This paper analyzed the management quality activities and performance based on industrial types. We divided the business into four industrial types, manufacturing industry, service industry, medical institution and public enterprise. We analyzed the differences of the elements of management quality in industrial types. The results show that leadership, measurement, analysis and knowledge management and workforce focus categories are not significant and strategic planning, customer and market focus, process management and performance categories are significant. This paper proposes the directions of management quality activities and performance according to industrial types based on these results.

The volume of B2C products rapidly increases according to the activation of the electronic commerce. Small and medium electronic commerce companies request the establishment of Parcel Warehouse &Distribution Center(PWDC) that is invested by the post office. This paper presents an economic evaluation method for PWDC from the perspectives fo PWDC and the post office. Two types of warehouses are considered as alternatives for PWDC. One is the conventional warehouse, and the other is the automamic warehouse that is characterized by AS/RS and automatic dispenser system. A benefit/cost analysis method is used to evaluate PWDC since it has the property of public enterprise. A PWDC which will be located in Seoul and adjacent to a concentrated post office is selected as a case study to illustrate the procedure of economic analysis.

In ubiquitous environment, private enterprise or public institution's privacy data are sometimes exposed to hackers because of the lack of the sense of information security. We apply secret sharing scheme to solve the privacy problems. But, the existing secret sharing scheme are not suitable for the management of large a quantity of data because that required operation of large capacity. In this paper, We propose new secret sharing scheme for privacy data management. Our scheme makes high-speed operation possible, and it also allows for set weight for each secret pieces depending on weight of participants. The scheme proposed in this paper makes it efficient to collect and manage secure privacy data in ubiquitous environment.

에너지 산업 환경의 변화와 정부의 공기업 평가에 대한 대응책으로 시도된 대한석탄공사(KoCoal)의 균형성과관리(Balanced Scorecard, BSC) 프로젝트는 공기업의 가치제고와 조직원들에 대한 성과 평가의 신뢰성을 제고하기 위한 노력의 일환으로 추진되었다. 본 연구에서는 대한석탄 공사가 새로운 비전과 전략으로부터 균형 잡힌 성과 영역을 판별하고 각 성과영역의 주요성공요인(CSFs) 및 주요 성과지표(KPIs)를 개발하여 연계하는 과정을 제시하고, 균형성과관리 시스템을 조직구성원의 성과 평가와 연결하는 방법을 제안한다. 또한 대한석탄공사의 균형성과관리시스템의 기대효과를 제시하고 시행상의 문제점 및 개선방안을 모색한다.

Purpose - The purpose of the study is to promote the adoption of traditional liquor product contents in order to revitalize the market and to increase consumer awareness of traditional liquor. Research design, data, methodology - In this study, the 4P relationship model was evaluated that included the self-supporting business of traditional liquor, continuous business, diversification of the types of the liquor, and discovery of preliminary social enterprises for the distribution of the liquor. Results - The study suggested a 4P relationship model that consisted of traditional liquor as the product, traditional market as the place, promotion within traditional market, and payment of labor costs. In other words, selection of the traditional liquor product, place, rental supports, distribution and delivery strategies, operations, public relations and training, foundation of social enterprises, and discussion between departments. Conclusions - The central government, local governments, and merchants (the market association) should actively cooperate with each other to revitalize the market for traditional liquor. Social enterprises that rely on a non-profit business model are likely to revitalize the traditional liquor market.

공기업이 민영화가 이루어졌다고 해서 자동적으로 WTO GPA 양허대상에서 철회될 수 있다는 것을 의미하지 않는다. WTO GPA 양허목록에서 철회되려면 여타 회원국의 동의를 받아야 한다. 그러나 문제는 회원국들로부터 동의를 받기도 어려울 뿐더러, 현재 WTO GPA에는 공기업 민영화에 대한 명확한 기준을 가지고 있지 못하다는 점이다. 따라서 공기업이 민영화가 되었다고 하더라도 민영화에 대한 판단 기준이 없으므로 민영화 이후에도 양허대상에서 제외될 수 없다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 공기업 민영화에 대한 명확한 기준의 설정이 요구되나, 이러한 판단 기준은 우리나라 독자적인 힘으로는 만들 수 없다. 그러므로 일본, EU 등 민영화 판단 기준에 대한 제안을 WTO에 제출한 회원국들과 협조하여 명확한 공기업 민영화 기준을 설정하는 노력이 요구되며, 이를 통하여 민영화된 공기업이 양허대상에서 제외 될 수 있도록 하여야 할 것이다.

We prove four hypothesis which are (1)As professional manpower operation is high, Museum Performance result may rise, (2)Operation conformation is no impact in Museum management result, (3)If quality management operation are introduced, Museum Performance result may rise, (4)As there is much contents of Museum, Museum Performance result may rise.

Consumer satisfaction/dissatisfaction is a concept which is receiving increased attention from consumers, public policy makers, and marketers alike. The literature in this field is still meager, has been growing rapidly byt with diversity of direction. The purpose of this study is to review the conceptualization and taxonomy of CS/D in consumer research. Three types of the basic process in a general theory of CS/D are suggested; system CS/D, enterprise CS/D and product-service CS/D. It is also classified into macro marketing system CS/D, micro marketing system CS/D and consuming mix CS/D. The conceptualization of CS/D begins with a basic model of how CS/D results from the individual product purchase experience of individual consumer. Basic CS/D models are classified into process model which contains experience, information search, prepurchase evaluation and comparison process variables and psychological model which is derived from cognitive dissonance theory. Theoretical and empirical foundations about expectation model are asimilatin, contrast, generalized negativity and assimilation contrast theories.

중소기업은 국가 및 지역경제의 절대 다수를 차지하는 중추적인 경제주체이며, 국가 경제의 안정적 성장을 위한 근간으로서 이러한 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화는 우리 경제의 지속적 성장을 위한 핵심요소로 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 계층화분석(AHP) 기법을 활용하여 최근 각 지자체 별로 구축되어 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털의 평가를 통해 중점을 두고 관리해야 할 요소를 구체화시켜 보고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위하여 D시에서 현재 운영 중인 중소기업지원 포털에 대한 우선순위 평가를 통해 시스템의 개선방안 및 향후 타 지자체에서 유사 시스템 구축 시 활용 가능한 시사점을 도출해 보고자 하였다.

It compared subcontractor with contractor that are wages, the labor hour and labor condition of the work environment back are inferior relative. The subcontractor which basically the contract workers evade the dangerous process or the difficult work, the dirty work back what is called 3D the case which does to keep a business is many. so With life it will be threatened consequent health directly. The possibility where the subcontractor will be exposed to danger work came to be high. Together the reason of subcontract at managing the big business the case which becomes accomplished in objective, about lower the immediacy safety&health problem, subcontractor assigned workers is the actual condition only it could not be deteriorated more in public finance of the supply and enterprise and technical ability insufficiency. Consequently it prevents the subcontract which danger work is insensitive from this research and immediacy of the subcontract workers who is weak hygiene circumstance complement the plan it will be able to secure the immediacy safety&health subcontract workers, substantially to prepare in the hazard subcontract proprietor.
