Objectives: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of sleep quality and occupational stress on health-related quality of life among a university's security workers. Methods: 128 security workers voluntarily participated in the study. The survey asked demographic, health related, job related factors, the Korean Occupational Stress Scale Short Form(KOSS-SF), sleep quality questionnaire, and 12-Short Form Health Survey version 2.0(SF-12v2). The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, multiple linear regression, and multiple logistic regression. Results: The interrupted rest time was significantly negatively related to occupational stress. The occupational stress significantly affected sleep quality. The significant variable affecting Physical Component Score(PCS) and Mental Component Score(MCS) was sleep quality and occupational stress, respectively. Conclusions: HRQOL was founded to be affected by occupational stress and sleep disorder among the security workers. Based on this study, we suggest that the management of both occupational stress and sleep quality is crucial to improve the HRQOL.

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 이루어지는 내부마케팅이 공공도서관 사서의 직장생활의 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명한 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울 소재의 공공도서관에서 근무하는 현직 사서를 대상으로 2020년 7월 25일부터 59일 동안 네이버폼을 통하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 120부의 응답지를 통계 프로그램인 IBM SPSS 25를 활용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공공도서관의 내부마케팅은 사서의 직장생활의 질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내부마케팅의 개선방안으로는 체계적이고 지속 가능한 내부마케팅 제도의 운영, 고학력 사서에 대한 경력 인정과 적절한 보상, 사서의 임금체계에 대한 개선, 경영층 지원과 권한위임을 중심으로 한 내부마케팅 제도의 활성화를 제언하였다.

The public facilities are essential of resident life, the public facilities affect quality of life. The purpose of this study is to analyze the present condition of social welfare service and local cultural welfare program of public facilities complex in Seoul. In this study, www.oklifr.go.kr is used for data. The results of his study are showed as followings: First, most of the public facilities' program are composed of educational program and program for middle-age. Second, mos of the program for infant and elderly age are composed of welfare program and most of the program for teenager, young people and middle age are composed of educational program.

This study analyzed the remodeling cases of 53 public primary schools located in Seoul to grasp the trends and set the direction in remodeling public primary schools. As a result of the analysis, before the sixth Education Process major remodeling of schools was focused on increasing the number of classrooms and after the sixth Education Process public space was increased. According to development of education, frequency of remodeling is increased. But myopic remodeling works were not a surprise. It means the schools simply focused on increasing space. Therefore, the study aims to set the direction for a comprehensive and systemic remodeling plan which will serve as an opportunity to not only improve physical life of schools but also extend functional life and enhance the quality of educational environment.

The emergence of coffee shops and other public spaces in modern Shanghai shows the appearance of the "mass" centered on the middle class. Furthermore, we can further explore the different development paths of the publicity of modern Chinese urban society. The emergence of new public leisure spaces, such as cafes, provides a model of modern life style and a stage of daily publicity for the middle class in Shanghai. With the convenience provided by this kind of public space, people are able to clean up their old opinions and be better at accepting new ideas. A more sensitive and flexible public opinion of Enlightenment has gradually formed in urban life.

본 연구에서 공개 의료 빅데이터 분석을 지역사회건강조사 2012~2014년 자료를 이용해 개인의 건강관련 삶의 질 차이와 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 제안논문에서는 공개의료 빅데이터 분석을 위해 Hadoop 기반의 Spack을 이용해 병렬처리 지원을 위한 클라우드 메니저를 구성하고 개인의 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 하드웨어의 제약없이 빠르게 분석하였다. 건강관련 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 개인적 특성과 지역사회 특성으로 구분하여 단계별 다수준 회귀분석(ANOVA, t-test)을 실시하였다. 연구결과 개인별 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 남자 평균 73.8점, 여자 평균 70.0점으로 남자가 여자보다 건강관련 삶의 질이 높은 것으로 나타났다.

Background: With the enactment of the Hospice, Palliative, Care, and Life-sustaining Treatment Decision-Making Act in February 2018, legal guidelines for physician orders for life-sustaining treatment (POLST) were presented. This study was conducted to analyze the association of writing POLST on the use of health care before death. Methods: The study analyzed the electronic medical records and POLSTs of 1,003 adult patients who died at a tertiary hospital located in Seoul from February 4, 2018 to February 4, 2019. Results: Of the deaths, 80% (n=804) completed POLST. Among patients who completed POLST before death, 51% (n=412) were written 1-7 days before death, and only 31% (n=246) were completed by patients themselves. 99% (n=799) decided to withdraw or withhold cardiopulmonary resuscitation. As a result of analyzing the effect of POLST on medical use before death, it was found that POLST and inpatient cost had a significant negative correlation, and POLST completion significantly reduced death in the intensive care unit (ICU). However, both inpatient costs and death at ICU increased when the POLST was completed by surrogate decision-makers rather than patients themselves. Conclusion: The enactment of the Hospice, Palliative, Care, and Life-sustaining Treatment Decision-Making Act provided a legal basis for withdrawing and withholding meaningless life-sustaining treatment. By specifying the treatment to be received at the end of one's life through the POLST, inpatient treatment costs and death at the ICU were decreased. However, the frequent decision-making by the surrogates and completion of POLST close to death may hinder the original purpose of the law.

This paper aims to provide the basic data for the educational direction of global etiquette through the analyses of 1,028 articles appearing in Chosun Daily Newspaper the results of this study are as follows: 1. The articles of global etiquette were classified into the life in public places, the traffic and the public behavior. 1) The contents of the life in public places dealt with restaurants(29.3％), the neighborhood(24.7％), theaters and stadiums(9.7％), hotels and sanitary facilities(8.8％), stores(7.7％), schools and offices(7.0％), airports and public offices(6.6％) and resorts(6.2％). 2) The contents of traffic dealt with the motorists(29.3％), buses(24.7％), taxis(12.3％), subways(10.3％), trains(8.2％), elevators and pedestrian crossing(6.2％), airplanes(4.6％) and parking(4.4％). 3) The contents of public behavior contained the kindness(45.6％), the use of cellular Phone(12.4％), the concession and queues(10.8％), the greeting(10.3％), the responsibility and obeying laws(7.9％), the cleanliness(7.7％), the commercial transaction(2.9％) and the table manner(2.4％). 2. Koreans were negatively evaluated on 1) the kindness at restaurants, the neighbor and strangers and the motorists, 2) there aren't enough greetings being practiced within the neighborhood and at restaurants, 3) The use of cellular phone at theaters and stadiums, schools and offices, buses and subways, 4) The table manner at restaurants, 5) The concession and queues at theaters and stadiums, resorts, the motorists and subways, 6) The responsibility and obeying laws of the motorists, 7) the commercial transaction at restaurants and stores, 8) The cleanliness at restaurants, resorts and hotels and public sanitary facilities. According to this finding, it is recommended that we develop the educational contents and programs of global etiquette which are focused on educating the public on the connection between the living area and how the public should adapt and behave

공공임대주택은 공공이 건설, 소유하고 관리하는 임대주택으로 사업주체는 건설부터 폐기처분에 이르는 전 과정을 관리하게 된다. 일반분양주택 사업주체가 초기투자비에 적극적인 관심을 보이는 반면, 공공임대주택 사업주체는 초기투자비와 더불어 건물의 유지보전을 위해 지출되는 수선비에 관심을 기울이지 않을 수 없다. 하지만 국내 공공임대주택의 수선비용은 단지 회계상의 지출요소로 관리되어 왔을 뿐, 체계적인 실태조사 및 분석에 대한 선행연구가 많이 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 공동주택 LCC모델링이나 수선비 예측모델의 신뢰성 향상 및 실무적 활용성 제고를 목적으로 공공임대주택에 지출된 수선비 실적자료를 바탕으로 통계적 방법을 활용, 경과연수와 지출비용과의 관계, 단지별 수선비 지출차이, 준공 후 시기에 따른 수선비 지출 경향에 초점을 맞추어 실태를 분석하였고, 단지별 수선비 지출격차가 발생하는 원인과 경과 연수에 따른 수선비 변화의 특성을 파악하여 제시하였다.
