Keskin and Harmanci defined the family B(M,X) = ${A{\leq}M|{\exists}Y{\leq}X,{\exists}f{\in}Hom_R(M,X/Y),\;Ker\;f/A{\ll}M/A}$. And Orhan and Keskin generalized projective modules via the class B(M, X). In this note we introduce X-local summands and X-hollow modules via the class B(M, X). Let R be a right perfect ring and let M be an X-lifting module. We prove that if every co-closed submodule of any projective module P contains Rad(P), then M has an indecomposable decomposition. This result is a generalization of Kuratomi and Chang's result [9, Theorem 3.4]. Let X be an R-module. We also prove that for an X-hollow module H such that every non-zero direct summand K of H with $K{\in}B$(H, X), if $H{\oplus}H$ has the internal exchange property, then H has a local endomorphism ring.

The characteristics of the intellectual property right(IPR) conflict with standardization. This is because standardization aims to achieve the common use of technology while IPRs aim to protect the proprietary right on technology. The license to use IPR should be granted so that standards can be used without an infringement. IPR policies have common characteristics in most parts of their contents and also different application methodologies. The ultimate object of IPR policy is to receive license grant. In this paper, significant typical IPR policies of main standardization organizations are comparatively analyzed. The overall objective of the IPR policy is to make strategic environment for license grant. IPR disclosure becomes the best practice to acquire license grant. With this practice, the action to licensing refusal becomes one of the main strategic factors of IPR policies.

It is shown that every nilpotent-invariant module can be decomposed into a direct sum of a quasi-injective module and a square-free module that are relatively injective and orthogonal. This paper is also concerned with rings satisfying every cyclic right R-module is nilpotent-invariant. We prove that R ≅ R₁ × R₂, where R₁, R₂ are rings which satisfy R₁ is a semi-simple Artinian ring and R₂ is square-free as a right R₂-module and all idempotents of R₂ is central. The paper concludes with a structure theorem for cyclic nilpotent-invariant right R-modules. Such a module is shown to have isomorphic simple modules eR and fR, where e, f are orthogonal primitive idempotents such that eRf ≠ 0.

This study lies on building the International Standardization of China Arbitration System for improving a relationship of mutual trust and the safety trade between China and other worldwide countries, especially, South Korea as their one of the biggest trading partners through the comparative analysis of China and UNCITRAL Arbitration Law. In this analysis, the differences from China and UNCITRAL in arbitration law are like belows ; lack of arbitrator's international mind, the limitation of private property right, prohibition of Ad. hoc arbitration, arbitrator's biased nationalism, localism, and their short specialties. a deficiency of the objectiveness for arbitrator's election, a judgement rejection of claimants by using nonattendance and walkout, impossibility of prior and temporary property custody for execution of arbitration award. etc. For the improvement of the International Standardization of China Arbitration, this paper propose as follows: 1) Extension of private property right, reorganization of tax system, realization of open competition, exclusion of 'Sinocentrism', globalization of arbitration system 2) The abolition of old fashioned bureaucracy with approval for ad.hoc arbitration 3) An education for arbitrator's internationalization, specialty, and to promote legal knowledge 4) A settlement of the third country arbitrators' selection for reflecting interested party's decision by the court in a selection system of arbitration committee. 5) Institutionalization of arbitration judgment that prevent for claimant's avoidance by using a withdrawal and an intentional absent 6) A permission of the right of claimant's court custody directly before the begging of arbitration request for the prevention for destruction of evidence and property concealment 7) Grant of the arbitration tribunal's interim measures of protection for private property preservation to the third party, proof security, prevention from the loss that selling the corruptible goods 8) Improvement of arbitration's efficiency from the exclusion of the obstacles that are forgery, concealed evidence, and arbitrator's bribe taking Lastly, I hope that this study will serve to promote friendly economic relationship between China and South Korea and strive for international equilibrium through the achievement of China Arbitration's International Standardization. I will finish this paper with a firm belief that this will lead to more advanced studies.

Mason extended the reflexive property for subgroups to right ideals, and examined various connections between these and related concepts. A ring was usually called reflexive if the zero ideal satisfies the reflexive property. We here study this property skewed by ring endomorphisms, introducing the concept of an ${\alpha}$-skew reflexive ring, where is an endomorphism of a given ring.

In this paper, all near-rings R are left near-rings and all representations of R are (right) R-groups. We start with a study of AR, almost AR and AGR rings which are motivated by the works on the Sullivan's Problem [10] and its properties. Next, for any R-group G, we introduce a notion of R-groups with M R-property and investigate their properties and some characterizations of these R-groups. Finally, for the faithful M R-property, we get a commutativity of near-rings and rings.

Besides, it is accomplish the purpose of the study that established exploratory study survey about inside and outside of the country packaging design infringement case study and relative package design industry employees with consumptions real research. I hoped that this study will be a foundation on which packaging, design industry protections to intellectual property right.

We focus our attention on a ring property that nilpotents are contained in the Jacobson radical. This property is satisfied by NI and left (right) quasi-duo rings. A ring is said to be NJ if it satisfies such property. We prove the following: (i) $K{\ddot{o}}the^{\prime}s$ conjecture holds if and only if the polynomial ring over an NI ring is NJ; (ii) If R is an NJ ring, then R is exchange if and only if it is clean; and (iii) A ring R is NJ if and only if so is every (one-sided) corner ring of R.

The concepts of reversible, right duo, and Armendariz rings are known to play important roles in ring theory and they are independent of one another. In this note we focus on a concept that can unify them, calling it a right Armendarizlike ring in the process. We first find a simple way to construct a right Armendarizlike ring but not Armendariz (reversible, or right duo). We show the difference between right Armendarizlike rings and strongly right McCoy rings by examining the structure of right annihilators. For a regular ring R, it is proved that R is right Armendarizlike if and only if R is strongly right McCoy if and only if R is Abelian (entailing that right Armendarizlike, Armendariz, reversible, right duo, and IFP properties are equivalent for regular rings). It is shown that a ring R is right Armendarizlike, if and only if so is the polynomial ring over R, if and only if so is the classical right quotient ring (if any). In the process necessary (counter)examples are found or constructed.

We study the structure of rings whose principal right ideals contain a sort of two-sided ideals, introducing right ${\pi}$-duo as a generalization of (weakly) right duo rings. Abelian ${\pi}$-regular rings are ${\pi}$-duo, which is compared with the fact that Abelian regular rings are duo. For a right ${\pi}$-duo ring R, it is shown that every prime ideal of R is maximal if and only if R is a (strongly) ${\pi}$-regular ring with $J(R)=N_*(R)$. This result may be helpful to develop several well-known results related to pm rings (i.e., rings whose prime ideals are maximal). We also extend the right ${\pi}$-duo property to several kinds of ring which have roles in ring theory.
