Due to the traffic congestion of the city and public transportation-oriented policies in large cities, public transportation is receiving attention and being used increasingly. However, relatively less research on the design and distribution of public transportation network and limitations in quantitative approaches have made implementation and operation practically difficult. Over- or under-supply of transportation routes caused unbalanced connectivity among areas and, thus, differences in time, expenses and metal burden of users traveling the same distances. On the other hand, the Space Syntax theory, originally designed to calculate the connectivity of urban or architectural spaces, helps generate quantitative connectivity of whole space simply based on the spacial structure. This study modified the original Space Syntax algorithm to fit the public transportation problem and showed how it is applied to a transportation network by creating an artificial GIS network.

Objectives: The purpose of this paper is to describe the role for public education in mental health promotion, prevention of mental illness and treatment of mental disorders in Canada. Results: A brief history of the changing nature of the way we treat mental disorders in Canada argues for an increasingly critical role for public education. Furthermore, the new understanding of the role of social determinants in prevention of mental illness again necessitates a vital role for public education as the shift in focus moves from exclusively individual-focused health care treatments to creating supportive environments. The roles for mental health public education then become: advocacy for the social determinants of health approach, better understanding of the nature of mental health problems, useful information for self-management, and more knowledge about appropriate treatments. A brief discussion of the structure of the response in Canada provides an overview of national and provincial responsibilities in mental health care with a case study highlighting one community's response to addressing mental disorders. Conclusion : Finally, challenges regarding the most effective educators and the issue of professional expertise embedded in the status quo are discussed.

Recently, public organizations have been improving the classification in order to introduce records management reference table in accordance with the act on the management of public archives. However, there is no system to mount the revised records management reference table, and there is a problem in usability. The purpose of this study is to design a system function to manage the classification which is the foundation of records management for public organizations. In order to design the function, interviews with the records management specialists of the five public organizations were conducted. Based on this, we have designed a multi-classification system registration function, a hierarchical structure setting function of records, and a record management standard management function.

This study sought to examine the effectiveness of mobile applications, which have recently increased persuasion effects by stimulating consumer experiences. In particular, to determine how content for public interest affects users' attitudes and beliefs, we selected interactivity and public interest as characteristics of mobile applications and examined their relationship. One of the actual applications was selected for research and the reactions of subjects who experienced it were investigated. As a result, the interactivity and public interest of mobile applications were found to have a direct and indirect influence on content attitude and beliefs, and it was confirmed that content attitude can affect beliefs. These research results show that cognitive structure can be influenced by reinforcing the audience's attitude toward content.

Recently, many membrane structure buildings are constructed with the trend of multi functional and high technological construction. The membrane structure has the characteristics such as distinguished architectural shape which can make variable space creation and can make economic use of material. Therefore, it is in the spotlight of sport complex, various concert hall, and public service buildings. However, the acoustic study of membrane structure has not been following up the increasing demand for the membrane structure. In this study, the acoustic characteristics of membrane structure will be studied and analyzed using architectural acoustic factors based on acoustic design theory And also, the differences between theoretical exhortation value and outcome of study will be studied with the basis of architectural acoustic material study.

In this paper, we design an authentication model based mobile PKI (Public Key Infrastructure). The authentication mood consists of Root-CA Home-network agent and Foreign-network agent. The authentication mode information security is various characteristic more then high speed, mobile network and low cost more then previous structure of assure information security.

The goal of the study is to find what managerial characteristics affect the community spirit and participation of medical and psychiatric social workers. To do this, managerial characteristics were divided into organizational structure and culture as well as job satisfaction. As a result of an empirical study, while Herzberg's motivators or mental rewards, such as autonomy, sense of accomplishment, and sense of respect, improved the levels of community spirit and participation, Herzberg's hygiene factors or economic rewards did not have any relationship with them statistically. This means that mental rewards equivalent to those of other professions in hospitals will improve the professional identity and activities of social workers, who are working with diverse professions in hospitals. On the other hand, organizational structure and culture were not significant statistically.

For the mobile meteorological services, sensed data should be gathered at a server from various clients like as USN, mobile phone or public traffic vehicle by wireless network. The gathered data have huge volume and increase continuously, a special query method and data structure are considered. This paper studies on all query type and processing steps for the mobile meteorological services and proposes effective system structure.

The structure and dimensionality of the User Information Satisfaction (UIS) construct is an important theoretical issue that received considerable attentions. The acceptance of UIS as a standardized instrument requires confirmation that it explains and measures the user information satisfaction construct and its component. Based on a simple of 670 respondents who participated in dealing with the Public Management Information System (PMIS), this research used a confirmatory factor analysis to test the alternavtive models of underlying factor structure and assessed the reliability and validity of these factors and items in the PMIS. The result provided a support for a revised UIS model with four first-order factors and one PMIS The result provided a support for a revised UIS model with four first-order factors and one second-order (higher-order) factor in PMIS. To cross-validata these results, the author reexamined two prior data sets. The results showed that the revised model provides better model-data fit in all three data sets.

This paper aims at projecting the structure and functions of District Central Libraries in Tamil Nadu based upon primary records collected from the Directorate of Public Libraries and survey of District Library officers who are the authorities of District Central Libraries. This paper reveals the State of Art the District Central Libraries and their functions. Based on outputs a number of suggestions have been provided. This paper represents an empirical research study.
