유사 투과타원상수의 극좌표상 자취에 기반한 단축 이방성 기층의 복굴절 해석 (Birefringence Analysis of a Uniaxially Anisotropic Substrate Based on the Trajectory of the Transmission Ellipsometric Pseudoconstant in Polar Coordinates)

  • PET와 같은 단축 이방성 기층의 유사 투과타원상수 ${\rho}=tan{\psi}_{\mu}e^{i{\Delta}_{\mu}}$는 광축의 방위각이 고정되어 있을 때 위상지연각이 변함에 따라 극좌표계에서 원을 그린다. 이 원의 반지름과 중심의 좌표는 광축의 방위각에 의해 결정되지만 항상 좌표점 (1,0)을 지나며 원의 중심은 실수축 상에 있다. 단축 이방성 기층의 유사 투과타원상수가 극좌표에서 그리는 자취의 이러한 특성들을 해석적으로 확인하고 이 특성들을 이용하여 측정된 투과타원상수로부터 단축 이방성 기층의 광축의 방위각과 위상지연각을 결정하는 간단한 표현들을 제시하고 실제 PET 시료의 이방성 분석에 잘 적용됨을 보였다.

Parmeter Optimization for Calculation of Proton Chemical Shift in Protein

  • The magnetic anisotropy effects of peptide group in structured protein on proton chemical shift have been investigated using trialanine modeling. The structure dependent part of chemical shift of C${\alpha}$H of the second amino acid residue was assumed to come purely from the magnetic anisotropy effects of C=O and C-N bonds of peptide in the direct neighborhood and thus to be dependent on and $\psi$ angle of this dipeptide. A set of dipeptide models with different and $\psi$angles were generated and from these models the chemical shift values were calculated using known algorithm to emphasize the role of parameters used in the equation. Comparison of sets of different parameters resulted in an optimized parameters which could reproduce the statistical chemical shift values observed in proteins with respect ot the secondary conformation.

Mechanism of Morphological Transition from Lamellar/Perforated Layer to Gyroid Phases

  • We investigated epitaxial relations of phase transitions between the lamellar (L), hexagonally perforated layers (HPL), and gyroid (G) morphologies in styrene-isoprene diblock copolymer (PSI) and polyisoprene (PI)/PSI blend using rheology and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) techniques. In HPLlongrightarrowG transitions, six spot patterns of G phase were observed in two-dimensitional SAXS pattern. On the other hand, in direct L-longrightarrowG transition without appearance of HPL phase, the polydomain patterns of G phase were observed. From present study, it was understood that direct LlongrightarrowG transition of blend may be suppressed by high-energy barrier of transition and mismatches in domain orientation between epitaxially related lattice planes.

  • 유기발광물질 $Alq_3$(alumina quinoline)의 단일박막을 열 증착(thermal evaporation)방법에 의하여 실리콘(c-Si)기판과 슬라이드유리(slide glass) 기판위에 제작하였다. 박막 제작 후 가변입사각운광타원계(VASE : Variable Angle Spectroscopic Ellipsometer)를 사용하여 1.50~5.0 eV 광 에너지 영역에서 타원 각(ellipsometry angle) ${\Delta}$, ${\Psi}$를 측정하였다. 이 측정결과들을 Jellison Modine 분산관계식을 사용하여 최적맞춤하고, 매개변수들을 구하여 박막의 광학상수인 굴절계수와 소광계수를 결정하였다. 결정한 광학상수의 정확성올 확인하기 위하여 투과율을 전산 시늉하고, 흡수계수(absorption coefficient)와 분광광도계로 측정한 흡광도(absorbance)의 스펙트럼 비교로 분석의 정확성을 확인하였다.

  • The mechanism of response time and viewing angle in in-plane switching ( IPS ) liquid crystal display ( LCD ) were investigated. The response time of photo-aligned IPS-LCD is fast compared with rubbing-aligned IPS-LCD on polyimide ( PI ) surface. The decay time $\tau$$\_$d/ is decreased with increasing the azimuthal anchoring energy A $\psi$ due to the steric interaction between the LC molecules and side chain of polymer. The viewing angle of IPS-LCD is increased by using photo-depolymerizatin method ; about ${\pm}$70$^{\circ}$at all direction.

  • 관성항법시스템에서는 항법을 수행하기 전 항체의 자세를 구하는 정렬을 수행하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 추정치 기반의 섭동모델인 Psi각 오차모델을 이용하여 정밀 정렬을 수행하는 알고리즘을 제시하고 모의실험을 통하여 정렬 오차가 예상 결과 범위 내로 추정됨을 확인하였다.

  • An Overlapping Decomposed Filter(ODF) accomplishing an initial alignment of an INS is proposed in this paper. The proposed filter improves the observable condition and reduces the filtering computation time. Its good performance has been verified by simulation. Completely observable and controllable conditions of INS error model derived from psi-angle approach are introduced under varying sensor characteristics vary. The east components of gyro and accelerometer have to be the first order markov process and the rest of them are the characteristics of the random walk or first order markov process.

전력변환 반도체 냉각용 PFC(FC-72) 밀폐형 2상 열사이폰의 열전달 한계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Heat Transport Limitations of a PFC(FC-72) Two-Phase Closed Thermosyphon for Cooling Power Semiconductors)

  • In this study, the heat transport limitations of a two-phase closed thermosyphon were investigated. For the test, a two-phase closed thermosyphon ($L_t/: 600 mm,\;L_e:105mm,\;L_a:75mm,\;L_c:420mm,\;D_o:22.2mm,$ container: copper (inner grooved surface), working fluid: PFC ($C_6F_14$) was fabricated with a reservoir that can change the fill charge ratio. The following was imposed as the factors on the heat transport limitations of a two-phase closed thermosyphon. 1) Fill charge ratio of the working fluid. 2) Tilt angle of the longitudinal axis. From tile experimental data, some results were obtained as follows. When the fill charge ratio was relatively small ($\psi$20%), the heat transport limitation occurred about 100W by dry-out limitation. However over 40%, it shelved nearly constant value (500 W) by flooding limitation. The heat transport limitation according to the tilt angle increased smoothly until the tilt angle was $60^{\circ}$,/TEX>, after then decreased slowly.

부분방전 패턴의 인식 (Recognition of Partial Discharge Patterns)

  • 본 연구에서는 부분방전의 인식을 위한 두가지 접근법을 제안하였다. 첫 번째로는 백프로파게이션 알고리즘을 적용한 신경회로망이구 두 번째로는 두 연산자 백터간의 사이각 계산이다. 부분방전신호는 IEC(b), 침대평판 및 CIGRE method II 등 3가지 전극계로부터 각각 검출되었다. 신경회로망과 벡터의 사이각을 이용한 방법 모두 이리 학습된 패턴에 대해서는 양호한 인식능력을 보였다. 그려고 사용되는 연산자의 수가 미학습패턴의 인식능력에 큰 영향올 미쳤다.

  • The correlation between the propagation of electrical tree and distributions of partial discharge(PD) pulses accompanying with electrical tree of bush type in low density polyethylene were discussed. We measured the growth of electrical tree by using optical microscope and PD data simultaneously. The PD data detected and analyzed were PD magnitude, repetition rate, average discharge power, average phase angle, and $\psi$-q-n distribution pattern. The average discharge power and repetition rate of PD had good linear relation with area of tree. Repetition rate and peak discharge magnitude and width of discharge phase angle increased with the tree.
