective of this paper was to predict effects of graphic health warnings on cigarette packages, particularly in reducing cigarette demand and smoking-associated deaths in Vietnam. In this study, a discrete choice experiment (DCE) method was used to evaluate the potential impact of graphic tobacco health warnings on smoking demand. To predict the impact of GHWs on reducing premature deaths associated with smoking, we constructed different static models. We adapted the method developed by University of Toronto, Canada and found that GHWs had statistically significant impact on reducing cigarette demand (up to 10.1% through images of lung damage), resulting in an overall decrease of smoking prevalence in Vietnam. We also found that between 428,417- 646,098 premature deaths would be prevented as a result of the GHW intervention. The potential impact of the GHW labels on reducing premature smoking-associated deaths in Vietnam were shown to be stronger among lower socio-economic groups.

박물관 공용공간의 유니버설 디자인 적용성 평가 (A Study on the Applicationa of the Universal Design Principles to the Common Space in Museums)

  • Modern public museums are expanding its role as general cultural facilities. Therefore, the museums that are equipped with convenient and physical environmental features for all ages and types of users are needed. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the application of universal design in common space of the museums and to recommend a set of environmental improvement plans based on which various types of users can decide their choice of museums based on available data on the museums. The scope of this research was limited to seven major public museums located in Seoul, Korea. The spatial scope that was set for this research was common space of the public museums and the scope of the content was about the applicability of universal design. As a result of the research, three major conclusions were reached. First, the application of universal design toward common space in the public museums currently was not prevalent. Second, constant management and application development of universal design are needed. Third, as museums' primary roles and functions become more diverse, a direct application of delicate universal design is a necessary prerequisite to accommodate and fulfill users' needs.

  • While past traffic laws have focused on solving problems related to traffic congestion, the current legislation must play a role in reducing the social cost of solving traffic problems by forecasting future issues based on current traffic situations, setting goals in advance, and leading the traffic modal choice-trend. This paper verifies that the bimodal tram should be an alternative means of public transportation and proposes ways to introduce and promote it based on a government subsidy and the modification of traffic laws.

  • Railroad has been one of major public transportations with the advantages of safety and schedule accuracy. However, the sustainable development will be the first principle in order to save the earth environment in the future, and the only transportation that satisfies it can continuously survive. Transportation has caused air pollution severely. Thus, the most environment-friendly means of transport should be chosen to maintain clean environment in the 21st century. Railroad is currently the best choice to fulfill the mission. But, the overall railroad technologies should be developed in consideration of clean environment to be a future leading transportation.

위험 인식이 위험성 수용 기준 설정에 미치는 역할 (The role of risk perception for the definition of acceptable risk)

  • Acceptable risk problem are decision problems they requires a choice among different estimations of technological risks. The alternative option includes a threat to life among its consequences. However, the definition used to ignore the public's perceived risk which should be identified as acceptable risk. The study examine the role of perception of risk as acceptable risk between different situations of estimated consequence and probability of risk. The cost benefit principle for the reduction of risk applied to find the possible solutions with in decision making process.
