According to the traditional precedent, if a beneficiary who completed a provisional registration as a result of reservation of trade which is a fraudulent act, then assigned the right acquired by the provisional registration to the third party who has no information of the process, and let the third party complete an additional registration transfer the provisional registration, and if the third party completed the main registration on the foundation of the provisional registration, the beneficiary cannot be the other party of the litigation requesting for the cancellation of registration of the provisional registration. As the result, an apprehension that the duty to recovery of the beneficiary could easily be acquitted of a charge has existed. But, it is considered as desirable that the judicial decision judged that the court recognized the qualification of the defendant as appropriate at this case, with a different view from the precedent, and then the defendant can file the litigation against the beneficiary, requesting for cancellation of the reservation of trade which is a fraudulent act.

As the injunctive effect on the real estate gets announced in public once the seizure register gets exercised in terms of auction and the action of disposal by the real estate owner afterwards becomes nullified in the relationship with a seizure creditor or a successful bidder, the register performed by the cause of disposal action that cannot confront with the seizure or provisional seizure, becomes cancelled in virtue of a registration officer's office. Accordingly, in case of being a singular successor who relatively loses property in a relationship toward the successful bidder due to the injunctive effect of provisional seizure, the identity with building owner and land owner as the precondition of establishing legal superficies according to the custom must be decided based on the time of provisional seizure. The Supreme Court Decision 2010Da52140 delivered on October 18, 2012 has great significance from the fact that it has settled inconsistency in existing precedent cases with such purpose.

PURPOSE. To integrate extra-oral facial scanning information with CAD/CAM complete dentures to immediately rehabilitate terminal dentition. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Ten patients with terminal dentition scheduled for total extraction and immediate denture placement were recruited for this study. The patients were submitted to a facial scanning procedure using the in-office PritiMirror scanner with bite registration records in-situ. Definitive stone cast models and bite records were subsequently submitted to a lab scanning procedure using the lab scanner (iSeries DWOS; Dental Wings). The scanned models were used to create a virtual teeth setup of a complete denture. Using the intra-oral bite records as a reference, the virtual setup was incorporated in the facial scan thereby facilitating a virtual clinical evaluation (teeth try-in) phase. After applying necessary adjustments, the virtual setup was submitted to a CAM procedure where a 5-axis industrial milling machine (M7 CNC; Darton AG General) was used to fabricate a full-milled PMMA immediate provisional prosthesis. RESULTS. Total extractions were performed, the dentures were immediately inserted, and subjective clinical fit was evaluated. The immediate provisional prostheses were inserted and clinical fit, occlusion/articulation, and esthetics were subjectively assessed; the results were deemed satisfactory. All provisional prostheses remained three months in function with no notable technical complications. CONCLUSION. Ten patients with terminal dentition were treated using a complete digital approach to fabricate complete dentures using CAD/CAM technology. The proposed technique has the potential to accelerate the rehabilitation procedure starting from immediate denture to final implant-supported prosthesis leading to more predictable functional and aesthetics outcomes.

This study was conducted survey on fruit and vegetables farms (FM), consulting companies (CC), and the consultants (CT) to investigation actual conditions and improvements in consulting part of horticulture. In results of survey on FM, FM chose 'necessity' on consulting for learning of production skill and 'field visit' in means of consulting. FM had a low trust on experience and knowledge of CT and answered that FM had not enough time for consulting by reason of over-work of CT, chose 'necessity' on crop registration system. In results of common questions among FM, CC, and CT, same answer of questions were term of contract (answer: yearly contract), means of consulting (answer: visit), consulting time per a visit (answer: $2{\sim}3$hours). Different answer between supplier (CC, CT) and consumer of consulting were decision method of contract price (answer: provisional contract$\neq$contents and the quality of consulting), percentage of government subsidy (answer: propriety$\neq$step-up).

This report demonstrates a method of generating a chair-side and computer-aided template for implant surgery based on the Top-Down and restoration-driven concept. Compared to the traditional CAD-CAM process which requires multiple steps to be taken between dental clinic and laboratory, this alternative procedure, VARO guide system (VARO Guide, CAD, Pre-Guide, VARO-mill, NeoBiotech, Seoul, South Korea) enables accurate and patient-friendly implant surgery as well as immediate provisional restoration in a single visit. First, bite-registration at centric jaw relation and CBCT were taken using the Pre-Guide. The CBCT data was then reorganized directly through the chair-side CAD, and we could determine the most appropriate 3-dimensional position of implant. The STL file was extracted and put into the chair-side CAM (VARO-mill) to fabricate a VARO. This surgical guide allowed the implants to be accurately positioned into the planned sites within an hour.
