This study is purposed to a ripple effects of development of a golf course in rural area analyzed to site suitability, social impact of public opinions, and economical impact. And for study, it is setting up development model of gamaksan golf course in geochang-gun will be constructed. It is carried out those as follows;(1) it is, first of all, examined site suitability considering act and site factors, opinion of residence's, and development planning of geochang-gun;(2) it is, secondly, suggested to analyzed social-economic impacts in rual area;(3) it is, finally, established an alternative proposal for development of a golf course considering it's merits and faults. The result of study, A appropriateness of development planning in golf course is focused to 'regional planning integrated', 'educational program for It's', and 'development council committee' considering harmony of a specialist, residents, government employee, businessman for a identity of interests.

I reviewed some offical documents from Health Insurance Review Agency(HIRA) asked expert opinions of our society about some controversy between doctors and HIRA The results are as followed : 1. We must compensate the details of textbook about general treatment of frequent1y occurred disease. 2. We mush verify the obstinate disease and write papers consequently. 3. We must educate and use the special techniques of our societic area. 4. We must write papers about the recently developed intervention equipments.

This study was designed to know the dwellers opinions about their preferred element of for housing in order to enhance the level of environment through better housing plan. The main tasks of investigation were to: (1) determine the preferred elements of design for housing. (2) determine the usage of outdoor space dwellers prefer, (3) ascertain what kinds of management program and public facilities dwellers need. The sample, of 450 dwellers, was selected from the apartments in Kimhae. In complete questionnaires were not used in the analysis of data, thus, the total research sample consisted of 400 dwellers. The questionnare was developed by the researcher for this study. Data were collected during June 1996. Respones from 400 dwellers were processed by SAS package program using frequency counts, percentages and x2 to analyze the data. The major findings were: (1) that size of house, number of bed room, number of bath room, housing type that they want were significantly different according to the characteristic of the dwellers, (2) they preferred in individual heating system to the centralized heating system of the compound, and the preferrence differed significantly in accordance with what system they are using now, (3) they wanted to have more green zone than enlarging childrens' play ground or parking lot, (4) about the management program and public facilities they wanted, there was no significant difference according to the characteristic of the dwellers.

현대사회가 정치, 경제, 사회를 포함한 모든 분야에서 전문화되고 복잡해지면서 일반적인 공권력으로는 범죄를 통제하기 어려운 상황에 이르렀다. 19세기 이후 요동치기 시작한 민간보안 산업은 그 범위를 넓혀 공권력이 필요한 다양한 분야에서 보조적인 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 민간보안 활동 중에서 민간조사시스템은 오랫동안 개인의 인권보호와 범죄로부터 안전한 민간조사 서비스를 제공하는 데 이용되어 왔다. 이 연구에서는 선행연구 분석과 질적 내용분석을 통해 실종자 조사 시스템에 초점을 맞춘 영국과 한국의 민간조사 시스템을 비교분석 할 것이다. 질적 내용 분석의 결과는 영국의 민간조사시스템과 실종자 조사시스템이 어떻게 구현되는지에 대한 문헌 검토 및 심층면담 등의 방법을 통해 기술된다. 민간조사 분야에 대한 연구는 양국에서 매우 중요한 분야이지만 한국의 시각에서 볼 때 그 연구가 매우 제한적이라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구는 민간조사 시스템의 성공적인 합법화를 위한 논의를 촉진할 뿐만 아니라 향후 연구의 기초자료가 될 것으로 기대된다. 민간조사 시스템의 연구는 앞으로도 지속적으로 이루어져야 한다. 또한 한국에 민간조사제도를 도입하기 위해서는 본 연구에서 언급한 민간조사제도와 관련된 문제점을 발견하여 민간, 학계, 관련 기관의 의견을 수렴해 민간조사시스템을 개발해야 한다. 민간조사제도의 도입은 민간, 학계 및 관련 기관의 노력을 통해 이익을 극대화시킬 것으로 사료된다.

The first Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) in Korea was carried out for Electric Power resource development. This study includes of the method and procedure of pre-Environmental investigation and EIA for Electric Power resource development. Through the analysis of these we make some conclusions for the improvemental and effective method of impact prediction, the environmentally sound and sustainable development of the earth(ESSD) and the collection of public opinions.

도서관 장애인서비스의 중요성이 확산되는 상황에서 수요자 중심의 도서관 장애인서비스 제공을 위해 현실적인 운영기준 마련이 시급하다. 따라서 이 연구는 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스의 운영기준 등을 조사하여 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 국내 외 도서관 장애인서비스 운영기준을 분석한 결과 법적 기준과 관련 기관의 운영기준 모두 현실을 반영한 실질적인 기준으로서 개정이 시급한 상황이었다. 본 연구에서 도출한 과제는 우선 도서관 장애인서비스의 최소기준과 세부기준을 별도로 고려하는 것이다. 그중에서도 최소기준으로 활용할 수 있는 도서관법 시행령의 조속한 개정에 대한 필요성을 제기하였다. 또한 이와 같은 기준이 현실적으로 적용되기 위해서는 도서관장애인서비스 통계 및 평가지표와 연계되어야 하며, 평가업무 연계에 공감대를 형성하기 위해서 기준 적용의 당사자인 장애인도서관 및 장애인이용자의 의견 수렴이 1차적으로 선행되어야 함을 제시하였다.

우리사회의 근대화는 민간조사제도의 도입을 필요로 하는 수많은 구조적 기회를 창출하였다. OECD가입에 따른 국제적 환경의 변화, 개인간의 법적 분쟁 가능성, 재판과정의 증거 수집, 범죄피해에 대한 예방, 기업의 영업비밀보호, 자유시장경제의 원리 등 민간조사제도 도입에 대한 필요성은 구태여 열거하지 않아도 될 정도이다. 한편 민간조사제도 도입의 필요성을 강조하는 것 못지않게 제도 도입에 반대하는 의견도 다양한데 사생활 침해의 가능성, 변호사 영역의 침해, 수사기관과의 대립, 빈부격차에 따른 정보편중 등이 주요 이유이다. 이에 본 연구는 민간조사제도 도입 반대 의견에 대한 고찰을 통해 다음과 같은 결론을 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 불법적인 사생활 침해를 하는 심부름센터의 불법행위는 민간조사제도 시행 이후 자연 도태될 것이고 이에 따라 국민의 사생활 침해의 가능성은 감소될 것이며 이를 위해 민간조사원 자격과 관리시스템의 철저한 관리가 필요하다. 둘째, 직역간의 충돌이 아닌 상생의 방안이 모색되어야 한다. 민간조사의 영역이 경찰, 검찰 등 수사기관이나 변호사 영역과 충돌되어 사회적 혼란을 야기하는 것이 아니라 다윈화된 국민들의 요구에 발맞추어 영역의 세분화와 영역간 상호 협조체제 지위가 유지될 수 있도록 법적 제도적 뒷받침이 이루어져야 한다. 셋째, 빈부의 격차에 따른 민간조사제도 이용에 대한 편중이 국민의 권익 실현에 반하는 것은 아니다. 민간조사 업무 영역이 진실 발견을 위한 증거 수집 및 제조사라고 본다면 국가가 감당하지 못하는 부분에 대한 문제해결의 범위가 넓어지고 결국 국가 전체적인 치안수요에 대한 역량이 강화될 것이기 때문이다.

The aim of this study was to investigate the difficulties that Korean farmers and processors currently experience with respect to the market for Korean native chicken (KNC). This study also provides suggestions by which they can overcome these difficulties. In all, sixty-nine farmers and sixty-two processors participated in our investigation, which addressed 1) the current difficulties that KNC farmers face, 2) the current importance-satisfaction measures among KNC farmers and processors, and 3) the future direction of the KNC market: farmer and processor opinions. The respondents stated that the limited number of sales stores was the most difficult market condition they faced in raising KNC, followed by feed cost, animal disease, and poor production environment. Regarding issues of importance and satisfaction, origin in raising step and slaughtering in the processing and distribution step were considered the areas most in urgent need of improvement, given farmers' and processors' high levels of dissatisfaction with these. Both the free-range farming system and the concept of animal welfare are growing in importance, given consumers' interests in these areas. As to opinions on the direction of KNC development, menu development was cited as most important, followed by public advertisement, accessibilities, business aid, and breed development. Consequently, the results show that well-organized support from both the government and related industries is needed, as chicken farmers and processors cannot resolve certain limitations inherent in the KNC industry on their own.

현재 우리나라에서는 민간조사(Private Investigation)의 도입에 대한 다양한 논의들이 행해지고 있다. 그런데 이러한 논의의 핵심 중 하나가 민간조사원의 교육에 관한 것이다. 민간조사원의 교육은 국민의 생명과 재산의 보호와 관련된 것을 주요 업무로 하고 있기 때문에 일반적인 교육과는 달리 전문성과 윤리성을 강하게 요구한다. 그러므로 민간조사원의 전문성과 윤리성을 뒷받침하기위해 체계적인 교육프로그램이 마련되어져야 한다는 것은 당연하다고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 민간조사업 관련자들과의 심층면담을 통해 이들이 민간조사 교육을 대학교육에 포함시키는 방안에 대하여 어떻게 생각하는지를 탐색적으로 조사한 후 수집된 자료를 질적 자료분석 프로그램인 NVivo 2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 민간조사가 필요한 이유로는 국가치안인력의 부족과 경찰이 중요한 사건이 아닐 경우 민원인의 피해에 대해서 적극적으로 개입하지 않는 것, 그리고 공권력을 행사하는 경찰관의 신분으로 민사문제에 개입할 수 없는 것이 가장 큰 이유로 나타났다. 그리고 민간조사학과 개설 필요성으로는 전문교육기관의 부재와 경찰 또는 의뢰인으로부터의 민간 조사에 대한 신뢰성 증대가 가장 큰 것으로 드러났다. 민간조사학과의 전망과 진로방향에 대해 연구 참여자들은 크게 "공인민간조사업법"안의 통과 전과 통과 후로 나뉘어 졌다. 법안의 통과 전은 현재와 같이 민간조사와 유사한 보험회사 조사업무, 외국 민간조사업체, 국내 컨설팅 업체, 경호보안업체로 진출하게 될 것이라고 하였고, 법안이 통과되면 이와 더불어 현재의 경비법인과 같은 민간조사법인이 다수 등장하게 될 것으로 전망하여 법안 통과 시 민간조사학과가 활성화될 것이라 판단하였다.

The study has been initiated on the background of rapidly changing environment, and from the perspectives that new ecological systems are continuously generated accordingly in various fields. Recently, ICT platform, which is the platform related to information communication, has drawn much attention, and many tools are being made that can design and implement documents in a specific on-line space by utilizing UI/UX authoring tools for on-line contents sharing platforms which are public platforms for industrial and educational uses. Following these trends, actual building environment for 'XElF', a newly developed on-line contents sharing platform, and actual design proposal for UI/UX authoring tools will be described according to the sequences of building the platform. Before this design proposal is actually utilized in the future, opinions have been collected from related persons through an actual survey. Efforts are being made to reduce problems, which can be generated in the future in the actual on-line contents education environment, through the results of the study so that the platform can be produced without errors. The final results for this matter are planned to be posted by papers in the future.
