Recently, there has been growing interest in public participation GIS (Geographic Information System) technology that enables spontaneous public response to increasingly frequent flood and drought events. Accordingly, social and economic demands are increasing on portal services that are designed to help cope with natural hazards such as earthquakes. By focusing on a specific hazard, urban flood, this study designed a prototype of a disaster response portal and its service system. The community map developed in this study is focused on prevention and mitigation of the urban flood damage by analyzing the vulnerable areas, and providing effective means to inspect the roads and sewer systems. By considering the compatibility with VGI (Volunteered Geographic Information) portals, the study created a system environment by employing universally used open-source software programs such as Apache Tomcat, GeoServer, GeoNetwork, and PostgreSQL/PostGIS.

This paper is a report on the user requirements analysis based on the survey performed during the February and March, 2002. The survey constitutes the preliminary stage of our research on the design of advanced public transportation system(APTS) in ITS service. A random sample of 60 responses were selected from the total of 300 replies that were received for our statistical analysis. We were able to identify what kind of information content Is mostly required by the public transportation users. Some useful guidelines as to how to design the APTS are provided as the conclusion.

As enterprises use ATM networks for their private networks and as these private networks use public ATM networks for wide area communication, the need for the customers to be able to manage both private and public networks. Currently, some standardization work is being done towards providing this capability to customers. In this paper, we propose a new customer network management (CNM) system architecture for the management of both ATM a private network and a public network in a uniform way. The particular features of the proposed architecture lies in the efficient support of the complex hierarchial TMN manager-agent relationships at M3 and M4 interfaces, and the support of SNMP and CMIP integration which is necessary for the implementation of a CNM system. The TMN hierarchical many-to-many manager-agent relationships are realized by the utilization of CORBA-Based SMK (Shared Management Knowledge) implementation. We have also implemented the prototype of a ATM CNM system, and measures the performance for the demonstration of the suitability of the proposed architecture.

According to the Policy for ' e-Korea construction ' of Korean government, investment of information system during the Past decay are dramatically increasing. More than a half of this investment is cost of hardware infrastructure. So, accurate hardware sizing are essential for higher efficiency of investment. Accurate hardware sizing benefits are generally viewed in toms of the avoidance of excess equipment and lost opportunity costs by not being able to support business needs. Unfortunately, however, little research effort to make the hardware sizing methodology are doing. We propose a sizing method for information system in public sector. This method is determinated empirical study that are gathering and analyzing cases, making method and reviewing expert. Finally we are proposed calculating method for hardware components that is CPU, memory, internal and external disk according to the application system type which is OLTP, Web, WAS. Our study certainly will act as a catalyst for higher investment-efficiency of the future information programs in public sector.

The area of business applications in the internet are extended enormously in result of fast development of computing and communication technologies, increase of internet use, and use of intranet/extranet in enterprise information system. Widely spread the use of the internet, there are various applications for Business to Business (B to B) or Business to Customer(B to C) model that are based on the intranet or extranet. This paper designed and implemented the Web-based Electronic Bidding System for Business to Business (B to B) model. The technical issues of electronic bidding system in the internet are involved in the connection between web client and server, electronic data interchange for the contract document, and security solution during the bidding and contracting processes. The web-based electronic bidding system in this paper is implemented using Java applet and servlet as a connection interface for web client and server, XML/EDI-based documents for a bid and a contract, and bidding server and notary server for enhancing the security using PKI(Public Key Infrastructure)-based public key cryptography, digital signature and Certification Authority(CA).

이 연구는 아직까지 국내에서 제대로 논급되지 않은 중국(대만)의 공공도서관을 중심으로 행정체계와 법제를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 중국의 국체는 지방자치에 약간의 민주적 요소를 가미하고 있음에도 불구하고 공산당이 통치하는 인민민주공화국이다. 2002년말 현재 약 2,698개의 공공도서관이 있으며, 이들은 중앙정부의 문화부(대만은 교육부)가 총괄한다. 그러나 대만과 달리 중국은 아직도 국가차원의 도서관 기본법을 제정하지 않고 있으며, 실제의 운영$\cdot$관리주체인 성급 지자체도 일부에 한하여 공공도서관의 조례나 관리법을 제정 운용하고 있다.

본 논문은 Okamoto와 Uchiyama가 이산대수 함수만으로 일방향함수를 정의하여 제안한 새로운 확률 공개키 암호 방식을 개선하였다. 평문은 이들 두 이산대수 함수의 모듈라 곱으로부터 구할 수 있는데 두 함수 값 중에서 하나는 주어진 공개키에 종속된 고정된 값을 가진다. 고정된 함수 값이 단위원 1을 갖는 정선된 공개키에 의해 개선이 이루어진다. 왜냐하면 복호화 할 때 계산량을 줄일 수 있기 때문이다. 또한 이러한 성질을 충족하는 공개키를 얻을 수 있는 구체적 방법도 제시한다.

Al-Riyami 와 Paterson$^{[1]}$ 은 Certificateless 공개키 시스템이라 부르는 새로운 공개키 패러다임을 제안하였다. 이 시스템은 공개키 암호기법과 ID-기반 암호기법 각각의 장점을 가지고 있다. 즉, 기존의 공개키 기반 구조상의 인증서를 필요로 하지 않으면서도 ID기반 암호 시스템의 본질적 성질인 키위탁(key escrow) 관련 파생문제를 가지지 않는다. 본 논문에서 우리는 양방향 사용자 인증을 만족하는 인증서를 사용하지 않는 효율적 암호 스킴을 제안한다. 제안하는 스킴의 안전성은 computational Diffie-Hellman 문제(CDHP)와 bilinear Diffie-Hellman 문제(BDHP)의 어려움에 기반한다. 기밀성과 위조 불가능성을 위한 안전성을 증명하기 위하여 모델을 설정하고 제안된 스킴이 랜덤한 오라클(random oracle) 모델에서 안전함을 증명한다.

국가기관 및 공공기관, 민관기관에서 정보보안의 중요성이 나날이 커지고 있다. 정보시스템이 중단되면 대규모의 혼란이 발생할 가능성이 다분하기에, 정보보안관리체계의 확립이 필요하며, 고도화된 새로운 평가방법이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 정보보안의 3요소인 기밀성, 무결성, 가용성을 기반으로 새로운 평가 지표인 업무영향도 평가를 도입하였고, 실제 사례를 통해 업무영향도 중요도를 등급별로 분류하여 새로운 정보보안 관리실태 평가가 정보보안 거버넌스의 핵심적인 역할을 수행할 수 있다.

『공공기록물 관리에 관한 법률』이 제정된 2007년부터 이미 행정정보시스템이 전자기록생산시스템에 포함되었으며, 행정정보 데이터세트는 전자기록물의 한 유형으로 관리 대상임이 명시되었다. 특히 최근 시행령의 개정으로 행정정보 데이터세트 관리기준표를 기반으로 한 기록관리가 법제화된 상황 속에서, 본 연구는 공공기관의 행정정보시스템과 관련된 단위과제를 분석하고 유형별 보존기간 책정 현황을 파악하였다. 이를 위해 국가기록원의 직접관리기관과 재난관리 책임기관 49개 기관으로부터 36개 공공기관의 기록물 분류체계를 수집하여 행정정보시스템과 관련된 단위과제를 판별하였다. 선별된 824개 단위과제를 유형에 따라 대·소분류로 구분하고 보존기간을 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구를 통해 도출된 문제점과 개선방안이 향후 행정정보 데이터세트 관리기준표를 작성하기 위한 기초자료로 활용되길 기대한다.
