This paper is to show the long-term roadmap by analyzing the development trend for the safety technology of facility disaster in the country and abroad, and it is designed to plan the long term and roadmap in response to change the disaster environment. Recently in the country, it is increasing the needs of the long term roadmap design of the facility disaster research development in the facility disaster, by the repidly of the social and the living and the related governments response's changing. The U.S. is going to develop the disaster responding research by planning the its master plans, including the NRF (National Responing Framwork), the NIMS (National Incident Management System), and its sinarios etc.. Japan is going to develop the research planning in the annual report of the disaster prevention, and we going to do the study projects about the facility disaster area with the NEMA (National Emergency Management Agency) and NDMI (National Disaster Management Institute). This paper is showed to design the long term roadmap of the facility disaster's study development, and to minimize the damage of the man and his property, and to set the study development system of the national facility disaster, and furthering to make the resilient planning in changing of the facility disaster's environment.

Self-driving technology is changing the paradigm of automotive industry. Since it is imperative to converge this emerging technology with ICT and there is a time lag between securing this emerging technology and occurrence of firm performance, it is difficult to make decisions on technology development. This study investigates patent indicators to understand the impact of self-driving technology on performance of automotive parts companies. We analyze 611 of self-driving technology patents from 2000 to 2016 and the financial performance of 270 small and medium businesses that register the corresponding patents with consideration of up to four years of time lag. Our analysis results show that patents related to self-driving has a positive impact on asset growth of 2 years and sales growth of 3 years in terms of time lag. This study contributes to the literature by analyzing the impact of technology development on the firm performance in case of convergence of the automotive and ICT industries. Additionally, this study provides a role of patent in knowledge management planning through technology development as a practical implication.

The use of Engineered Wood Systems (EWS), especially mass-timber, as a structural alternative or complement to steel and concrete is gaining interest and acceptance across different sectors of architecture, engineering, and construction, including in high-rise buildings. Focussing on the Australian context, this study examines the levels of adoption and barriers to using timber as a primary structural material in multi-storey buildings. Data collected from semi-structured interviews with stakeholders at the forefront of adoption in structural design, construction, and property development indicates that timber in multi-storey projects in Australia still faces industry-wide challenges. Designers' awareness and attitudes towards timber adoption are generally positive and suitable for flagship projects, including tall buildings, but for enduring and widespread impact, long-term investment in education within and outside the range of stakeholders already committed to promoting timber adoption is needed.

The purpose of this study is to examine residents' perspectives on factors contributing to rural decline, including population decrease and landscape degradation, with the goal of proposing strategies to revitalize rural spaces in response to these challenges. After exploring rural decline issues in Jinan, a questionnaire was developed based on a review of existing research. Following this, participants were selected, and Focus Group Interviews(FGI) were conducted. Through the analysis of the findings, strategies for local revitalization were suggested in four sectors. Based on the research findings, there is a need to reassess public transportation and vacant property projects. On the social front, preventing the misuse of rural relocation policies and enhancing residential environments through spatial clarity are essential. Environmentally, clustering renewable energy and livestock facilities and attracting educational facilities are necessary to minimize disruption to rural landscapes. From a governance perspective, fostering entrepreneurship in rural tourism and business models utilizing the local landscape is crucial for an increase in regional visits. This study holds significance by emphasizing the practical situation of rural decline, steering away from resource-centric or business-focused policies. It underscores the potential usefulness of integrating this understanding into detailed planning within policies aimed at tackling rural decline.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the cases related to the multi-dimensional urban planning and its related systems that can contribute to the urban regeneration as the policies and projects for stereoscopic city increase. Through the case analysis, urban regeneration function and role of multi-dimensional urban planning are identified as connection of places, activation of local economy, expansion of infrastructure and supply of housing. In the institutional sector, private participation is hindered due to the ban on the establishment of the right to hold state property. In addition, it is difficult to utilize the three-dimensional urban space without land securing at a certain rate based on uniform installation standards of the two-dimensional land use plan, and the problem of insufficient interconnection between law and institution is derived. In conclusion, it should actively support and promote the promotion of the three-dimensional facility with the aim of diversifying the regional infrastructure structure and strengthening the urban function. In addition, development of stereoscopic and compound development should be promoted for old urban areas, and parking lots, underground shopping malls, parking lots, etc. should be installed using the subspaces of parks, schools, roads and traditional markets of old residential areas. Finally, cooperation between the central government, the municipalities and the private sector is necessary for the realization of these urban regeneration projects.

In this study, group to set the military reserves has caused occasional friction. Therefore, for the protection of military bases and military facilities around the County win-win was to provide real estate management plan. As a result, when the first government actively involved in the planning and real estate expert, should be used to configure the advisory group. Using the second military real estate assets for future urban development should be. Third for the military Reserves shall continue to study. Finally, management and development of border areas to establish a plan to propose measures to be implemented.

In this study we have developed an anthropomorphic robot hand and arm by using tendon-tubes which can be used for people's everyday life as a robot's dynamic power transmission device. Most previous robot hands or arms had critical problem on dynamic optimization due to heavy weight of power transmission parts which placed on robot's finger area or arm area. In order to resolve this problem we designed light-weighted robot hand and arm by using tendon-tubes which were consisted of many articulations and links just like human's hand and arm. The most prominent property of this robot hand and arm is reduction of the weight of robot's power transmission part. Reduction of weight of robot's power transmission parts will allow us to develop energy saving and past moving robot hands and arms which can be used for artificial arms. As a first step for real development in this study we showed structural design and demonstration of simulation of possibility of a robot hand and arm by tendon-tube. In the future research we are planning to verify practicality of the robot hand and arm by applying sensing and controlling method to a specimen.

Among the changes of the management environments surrounding enterprises, one of the most important reasons that affect the organization management in the future would be the rapid development in the field of information technology(IT). And every company takes the speed to be important to maintain the competitive superiority of its own especially. To meet this kind of circumstances, the expectations to reorganize the business processes using the IT become higher. The IT is worth when the companies manifest their own potential powers by taking advantage of the it and when they evolve and apply the novel ways to the business as well. Even though they, therefore, introduce the information system to realize their strategic superiorities, it is difficult to achieve their initial aims. Moreover, in the phase of IT introduction, it is necessary to include the property of alignment between the IT and the conventional management fields containing the management strategy and the organization planning. In the case the company revolution by IT is carried out, the two facts we should note to maintain the alignment between the management strategy and the target of organization are as follows. First. it is required to share the common and underlying recognition on the IT between the chief executive officers(CEOs) and the system part. Second. it is important to exchange information with other companies by utilizing the IT.

Character industry in Korea has a history of less than 20 years by now, as it began in earnest at the end of the 1980s. Domestic character market is estimated to be around 1.2 trillion won occupying mere 0.01% of the world character market of 1,200 trillion won and less than 4% of the Japanese market, according to the according to the calculation made by Korea Animation Producers Association. Local character takes up only 5% of the domestic character market, necessitating the development of the local character and an increase in market share. It is painful to look at the current status of the local character market especially when compared with the huge world market. However, it might be and opportune moment for us to reverse the situation in our favor by a mental switchover. And we need to face up to the reality that the local character industry has many problems, and it is our duty to settle them. What then are the problems caused by the foreign character taking up 90% of the domestic market? Foreign character overwhelming the local market will bring about cultural dependency, emotional confusion, and financial loss caused by the payment of the royalties stemming from the intellectual property rights. The following is suggested as methods of settlement for such problems: 1. Development of character emotionally appealing to the Koreans 2. Development of long-lived character 3. Development of character firmly based on a good scenario 4. Thorough planning & marketing 5. Establishing an institution exclusively governing character business This study discussed the importance of developing long-lived character appealing not only to the Koreans but also to the whole world, that will meet the requirements as stated in 1 & 2 of above. For this purpose Chungmugong General Lee Soon-shin was chosen out of the Korean historical personages for further analysis, trying to rediscover the significance of the character development based on originality.

The purposes of this study were to investigate consumer's needs for golf wear and to suggest a direction of product development and planning, based on the analysis of golfer's needs. The subjects used for the research were 150 male and female golfers who were in golf practice fields. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, t-test and Duncan test. In summary, the results of this study were as followers; Dimensions of consumer's needs for golf wear were extracted from factor analysis as following properties; fashion/design property, textile property, hygiene property, body-shaped property. The most important consumer's need for golf wear was "wearing comfort" and second one was "moisture absorbency" Respondents evaluated that wearing comfort, stretchability, tactile, size of golf wear were very important but price, pilling, shrinkage or color-fading after laundry of golf wear were relatively less important. The evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear according to demographic information had significant difference. The female golfers were found to consider that fiber characteristics, easy-to-laundry, wrinkle resistance, stretchability, sewing quality were relatively more important, when compared with the male golfers. Also, There were significant differences on the evaluation of consumer's needs for golf wear on fiber characteristics, stretchability, brand name between age groups.
