취학 전 자녀를 둔 여성소방공무원의 직무만족도와 배우자 지지가 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향 (Effects of job satisfaction and spouse support on parenting stress in female fire fighters with preschool-aged children)

  • Purpose: Job satisfaction, spouse support, parenting stress, and the factors that influence parenting stress in female fire fighters with preschool-aged children were examined. Methods: Data were collected from 180 female fire fighters who worked at the fire station from June to July 2013 and had preschool-aged children. Data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 21.0. Results: Average job satisfaction was 2.81, spouse support was 3.54, and parenting stress was 3.61. Parenting stress was negatively correlated with spouse support and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction and spouse support were positively correlated. Factors influencing parenting stress included employment period (${\beta}$=0.093, p <.05), a husband who is not a fire fighter (${\beta}$=-8.971, p <.05), having three children (${\beta}$=27.395, p <.05), delegating childcare to relatives (${\beta}$=9.605, p <.05), income (${\beta}$=-0.920, p <.05), and spouse support (${\beta}$=-0.589, p <.05). Conclusion: To reduce parenting stress and increase job satisfaction, female fire fighters with preschool-aged children should be assigned to stable administrative work instead of stressful on-site work. Husbands who are fire fighters should take advantage of paternity leave, implemented by the Ministry of Public Safety and Security, to increase their active participation in parenting.

농촌주민의 정주여건 인식과 생활만족도의 관계 분석 - 전라북도 농촌지역을 대상으로 - (Relation Analysis between the Settlement Condition and Life Satisfaction for Rural Residents - Focusing on Jeollabukdo -)

  • This study of the living environment for rural residents to identify the relationship between perception and satisfaction are as. Jeollabukdo rural residents survey and SPSS 18.0 statistical program utilizes improvement of rural environment and living conditions were discussed. The main analysis results are summarized as follows. First, rural residents use the facility convenience and accessibility, economic burden, there was a tendency to recognize the important, good natural environment or their children / relatives for the distance was a low awareness. Second, the location and land a job for men, the women have a higher awareness of the use of public transportation inclination showed less than 50 age group showed higher awareness. Third, the rural living environment of residents' satisfaction with 3.544, and overall satisfaction with village life showed a high propensity men have higher satisfaction than women. Finally, the living environment for the perception and satisfaction with the relationship between residential stability and economic awareness of a higher living environment was found that high satisfaction. These findings further improve the rural environment, improve satisfaction in that you can plan the basis for an effective strategy can be. More sustainable in the future, including the analysis of various parameters in progress by being linked to policy measures that will be provided.

광역권 통근시간 만족도 영향요인 분석에 따른 대중교통 이용 활성화 방안연구 (A Study on the Activation of Public Transportation by Analysis of Factors Influencing Satisfaction of Commuting Hours in the Metropolitan Area)

  • 연구목적:광역권 통근시간 만족도 향상요인 분석에 따른 대중교통 이용 활성화 방안에 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구는 광역통근을 시행하는 직장인을 대상으로 광역통근시간 및 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 연구결과: 권역별 광역통근시간에 대한 통근만족도의 경우, 수도권은 평균 통근시간이 높은 만큼 통근시간만족도가 상대적으로 낮으며, 비수도권은 평균 통근시간이 낮은 만큼 통근시간 만족도가 상대적으로 높게 나타났다. 결론:향후 정부는 광역통근 시간을 줄이기 위한 방안으로 급행철도 및 광역버스를 신설 또는 개선하고, 승용차의 이용시간 단축을 위한 도시고속도로 등을 건설하여 통근시간을 줄이는 양적지표도 중요하지만 통근시간의 만족도를 높이는 질적 지표가 더욱 중요하다. 즉, 통근시간이 길어도 그 시간이 만족스러우면 삶의 만족도 역시 높아지므로 삶의 질이 중요한 시대를 맞이하여 통근시간이라는 단순 지표보다는 통근시간 만족도까지 개선시킬 필요가 있어 통근시간에 대한 질적 및 양적 측면 모두 개선이 필요하다.

강원도 주거만족도 조사를 통해 살펴본 지역 간 인식 차이 연구 (A Study on the Differences in Perception between Regions through the Residential Satisfaction Survey in Gangwon-do)

  • The aim of this study was to analyze differences in the perception of Gangwon-do residents using a satisfaction survey. The residents were found to be most satisfied with sectors such as parks/green spaces, landscape, and public order; however, they were least satisfied with transportation, culture, sports, medical services, and welfare facilities. Additionally, among all the items in the satisfaction survey, job satisfaction was the lowest. When comparing satisfaction trends observed in the city to those of the county, the overall satisfaction of the county was found to be slightly higher. This result could be attributed to young people being underrepresented in this survey in conjunction with the greater policy-level support for middle-aged people by from the government and Gangwon-do. Therefore, it would be worthwhile to create policies that primarily support young people and to also to create high-quality jobs with stable pay and employment prospects. This could minimize the outflow of youth and even encourage their inflow to similar small provincial cities. In Southern region and Seorak region of Gangwon-do, the satisfaction with gap between house price and region was low, which might be related to the increased demand for real estate throughout this area.

  • The Seoul Metro has been playing a vital role in public transportation for last 35 years as the feet of 10 millions of Seoul citizens. It currently takes charge of over 45% of the national subway transit and transports 4 millions of citizens a day. The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for crew members' working condition improvement and job satisfaction improvement which will lead to the finest quality of service to the citizens. We examined the working conditions of the crew members and surveyed crew members about the working conditions and the extent of job satisfaction. The results of our study can also be used as basic materials for building the road map to the management improvement.

A Hybrid Approach Based on Multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) to Evaluate Efficiency of Customer Services in Bank Branches

  • A hybrid procedure based on multi-Criteria Satisfaction Analysis (MUSA) and a Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) is proposed to evaluate the relative efficiency of customer services in bank branches. First, a three-stage process including sub-processes such as customer expectations, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty, is defined to model the banking customer services. Then, fulfillment of customer expectations, customer loyalty level, and the customer satisfaction degree are measured and quantified through a multi-dimensional questionnaire based on customers' perceptions analysis and MUSA method, respectively. The customer services scores and the other criteria such as mean of employee evaluation score, operation costs, assets, deposits, loans, number of accounts are considered in network three-stage DEA model. The proposed NDEA model is formed based on multipliers perspective, output-oriented, and constant return to scale assumptions. The proposed NDEA model quantifies and assesses the total efficiency of main process and assigns the efficiency to customer expectations, customer satisfactions, and customer loyalties sub-processes in bank branches. The whole procedure is applied on 30 bank branches in IRAN. The proposed approach can be used in other organizations such as airports, airline agencies, urban transportation systems, railway organizations, chain stores, chain restaurants, public libraries, and entertainment centers.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop neighborhood assessment tools from the perspective of women in order to evaluate neighborhood environments and suggest better policies and planning practices for women-friendly neighborhood environments. To do so, we analyze correlations between women's quality of life and the neighborhood environment. Specifically, we gave female participants a mapping survey, interview, and questionnaire to collect data targeting women living in Onyang 2-dong and 5-dong in Asan city. First, we developed a neighborhood assessment tool derived from an extensive literature review and particular case studies. The mapping and interview surveys indicated that specific aspects neighborhood life needed to be improved in a similar area. In particular, women complained about Onyangoncheon station, a commercial area, and detached house area. Second, analysis of the neighborhood environmental factors affecting women's neighborhood satisfaction, crime safety, traffic and walking environment, accessibility of living facilities, green and public spaces and childcare environment were statistically significant. Of these, the inclusion of green and public spaces was the most influential factor. Third, the neighborhood environmental factors affecting women's neighborhood attachment, crime safety, traffic and walking environment, accessibility of living facilities, green and public spaces and childcare environment were statistically significant. Of these, accessibility of living facilities appeared to be the most influential factor. Fourth, the neighborhood environmental factors affecting women's housing mobility decisions, crime safety, traffic and walking environment, accessibility of living facilities, green and public spaces and childcare environment were statistically significant. Of these, childcare environment was the most influential factor.

낙도보조항로의 운영실태 및 발달과정 고찰 (A Study on Current Operating System and Development Process of Remote Island Public Service Route)

  • 이 연구에서는 낙도보조항로의 운영실태와 발달과정에 대하여 정리하였다. 낙도보조항로는 14개 사업자가 U개 항로에서 총 30척 선박으로 낙도주민을 위한 안정적인 생활교통편의를 제공하고 있다. 항로별 수송실적을 분석한 결과, 낙도보조 항로를 이용하는 여객 수가 매년 증가하고 있다. 선박 이용자의 서비스 만족도를 향상시키기 위해서 운영사업체별로 경영평가제를 도입하는 등 보다 구조적인 변화가 요구된다. 이 연구의 결과들은 낙도보조항로 중장기 발전방향 수립에 기초 자료로 활용하는 데 그 의미가 있다.

The Factors Affecting on Elderly' Life Satisfaction in the Residential Environments

  • This research is designed to identify factors that affect life satisfaction of the Korean elderly by studying residential environments and individual personalities as independent variables, and life satisfaction of the elderly as a dependent variable. It also includes emotional and instrumental support to describe relations between variables as mediating variables. It utilizes a questionnaire survey as its research method and studies those aged 65 and over living in urban, suburban and rural areas. In addition, regression and path analysis is used to identify casual links between different variables. The results are as follows: (1) Direct factors that impact emotional support are home ownership (direct effect= -.18) and transportation services (.15). That is, those who own their home and have easy access to public transpiration show increased levels of emotional support. (2) Direct factors that affect instrumental support are economic status (direct effect= .311) and living arrangement (.17). In other words, those who are financially stable and live with their children have more instrumental support. (3) Factors linked directly to life satisfaction of the elderly are their age (direct effect= -.10), health status (.19), economic status (.25), region of living (.22) and housing type (.19). (4) Among the mediating variables, emotional support has direct effect (.45) while instrumental support has indirect effect (.16).

농어촌버스 서비스품질 요인이 서비스 만족도 및 정책 만족도에 미치는 영향: 전라북도 농어촌버스 서비스를 중심으로 (The effect of Rural Bus Service Quality Factors on Service Satisfaction and Policy Satisfaction: Focusing on Rural Bus Service in Jeollabuk-do)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 전라북도 4개 시군의 농어촌버스 이용객을 대상으로 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인과 이들 사이의 영향 관계를 파악하여 향후 전라북도 농어촌버스 서비스 개선과 활성화 정책을 제안하는 것이다. 연구 대상 지역 4개 시군은 농어촌버스 이용객이 지속해서 감소하고 있으며, 최근 버스 이용 활성화를 위해 버스요금 단일화, 수요응답형 교통수단 등 여러 가지 교통정책을 시범적으로 추진하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 문헌 조사 후 농어촌버스 서비스 만족도 및 정책 만족도에 영향을 미치는 세 개의 주요 서비스품질 요인 경제성, 편리성, 안전성을 도출하였다. 그리고 기존 연구에서 제시한 연구모형을 수정하여 세 개의 요인이 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도에 미치는 영향 관계, 그리고 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 사이의 영향 관계를 검증하는 연구모형을 제시하였다. 연구모형 검증에는 고창, 김제, 부안, 정읍 4개 시군의 버스정류장과 버스집하장 인근에서 이용객을 대상으로 수집한 총 520부의 설문 자료를 이용하였다. 검증 결과 경제성, 편리성, 안전성 3개 요인이 서비스 만족도에 통계적으로 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 정책 만족도에는 편리성과 안전성만이 긍정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구가설과 달리 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 사이에는 통계적으로 유의한 영향 관계가 성립하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 연구가설과 다른 결과이지만, 전라북도 농어촌버스 교통정책 입안자와 실무관계자에게 단일요금제 정책, 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 개선에 관한 정책적 제언을 할 수 있는 의미 있는 결과였다. 결론에서 연구분석 결과와 단일요금제, 그리고 교통정책 등을 기반으로 서비스 만족도와 정책 만족도 개선방안을 제시하였다.
