In this study, users' perceptions and concerns about digital information resources were investigated, focusing on impediments to the use of digital resources, to devise measures for improvement by identifying factors that hinder the use of digital information resources. To achieve the purpose of the study, the research identifies the inconvenien ce factors and establishes the user inconvenience list based on prior research and the current status survey. Based on the derived list, a survey was conducted on users of public libraries. Through this study, it was found that the use of digital information resources can be enhanced by improving the internal library system. Specifically, it refers to improving search performance and accessibility of digital data, providing one-stop services for digital information resources through the operation of an integrated data management system, conducting customized user education, and establishing a digital information resource preservation system, e.g. web archiving. Also, improving the external environment and system, such as contracting with more libraries for digitized data use agreements, strengthening support, unifying the names and classifications of digital information resources, and simplifying the procedure for using digital information resources, is of great importance.

In the social information facilities with physical stacks, it is critical to arrange categories of knowledge since there should be conventional methods by which users and visitors can browse index of all sorts of media relating to their topics. The classical index system of knowledge has been developed with primitive libraries and museums and therefore the system can be addressed by analyzing typical cases of precedents. As the forth industrial revolution has emerged, there will be quite innovative approach to provide information to the public as well as the private. The coalition between knowledge and space has always been considered as essential characteristics that remind scholars of hierarchical layout of knowledge resources such as maps, books, documents and diverse specimens. This research assumes that the spatial layout of knowledge can be classified in terms of physical attributes, symbolic entities, and information media and it defines what coalition between knowledge and space is creative in order to enacting interactive dialogue among information navigators. The spaces in between the knowledges function as trasition areas where the index system informs and stimulates, where the interface between the different knowledges is optimized and therefore the library as the public facilities no longer dedicated to the text, but as an information space in which all sorts of media are distributed equally.

최근 들어 일반인의 공간정보 활용에 대한 수요가 증대되고 있는 가운데, 토지피복지도를 비롯한 국가공간정보의 구축이 증대되고 있다. 그러나 일반인을 대상으로 한 공간정보서비스가 미비하여 일반인의 공간정보 활용 증대를 기대하기 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 교육용 지리부도를 통해 우리에게 익숙한 아틀라스의 개념을 적용하여 일반인의 토지피복지도 활용을 증진할 수 있는 공간정보서비스 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 위해서 국내 토지피복지도의 활용 현황 및 해외사례를 검토하여 콘텐츠, 사용자, 활용 시스템의 측면에서 토지피복지도를 활용한 공간정보서비스의 개선 방향을 설정하고, 이를 보완할 수 있도록 아틀라스 개념을 기반으로 하는 아틀라스정보시스템의 특성과 기능을 정의하였으며, 환경공간정보서비스 제공 방안을 제시하였다. 이는 토지피복지도 뿐만 아니라 다양한 국가공간정보에 적용 가능하므로 일반인의 국가공간정보 활용 증진에 기여할 수 있다.

한국은 빠르게 고령사회로 변화하고 있으므로 노인들의 주거안정문제에 대비가 시급한 상황이다. 이렇게 고령화에 따른 문제의 해결을 위해서 한국정부는 공공실버주택의 공급을 추진하고 있다. 공공실버주택의 공급이 성공적으로 정착하기 위해서는 적절한 입지선정과 재무적 타당성 분석이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 지리적 정보와 인구통계정보, 사회복지비용에 대한 정보를 활용한 통합데이터베이스 구축의 필요성을 제기하였다. 또한 이들 정보를 활용하여 최적입지 및 타당성분석을 실행할 수 있는 시스템의 개념을 제시하였다.

Recently people have increased to climb mountain. Owing to developing IT technology, the number of people using smart phone have increased remarkably as well. In this context, the Korea Forest Service has implemented the project of Mountain Climbing Information Public Service(MCIPS). The purpose of the MCIPS is to support climbing safely based on a trail map of spatial data of GIS(geographic information system). The customer will be able to access the MCIPS through n-screen(IP-TV, Web Site, Smart phone, Galaxy tab) provided a broadcasting and telecommunication convergence service. In addition, the MCIPS would support two-way communication through connecting to Twitter and Youtube. The MCIPS will make the customer fun using Augmented Reality(AR) of Smart phone(Android) and contribute to protecting people from mountain accidents.

최근에는 각 지자체별 BIS(Bus Information System)/BMS(Bus Management System) 및 ITS(Intelligent Transportation Systems)을 도입함에 따라 시설물 주차 및 노변주차를 무인으로 운영하여 운영구간의 불법행위는 줄어들고 있으나 주변지역의 주차난은 더욱 심각해지고 있으며 단속에 의한 운영으로 시민들의 의식 개선 효과는 미비한 실정이다. 그러므로 주차시설의 관리 및 운영의 효율성, 사용자의 편의성 향상 시켜 근본적인 주차시설 부족을 해결할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 우선 선진국의 주차관리 및 운영체계 현황에 대해 분석하고 다음으로 국내 여건에 맞는 노변주차 운영방식 및 시스템을 설계 한다. 마지막으로 시스템 개발시 기반이 되는 요구조건을 제시하였다.

This paper describes a GPSS-based, multi-server queueing model that was developed to simulate the patient flow, and to analyze the effectiveness of the patient scheduling system under various conditions. Unpredictable and unacceptably long waits to receive the service at the outpatient department of a general hospital necessitated the study. Arrival and service time distribution needed for the simulation model were generated from actual arrival and service patterns observed during the peak hours. The simulation results show that a change in patient scheduling system (i.e. time interval between appointments, starting time. and the number of physicians) from a current system would significantly reduce the patient wait time. This study provides the hospital administrator with an analysis of patient scheduling system under several conditions, and will be used to plan future scheduling system and staffing. Studies such as this can demonstrate the value of simulation in providing information for use in future planning.

본 연구는 공공도서관에서 이루어지는 내부마케팅이 공공도서관 사서의 직장생활의 질에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 규명한 것이다. 이를 위하여 서울 소재의 공공도서관에서 근무하는 현직 사서를 대상으로 2020년 7월 25일부터 59일 동안 네이버폼을 통하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수된 120부의 응답지를 통계 프로그램인 IBM SPSS 25를 활용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 공공도서관의 내부마케팅은 사서의 직장생활의 질에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 내부마케팅의 개선방안으로는 체계적이고 지속 가능한 내부마케팅 제도의 운영, 고학력 사서에 대한 경력 인정과 적절한 보상, 사서의 임금체계에 대한 개선, 경영층 지원과 권한위임을 중심으로 한 내부마케팅 제도의 활성화를 제언하였다.

사회가 발전하고 복잡해짐에 따라 재난의 종류도 미세먼지, 전염병 등과 같이 새롭고 다양하게 발생하고 있다. 하지만 기존에는 이러한 재난에 대비할 수 있는 정확한 정보를 제공하는 전관방송 시스템이 없었다. 본 논문에서는 공공 데이터와 IoT 센서로부터 수집된 오염된 대기질 데이터를 분석하여 자동으로 경보를 방송하는 전관방송 시스템을 제안한다. 대기질에 따라 경보의 단계가 달라지며, 공공데이터에서 제공하는 정보는 측정소로부터의 거리나 풍향 등 다양한 요인으로 인해 안내 지역과 상당한 차이가 있는 결과를 나타내기도 한다. 이를 보완하기 위해 공공데이터에서 가져온 데이터와 현장 IoT센서에서 얻은 데이터를 비교 분석하여 방송하는 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

본 연구는 문헌연구와 국가도서관통계시스템 데이터를 중심으로 공공도서관에서 진행되는 독서프로그램의 현황을 분석하여 시사점을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 향후 공공도서관의 독서프로그램 활성화를 위해 필요한 정책 방향 등을 제안하고자 하였다. 분석을 통해 도출된 시사점을 바탕으로 첫째, 공공도서관 독서 활동 데이터 확보와 공유 방안을 제안하였다. 둘째, 지속가능한 독서프로그램 추진을 위한 방안 제안을 위해 독서프로그램 기획과 운영에 관련있는 요소의 상관관계 분석결과를 제시하였다. 셋째, 독서프로그램 평가지표 개선 및 질적 평가의 확산을 언급하고 문화체육관광부, 한국도서관협회 등에 상시적으로 공공도서관 현장의 의견을 수렴할 수 있는 공식 창구 마련 등을 제안하였다. 넷째, 독서대전 개최지역 공공도서관들 간 협의체 구성 운영을 제안하였다.
