조직내 심리적 조건이 창의적 업무몰입에 미치는 영향 - 예상되는 이미지 결과의 매개효과 - (The Impact of the Psychological Condition on Individual Involvement in Creative Work: The mediating role of Expected Image Outcomes)

  • In this study, we examined how the psychological safety influence expected image outcomes(image gain, image risk) and how expected image outcomes impact one's involvement in creative work. And, we examined the relationship between creative work involvement and job performance. We also investigated mediating role of expected image outcomes between psychological safety and creative work involvement. Survey data was collected from 271 employees working in a South Korea. The results of structural equation modeling using LISREL 8.50 indicate that psychological safety was positively related to expected image gain, but not significantly related to expected image risk. The result also expected image gain was positively related to creative work involvement, contrary to prediction of hypothesis 2-2, expected image risk was positively associated with creative work involvement. In addition, creative work involvement has positive effect on job performance. Finally, the relationship of expected image outcomes about psychological safety and creative work involvement was mediated by expected image gain partially. We extended the literature and contributed better understanding of the creativity research by answering calls for further research on involvement in creative work rather then the outcome of the creative process.

의복관여도에 따른 의복행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Behavior by Clothing Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate clothing involvement and clothing behavior of women and to indentify the relationship between clothing behavior and clothing involvement. The data were analyzed using percentage, frequency, factor analysis, ANOVA, Scheffe test, t-test, and Multiple Regression. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Five dimensions of clothing involvement were derived by factor analysis such as fashion, interest pleasure, symbolism, and perceived buying risk. 2. There were significant relationships between clothing involvement dimensions and demographic characteristics such as age, educational background and family income level. Those who were younger and not married showed positive relationship among fashion, interest and pleasure of clothing involvement dimensions. Those who had higher educational background showed positive relationship with clothing involvement. Those who were empolyed showed higher clothing involvement with symbolism and perceived buying risk. 3. Age, marital status, and educational background showed important variables as factors that exert influence on clothing behavior: Those who were younger and not married attached importance to interest aesthetics, psychological dependence, and fashion. Those who were older and married attached importance to modesty and comfort. The more educated respondents were more concerned about interest aesthetics, symbolism, psychological dependence, and fashion. 4. The fashion of clothing involvement showed positive relationship in fashion, interest, symbolism, and psychological dependence of clothing behavior, and negative relationship in modesty and comfort. The interest of clothing involvement showed positive relationship in aesthetics and interest, and negative relationship in modesty and comfort of clothing behavior. The pleasure of clothing involvement showed positive relationship in psychological dependence, management, interest, and pleasure of clothing behavior. The symbolism of clothing involvement showed positive relationship in symbolism, modesty, conformity, psychological dependence, and fashion of clothing behavior. The perceived buying risk of clothing involvement showed positive relationship in management, conformity, and comfort and negative relationship in symbolism and fashion of clothing behavior.

아버지 양육참여와 사회적 지지가 영아기 어머니의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향: 어머니 심리특성의 매개효과 (Effects of Fathers' Parental Involvement and Social Support on Parenting Stress of Mothers with Infants: Mothers' Psychological Characteristics as a Mediator)

  • This study had two purposes. One was to investigate the interrelations between the mothers' parenting stress and fathers' parental involvement, social support, and the mothers' psychological characteristics. The other was to prove that the fathers' parental involvement and social support have an effect on the mothers' parenting stress, and that these effects are mediated by the mothers' psychological characteristics. For this purpose, the data of 1,754 2-year-olds and their mothers from the 2010 Panel Study on Korean Children were analyzed using PASW ver. 21.0 and AMOS ver. 23.0 to carry out descriptive statistics, correlation co-efficiencies, and structural equation model, along with the Sobel test. The results showed that the mothers' parenting stress had significant, negative correlations with the fathers' parental involvement, social support, and mothers' positive psychological characteristics. The findings also proved that not only the fathers' parental involvement, but also social support, had significant effects on the mothers' parenting stress, and that the mothers' positive psychological characteristics mediated these relations.

부모의 수용-거부 양육태도 및 부의 양육참여와 부모의 권위구조가 성인의 심리적 부적응에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of Parental Acceptance-Rejection, Father Involvement, and Parental Power-Prestige in Childhood on Adult Psychological Maladjustment)

  • This study examined the influences of parental acceptance-rejection, father involvement, and parental power-prestige in childhood on adult psychological maladjustment. Participants were 168 women. Stepwise regression results showed that father and mother's rejection in childhood were association with adult psychological maladjustment. However, both father involvement and parental power-prestige in childhood had no effects on adult psychological maladjustment.

  • This study examined the relationships among maternal psychological life position, involvement in child-rearing and children's emotional intelligence. The subjects were 267 four and five-year-old children and their mothers from five child care centers located in Seoul. Children's emotional intelligence was assessed by the teacher rating scale developed by Kin(1998) and questionnaires were used to assess the maternal psychological life position and involvement in child-rearing. Data was analyzed by t-test, Pearson's correlation, and stepwise multiple regression. Results demonstrated a correlation between the level of the children's emotional intelligence and their gender and age. The strongest predictor of children's emotional intelligence was the child's age.

  • The Purpose of this study was to explore the effects of differentiation, emotion over involvement(expressed emotion), and criticism between middle-or-old aged parent and child, by relation of emotional system, on child's psychological depression. The subject of this study were m premarital adult children over 30 years old. The major findings of this study were as follows. First. it was found that mother-child differentiation was more perceptive than that of father-child. With psychological depression, expressed emotion within family and criticism were shown average score that was lower than middle score. Second, among demographic characteristics, there are significant differences premarital adult children's sex, education, income, family type, father's education, and parents' marital status. Third, as the result of regression analysis, the higher level of psychological depression when the lower differentiation between parent-child, the higher expressed emotion over involvement within family and criticism. Based on the findings in this study, the relation of emotional system is very important. Therefore, it is necessary to consider the therapeutic intervention and relation improvement program when individual and family counseling about parent-child are going on.

  • 소비자 관점에서 친환경 소비는 여전히 다양한 심리적 불편함을 유방할 수 있는 주제로서, 심리적 불현함은 부정적인 소비자 심리 메커니즘을 통해 친환경 소비 의사를 낮추는 작용을 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 친환경 제품에 대한 심리적 불편함이 이들이 해당 친환경 제품에 대해 갖는 추가가격 지불 의향에 미치는 영향력을 분석했다. 또한 이러한 관계에서 소비자의 제품군 관여가 갖는 조절효과를 분석했다. 총 407명의 미국 소비자들을 대상으로 진행된 온라인 설문에 의해 얻어진 소비자 응답 데이터를 바탕으로 한 통계적 분석 결과, 친환경 소비에 대해 갖고 있는 사람들의 심리적 불편함의 정도는 이들이 친환경 제품에 대해 갖는 추가가격 지불 의향에 직접적인 유의한 영향을 미치지는 않으나, 심리적 불편함이 추가가격 지불 의향에 미치는 영향력은 소비자의 제품군 관여 정도에 따라 유의하게 차이가 나는 것으로 확인되었다.

관여도에 따른 와인 소비자의 인지된 구매 위험에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Wine Consumers' Perceived Risk of Purchasing by Involvement)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate Korean wine consumers' perceived risk dimensions affecting wine purchasing behavior and identify the differences in the dimensions by wine involvement. Questionnaires were collected from the wine purchasers of wine retailer shops in Seoul. 230 data were analysed using SPSS package(v. 12.0). Findings were as follows: (1) There were 5 dimensions in the perceived risk of wine purchasing: functional, social, physical, psychological, financial. Social dimension was the most serious risk for wine consumers, then come psychological, functional, financial, and physical ones. (2) There were significant differences in the perceived risk dimensions by involvement level except the financial dimension. The perception level of wine purchasing risk was relatively low in the high involvement group while high in the middle and low involvement groups.

의복관여가 인터넷 위험지각과 점포선택기준에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Clothing Involvement on the Perceived Risk in Internet Shopping and Store Selection Criteria)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of clothing involvement on the perceived risk in internet shopping and store selection criteria. The subjects used for the study were 210 male and 338 female college students. The clothing involvement consisted of pleasure, symbolism, and selection difficulty factors. The perceived risk consisted of size/defect risk, social psychological risk, privacy risk, delivery risk, and price risk. The store selection criteria had security/service, entertainment/variety, price/convenience factors. The results showed that consumers were segmented by four groups based on clothing involvement factors: clothing pleasure group, symbolism group, confidence group, and low clothing involvement group. The four segmented groups differed in regard to the perceived risk, store selection criteria, and demographics. For example, clothing pleasure group perceived the size/defect risk and social psychological risk higher than did the other groups. Also, the clothing pleasure group considered entertainment/variety more important and had younger female consumers.

국내 기업의 ESG활동 인식이 심리적거리를 통해 구매의도에 미치는 영향: 제품관여도 수준에 따른 차이 분석 (The Effect of Domestic Corporations' ESG Activities on Purchase Intentions through Psychological Distance: Analysis of Differences by Product Involvement Level)

  • 본 연구는 기업 생태계에서 ESG의 중요성을 바탕으로 기업의 ESG활동이 소비자의 심리적 매커니즘에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 소비자 대상으로 252부의 설문데이터를 수집하였고, Smart PLS 3.0과 SPSS 25.0을 사용하여 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과는 첫째, ESG요소 중 사회와 지배구조는 심리적거리에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 심리적거리는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 제품관여도 수준에 따라 ESG활동이 심리적거리에 미치는 영향은 차이를 보였으나, 심리적거리가 구매의도에 미치는 영향은 차이를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구를 통해 ESG는 소비자 관점에서 중요하며, 관여도 수준에 따라 소비자 관점이 상이한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 투자자 관점 연구에 한정된 선행연구들과 달리 본 연구는 ESG가 소비자 행동의도에 미치는 영향을 중심으로 수행했기 때문에 후속 연구자들에게 ESG에 관한 마케팅 관점에서 토대를 마련할 것으로 기대된다.
