FRBR, FRAD 개념모형과 RDA 목록규칙에는 서지개체와 접근제어개체 간 다양한 수준에서 발생하는 복합적이고 다원적인 관계유형들이 규정되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 관계유형을 술어논리에 기반하여 온톨로지 환경에서 개체 클래스의 인스턴스와 인스턴스 간 관계를 RDF/OWL의 객체속성(Object Property)을 서지세계의 개체 간 관계기술과 접근을 위한 새로운 제어기제이자 통합적 연결장치로서 그 적용과 활용 가능성을 시도하였다. 이를 위해 관계온톨로지 시스템을 구축하고 SPARQL 질의결과를 온톨로지 시각화도구를 통해 제시하였다. 이로써 온톨로지 기반의 '관계기술목록'이라는 새로운 목록업무 영역의 확장을 통해, 목록기능의 '다 대 다 집중'이라는 의미 확장, '개체단위 기반의 의미적 집중', RDF/OWL 객체속성의 계층관계 상속을 이용한 '관계 추론' 등을 연구결과로 제시하였다.

디지털 콘텐츠는 방송, 통신, 컴퓨터, 모바일 등과 같이 우리와 가까운 곳에서 멀티미디어 데이터를 처리하기 위해 MPEG-4 규격을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 디지털 콘텐츠의 저작권 보호 및 관리 시스템의 부재와 기업간 저작권 시스템의 상호운용 문제가 대두되었다. 이를 위해 MPEG에서는 MPEG-4 시스템 표준과 부합되는 IPMP(Intellectual property Management and Protection) 시스템 표준을 제정하여 저작권을 보호하고 관리하는 공동 방법을 제안하였다. 이에 본 논문에서는 기존 MPEG-4 저작도구에 MPEg-4 IPMP 시스템을 플러그인처럼 추가하여 저작된 콘텐츠의 저작권을 보호 및 관리할 수 있는 확장 시스템에 대한 설계 및 구현을 목적으로 두고 있다. 따라서 저작자는 콘텐츠나 객체를 보호하기 위하여 IPMP 정보를 편집하고 시스템에서 정보를 처리하여 IPMP 표준에 따라 보호 및 관리 신호를 갖는 MPEG-4 디지털 콘텐츠를 저작하게 된다. 이를 위해 사용자 인터페이스부, IPMP 정보 생성부, 미디어 IPMP 처리부, XMT-A to MP4 컨버터 IPMP 확장부로 나누어 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.

정보화 사회에서 많은 문서가 전자화 됨에 따라 효율적인 처리를 위해 구조화된 전자 문서 처리가 요구되고 있다. 이에 SGML은 구조화된 정보를 생성하고 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로써, 이러한 전자 문서를 보여주고 수정하며 새로운 문서를 생성하기에 알맞다. 이에 따라 대량의 구조화된 SGML 문서 정보의 저장, 관리에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문은 HyTime(Hypermedia Time-based Structuring Language)에서 정의된 GROVE(Graph Representation Of property ValuEs)를 이용하여 데이터 모델링 설계 및 SGML 문서 저장 관리 시스템 설계에 대해 기술한다.

전자상거래(e-commerce)의 발달은 과거의 전통적인 상거래를 IT기술을 이용한, 새로운 시장구조를 제공하고 있다. 특히 인터넷을 통한 소프트웨어, 게임, 동영상 등 디지털 컨텐츠(digital contents)에 대한 상거래가 크게 증가하고 있어, 이러한 디지털 컨텐츠의 유통에 신뢰를 제공할 수 있는 시스템, 즉 디지털 저작권관리(digital rights management system), 또는 디지털 지적 저작권관리(digital intellectual property system)에 대한 유통 비즈니스 모델이 필요하다. XrML은 권리(rights)를 명시하는 언어로써 본 연구는 XrML을 이용하여 저작권관리에 필요한 권리구조를 구현한 시스템(prototype)을 표현했다. 벤츠와 그에 따른 서비스들을 사용할 수 있는 권리와 조건들을 명시해준다. XrML은 현재 디지털 저작권관리(Digital Rights Management: DIPR)에 가장 많이 쓰이고 있는 Rights Language이다. XrML은 ContentGuard가 개발한 DIPR 서술 언어로 전 세계 산업계 표준으로 추진하기 위하여 파트너 회사 확대, 기능 확장, 무료 / 공개 형식으로 보급을 추진중이다.

The employment of risk management theory in Urban Disaster Management System (UDMS) has become an important trend in recent years. The viewpoint of risk management is mainly a comprehensive risk assessment of various internal and external factors, and a subsequent handling of risks. Through continuous and systematic accumulation and analysis of risk information, disaster prevention and rescue system is established. Taking risk management theory as the foundation, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) has developed a series of UDMS in the mega-cities all over the world. With this system as a common platform, OECD cooperates with different cities to develop disaster prevention and rescue system consisting of vulnerability assessment methods, risk assessment and countermeasures. The paper refers to the urban disaster vulnerability assessment and risk management of OECD and the mega-cities of different advanced and developed countries in the world, and then constructs a preliminarily drafted structure for the vulnerability assessment methods and risk management mechanism in the metropolitan districts of Taiwan.

This paper presents a survey results on the material properties sharing system database on composite in USA. The requirements on management and database for Korean composite product that meet KAS (Korean Airworthiness Standard) are suggested. The certification policy on composite material qualification of also introduced. The benefits to material supplier, aircraft manufacturer and certification authority, which get through the database have been considered. The database managing process, composite material manufacturing process, properties and design allowable meeting KAS have been suggested.

대형화, 다양화되고 있는 화재 폭발사고 및 지구온난화와 자연현상에 의한 재난으로부터 인명과 재산손실을 예방하기 위해 정부와 기업은 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 그러나 국가의 성장과 더불어 국민의 삶의 질 향상 및 복지증진이라는 국가의 거시적 목표에 부응하되 기업목적인 이윤추구의 달성을 위해 우선시된 경제정책 속에서 앞만 보고 달려온 기업들은 미온적 위험관리의 결과로 소중한 인명과 재산손실을 감내하고 있다. 2007년 소방방재청의 '안전문화 활성화를 위한 국민안전의식조사'에서 국민이 생각하는 우리 사회의 안전불감증은 '심각한 수준'으로 조사된 바, 본 연구에서는 소방안전사고예방과 안전의식수준향상을 위해 위험관리가 가능한 대기업뿐만 아니라 조직과 예산규모가 작아 사고발생의 위험이 큰 중소기업의 현 실태를 평가, 체계적인 안전관리를 통한 소방안전사고예방을 위해 현 실정에 맞는 '단계별 소방안전경영시스템' 구축에 대한 필요성을 조사하였다.

We study under what condition the probability of the failure state of each component is realized by the latent stress model which considers the cause of the failure as well as the state of the given system. As a result, when the number of the components is less than or equal to 3, the $MTP_2$ property is a necessary and sufficient condition for the realization of the probability of system state by the latent stress model. Moreover, if the probability of the system state involving 2 or 3 components satisfies the $MTP_2$ property, one could guess that each component is under the same stress.

디지털기기 개발에 있어서 소프트웨어의 중요성이 높아지고, 규모가 커짐에 따라 소프트웨어의 위기를 해결하기 위한 소프트웨어형상관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 일반적인 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템들은 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경의 특성 및 특징들을 수용하기에 부족하다. 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경은 컴파일러와 같은 기본적인 개발 도구 외에 컴포넌트(나 라이브러리)들을 인터액티브하게 조합하고 테스트 할 수 있는 시뮬레이션 환경을 통하여 테스트와 분석을 반복하면서 개발하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 뿐만 아니라, 시뮬레이션 과정 중에는 유사한 기능을 가진 알고리즘 중에 적합한 알고리즘을 빠르고 효과적으로 찾기 위한 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 영상처리 알고리즘 개발 환경에서 사용하는 시뮬레이션 도구를 체계적으로 지원해줄 수 있는 비주얼 워크스페이스 기반의 소프트웨어형상관리 방법과 이를 수용할 수 있는 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템을 제안한다. 또한, 개발된 시스템을 실제 시뮬레이션 도구와 연계하여 소프트웨어형상관리 시스템으로써의 적합성을 확인한다.
