  • Background: Assessment of supportive needs is the requirement to plan any supportive care program for cancer patients. There is no evidence about supportive care needs of Iranian breast cancer patients. So, the aims of present study were to investigate this question and s predictive factors. Materials and Methods: A descriptive-correlational study was conducted, followed by logistic regression analyses. The Supportive Care Needs Survey was completed by 136 breast cancer patients residing in Iran following their initial treatment. This assessed needs in five domains: psychological, health system and information, physical and daily living, patient care and support, and sexuality. Results: Patient perceived needs were highest in the health systems and information (71%), and physical and daily living (68%) domains. Logistic regression modeling revealed that younger participants have more un-met needs in all domains and those with more children reported fewer un-met needs in patient care and support domains. In addition, married women had more un-met supportive care needs related to sexuality. Conclusions: The high rate of un-met supportive care needs in all domains suggests that supportive care services are desperately required for breast cancer patients in Iran. Moreover, services that address informational needs and physical and daily living needs ought to be the priority, with particular attention paid to younger women. Further research is clearly needed to fully understand supportive care needs in this cultural context.

  • This short report introduces the general background why Brazil conference is being prepared and what topics would be undertaken and what goals are being taken into account. It overviews what differences from traditional telecommunication governance, internet governance has had in its historical development and how such differences had been formed from its technological differences and the regulatory policy shift from common carrier regulation to privatization. Moreover, the fact that open, voluntary, bottom-up, diverse stakeholder's participation had evolved throughout the historical development of the internet, had established the present multistakeholder governance model from technological standardization to addressing scheme policies. ICANN, which has governed internet addressing schemes since the earlier 2000s, had developed address policies including IANA function from Jon Postel and technical community's legacy management system into contract based formation between ICANN and gTLD, ccTLD registries. And it made dispute resolution policies responding to trademark disputes and resolved gTLD monopoly issue by introducing new TLD generation and the separation of registry and registar. However, there had been challenges on the legitimacy of ICANN due to its dependency on the Federal Government of the U.S. particularly in its oversight role over ICANN and IANA contract. WSIS raised up internet governance issues including addressing governance, and set up IGF as a discussion platform for multistakeholders to discuss and share all views on other internet related public policies. IGF's loose and non-binding discussion once frustrated governments and other stakeholders, but more focused discussion and visible outcomes have consolidated its unique role for internet governance discourses. Particularly, IGF addressed many emerging internet related issues like cybersecurity, privacy, net neuratlity, development related issues. WTPF of 2013, after WCIT debate on whether traditional telecommunication regulation could be applied to internet infrastructure, suggested other governance issues such as the transition to ipv6, IXP coordination etc. How to make sure the legitimacy of internet addressing governance and how and where other internet related public policies could be undertaken are fundamental tasks for internet governance. Brazil conference, which has been motivated by the breakdown of trust in internet governance from NSA mass surveillance revealed by Snowden, faces these questions and try to make consensus on principles, institutions and roadmap for internet governance in multistakeholder participation way.

  • England's green belt policy as it delivered its framework to designating the development restriction zones(DRZ) in Korea is the key to address issues which try to change green belt boundary or/and housing development. Therefore it should necessarily be reviewed on the understanding of how England has been formulating a national policy to deal with the issues focusing on opportunities for housing development and recreation. This study explored the discourse and framework of England's green belt policy as well as driver changes of housing development and recreation. Results show several characteristics of England's green belt policy which are civil society consensus on conservation and management, limited small-scale housing development through management of release rates, a systematic procedure for application and approval, open-recreation space expansion and utilisation under the premise of conservation of natural green areas, and management structure by the involvement of NGO organisations. Therefore, five suggestions can be delivered to developing Korea's DRZ frameworks: first, preceding social consensus on the preservation value of development-restricted zones, second, addressing housing shortages in different alternatives e.g.) environmental-friendly small-scale housing, third, institutionalising the total proportion of release, fourth, establishing an open-recreation space, fifth, introducing expanded public-private partnerships. Ultimately securing the legitimacy of the nation's development-restricted zone system can contribute positively to the environment preservation and human health by promoting public leisure activities in terms of the recent increase in external activities caused by the Covid-19 crisis. Concluding remarks are here that the understanding of England's green belt policy can be delivered to and help formulate domestic policy addressing current issues.

  • In this paper, we suggest the Measures to improve the Act Bill for establishing the Game User Committee. The Act Bill has a lot of problems which are violations of criminal legalism due to unclear terms in administrative punishment and violations of The Human Right enjoying freedom of occupation and guaranting property due to not defining provisisons about The Duty of Confidentiality or The Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Applying Penalty Provisions. also the duplicate regulations in the Act Bill disrupt game industry development. we have three results that were derived through analysis of Prior studies and precedents. The First is to define details of special reasons in enforcement ordinance and enforcement regulations. The Second is to define The Duty of Confidentiality or The Legal Fiction as Public Officials for Purposes of Applying Penalty Provisions in the act bill. The Third is to address managing the random reward items in the Game Rating and Administration Committee or is to give game user advance notice about the Comntent Dispute Mediation system.

  • As everything linking to the internet, people can subscribe to various services from a service provider to facilitate their lives through the Internet of Things (IoT). An obligatory thing for the service provider is that they should push the service data safely and timely to multiple IoT terminal devices regularly after the IoT devices accomplishing the service subscription. In order to control the service message received by the legal devices as while as keep the confidentiality of the data, the public key encryption algorithm is utilized. While the existing public encryption algorithms for push service are too complicated for IoT devices, and almost of the current subscription schemes based on push mode are relying on centralized organization which may suffer from centralized entity corruption or single point of failure. To address these issues, we design a secure subscription-push service scheme based on blockchain and edge computing in this article, which is decentralized with secure architecture for the subscription and push of service. Furthermore, inspired by broadcast encryption and multicast encryption, a new encryption algorithm is designed to manage the permissions of IoT devices together with smart contract, and to protect the confidentiality of push messages, which is suitable for IoT devices. The edge computing nodes, in the new system architecture, maintain the blockchain to ensure the impartiality and traceability of service subscriptions and push messages, meanwhile undertake some calculations for IoT devices with limited computing power. The legalities of subscription services are guaranteed by verifying subscription tags on the smart contract. Lastly, the analysis indicates that the scheme is reliable, and the proposed encryption algorithm is safe and efficient.

  • Unmet healthcare is an important indicator to measure accessibility of healthcare services. To examine the latest status of unmet healthcare needs in South Korea, four different data which is composed of nationally representative sample of South Korean population were used; the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHANES, 2007-2020), the Community Health Survey (CHS, 2008-2020), the Korea Health Panel Survey (KHP, 2011-2018), and the Korean Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS, 2006-2020). The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs were 6.4% (KNHANES), 5.4% (CHS), and 12.2% (KHP). Annual percentage change (APC) which identifies trend for the follow-up period was -9.9%, -9.1%, and -5.5%, respectively. The proportion of individuals reporting unmet healthcare needs due to cost were 1.0% (KNHANES), 0.4% (CHS), 2.2% (KHP), and 0.4% (KOWEPS). The APC was -11.3%, -17.0%, -12.2%, and -21.2%, respectively. Overall, the low-income and the elderly population reported a higher rate of unmet health care needs. Although the overall experience rate of unmet medical care due to cost decreased over the past decade, the disparity between the lowest and highest income groups still remained in 2020. Disparity between income levels and age groups is a challenge to address in healthcare system, and these results suggest the need for adequate health coverage for the low-income and the elderly populations.

  • The author argues that the current Government Information System for river water quality appears to be non-user friendly due to lack of the cartographic representation for the field monitoring data. Acknowledging these constraints, an operational, user-friendly information system has been developed by combining Internet technology with GIS. A digital map for water quality has been generated by overlaying monitoring data on existing cartographic data such as road, topography and administrative boundary etc. A user interface was designed to address the need to querry the large spatial databases by non-GIS and non-environmental experts. The system has been checked experimentally and enabled the users to querry data required simply. And detailed visual maps for water quality can be generated over large areas quickly and easily. A visual mapping system for water quality was developed by reframing the monitoring data as graphic symbols and it was ideally suited to exploring area-wide water quality at a user-friendly manner due to extensibility and scalability along the various survey points. This system based on Web GIS could be accessed anywhere if internet is available. It would play a crucial role in improving the quality of public information service if it is operationally introduced into the Government since the highly user-friendly interface provides a completely new means for disseminating information far water pollution in a visual and interactive manner to the general public.

  • Providing a semantic knowledge system using media ontologies requires not only conventional axiom reasoning but also knowledge extension based on various types of reasoning. In particular, spatio-temporal information can be used in a variety of artificial intelligence applications and the importance of spatio-temporal reasoning and expression is continuously increasing. In this paper, we append the LOD data related to the public address system to large-scale media ontologies in order to utilize spatial inference in reasoning. We propose an RDFS/Spatial inference system by utilizing distributed memory-based framework for reasoning about large-scale ontologies annotated with spatial information. In addition, we describe a distributed spatio-temporal SPARQL parallel query processing method designed for large scale ontology data annotated with spatio-temporal information. In order to evaluate the performance of our system, we conducted experiments using LUBM and BSBM data sets for ontology reasoning and query processing benchmark.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze a case of social problem- solving R&D project. The case is about a food waste disposer system built in housing complex The characteristics revealed through the case study are as follows. It has been performed by the 'Connect and Solution Development (C&SD)' strategy that could shorten the whole innovation process. In order to increase the economic and social acceptability of the system, researchers formed a dense network with citizens, firms and local governments and tried to improve existing law to make new markets for the system. Instead of developing a new system in a top-down approach, they chose to use existing technologies and entities to address social problems quicker and easier.

  • In 2012, the International Council on Archives(ICA) distributed AtoM public release, an archival description software based on web, for free to support small archival institutions. The purpose of AtoM project was to let a single or multiple repositories describe archival materials based on ICA descriptive standards and access via a web browser. The value of AtoM project is to promote actual business experience by sharing technical expertise and form active community between users and developers. Recently, there is a growing interest in open source software in the field of domestic record management. This interest is to not only reduce cost, but to escape technology dependencies and to address requirements on the field. The critical mind of this study lies in the fact that there is no practical methodology to establish AtoM system. Even when using AtoM itself, basic tasks such as the migration of the existing data or the improvement of user interface are required. That is why this study suggests the process and methodologies to establish and customize archival information system based on AtoM software.
