공공 및 민간 교통정보 공유에 따른 효율적인 국도 ITS 추진방향 (Direction To Propel Efficient National Highway ITS According to Public and Private Traffic Information Sharing)

  • 국토교통부에서는 2014년 8월 국가와 민간이 따로 추진하던 교통정보의 수집과 제공에 대한 투자효율 및 효과를 극대화 시기키 위해 민·관이 역할을 분담한 ITS 혁신방안을 마련한 바 있다. 혁신방안의 주요내용은 교통정보의 민·관 공유로 소통정보는 민간이 수집하는 정보를 활용하고 국가는 공사, 사고, 기상악화 등 돌발상황과 같은 안전과 관련된 정보 수집에 집중하여 특정 지점에 설치되어 실시간 돌발 상황 제공에 한계가 있는 도로전광표지판 이외에 스마트폰, 내비게이션을 통해서도 안전과 관련된 정보를 실시간으로 제공하는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 실제 공공 및 민간 교통정보 공유에 따른 국도 ITS 추진의 효율성을 기하기 위해 일반국도 교통정보제공 사례 분석을 통해 민간 교통정보를 포함한 연계 교통정보의 문제점을 분석하여 교통정보제공 정확성 향상을 위한 연계 교통정보 우선순위 조정안을 제시하였으며 기존 ITS 운영구간에 대한 교통량 수준, 연계 교통정보의 가용성 등을 분석하여 ITS 수집장비의 운영 또는 철거여부를 검토하였고 아울러 해당사례를 토대로 ITS 수집장비 설치 판단기준을 제시하였다.

  • We design level 1 traffic thematic map for common data structure. Level 1 means the road that can passing cars. If public office and private company use this form, they can save amount of money from overlapping update. And widely use of traffic analysis, navigation and traffic information system. For design common data structure we compared several data structure(traffic thematic map, ITS standard node/link, Car navigation map), and generalization these characteristic data. After generalization we considered about application parts. It can use of public part(traffic analysis, road management, accident management) and private part(car navigation, map product, marketing by variable analysis) etc.

ISP 네트워크간 상호접속 모델 (A Model Interconnecting ISP Networks)

  • Private peering, public peering and transit are three common types of interconnection agreements between providers in the Internet. An important decision that an Internet service provider (ISP) has to make is which private peering/transit ISPs and Internet exchanges (IXs) to connect with to transfer traffic at a minimal cost. In this paper, we deal with the problem to find the minimum cost set of private peering/transit ISPs and IXs for a single ISP. There are given a set of destinations with traffic demands, and a set of potential private peering/transit ISPs and IXs with routing information (routes per destination, the average AS-hop count to each destination, etc.), cost functions and capacities. Our study first considers all the three interconnection types commonly used in real world practices. We show that the problem is NP-hard, and propose a heuristic algorithm for it. We then evaluate the quality of the heuristic solutions for a set of test instances via comparison with the optimal ones obtained by solving a mixed integer programming formulation of the problem. Computational results show that the proposed algorithm provides near-optimal solutions in a fast time.

ISP 네트워크간 상호접속 모델 (An Interconnection Model of ISP Networks)

  • For Internet service providers (ISPs), there are three common types of interconnection agreements : private peering, public peering and transit. One of the most important problems for a single ISP is to determine which other ISPs to interconnect with, and under which agreements. The problem can be then to find a set of private peering providers, transit providers and Internet exchanges (IXs) when the following input data are assumed to be given : a set of BGP addresses with traffic demands, and a set of potential service providers (Private peering/transit providers and IXs) with routing information, cost functions and capacities. The objective is to minimize the total interconnection cost. We show that the problem is NP-hard, give a mixed-integer programming model, and propose a heuristic algorithm. Computational experience with a set of test instances shows the remarkable performance of the proposed algorithm of rapidly generating near-optimal solutions.

  • With the increase in the population of our cities and the rapid increase in the number of private cars, urban traffic has become more and more congested. At this stage, urban public transportation has become one of the main ways to improve urban traffic congestion. Aiming at the problem of how to improve the basic capacity of buses in multi-line transfer stations, this paper conducts simulation research based on anylogic software. Through micro-simulation analysis of vehicles entering, stopping, and exiting the station, combined with the delay model theory, the vehicle is given Stop organization optimization and station layout improvement methods, so that vehicles can run in the station more stably, smoothly and safely. Case analysis shows that applying this method to the roadside parking problem, the main and auxiliary bus stations have a significant improvement in operating capacity compared with the conventional tandem double bus stations, and the service level of the main and auxiliary bus stations has been significantly improved.

  • Based on a complete understanding research in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), the Intelligent Transport Systems rapidly build up innovative applications to ensure real time attainment as well remote management of driven information, provide a huge range of services and involve many actors in automotive ecosystem. In this paper, we present an intelligent cloud computing for handling data received from traffic sensing technologies. Transportations technologies applied in ITS have played a great role in collecting data from devices deployed in vehicles and highway infrastructures utilizing broadband wireless technologies to the Cloud. In order to facilitate the interested in automotive industry to use data collected and afford services to the car's owner, a scalable acquisition, access to computing resources and offered services are the primary goal of the proposed cloud computing.

Open LR 기법을 이용한 노드-링크 데이터의 통합활용 방안에 관한 연구 (Integration Application of Node-Link Data Using Open LR Method)

  • 본 논문에서는 국내 공공기관과 민간기업의 교통정보 제공 서비스 범위 및 속성 현황을 분석하고, 각 회사별 노드-링크정보의 공동 적용 가능 방안과 민간 교통정보의 공동 활용 가능성을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 국내·외 교통정보 노드-링크의 현황과 속성(링크길이, 노드 ID번호, 유턴정보, 차선정보, 좌회전 정보, 우회전 정보 등)을 분석하였다. 분석 대상으로는 국가 표준노드링크와 2개 회사의 노드-링크를 분석하였다. 실험 대상 지역으로는 표준-링크정보가 복잡하고 교통량이 많으며 다양한 표준-링크가 존재하는 서울시 종로구 일대를 선정하였다. 실험은 3종의 노드-링크의 교통정보 속성을 비교 분석하고, 노드-링크 중첩 매칭을 수행(인코딩_디코딩 방법 활용)하여, 서로 다른 규격의 노드-링크의 위치와 속성 매칭의 가능성을 Open LR 기법을 이용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 국가표준노드-링크는 1, 3, 6, 7의 분류 체계를 사용하였으며 2개 회사 노드링크는 1, 3, 4, 6, 7의 분류 체계를 사용하였다. 따라서 2개 회사 노드링크 분류 체계가 국가 노드링크 분류 체계보다 세부적인 교통정보를 수집함을 알 수 있었다. 새로운 비즈니스 모델인 수소 튜브트레일러의 수소용기의 압력, 온도, 고정 등과 차량상태의 병행적인 안전 운행이 기대된다.

차량 탑재형 모바일 디지털 사이니지 구현 (Implementation of Mobile Digital Signage System on the Moving Vehicle)

  • We propose a vehicle-mounted, location-aware mobile digital signage system that can be used for public transportation through mobile communication. This paper proposes the installations of the LED display panels at the backside of the bus., which display traffic information to cars behind the bus. Information to be displayed would include, but is not limited to, road information, public commercials and private commercials. We propose the system architecture and further implement the prototype of mobile digital signage system for demonstration. The system is based on the Client-Server system. Each bus has a client terminal which detects the current location by a GPS receiver and sends its location information to the server using mobile communication function. The terminal device receives advertisements and traffic information from the server and displays it to the large LCD or LED panel installed at the inside and outside of the bus. We use the Android smartphone as a client system, which inherently equipped with GPS and mobile communication function. GPS detects the location of bus and reports its geo-location data to the traffic information center server via a wireless communication network. On the server side, we developed a specially designed control server, where it communicates with the other traffic information center and updates and manages the databases contents being displayed by each position. The server contains location dependent variable information and returns selected information back to the vehicle in real time. Spatial database is used to process location based data. Server system periodically receives the real time traffic information from the road information center database. And it process the information by bus location and bus line number. In this paper, we propose a mobile digital signage service and explain the system implementation of this service.

  • 데이터는 21세기 원유로써 새로운 가치를 기대할 수 있는 중요한 자원이다. 해운산업에서도 선박운항을 통해 축적된 많은 해사데이터가 존재함에도 불구하고 활용할 수 있는 비즈니스 모델개발에 소홀하였다. 본 논문은 해운산업계 및 학계 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 조사된 해사데이터의 종류와 이용가능성을 기반으로 주요 수요처와 수요형태를 파악하였다. 이러한 해사데이터의 특성과 수요를 고려하여 크게 민간형과 공익형의 비즈니스 모델을 제시하였다. 민간형의 경우 해사데이터를 활용하여 추가적인 부가가치를 창출하는 모델이며 주로 선박 내부데이터를 활용하였다. 공익형의 경우는 공공의 안전과 사회적인 편익을 위한 모델이며 주로 선박의 외부데이터를 활용하여 공공서비스와 결합될 경우 큰 시너지효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 파악된다. 본 연구는 제시된 비즈니스 모델들을 산업계 전반으로 확산될 수 있는데 크게 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

De-cloaking Malicious Activities in Smartphones Using HTTP Flow Mining

  • Android malware steals users' private information, and embedded unsafe advertisement (ad) libraries, which execute unsafe code causing damage to users. The majority of such traffic is HTTP and is mixed with other normal traffic, which makes the detection of malware and unsafe ad libraries a challenging problem. To address this problem, this work describes a novel HTTP traffic flow mining approach to detect and categorize Android malware and unsafe ad library. This work designed AndroCollector, which can automatically execute the Android application (app) and collect the network traffic traces. From these traces, this work extracts HTTP traffic features along three important dimensions: quantitative, timing, and semantic and use these features for characterizing malware and unsafe ad libraries. Based on these HTTP traffic features, this work describes a supervised classification scheme for detecting malware and unsafe ad libraries. In addition, to help network operators, this work describes a fine-grained categorization method by generating fingerprints from HTTP request methods for each malware family and unsafe ad libraries. This work evaluated the scheme using HTTP traffic traces collected from 10778 Android apps. The experimental results show that the scheme can detect malware with 97% accuracy and unsafe ad libraries with 95% accuracy when tested on the popular third-party Android markets.
